Congress Reveals Details of Border ‘Compromise’ $1.375B for New Construction — Bollard Only? $415M in ’Humanitarian Relief’ for Border Crossers

The details of a Republican-Democrat border deal package includes about $1.3 billion for 55 miles of construction at the United States-Mexico border for “physical barrier” and $415 million in “humanitarian relief” for border crossers.

The bipartisan offer to President Trump falls short of the $5.7 billion that the White House requested in border wall funding, providing just $1.375 billion in total to construct about 55 miles of new physical barriers in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas, sector of the southern border. The full text of the legislation can be read here. Section 230 discusses border construction funding — which appears to limit new construction to bollard fencing:

The amounts designated in subsection (a)(l) shall only be available for operationally effective designs de20 ployed as of the date of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2017 (Public Law 115-31), such as currently deployed steel bollard designs, that prioritize agent safety.

Roughly $100 million will fund “new border security technology.”

Meanwhile, the offer includes $415 million in “humanitarian relief specifically for medical care, transportation, food, and cloth” and funds “humanitarian improvements” for the McAllen, Texas, processing center and for a new El Paso, Texas U.S. Border Patrol processing center.

The spending deal attempts to reduce overall detention of border crossers and illegal aliens by limiting the number of beds at federal detention centers to only 40,250 — far less than the 52,000 the Trump administration requested.

The limited detention space will mean that current rates of Catch and Release — where border crossers and illegal aliens are released into the interior of the U.S. — will continueas they have throughout 2017 and 2018.

While reducing detention space for federal immigration officials, the spending deal ramps up what is known as “Alternative to Detention” (ATD) programs that effectively allow for illegal aliens and border crossers to be released into the U.S. with ankle monitors.

Homeland Security officials have previously told Breitbart News these programs are ineffective in monitoring border crossers and that illegal aliens who have been released put into ATD programs are rarely ever deported as federal officials lose track of them.

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) — tasked with deporting the 12 to 22 million illegal aliens living in the U.S. — would not receive any additional funding to add enforcement and deportation agents to the agency, despite requests by Trump.

Though Trump has yet to confirm his support for the spending, White House aides have told the media that they believe the president will sign the deal.

Illegal immigration at the southern border is expected to reach levels that have not been seen since President George W. Bush if reforms are not implemented this year. Researchers project, at current rates, there will be more than 600,000 illegal aliens apprehended at the border this year. In December 2018, there were about 51,000 border crossers apprehended and 52,000 apprehended in November 2018. This is a two-month border crosser population that exceeds the total population of Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Congressional negotiators announced on Monday night they have a border wall funding agreement they believe President Trump will sign into law.

The agreement was announced by a group of lawmakers led by Republican Sen. Richard Shelby and Democratic Rep. Nita Lowey, after a closed-door meeting on Capitol Hill.

On Wednesday FOX News announced Democrats slipped a “poison pill” into the deal that will prevent the 55 miles of wall from being built.

But the agreement is even worse than what is being reported.

The areas Trump cannot build any wall.

Hate Hoax Update: Jussie Smollett Hurls More Racist Insults at Doubters of Alleged Polar Vortex MAGA Beating

Actor Jussie Smollett arrived in Chicago on January 28th. He went out to get fast food at 2 a.m. when he said he was allegedly attacked by two Trump supporters in MAGA hats who recognized him in the freezing cold, beat him, poured bleach on him and put a noose around his neck.

It was -15 to -30 degrees wind chill on Tuesday morning.

The weather on Tuesday was a low of -9 degrees.
Frozen bleach will not pour.

Jessie Smollett said he was assaulted and suffered a cracked rib but condo surveillance video shows Smollett walking past security to the elevator without telling them he had just been attacked by thugs who “beat the hell out of him” and “broke his ribs.”

On Saturday Smollet admitted his rib was not broken.

This was complete crap – just like the rest of the story.

Jussie Smollett says he was talking to his manager during the assault but he won’t turn over his phone.

The Associated Press reported that police had released images of “persons of interest” from surveillance camerafootage, but were unable to find footage of Smollett being attacked.

The persons depicted in the police video were said to be walking away from the scene prior to 1:45AM.

Jussie Smollett’s neighbors say they doubt his assault story.

On Wednesday Rafer Weigel reported the Chicago police will re-interview actor Jussie Smollett over his redacted phone records.

