Politician reprimanded for using the word “illegal migration” in the European Parliament

By EMMA R. 19 December 2018

An EU Commission official was put in place when he spoke in Parliament’s LIBE committee last week.

He used the term “illegal migration” repeatedly regarding people who come to Europe without legal basis.

Claude Moraes, a British member and chairman of the group, gave him a reprimand.

“The correct terminology is irregular, not illegal. You are not illegal until you are convicted,” he said.

The Danish People’s Party member of the committee, Anders Vistisen, asked Claude Moraes to explain where it says that one must not say illegal.

“The word illegal immigrant is used in the Lisbon Treaty, so why can’t we say it in Parliament?”, Vistisen wanted to know.

Morales replied that it has been Parliament’s “position” for the last 10 years.

Anders Vistisen finds it appalling that the EU Parliament bans certain words:

“It clearly shows that the EU is unable to solve its migration problems. The first prerequisite for dealing with a problem is to talk about it. If we can’t even talk freely and call things by their proper name, we have an extremely long way to go.”

Anders Vistisen calls the debate in Parliament “out of touch with reality” and “severely contact phobic”:

“It is a parallel universe where certain attitudes are frowned upon and words are banned because they don’t fit the agenda.”

“And Danish politicians who are talking about EU solutions in the field of migration therefore feel that there is censorship of the debate and denial of the problems”, he says.

Belgian PM resigns after UN migrant pact row results in no confidence motion

Belgian PM resigns after UN migrant pact row results in no confidence motion

Belgian PM Charles Michel

Belgium’s Prime Minister Charles Michel has announced his immediate resignation after a no-confidence motion against his government was introduced.

Speaking to the parliament, Michel admitted that his call for a “coalition of the willing” to govern until the next election – scheduled for May 2019 – had “not been heard,” adding that he would respect this outcome and resign.

His speech received standing ovation, according to the Belgian media.

ALSO ON RT.COMMigration not a ‘human right’: Austria refuses to join global UN-backed migration pactMichel’s decision came after the opposition Green and Socialist parties tabled a no-confidence motion against his government. The move was allegedly provoked by the ruling coalition’s failure to agree on some budget proposals.

The Belgian government was already weakened earlier this month, when the center-right New Flemish Alliance (N-VA), which is actually the largest political force in the parliament, quit the ruling coalition citing disagreements with its partners over the controversial UN Migration Pact. Michel had to reshuffle his cabinet and planned to make his government continue its work as a minority one.

The UN-backed pact that has turned out to be a stumbling block for the Belgian government was approved by more than 160 nations in Marrakech, Morocco earlier in December.

ALSO ON RT.COMDivided nations: UN migration pact sows discord as states turn away & face domestic tensionsSome nations have openly opposed it, while many others, including Belgium, witnessed widespread protests of their citizens against it. The US, which was the first to openly oppose the pact, said the agreement was “dead even before it’s been signed.”

Although the text is not legally binding and is regarded as more of a declaration, the pact is worded in a way that encourages domestic courts and authorities to consider it when making decisions based on interpretations of their laws.

Such provisions have prompted Austria, Hungary, Israel and several other countries to reject the pact. Critics claim that the deal is inadequate for managing global migration flows and might negatively affect their national immigration policies.

UK: Migrant Admits Hunting Down, Murdering Islamic Wife, Mother-In-Law

By DAN LYMAN DECEMBER 17, 2018

An Afghan migrant has been convicted in the murders of a Syrian woman he married under Islamic law and her mother, UK media reports.

Janbaz Tarin has been sentenced to a minimum 32 years in prison after pleading guilty in the August stabbings of Raneem Oudeh, 22 and Khaola Saleem, 49.

Oudeh, whose marriage to Tarin had not been conducted in accordance with British law, reportedly dumped him after discovering he had a second wife and many children living in Pakistan, but Tarin continued to harass and threaten her.

Chilling video footage released by West Midlands Police shows Tarin stalking Oudeh and Saleem at a hookah bar on the night of August 27, before he confronts them and the encounter becomes physical.

Staff say they ejected Tarin and that he made a throat-slitting gesture at Oudeh before driving off.

Oudeh called the police, to whom Tarin was already known due to a history of physical abuse.

Later in the evening, Tarin tracked the women down at home and killed them both.

After a three-day manhunt, Tarin was eventually apprehended.

Oudeh’s aunt, Nour Norris, told the Birmingham Mail that her niece had predicted her own murder three weeks prior.

“One day in the garden Raneem said to me: ‘Aunty I feel my life is going to end with him soon’, and I said, ‘Please don’t say that,'” Norris said. “That was three weeks before she was murdered.”

Three Women Stabbed in Germany, Manhunt Underway

Screen Shot 2018-12-17 at 11.40.13 AM

Three women were attacked overnight in the city of Nuremberg with two of them in critical condition.

