Sidney Powell: Mr. Weissmann could write a report that would make giving your mother a nice Christmas present sound like a federal criminal offense.

Mark Levin: Isn’t that why Pelosi, and the media and the Democrats say, “Let’s wait for the report. Let’s wait for the report,” because they know who is going to be writing the report and I suspect they know some of the things, frankly, that are going to be in the report. Wasn’t Mr. Weissmann at the Hillary Clinton victory party?

Sidney Powell: Yes, I’ve heard that’s true… The other thing you need to know is Mr. Weissmann is a master manipulator of the media. He did that during the Enron litigation also. In fact, he sat in the courtroom with his arm around Mary Flood who was the lead reporter of the Houston Chronicle.

Pelosi Power Move: Invites Trump for SOTU Next Week

President Donald Trump on Monday accepted House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) invitation to deliver his State of the Union address before the House chamber on February 5. The set date comes after the White House and congressional leaders reached an agreement to end the partial government shutdown last Friday.

“When I wrote to you on January 23rd, I stated that we should work together to find a mutually agreeable date when government has reopened to schedule this year’s State of the Union address,” Pelosi wrote in her letter to the president.

“Therefore, I invite you to deliver your State of the Union address before a Joint Session of Congress on February 5, 2019 in the House Chamber,” it said.

The invitation was shared to Twitter by Pelosi’s deputy chief of staff Drew Hammill.

Shortly after, the president wrote in a letter to Pelosi that he is accepting her invitation. “It is my great honor to accept,” he wrote in his response. “We have a great story to tell and yet, great goals to achieve!” he said.

The House and Senate still must pass a resolution officially inviting President Trump to speak to a joint session of Congress.

Last week, President Trump said he would postpone his planned January 29th address until the shutdown had ended, stating last Wednesday evening that “no venue that can compete with the history, tradition and importance of the House Chamber.” He said he was not looking for an alternate option after Pelosi served notice that he wouldn’t be allowed to deliver the address to a joint session of Congress this week. Pelosi had told the president the House wouldn’t approve a resolution allowing him to address Congress until the shutdown ended. President Trump shot back that Pelosi was afraid of hearing the truth.

“I think that’s a great blotch on the incredible country that we all love,” he said of the move. “It’s a great, great horrible mark.”

The drama surrounding the State of the Union address began when Pelosi asked the president to make other plans, but stopped short of denying him the chamber for his address. President Trump called her bluff in a letter, saying he intended to come anyway. “It would be so very sad for our Country if the State of the Union were not delivered on time, on schedule, and very importantly, on location,” he wrote.

Pelosi quickly squelched the speech, writing back that the House “will not consider a concurrent resolution authorizing the President’s State of the Union address in the House Chamber until government has opened.”

The Constitution states only that the president “shall from time to time give to the Congress Information of the State of the Union,” meaning the president can speak anywhere he chooses or give his update in writing. The address has been delayed before. Ronald Reagan’s 1986 State of the Union address was postponed after the Challenger space shuttle exploded in flight on Jan. 28 of that year.

IRS Workers Union Threatens Tax Refund Delays…Does That Include For Illegal Immigrants?

The union representing Internal Revenue Service (IRS) employees gave members the option to skip work during the government shutdown if they happened to be one of the 36,000 people who were recalled — some of whom were not paid, but all of whom now get back pay. Now, the IRS workers are wielding their political power the only way they know how: by making themselves even more non-essential.

Now, the union is threatening, courtesy of CNBC: delays are likely for Earned Income Tax Credit refund-receivers, or for any kind of refund that requires “human” and not “computer” labor.

The angry government bureaucrats are not yet resorting to the tactics of the mayor of San Juan, Puerto Rico, who held press conferences in front of trucks full of un-delivered supplies during a hurricane.

The IRS must address its official policy of giving tax refunds to illegal immigrants, officially ignoring the massive scam by which illegal aliens use fake Social Security numbers in the United States.

This practice is now coming under scrutiny following the revelation that Gustavo Perez Arriaga was using at least two fake Social Security numbers to live in the United States. Arriaga has been charged with the murder of California police corporal Ronil Singh. It is not known whether the IRS ever ignored Arriaga’s fake Social Security numbers directly.