But Jussie continues to speak out on the alleged late night assault.

On Good Morning America Jussie Smollett accused his doubters of being racist Islamophobes.

“I have to acknowledge the lies, and the hate,” he told “Good Morning America” in an interview with host Robin Roberts that aired on Thursday. “And it feels like if I had said it was a Muslim, or a Mexican, or someone black, I feel like the doubters would have supported me much more. A lot more. And that says a lot about the place that we are in our country right now.”

Police said they will press charges if they discover Jussie lied about the alleged attack.
It can’t come soon enough.

Trump Jr. took the attack one step further, accusing McCabe of trying to orchestrate a “deep state coup” against his father, before declaring that it’s time that somebody should “investigate the investigators.”

And though Rosenstein has already announced his plans to resign from the DOJ after William Barr has been confirmed, Freedom Caucus leader Mark Meadows is renewing the call for him to resign immediately following McCabe’s revelations.

In his first interview about the Russia probe since he was summarily fired by President Trump just 26 hours before he was set to retire and collect his pension, and while the possibility of criminal charges over his attempts to cover up his leaks to the press, former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe sat for an interview with CBS about the early days of the Russia probe.

In an excerpt of the full interview, which is set to air on Sunday, McCabe described how he quickly moved to start the Russia probe a day after meeting with Trump in May 2017 in the days after James Comey‘s firing, over fears that he would soon be fired. After authorizing the investigation into Trump’s Russia ties, McCabe sought to ensure that the investigation – which was eventually rolled into the probe eventually taken over by Special Counsel Robert Mueller – would be on “solid ground” even if he was booted from the FBI.

“I was very concerned that I was able to put the Russia case on absolutely solid ground in an indelible fashion that were I removed quickly or reassigned or fired that the case could not be closed or vanish in the night without a trace,” McCabe told CBS.

The interview marked the first time McCabe has ever opened up about his thought process when he launched the probe. In his recounting of his conversation with President Trump, McCabe said he felt intimidated by the president.

“I was speaking to the man who had just run for the presidency and won the election for the presidency and who might have done so with the aid of the government of Russia, our most formidable adversary on the world stage,” McCabe said in an excerpt aired on CBS on Thursday. “And that was something that troubled me greatly.”

He compared Trump’s request that McCabe allow him to visit the FBI – a visit that McCabe suggest would have been well outside the bounds of decorum – to tactics used by Russian mobsters that McCabe had once prosecuted.

“In this moment, I felt the way I’d felt in 1998, in a case involving the Russian Mafia, when I sent a man I’ll call Big Felix in to meet with a Mafia boss named Dimitri Gufield,” McCabe wrote. “The same kind of thing was happening here, in the Oval Office. Dimitri had wanted Felix to endorse his protection scheme. This is a dangerous business, and it’s a bad neighborhood, and you know, if you want, I can protect you from that. If you want my protection. I can protect you. Do you want my protection? The president and his men were trying to work me the way a criminal brigade would operate.”

Of course, nobody in the mainstream press has pointed out that the timing of McCabe’s decision to launch the probe would suggest that he was looking for leverage to stop him from being fired along with Comey…though, thanks to his decision to lie to the DOJ’s inspector general, that problem swiftly took care of itself.

He also admitted that he launched the investigation without any actual evidence…just partisan hackery.

In a discussion about the interview, McCabe’s interviewer Scott Pelley said McCabe affirmed that there had been discussions about invoking the 25th amendment to remove Trump – something that was the subject of a series of leaks last year…

…about a plot allegedly concocted by Rod Rosenstein (Rosenstein, for what its worth, has issued a statement denying McCabe’s assertion that the Deputy Attorney General raised the issue of Trump Administration officials wearing a wire during their talks with the president).

The Deputy Attorney General never authorized any recording that Mr. McCabe references. As the Deputy Attorney General previously has stated, based on his personal dealings with the President, there is no basis to invoke the 25th Amendment, nor was the DAG in a position to consider invoking the 25th Amendment.

Finally, the Deputy Attorney General never spoke to Mr. Comey about appointing a Special Counsel. The Deputy Attorney General in fact appointed Special Counsel Mueller, and directed that Mr. McCabe be removed from any participation in that investigation. Subsequent to this removal, DOJ’s Inspector General found that Mr. McCabe did not tell the truth to federal authorities on multiple occasions, leading to his termination from the FBI.”

