When compared to this same week last year, CNN also lost 21 percent of its total day viewers.
How bad is this?
Well, you can’t blame a slow news week because not only was President Trump on an overseas trip, but as you will see, CNN stands completely alone with this massive audience implosion.
By comparison, in primetime, MSNBC and Fox News only lost four percent of their viewers compared to last year and seven and five percent of their total day viewers, respectively.
Let me lay this out for you as starkly as I can.
Primetime Viewership Compared to Same Week Last Year
Fox News: -4 percent
MSNBC: -4 percent
CNNLOL: -33 percent
Total Day Viewership Compared to Same Week Last Year
Fox News: -7 percent
MSNBC: -5 percent
CNNLOL: -21 percent
And that is the good news for CNN chief Jeff Zucker’s Hate Network.
Brace yourselves because you are not going to believe this…
CNN lost — wait for it, wait for it — 55 percent (that is not a typo) of its viewers aged 25-54 during primetime last week.
The fake news outlet also lost 45 percent of its total day viewers aged 25-54.
The 25-54 age demo is hugely important because it sets advertising rates.
Let me once again lay this out as starkly as possible…
Primetime Demo Viewership Compared to Same Week Last Year
Fox News: -25 percent
MSNBC: -32 percent
CNNLOL: -55 percent
Total Day Demo Viewership Compared to Same Week Last Year
Fox News: -22 percent
MSNBC: -31 percent
CNNLOL: -45 percent
In other words, CNN is a total outlier in this audience collapse. The erosion we are seeing in Fox and MSNBC’s total viewership is more like a fluctuation, hardly worth mentioning. CNN’s total viewership collapse, however, is jaw-dropping.
As far as demo viewers, it appears as though young people are overall tiring of cable news, and who can blame them? But CNN’s demo collapse is simply staggering.
Per TVNewser, here are the raw demo numbers from last week:
Cable News Average Audience (Adults 25-54)
Fox News: Prime Time (341,000) and Total Day (213,000)
MSNBC: Prime Time (215,000) and Total Day (113,000)
CNN: Prime Time (178,000) and Total Day (126,000)
In total viewers last week:
Fox News averaged 2.34 million in primetime and 1.3 million in total day.
MSNBC averaged 1.58 million primetime and 869,000 in total day.
CNNLOL averaged a pathetic and humiliating 726,000 primetime viewers and only 531,000 in total day.
This is no anomaly and has nothing to do with a slow news week.
After weeks and weeks and weeks of CNN’s ratings bottoming out, it is safe to say that the bottom is falling out of CNN overall. After six years of Jeff Zucker’s serial lies, bigotry, hate, booing rape victims, and encouraging violence, CNN has lost anything resembling respectability and a respectable audience.
No one trusts CNN, so no one watches CNN.
But…
Let’s not forget that 89.5 million people who do not watch CNN are still subsidizing all this hate and bigotry.
Seriously, y’all really do need to cut the cable cord.

Follow along this month and beyond as we shine a spotlight on people who are making a difference just by being themselves, and check out @lgbt_history to see even more stories of #UntoldPride.
After Instagram promoted Philip all over their site, Twitter and on Facebook, Philip within hours began calling for the “killing” of all “transphobes.”
Philip wrote on Twitter: “i’ll be that girl. k*ll all transphobes & abolish the prison industrial complex. if you’re not k*lling transphobes then beat their ass or scare them. make them shit themselves. all or nothing.”

Philip wrote in another tweet: “i want to watch every transphobe burn.”

One day before Instagram’s campaign kicked off, Philip wrote: “you don’t have to be civil and kind to transphobes. no. raise hell.”

Philip wrote: “if you see a transphobe you come for their neck. i didn’t make the rules sorry :/”

Philip suggested earlier this year that “white men” were responsible for creating transphobia: “white men created colonialism which created transphobia and the erasure (of knowledge) of gender variant/trans identity in history.”

After being criticized for “talking down on black men” but not saying enough about “white male toxic behavior,” Philip responded: “are you dumb? the point of criticizing patriarchy in general is literally to criticize white men & the oppressive structures they’ve imposed upon the world as we know it. however, every and any man benefits from patriarchy by being men & having those privileges. shut the fuck up.”