The police, who are reportedly still in the dark about whether all the incidents are connected, are warning locals that the perpetrator or perpetrators may strike again.

Three women were stabbed in one of Nuremberg’s districts with an unknown sharp object within three and a half hours. The criminal police have taken over the investigation and a special commission has been set up to investigate the matter. They are to talk to the victims and interview locals, who may have seen something.

The first incident happened around 7 pm, when a stranger stabbed a 56-year-old woman while she was out for a walk and immediately fled. The severely injured woman was rushed to a local hospital, where she underwent surgery.

Later in the evening, a 26-year-old was stabbed on her way home then an unknown offender attacked a 34-year-old lady. They received life-threatening wounds and were urgently operated on. German media reports, citing doctors, say that all three are out of danger now.

Police have launched a manhunt, deployed dogs, and a police helicopter as well as boosting their presence in the district. The investigation is currently underway; however, there are conflicting reports about possible perpetrators.

The German outlet Focus reports that it cannot be ruled out that one person is responsible for all three cases.

There are different descriptions of a suspect, who is reportedly a strong-looking person of about 25 — 30 years old. Other witnesses suggest the attacker had blond or dark blond hair, a light complexion and a three-day beard. There’s also no definite information about what kind of weapon was used.

According to Bavarian radio, there is no evidence confirming that this was a terrorist attack, like the one at the Christmas market in Strasbourg, where the assailant was shot by the police after a search operation.

Afghan grins in mugshot after beating up Swedish elderly woman and calls her “a racist”

By

Capture

The criminal Afghan has previously been convicted of attempted murder, among other offences, but has avoided expulsion each time. This time as well.

The 74-year-old Ingrid’s glasses broke in half when the criminal Afghan Walid struck her in her face. Walid then accused the elderly woman of being racist – and got off with only a few weeks’ imprisonment.

On 31 October, Ingrid went down to the laundry room in her apartment building. There she met 29-year-old Walid.

According to Ingrid, Walid was carrying a mattress when she saw him. After she asked if he had slept at his parents, he replied, “No, I’m an idiot.” She replied “Yes, you are.”

The Afghan then tore off and broke her glasses, then punched her hard in the face. Ingrid was in pain and shock afterwards. When Walid was arrested by police, he grinned when he was photographed.

During the trial, the Afghan defended himself by claiming that Ingrid had insulted him “in a racist way”. Solna District Court sentenced Walid to only four weeks in prison.

He will also pay €500 in damages to Ingrid. Walid is a citizen of Afghanistan, but the prosecutor did not call for expulsion.

He has been sentenced several times before – but each time he has avoided expulsion. He previously appears under 12 sections in the criminal registers.

In February 2012, Walid was sentenced to six years in prison for attempted murder, but was already released in December 2015.

Top EU Official: ‘Europe, Africa Destinies Linked – We’re In This Together’

Europe and Africa are ‘sister continents’ whose destinies are intertwined, claims Frans Timmermans, Vice President of the European Commission (EC).

Timmermans, who is vying to replace Jean-Claude Juncker as president of the EC, was recently nominated to lead the Party of European Socialists in next year’s EU Parliament elections.

During an address to party delegates in Lisbon, Portugal, Timmermans laid out his vision for the EU and Africa as co-dependent bodies, drawing parallels to post-World War II reconciliation efforts and the reemergence of European nations from behind the Iron Curtain of the Soviet Union

“If we do not understand that the development of our sister continent is of essential importance for our collective future, then we will make a huge mistake,” Timmermans said. “It is a matter of destiny.”

“Whose fate is going to be dealt with by whom? Europe’s fate by Africans, Africa’s fate by Europeans – we’re in this together. Our destinies are linked, and the only way we can get the migration issue under control and manageable – without losing track of our values – is if we are part of a sustainable development of Africa in all senses of the word.”

Timmermans vowed that if he becomes head of the EC, he “will make sure” all European nations share in the “common responsibility” of Africa – likely a reference to facilitating increased migration from a continent whose population is conservatively projected by the UN to reach 4.4 billion by 2100.

He asserted that a “substantial part” of the next EC budget should be allocated for “integration” services and infrastructure for migrants, including new schools, medical facilities, and language education.

Timmermans issued predictable condemnations of nationalism and populism currently sweeping the West in reaction to globalism, calling the outcome of the 2016 Brexit referendum the “absolute low point” of his political career.

“I know that many of you would have liked to have seen a woman standing where I am standing now,” Timmersman said in the latter half of his speech. “Sadly that’s not something I can offer. The only thing I can do is offer a male feminist, and that’s who I am.”