Deported Sex Offenders Continue to Exploit Incomplete Border Walls

Sex offenders previously removed from the country by immigration officers continue to exploit outdated or incomplete border walls to regain entry into the U.S. El Centro Border Patrol Sector agents apprehended eight such offenders this fiscal year who illegally crossed into Southern California.

During Fiscal Year 2019, which began on October 1, 2018, El Centro Sector Border Patrol agents apprehended eight previously deported illegal aliens with histories of being removed from the U.S. after convictions for sexual offenses — often against children, according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Recent examples include one who crossed the border 25 miles east of the Calexico Port of Entry on Monday. During a biometric background investigation, agents learned that a California court convicted the 37-year-old Mexican national, Salvador Toribio-Gonzalez, in 2002 for Sex with a Minor, officials stated. Immigration officers removed the man in 2004 after he served one year in state prison. He also received three years of probation as part of his sentencing agreement.

The apprehension of previously deported sex offenders is not unique to the El Centro Sector.

Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol agents also recently arrested previously deported illegal immigrants with criminal histories that include sex crimes. On February 7, Rio Grande City Station agents arrested a Salvadoran man who illegally crossed the border near Roma, Texas. A records check revealed that a court in Conroe, Texas, convicted the Salvadoran national for Sexual Intercourse with a minor. The man received a sentence of six months in jail and three years probation.

The following day, Rio Grande City agents apprehended another previously deported migrant while patrolling near Cuevitas, Texas. During a background investigation, agents learned that a court in Centralia, Washington, convicted the Salvadoran national for Rape of a Child in the 2nd Degree. The court sentenced the violent sex offender to 41 months in state prison before immigration officers removed him to El Salvador.

On Saturday, Rio Grande City Station agents apprehended a Mexican man who illegally crossed the border near Roma, Texas. Court records revealed a conviction in Georgia for Child Molestation that carried a five-year prison sentence.

“He wants to silence your voice so Republicans don’t have to explain why they are climate change deniers. McConnell wants this to be the end, this is just the beginning.”

Bizarrely, Markey not only claimed that holding a high-profile public Senate vote on the proposal would somehow “silence” the far-left, he also insisted it would “avoid a true national debate.”

“This isn’t a new Republican trick. By rushing a vote on the #GreenNewDeal resolution, Republicans want to avoid a true national debate & kill our efforts to organize. We’re having the first national conversation on climate change in a decade. We can’t let Republicans sabotage it.”

In reality, holding a vote would do just the opposite.

By holding a vote on socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s signature proposal, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is forcing the Democrat Party to put their far-left beliefs on the record.

But why would Democrats not want to vote on legislation they’ve been championing for the last week?

Because it would expose and separate the Democrats who’ve been politically posturing on the proposal from the far-left wing vying for power, potentially creating a rift within the party.

Tlaib’s office acknowledged the story, stating: “The piece was from 2006 and was not an endorsement of Farrakhan or anyone for that matter. The Congresswoman has not had any direct contact with Farrakhan and condemns his anti-Semitic and anti-LGBTQ views.”

Michigan Democrat congresswoman Rashida Tlaib registered to vote from a false address, and represented a state House district that she did not actually live in, according to credit score and property records obtained by Big League Politics.

Tlaib’s own father even said that Tlaib “lied” about her address in order to run for office.

Here is what the evidence, presented below, proves:

  1. Rashida Tlaib registered to vote at a false address as she embarked on her first political campaign. “Registering to vote using a false address” is one of a number of crimes that fall into the voter fraud category.
  2. Tlaib ran for and represented the 12th district in the Michigan House of Representatives even though she was not a resident of that district.
  3. Records show that Tlaib was an “Absentee Owner” at the Detroit house she claimed to live in.
  4. Tlaib moved to her official Detroit apartment address, which she reported to the FEC after the election, at the start of her 2018 campaign. Her new address was recorded for the first time one day before she announced her campaign for Congress.

Congressman Jon Bumstead of Michigan told Big League Politics through an intermediary that Michigan state representatives are required by law to live in the district they represent.

Michigan Election Law requires candidates to submit an Affidavit of Identity, where they must provide truthful residence information.

The Tlaib scandal is only getting worse for the Michigan Democrat.