Arriaga was using two fake Social Security numbers, according to available information provided by a source close to law enforcement: 537-89-0142 and 667-28-2314.

Arriaga lived in the United States long enough to rack up multiple arrests for impaired driving. Arriaga was officially wanted for four years, but ICE officers had no contact with him prior to Corporal Singh’s shooting. Stanislaus County sheriff Adam Christianson blames the lack of contact with ICE on sanctuary laws, saying at a press conference that law enforcement should be able to do its job without legislative interference.

Illegal immigrants are able to pay taxes using ITIN numbers provided by the federal government. The IRS put out an official notice in June: “More than 2 million ITINs to expire this year; Renew soon to avoid refund delays.”

The Treasury Inspector General confirmed that the IRS paid out more than $4 billion in tax refunds to ITIN holders in the year 2010.

How many illegal aliens have been acknowledged by the IRS over the years, even despite warnings from the Social Security Administration that the illegal immigrants are not using actual Social Security numbers? That is a question congressional Republicans and Trump administration agencies might want to seek an answer to.

The IRS practice of excusing illegal aliens was revealed during the IRS scandal, kicked off by documented proof of the IRS improperly targeting tea party groups for politically motivated audits and other penalties.

Look at what current Trump administration director of national intelligence Dan Coats said at a hearing when he was a senator: “What we learned is that … the IRS continues to process tax returns with false W-2 information and issue refunds as if they were routine tax returns, and say that’s not really our job. We also learned the IRS ignores notifications from the Social Security Administration that a name does not match a Social Security number, and you use your own system to determine whether a number is valid,” Coats said.

Then-IRS commissioner John Koskinen excused the practice in the 2016 hearing.

“What happens in these situations is someone is using a Social Security number to get a job, but they’re filing their tax return with their [taxpayer identification number],” Koskinen said.

Koskinen admitted that “they are undocumented aliens.”

Koskinen actually said, “They’re paying taxes. It’s in everybody’s interest to have them pay the taxes they owe.”

A former member of the U.S. Foreign Counter Intelligence community explains how the Roger Stone indictment demonstrates evidence of FBI surveillance of the Trump campaign, which could prove illegal evidence-gathering procedures in the Stone case.

“The indictment of Roger Stone may help explain the insurance policy that Peter Strzok was talking to Lisa Page about in August of 2016.  In the indictment, on page 17 section 35 titled “STONE’s False and Misleading Testimony About Communications with the Trump Campaign“, there is a very curious admission.  It talks about insider knowledge of numerous communications in the Trump Campaign.

“In truth and in fact, and as described above, STONE spoke to multiple individuals involved in the Trump Campaign….“ and “a. On multiple occasions, STONE told senior Trump Campaign officials…“.

This is important because it highlights the question, did the FBI or CIA use Stefan Halper or Joseph Mifsud to hack the Trump Campaign’s emails?  Stefan Halper, who is widely reported by most news organizations as a spy/source for the CIA/FBI, emailed Carter Page, George Papadopoulus and Sam Clovis of the Trump Campaign. Sam Clovis even reported to Tucker Carlson in May of 2018 that he received emails from Stefan Halper with attachments in 2016.  The indictment of Papadopoulus references numerous communications with the professor.  Joseph Mifsud has been reported as the professor and as a possible British spy.  Did these email communications have spy software attached and did Peter strzok’s August 1st 2016 trip to London involve him passing anything to Halper?”

Longtime President Trump political adviser Roger Stone reveals that he was the victim of a set-up meeting by a Russian using a fake Western name — but he did not fall for it.

More details are coming out about the Crossfire Hurricane plot to target members of President Trump’s team with fake Russian meetings in order to trigger surveillance measures. The FBI is facing massive criticism after the New York Times reported that the FBI launched a quiet investigation into the Trump-Russia hoax after James Comey’s firing.

“By way of example, as you know, back in June I sent this Committee a letter regarding a longtime FBI informant named Gennadiy Vasilievich Vostretsov who, under the alias “Henry Greenberg”, was sent to approach my client in May 2016 with claims of having access to information that could impact the election,” writes Stone’s attorney Grant Smith in a letter to Rep. Devin Nunes.