Instagram and Facebook banned right-wingers like Paul Joseph Watson, Alex Jones, Milo Yiannopoulos, Laura Loomer and left-winger Louis Farrakhan earlier this year for their “dangerous” political views, meanwhile this is what they’re choosing to promote.

“To our friends in conservative media, I say this: It is no guarantee that you get to stay in power forever,” Acosta said during an interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper on Monday.
Acosta suggested that while conservative news groups have been favored by the current administration, they might not be so lucky the next time a Democrat takes the White House, given the dangerous precedent.
CNN’s Jim Acosta tweets vital news that Trump ‘put on 4 pounds’… and gets savaged in replies

His comments came alongside the release of his new book ‘The Enemy of the People’, which covers Trump’s troubled relationship with the press. Purporting to take a “big picture” look at the “dangers of telling the truth in America,” the book hopefully approaches issues of a slightly higher-caliber than the correspondent’s report on Trump’s slight weight gain earlier in the year.
Bordering on catty, the CNN correspondent and Trump’s history has been long and rocky, complete with a number of verbal spars at press conferences. In the most infamous occasion, Acosta even had his press pass revoked after he appeared to tussle with a White House intern over the microphone. He was eventually able to get his credentials restored after a legal challenge.
While Acosta is one of the few individuals to have been personally labeled as “fake news” by the president, Trump has certainly not been stingy in giving the moniker to liberal leaning news sources. Alongside the “failing” New York Times and the Washington Post, CNN has taken the brunt of the president’s ire toward the media, having once even earned the unprecedented designation of “VERY fake news.”

Oh, the foul stench of hypocrisy.
Last week, Crowder has his channel de-monetized by YouTube after Vox’s Carlos Maza accused the comedian of using gay slurs against him, despite Maza using some of the same slurs against himself in previous comments.
This led to the #VoxAdPocalypse, with leftist outrage mobs pressuring YouTube to delete or de-monetize thousands of videos and channels which featured controversial material. The collateral damage even took out some historical archive channels, prompting educators to complain that they had been censored for “hatemongering”.
However, Vox’s disdain for homophobic language was noticeably absent when they gave Filthy Frank a pass during a 2017 profile video which amassed almost 3 million views, allowing his fans to make the argument that offensive and politically incorrect language was OK because Filthy Frank is just a comedy character.
“Filthy Frank pulls no punches and even openly says the word “faggot” without bleeping it,” writes Brandon Morse. “In one video, he comedically apologized — much like Crowder did — for saying certain things, especially against the LGBT community. This video ended with a song with the lyrics “… you’re gay now / you’re a giant faggot and you should kill yourself.”
“It should be striking everyone as weird that Vox was only too happy to celebrate comedic videos featuring a person encouraging gay people to kill themselves just two years ago. Suddenly it can’t help but grasp at its pearls at the mere suggestion that someone is “queer,” he adds.
As ever with the left, the motto always seems to be, “It’s OK when we do it.”

