Tuberville will face off against former Senator and turncoat Jeff Sessions, who gave America the Mueller investigation in a March 31 runoff election.
According to the final vote totals — Tuberville won the most votes Tuesday despite trailing in the polls.
Tuberville trailed Jeff Sessions by 5 points in the last Club for Growth poll.
Coach Tommy Tuberville on Thursday unveiled a new campaign commercial that highlights President Donald Trump’s displeasure with Jeff Session’s tenure as his appointed attorney general.
“Throughout this campaign, Jeff Sessions has been running around and portraying himself as Donald Trump’s best friend, but this commercial uses the president’s own words to tell some hard truths,” Tuberville said. “The simple fact is that Jeff Sessions abandoned Donald Trump when he needed him most, and Alabama does not need to elect a cut-and-run senator.”
The 30-second ad, which will soon appear on social media outlets, digital platforms, and television stations across the state.

The script reads:
Video: Television interview on the White House grounds
NBC Host Chuck Todd: If you could have one do-over as president, what would it be? Donald Trump: I would not have appointed Jeff Sessions to be attorney general.

‘embarrassment’ to Alabama – ABC 33/40, 10/11/19”

Video: Tommy Tuberville speaking to camera while driving with cut to photo of Jeff Sessions and graphic reading “Jeff Sessions – Can’t get it done.”
Tommy Tuberville: The career and establishment politicians, they have proven they can’t get it done. Let’s quit sending them up there.

Political analyst Ryan Girdusky quote tweeted Senior White House Reporter for NBC News Digital Shannon Pettypiece on an NBC exit poll measuring Democratic voters’ views on socialism.

States like California and Texas stood out among Democrats who had favorable views about socialism.
54 percent of California Democrats have favorable views of socialism, while 57 percent of Texas Democrats have favorable views of socialism.
Interestingly, both states have large immigration populations.
According to Pew Research, California has nearly 11 million foreign residents (27.2% of the population) and Texas has nearly 5 million foreign residents (16.9 percent of the population).
On the other hand, North Carolina and Tennessee Democrats were not as receptive towards socialism.
Only 48 percent of North Carolina voters and 47 percent of Tennessee voters view socialism favorably.
These two states only have immigration populations of 786,374 immigrants (7.7 percent of the population) and 331,868 immigrants (5 percent of the population), respectively.
Demographic shift is one of the most powerful issues in American politics.
For example, a recent Pew Research poll found that Hispanic voters have solidly leftist views on foundational political issues.
The majority of Hispanic voters (71%) believe the government should be more involved to solve problems,
Additionally, Hispanic voters are generally in favor of the U.S. government playing a stronger role in the healthcare sector. About seven-in-ten (71%) say it is the federal government’s responsibility to ensure health care coverage for all of Americans.
As far as gun ownership is concerned, seven-in-ten Hispanic voters (68%) believe gun control laws should be strengthened.
These results are consistent with post-1965 Immigration Act voting trends among migrants during the last 50 years.
The Republican Party will have to come to grip with these realities.
Migration has historically has come in waves.
There are either legislative or natural pauses in immigration and the U.S. is long overdue for a moratorium on mass migration. The good news is that the U.S. can look to its history for a previous example of immigration restriction in the Immigration Act of 1924.
We can only hope that the GOP dusts off its history books and take a page from this act.

Pulse Nightclub terrorists Omar Mateen murdered 49 gays on a dance floor before shooting himself.

The Boston Marathon bombers killed three and injured 264 people.
And then it took the FBI days to figure out the identity of the killers.

The FBI was looking at these individuals but dropped the investigations before these Islamists went on their deadly killing sprees.

This is really bad news for America’s premier law enforcement agency.

The full report is here.

President Trump on Thursday said his administration will begin withholding funding from self-described sanctuary cities after a federal court ruled last week that it could do so.
“As per recent Federal Court ruling, the Federal Government will be withholding funds from Sanctuary Cities,” Trump tweeted. “They should change their status and go non-Sanctuary. Do not protect criminals!”
The 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan ruled on Feb. 26 that the Department of Justice (DOJ) could withhold funding from cities and states that refuse to cooperate with the Trump administration’s crackdown on undocumented immigrants.
The three-judge panel found Congress had delegated authority to the attorney general to set conditions on the federal grant program it had created, called the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program.
The decision came after multiple courts had ruled against the Trump administration on the issue, saying it lacked the authority to impose immigration-related conditions on certain funding.
A group of seven states and New York City sued the DOJ in 2017 after then-Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced that the agency would start withholding funding from local governments that refused to share information about undocumented immigrants or provide jail access to federal authorities investigating inmates’ immigration status.
This spells bad news for several of the far left lunatics who are in charge of many of the big cities in the country.
In fact, Center For Immigration Studies has put together a map that shows all of these places that are now S.O.L.