“Mr. Stone not only immediately and forcefully declined to participate in anything this FBI informant was proposing, but never saw or spoke to the informant again. Mr. Stone believes it highly likely that Mr. Vostretsov/Greenberg’s status as an FBI informant was not “former”, and that Vostretsov/Greenberg was, in fact, actively working on behalf of the FBI at the time of their meeting, acting upon a calculated effort to entrap Mr. Stone and, further, to infiltrate and compromise the Trump effort. Notably, Vostretsov was admitted to the country nine separate times on an FBI Informant’s visa,” Smith writes on Stone’s behalf.

Stone is demanding that the full transcript of his interview with the House Intelligence Committee be released to the public to prove once and for all that Stone did not collude with the Russians during the 2016 presidential election.

The Republican strategist also accuses Democrat California congressman and presidential aspirant Eric Swalwell of lying to create the narrative that Stone changed his testimony.

“Congressman Eric Swalwell told MSNBC that I lied to the House Intelligence Committee and that I ‘amended’ my testimony three times. This is categorically false,” Stone said in a statement provided to Big League Politics.

At a CNN townhall Tuesday night, Nancy Pelosi was asked by a sobbing mother who lost her son to an illegal immigrant, who she said brutally tortured him before death, which one of her grandchildren she would give up to make room for an illegal.

“If you need to go home tonight and line up your babies as you say, and your grandbabies, which one of them could you look in their eyes today, and tell them that they’re expendable for another foreign person to have an a nicer life? Which one would you look to say, you, my child, are expendable for someone else to come over here and not follow the law and have a nicer life?” Laura Wilkerson, who said her son was “slaughtered” by an illegal immigrant, asked Pelosi.

“I pray for you,” Pelosi responded. “Again, we all pray that none of us has to experience what you have experienced. So thank you for channelling your energy to help prevent something like that from happening.”

“But I do want to say to you, that in our sanctuary cities, our people are not disobeying the law,” Pelosi said. “These are law-abiding citizens, it enables them to, to be there without being reported to ICE in case of another crime that they might bear witness to.”

Wilkerson’s question:

LAURA WILKERSON, SON KILLED BY ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT: Please excuse my voice tonight. There are over 300 cities in this country that are sanctuary cities. Like San Francisco. And you’re not only choosing to disavow a law, but you are adding sanctuary to people who come there and disavow the law. 

In 2010, one of the illegals slaughtered my son. He tortured him, he beat him, he tied him up like an animal, and he set him on fire. And I am not a one-story mother. This happens every day. Because there are no laws enforcing the border. We have to start giving American families first. 

This is not — bad to not put Americans first. We have family that fought and died for this country. 

How do you reconcile in your head about allowing people to disavow the law?

‘Blasphemous and offensive’: Muslim customers lambast Nike for ‘writing Allah’ on shoe’s sole

Thousands of Muslim customers have demanded Nike recall their Air Max sneakers, claiming that the sports giant “insulted Islam” by spelling out the word ‘Allah’ in Arabic on the bottom of the shoe.

A Muslim buyer, Saiqa Noreen, who had noticed the writing which she found offensive, even launched an online petition asking the sports company to remove the popular trainer from the shelves.

Noreen discovered that the Air Max logo design depicted on the sole has similarities to the word ‘Allah’ in Arabic. The woman accused the company of having a disrespectful attitude to Islam, and said that it is “outrageous” to “allow the name of God on a shoe.”

“Nike has produced the Nike Air Max 270 shoe with the script logo on the sole resembling the word Allah in Arabic, which will surely be trampled, kicked and become soiled with mud or even filth,” Noreen wrote.

“This is disrespectful and extremely offensive to Muslim’s and insulting to Islam.”

The company refuted all allegations of intentionally insulting the Muslim community, saying the logo is a “stylised representation of Nike’s Air Max trademark” without any religious significance.

“Nike respects all religions and we take concerns of this nature seriously,” a Nike representative said.

“The Air Max logo was designed to be a stylised representation of Nike’s Air Max trademark. It is intended to reflect the Air Max brand only. Any other perceived meaning or representation is unintentional.”

Finnish police ordered not to speak of asylum seeker crime

Häme Police Department personnel received internal communications instructions on police information related to the current situation of asylum seekers.