Analysis from Axios this week noted that elected officials are in a “scare” over the nation’s aging population coupled with declining birth rates and no increased incentives for Americans to have children.
The solution, Wall Street executives and open borders lobbyists say, is more legal immigration — that is, increasing the number of legal immigrants that are brought to the U.S. every year. Currently, the U.S. admits more than 1.2 million legal immigrants a year, more than any country in the world, which is subjecting America’s working and middle class to continuously increased foreign competition in the labor market.
“Earth has plenty of workers to do the jobs we need, just not in the countries where the jobs are right now,” the Axios report by Mike Allen concluded. “Fixing that mismatch is shaping up to be a central political challenge for the upcoming decades.”
The importation of more than a million legal immigrants a year to compete against working and middle-class Americans, Wall Street executives and open borders lobbyists claim, is not enough to mass-replace dying Americans.
A report by JPMorgan Funds Chief Global Strategist David Kelly asserts that the U.S. must increase legal immigration levels beyond their already historically high rates to “supply the economy with extra workers” and thus keep businesses and corporations from having to compete for U.S. workers with higher wages in a tightened labor market.
Kelly said:
The longer-term risk of slowing population growth “poses particular economic challenges,” said David Kelly, chief global strategist with JPMorgan Funds, in a recent report. He is concerned policymakers are not addressing the issue, which could hurt the market, especially if some of President Trump’s proposed plans for “merit-based immigration” and increased border security are enacted. [Emphasis added]
…
That’s why Kelly advises that the United States “should probably be having a serious conversation about temporarily boosting, rather than reducing, immigration, at least while the baby boom is retiring.” [Emphasis added]
Likewise, National Immigration Forum Executive Director Ali Noorani argued in an op-ed for Fox News that the projection of baby boomers aging out of the workforce and thus opening up jobs for younger Americans is “not a sustainable trajectory” and must be remedied through amnesty for illegal aliens and continued mass levels of legal immigration to ensure that businesses are always supplied with a never-ending flow of foreign workers.
The analysis is a version of President George W. Bush’s “any willing worker” ideology, wherein the former president advocated for a temporary visa worker program that would have allowed almost any foreign national wanting a U.S. job to come to the country to compete against entry-level Americans.
Noorani wrote:
Between now and 2035, all growth in the U.S. workforce will come from immigrants and their children. That means that without continuing immigration, our economy would be in big trouble. [Emphasis added]
It’s time for Democrats and Republicans to find common ground around immigration reforms that ensure our workforce grows with our economic and social needs. [Emphasis added]
…
Above all, immigration reform should send an unambiguous message: The U.S. remains open to those who want to contribute and provide the dynamism that has powered our growth since the country’s founding. [Emphasis added]
The calls for increased legal immigration levels to the country to replace older Americans aging out of the workforce come as economists and financial experts readily admit that automation is set to throw millions of Americans out of the labor market in the coming decades.
Research conducted by the Brookings think tank reveals that about a third of the U.S. workforce could be replaced by automation by 2030. Those most impacted by automation would be America’s working class in food service jobs, production jobs, transportation, and the construction industry.

Americans without a high school degree, with only a high school degree, and with some college education are the most likely to suffer if automation is not limited in the U.S. economy. In the northwest region of Ohio, automation threatens to eliminate more than half of all U.S. jobs or job tasks in every county.
Similarly, research by the Center for Immigration Studies’ Steven Camarota has found that immigration has little impact on increasing the working-age population. Camerota’s research finds that if the U.S. implemented an immigration moratorium for the next 40 years, it would hardly have an impact on the number of workers per retirees.
Another study, conducted by the Centre of Expertise on Population and Migration, found that the same results were true in Europe.
“Research has found that even scenarios with unrealistically high increases in fertility (+50%) or double immigration (approximately 20 million every five years) do not have the ability to fundamentally change the European population’s age structure,” the study noted.
As Breitbart News has reported, immigration moratoriums are not uncommon in American history. Currently, there are 44.5 million foreign-born residents living in the country, a 108-year record high. This comes after about four decades of mass legal immigration to the U.S. that, if continued, is likely to hand electoral dominance to Democrats.

The country’s last immigration boom — between 1900 and 1920 — was eventually met with a near immigration moratorium. Between 1925 and 1966, the yearly U.S. legal immigration level did not exceed 327,000 admissions, a four-decades-long near moratorium that allowed the massive inflows of immigrants from before 1925 the ability to assimilate.
Since major changes were enacted in 1965 and in the 1990s to the U.S. legal immigration system — changes that allow foreign nationals to bring as many foreign relatives to the country as they want — legal immigration levels have continued booming for more than five decades.
The nation’s Washington, DC-imposed mass legal and illegal immigration policy — whereby at least 1.5 million unskilled foreign nationals are admitted to the U.S. every year — is a boon to corporate executives, Wall Street, big business, and multinational conglomerates, as America’s working and middle class have their wealth redistributed to the country’s top earners through wage stagnation.
Research by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine has discovered that immigration to the country shifts about $500 billion in wages away from working and middle-class Americans toward new arrivals and economic elites.
In the last decade alone, the U.S. admitted ten million legal immigrants, forcing American workers to compete against a growing population of low-wage foreign workers. Meanwhile, if legal immigration continues, there will be 69 million foreign-born residents living in the U.S. by 2060.