A Change.org petition entitled “IMPEACH RASHIDA TLAIB” is now closing in on 300,000 signatures amid national controversy for Tlaib’s profane comments about President Trump.

The petition states: “She lied about living in Detroit using her fathers house address .. she never lived there .. she lived in Dearborn ., her father has verified this .. you must live in the district you are running in to represent .. We demand a full investigation and recount of every vote that she supposedly received..”

It turns out, the petition, started by a Change.org user named Mrs. American Citizen, is correct.

Tlaib’s father made a series of comments to Charlie LeDuff of The Detroit News on March 13, 2010, in an article that no longer has an active ink but exists in the The Detroit News archives:

“Now Tlaib’s father is piping in. He said his daughter misrepresented her residency when she signed an election affidavit in 2008 with the Wayne County Clerk claiming she was a citizen of Detroit.

According to that affidavit, Tlaib claimed she lived at (redacted) in Detroit. That house is owned in part by her father, Harbi Elabed, and he now says she did not live there and he was only recently made aware that she had claimed so. “She lied,” said Elabed, 61, an immigrant from Jerusalem and father of 14 who prides himself on Old World values of parental fealty. “She lied big-time to get elected. I never teach her that way. I teach her the right way. It’s my house. She didn’t live there. She lived in Dearborn in her house with her husband and boy.”

Dearborn is not a part of the 12th House District that Tlaib was elected to represent…

Asked why he was tattling on his daughter, Harbi Elabed said it was a growing litany of transgressions that his daughter committed upon him — culminating in a dispute about care of his aged mother, who suffers from dementia. According to Harbi, his daughter sided against him and in favor of his nephew in a battle of custody, a complete breach of family values, he said.”

Rashida Tlaib’s swanky downtown Detroit apartment was first reported on February 5, 2018, one day before she announced her candidacy for Congress, according to Verizon Wireless records.

Tlaib announced her campaign on Tuesday February 6, 2018. Her announcement was carried by the Arab Daily News. In that article, Rashida’s bio hilariously switches from writing about Tlaib in the third person to declaring “I” at the beginning of the final sentence, revealing that Rashida Tlaib was writing the bio herself. The article identifies Tlaib as “a longtime resident of Detroit.”

The Arab News reported: “Former Michigan Legislator Rashida Tlaib announced this week that she is running for Congress in Michigan’s 13th Congressional District. Michigan’s Democratic Primary election is on August 7, 2018. Rashida Tlaib is a longtime resident of Detroit and the child of Palestinian immigrants. Rashida is a former Michigan State Representative where she served three terms and was appointed as the democratic vice chairwoman of the Appropriation Committee. Rashida made history by becoming the first female Muslim elected to the Michigan Legislature, and only second in the country…

Rashida Tlaib bought a house in Detroit on May 10, 2016 for $90,600.

This address begins appearing in records in October 2016. The address was deemed to have a “Determined Absentee Owner” during this time period.

She Actually Lived In A House In Suburban Dearborn from 2004 to 2016

Fayez Tlaib and Rashida Tlaib, husband and wife, bought the house on February 26, 2004.

In 2004, Rashida interned for state rep. Steve Tobocman, and joined his staff in 2007.

Rashida Tlaib was elected in the 12th district — southwest Detroit — in 2008, replacing Tobocman.

She got 14,176 votes (more than 90 percent) of the vote in the district.

But Rashida Tlaib, resident of the nearby suburbs of Detroit, actually lived in the 15th district (“Dearborn, excluding northeast tip”) where Gino Polidori got more than 77 percent of the vote, winning his third term.

Tlaib fraudulently won the primary in the district in August 2008.

In 2013 she tried to run for state senate in district that includes part of Dearborn, where she actually lived, but she lost the race and her state legislative career ended.

Rashida and Fayez sold the house as a couple to Fayez, now unmarried, on December 20, 2016.

“Owner Occupied” was the official credit rating on that address in Dearborn.

She Fraudulently Claimed Her Father’s House As Her Own Residence To Register To Vote And Get Her Driver’s License in Detroit Instead of Dearborn, where she lived

An official in the University of Michigan-Dearborn’s “Office of Metropolitian Impact” purchased this house, built in 1923, from Rashida Tlaib on July 7, 2017 for $59,000.

This is the address that Rashida Tlaib used when she registered to vote on March 5, 2008.

She used that address on July 24, 2013 for an official issuance.