The six-page guidance signed by the Police Chief and the Communications Officer of the Department has raised a lively discussion among staff in the facility. Many experienced police consider it exceptional.
Discussion has been raised by a daily police newsletter that “not mention the status of the suspect as an asylum seeker when reporting offenses”.
New regulations are also justified in the Communication Guidelines. Communication aims to promote security and social peace. Communication also aims to strengthen trust in police activities and to prevent radicalisation and racist phenomena.
The instruction reminds the police not to take sides. Asylum seekers should be treated neutrally, impartially and objectively.
The guidelines have also been extended to private, free-time discussions: “Police officers must, in accordance with their role, duties and behavioral responsibilities, treat asylum seekers in a neutral manner also in their personal leisure activities.”
The guidelines also cover the risks associated with the current situation: radicalisation of the population or asylum seekers, the spread of racism and the erosion of public order and security.
One of the risks is also the attitude of the police department’s own staff towards increasing workload and possible negative opinions on asylum seekers.
The memorandum estimates that “the registration of asylum seekers, asylum investigation and, subsequently, possible reversals, will involve the police more than usual for at least the next two years”.

Swedish Politician Exposes ‘Islamist Infiltration’ Into Politics

The Swedish Green Party, which remains part of the “red-green” coalition government, has in recent years been shaken by a number of nationwide scandals involving Islamists and their sympathizers; the most recent involves Sweden’s freshly-minted Culture and Democracy Minister Amanda Lind.

Addressing the recent allegations directed against his party, Green Party founder Per Gahrton admitted that Islamists are trying to infiltrate Swedish parties and get a hand in Swedish politics.

“There are investigations that show that Islamists, unfortunately, are trying to get into almost all parties”, Gahrton said during a public debate on SVT with writer Sofie Löwenmark.

Sofie Löwenmark argued that the Green Party, despite its quest to champion “tolerance” and “diversity”, had instead began to accept intolerance and extremism from certain groups, thus undermining its image as a “feminist party.”

Löwenmark also cited Green Party member Kamal al-Rifai, who invited Salman al-Ouda, Osama bin Laden’s mentor, to a lecture in Sweden, where he voiced anti-Semitic views and insisted that the Holocaust never happened.

Islam has very different cultural norms than western culture.

The Green Party, which was founded in 1981 by Gahrton, has in recent years suffered a spate of scandals with an Islamist undertone.

“Representatives of radical Islamism have tried to gain entry into other political parties. But no Swedish party has embraced representatives with opinions of this kind as much as the Green Party”, members of the Islamism watchdog Doku warned in a recent opinion piece in Aftonbladet.

The watchdog also claimed that the Green Party had major “blind spots” for Islamism in its midst.

Most recently, new Swedish Culture Minister and Green party secretary Amanda Lind landed in hot water only days into her tenure.

Lind triggered broad outrage with her accolades to party colleague and former Housing Minister Mehmet Kaplan, whom she hailed as “pioneer” and “hero” who “spent every day fighting for environment, climate, democracy, equality and justice.”

“She has been minister for like three minutes and has already begun hailing Islamists,” Moderate party MP Hanif Bali tweeted.

Turkish-born Mehmet Kaplan, the first active Muslim to become a cabinet minister in Sweden, quit his post in 2016 after his ties with a Turkish neo-Nazi group, the Grey Wolves, were revealed. Earlier, Grey Wolves representatives in Sweden urged their compatriots to “awaken” and “slay Armenian dogs.”

In 2014, Kaplan also made national headlines after comparing Swedish jihadists in Syria to Swedish volunteers in Finland during WWII. Still earlier, he likened Israel to Nazi Germany.

Another Islam-related scandal within the Green Party featured chairman for the Swedish Muslims for Peace and Justice Yasri Khan, then a candidate for the party’s top management, who had to quit for refusing to shake hands with a female reporter.

Per Gahrton himself sparked a lot of controversy with his pro-Palestine speeches at Radio Islam in the 1980s, which were slammed as anti-Semitic. In the recent SVT debate, Gahrton admitted this was a “foolish thing to do.”

Having emerged in 1981 out of the anti-nuclear power movement, the Green Party has been represented in parliament since 1994. Since October 2014, the Greens have been the junior partner to the Swedish Social Democratic Party in the Löfven Cabinet minority coalition government.