Police have deployed water cannon during a rally against the controversial UN migration pact in Brussels. Officers were seen scuffling with protesters, who threw firecrackers before facing off with law-enforcement.

The rally was dubbed the ‘March against Marrakech’ in reference to the city where the pact was signed earlier in December. It was organized by the right-wing Vlaams Belang party which has long been a vocal opponent of the agreement.

While having initially kicked off peacefully, the demonstration started to heat up with some of the participants burning firecrackers and hurling bottles as they marched down the street.

Riot police marched out in full riot gear to quell the unease. They later moved in with water cannon against some of the protesters.

At least two of them were seen being sprayed with water cannon right in their faces. It is not known whether any serious injuries have been caused by the hit.

One of the videos from the unrest shows how a chain of riot police sprint towards a small group of people (presumably demonstrators). Just moments later at least two of them are being encircled by the riot officers and beaten with batons. A male also gets a direct pepper spray hit in the face from the closest range. After walking just a few meters – apparently completely disoriented – he then collapses on the pavement, with police running past him.

Police said that at least 5,000 have gathered in the Belgian capital. A separate counter-demonstration of around 1,000 people, organised by left-wing groups and non-governmental organisations, also took place in the city centre.

The UN-backed pact promoting an international approach to safe and orderly migration was formally approved in Marrakech, Morocco earlier in December. The accord split global powers, with Austria, Hungary, the US, Israel and several other countries rejecting the pact. Its critics claim that the deal is inadequate for managing global migration flows.

The Belgian government suffered a blow after the center-right New Flemish Alliance (N-VA) quit the ruling coalition because of its disapproval of the accord. Prime Minister Charles Michel announced that his government was set to continue as a minority.

Macron accused of treason by French generals for signing UN Migration Pact

By

General Antoine Martinez has written the letter signed by ten other generals, an admiral and colonel, and also includes former French Minister of Defense Charles Millon.

They’ve given strong warning that Macron’s signing the U.N. Global Migration Pact strips France of even more sovereignty providing an additional reason for “an already battered people” to “revolt”.

The highly decorated military do-signees assert that Macron is “guilty of a denial of democracy or treason against the nation” for signing the migration pact without putting it to the people.

“The French state is late in coming to realize the impossibility of integrating too many people, in addition to totally different cultures, who have regrouped in the last forty years in areas that no longer submit to the laws of the Republic,” the letter advises, also saying that mass immigration is erasing France’s “civilizational landmarks”.

The pact, which has been protested in the Yellow Vest demonstrations in five countries, was signed by 164 nations, most against the will of the citizens as stated in dozens of country specific petitions, on Monday in Marrakech.

The immensely opposed and disastrous document declares unlimited migration to be treated as a human right and criticism of mass migration to be treated as hate speech.

Houston Mayor Creates Holiday To Honor CAIR

Published  on

In a stunning act of ignorance and stupidity, Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner proclaimed an annual day to celebrate the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) by making December 9, 2018  “CAIR-TEXAS, Houston Day”.

The Council for American Islamic Relations (CAIR) claims to be “America’s largest Islamic civil liberties group,” but in 2007, the U.S. government labeled CAIR a co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation terrorism trial for financing HAMAS.

Along with being classified as a terrorist organization in the United Arab Emirates in 2014, CAIR has been labeled as a Muslim Brotherhood entity by the United States Justice Department and was found by a federal judge, the U.S. Attorney Generals office, and the Fifth Circuit Court of appeals as having direct ties to Hamas.

On July 1, 2009, U.S. District Court Judge Jorge Solis upheld  CAIR’s designation as a co-conspirator, saying there was “ample evidence” linking CAIR to Hamas.

Hamas has also been classified as a designated terrorist organization by the U.S. State Department and is listed as a co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation HAMAS terror funding trial in 2008, which is the largest terrorism financing case in U.S. history. In the Covenant of Hamas, which outlines the goals and motive of Hamas and its members, it states that one of its main goals in the destruction of Israel.

“Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it.”

The long term plan of the Muslim Brotherhood and their allies is outlined in the Explanatory Memorandum, a document discovered by the FBI in a 2004 raid in Annandale, Virginia in the home of a senior Muslim Brotherhood official. The Explanatory Memorandum explains step by step how Muslims will implement their take over of America.

After the Department of Justice found CAIR conspired with terrorist organizations like HAMAS and the Muslim Brotherhood, the FBI severed ties with CAIR, saying it “does not view CAIR as an appropriate liaison partner.”

Instead of condemning CAIR, Mayor Sylvester Turner said,  “As a leading voice for Houston’s Muslim community, CAIR strives to maintain the highest ethical standards in all of our endeavors.”

His statement couldn’t be further from the truth…

It makes one wonder if Mayor Sylvester Turner has any knowledge of CAIR’s classification before honoring them with their own holiday in America.