“Whether the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit’s decision upholding Louisiana’s law requiring physicians who perform abortions to have admitting privileges at a local hospital conflicts with the Supreme Court’s binding precedent in Whole Woman’s Health v. Hellerstedt.”
Schumer gives the thumbs down as he mentions Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh.
Schumer turned and pointed at the Supreme Court building behind him and menacingly screamed as he shook his fist:
“I want to tell you Gorsuch! And I want to tell you Kavanaugh! You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price! You won’t know what hit you! If you go forward with these awful decisions…”

“Hitler Never Took A Salary”
The donation of $100,000 is part of Trump’s promise to never take any salary while he is President. He has previously given away his salary to the Surgeon General’s office, border enforcement, and Veterans’ Affairs, to name but a few.

The move was no where near good enough for leftists though, who immediately compared the move to Hitler (an obvious starting point):

This one was furious that the Orange man’s salary would only pay for 50 coronavirus tests:

Presumably she has donated more money?
This one called it a ‘drop in the bucket’ and got angry about Trump owning property:

In an important counterpoint, these leftists want to know how “we” get back money Trump has spent on golfing:

This one flat out denied that Trump is donating anything. The proof? The check is dated January 29th:

Who’d have thought Trump could do something before announcing it?
And this one repeated a fake narrative spread by Democrats that Trump defunded pandemic response:

The two boys were charged with felony menacing, and forced to do community service, among other things.
Fox 21 in Colorado Springs reports:
A Fort Carson family wants to share their story with others after their 10-year-old son was arrested and charged with Felony Menacing, a Class 5 felony, which has since been expunged.
“They came back over, told me my rights, and told me what was going to happen. They put handcuffs on me, and I got into the car,” 10-year-old Gavin Carpenter said.
The incident happened in July of 2019.
FOX21 exclusively interviewed the 10-year-old. Gavin said he and a friend were playing outside with toys near N. Powers Blvd and Constitution Ave. He said they were playing a version of the video game Fortnite.
“The toy bow was an orange Nerf bow. It didn’t work. Nothing could shoot out of it. Nothing would come out of it. The weapon, well toy I had, had an orange tip. It was also broken and couldn’t shoot anything out of it,” Gavin said.
Gavin stated they pretended to shoot at about 5 to 10 cars until one man stopped. He said he and his friend ran to his friend’s grandparents’ house.
“He slammed his breaks and started reversing as fast as he could,” Gavin said. “He came up and started getting very heated and was very mad. I was at the time, very scared.”
The man called the police. According to the Carpenter family, El Paso County Sheriff’s deputies arrived and arrested both Gavin and his friend. He was handcuffed and taken to the Colorado Springs Police Department for mugshots and fingerprinting.
Gavin’s parents, Chris and Stephanie, followed the cars to the police station. They said that night Gavin wasn’t released until 10:30 p.m.
They immediately hired an attorney to help get the charge expunged from Gavin’s record. They were set a court date, and when they arrived, they were taken to a separate room instead of seeing a judge.
“It was just a hard no, that the District Attorney wasn’t going to throw this out,” Gavin’s father Chris said. “That is when we moved into the diversion program.”
The diversion program required Gavin to do community service, submit an essay, and other tasks before the expunge could happen. After 216 days of fighting it, the felony was finally expunged.
EPSO released this statement when we asked about the arrest:
“If anyone is dissatisfied with the actions of any employee of the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, they have administrative avenues available to them. We encourage citizens to take advantage of those avenues.“
As Gavin, now aged 11, tells it in an interview with Fox21, he was armed with a Nerf gun equipped with an orange tip, while his friend had a Nerf crossbow; he said both toys were broken and incapable of shooting foam projectiles.
The boy said they pointed their orange-tipped gun and crossbow at five or 10 cars before they encountered an oncoming truck, whose driver slammed on the breaks and went in reverse.
Gavin and his friend ran inside a grandparent’s home, where a Ring doorbell camera captured the furious truck driver’s confrontation with the family.
‘He came up and started getting very heated and was very mad,’ Gavin told the station. ‘I was at the time, very scared.’
The video shared with Fox 21 shows the man, dressed in a plaid shirt and a baseball hat, yelling, ‘I don’t know what kind of gun it is. It was some kind of gun.’
An adult inside the house asks the stranger to ‘watch your mouth, please,’ to which the driver responds, ‘How about I call the f***ing cops?’
The driver made good on his threat and summoned deputies from the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office, who proceeded to arrest Gavin and his friend.
Both boys, then aged 10, were handcuffed, placed inside patrol cars and taken to the Colorado Springs Police, where they were photographed for mugshots and had their fingerprints taken.
According to his parents, Gavin is now ‘terrified’ of law enforcement and suffers from ‘flashbacks’ of his arrest.
Stephanie Carpenter explained in her post that she has decided to talk publicly about her family’s plight to educate other parents that this ‘could happen to anyone with children.’
She went on to say that the family had plans to settle in Colorado for good after her husband’s eventual retirement from the military, but all that has now changed.
‘I can’t live in a state where my kids can’t be kids and play outside without being scared of being arrested,’ she wrote. ‘I fully believe schools need to be educating children that this is a possibility. Had Gavin known….none of this would have happened.’
Chris Carpenter is scheduled to be relocated to another posting in less than three months, and his wife says the move could not come soon enough ‘as we are all ready to leave.’
She has expressed concern that her son, now aged 11, will spend the rest of his life dealing with ‘the mental repercussions’ stemming from his brush with the law.
Gavin’s mother took to facebook to make this post:
