Earlier today, NY state Senator Kevin Parker told a Twitter user to kill herself in response to a tweet she sent.  Parker was reacting to a tweet written by Candice Giove, the deputy communications director for the New York state Senate’s Republican majority. Giove accused Parker of illegally transferring his parking placard to a different vehicle, and then parking it in a bike lane. Here is Parker’s response to the tweet:

Parker’s unhinged tweet isn’t even the most disturbing part about this story.  What’s truly unsettling is that Twitter is refusing to enforce their own policies against Senator Parker. Not only was Parker’s tweet completely against Twitter’s code of conduct, but Parker continued to post another two tweets further targeting Giove.

Although Parker deleted his tweet telling Giove to kill herself, he continued to attack her on Twitter. Parker’s original tweet was clearly against Twitter’s code of conduct, but continuing to target Giove after his deleted tweet was another blatant violation of Twitter’s policies. This begs the obvious question, why is Twitter refusing to enforce its own policies against Parker?

For many reading this article, the answer is already clear.  Twitter is refusing to enforce their policies simply because Parker is a Democrat. After all, what other reason could there possibly be?

While Twitter has chosen to ban numerous controversial conservative users, they do not seem to have the same appetite for banning left-leaning offenders. Numerous people have pointed out that Twitter refuses to enforce their code of conduct against Louis Farrakhan, who has used the platform to compare Jewish people to termites. Clearly, Farrakhan isn’t the only one on the left getting a free pass from the social media company.

Considering Senator Kevin Parker’s history of this type of behavior, it makes Twitter’s refusal to punish the lawmaker that much more alarming. In 2005, Parker assaulted a traffic attendant in response to receiving a parking ticket.  The charges were dropped when Parker agreed to take an anger management class.  In 2010, he was convicted of assaulting a photographer from the New York Post.

Parker’s tweet today wasn’t just vile, it was incredibly hypocritical. Senator Parker strongly supports a proposed law in New York that would require citizens to submit to a background check of their social media posts in order to obtain a permit for a firearm. However, based on Parker’s history, it is unlikely he expects to be held accountable to the same standards as his constituents.

After the tweet today, Parker spoke to New York’s the Times Union about the incident. During the interview, Parker chose to double down on his attacks against Giove. Concerning his deleted tweet, Parker said, “I’m sure people in my district don’t care… Come on, people don’t care about that.”

Millions of impressionable American minds are being corrupted by Russian-linked memes, “the cruise missiles of fake news”, according to MSNBC’s self-anointed Russia expert. Everyone agrees that this is a reasonable observation.

Malcolm Nance, a former Navy cryptologist who studied Arabic and served in the Middle East, makes regular appearances on MSNBC, where he is given generous amounts of airtime to share his thoughts on all things Russia related. In his latest appearance on the network, Nance described how the destructive power of Russian-linked internet memes have apparently devastated America.

 

“The Internet Research agency built all these memes and tropes which became the cruise missiles of fake news and disinformation,” Nance said. He claimed that these nefarious meme-bombs have ravaged the mental faculties of “one third of the United States population,” leaving them unable to “believe what they see before their very eyes.” And of course, these JPEG-rockets “may have elected a president in the process.”

Photographs of these ghastly cruise missiles have been floating around on the internet in recent days, with many noting their astonishing level of sophistication.

This is not the first time that Nance has deployed terrifying images of Russian meme missiles to warn Americans about the new Moscow menace: In a July interview he declared that, “As an information war, the payloads in the information cruise missiles that Russia launched at this country were propaganda products which had their origins in 1917, in the Bolshevik revolution.”

Months before that outburst, in March, Nance was quoted by the Washington Post as thoughtfully asking: “What happens if 100s of millions of progressives worldwide abandon Facebook because they think it’s a tool of Trump, Russia authoritarians and neo-Nazis? Facebook needs to own up and do damage control to ensure they are not 2018’s information cruise missile of choice.”

Nance really has a knack for inventive Russia commentary. He previously demonstrated his vast knowledge about the country by falsely claiming that Russian President Vladimir Putin was a “former director of the KGB.”

The “intelligence analyst” is also a savvy media observer, describing journalist Glenn Greenwald as “an agent of Trump & Moscow” after the Intercept editor attended a conference in Moscow.

When it comes to comparing GIFs to airstrikes, the MSNBC talking head keeps good company: Guardian writer Carole Cadwalladr once famously suggested that the UK was now at “war” with Russia. The reason? Russia’s Foreign Ministry changed its Twitter profile picture to a photograph of Maria Butina.

Belgium’s Prime Minister Charles Michel has announced his immediate resignation after a no-confidence motion against his government was introduced.

Speaking to the parliament, Michel admitted that his call for a “coalition of the willing” to govern until the next election – scheduled for May 2019 – had “not been heard,” adding that he would respect this outcome and resign.

His speech received standing ovation, according to the Belgian media.

The Belgian government was already weakened earlier this month, when the center-right New Flemish Alliance (N-VA), which is actually the largest political force in the parliament, quit the ruling coalition citing disagreements with its partners over the controversial UN Migration Pact. Michel had to reshuffle his cabinet and planned to make his government continue its work as a minority one.

The UN-backed pact that has turned out to be a stumbling block for the Belgian government was approved by more than 160 nations in Marrakech, Morocco earlier in December.

Such provisions have prompted Austria, Hungary, Israel and several other countries to reject the pact. Critics claim that the deal is inadequate for managing global migration flows and might negatively affect their national immigration policies.

Ludicrously claims doctoring was “human error”

A state-owned news channel in France censored an anti-Macron protest sign during a live broadcast, setting off a wave of complaints about censorship.

France 3, the second largest public television station in France doctored a placard held by a yellow vest protester during last weekend’s demonstrations in Paris.

The original sign said “Macron dégage,” meaning “Macron get lost,” but when it was broadcast on Saturday evening the sign had been amended to read simply “Macron”.

France 3 is owned by France Télévisions, which is in turn a state-owned company.

Jean-Baptiste Reddé, a leading light in the yellow vest movement and the man holding the sign immediately complained to the CSA, the Conseil supérieur de l’audiovisuel, an institution tasked with regulating electronic media in France.

The channel was forced into an embarrassing apology but absurdly denied the doctoring was deliberate by pleading “human error”.

The SNJ France Télévisions union responded to the controversy by denouncing the doctoring as an act of “inexcusable professional misconduct” and demanded an inquiry.

“We demand to hear her explanations and the measures she plans to take to prevent these things from happening again,” the union said in a statement. “What about the responsibility of the chief editor?”

As we reported yesterday, French Prime Minister Edouard Philippe admitted that the French government made massive mistakes in responding to the demonstrations and that, “We did not listen enough to the French people.”

A gay bar in New York hosted an event earlier this month in which a 11-year-old crossdresser performed on stage while patrons threw money at him.

The 3 Dollar Bill gay club in Brooklyn sold tickets to the “Club Whoa!!!” show on EventBrite for $15, promising 11-year-old “drag kid” Desmond Napoles, AKA Desmond Is Amazing, would headline the event.

Subsequent video and photos from the event posted to Instagram and Reddit show Desmond indeed performed dressed up as No Doubt’s Gwen Stefani, while men threw money on stage.

Photos posted to Desmond’s Instagram profile also show him performing at the club in various other outfits.

Reactions to the performance have ranged from disgust to outrage, with some asking if the club will be investigated for promoting pedophilia, while others urged Child Protective Services to take action.

“10 year old kids shouldn’t be performing at any bar. Gay or straight. He should be at home playing with legos and riding his bike….or at a dance class for kids…not being sexually groomed. This is child abuse,” reads the top voted comment at /r/trashy.

“This isn’t Trashy: It’s child abuse. If this were a 10 year old girl at any other club CPS would already be there,” another keen Redditor commented.

“I left after seeing a child dance on stage for money at nighttime. This was on Saturday night and I have been feeling disturbed ever since,” a Yelp reviewer wrote.

Writing at LouderWithCrowder.com, Courtney Kirchoff made the connection between the left’s promotion of “drag kids” and the creeping normalization of pedophilia.

I don’t care if you’re gay, straight, or wish to marry a potato. If you went to this event, if you watched a child perform sexually, if you gave him money for it, if you think his mother is anything other than the handmaiden of Satan for encouraging, allowing, and making this event happen, you are everything wrong with our species. Further, if you shrug your shoulders and dismiss this, if you say it’s the child’s choice to perform like this, that we shouldn’t opine on what is happening to Desmond Napoles and every other child being exploited by his or her parents and our current culture of anything goes, you are everything wrong with humanity.

In another video shared on Twitter Tuesday, Desmond livestreams with a drag queen named Lactacia, and appears familiar with the dissociative club drug Ketamine.

‘Boys can have periods too’: Brighton schools updated curriculum sparks outrage

A Brighton primary school will now begin teaching children as young as eight that “trans boys and men and non-binary people may have periods” as part of new guidance on menstruation and sex education.

The instructions were included in the ‘Taking a Period Positive Approach in Brighton & Hove Schools,’ guidelines issued by the local council in early December.

“Period products are provided for all pupils and students who need them and this provision is promoted and known about by all,” the guidance reads, with express intention of reducing the “stigma and shame related to periods.”

The advice also advocates the placement of Red Boxes in all age-relevant bathrooms, at a cost of £3,620 ($4,580), which would provide free sanitary products to students in need with the aim of diminishing so-called ‘period poverty.’

The report issued by Brighton & Hove City Council states that “49% of girls have missed an entire day of school because of their period,” while “one in ten girls in the UK have been unable to afford period products.”  

The instructions also state that “periods are something to celebrate” as visible in various cultures around the world, and advocates “a cross-curricular approach to learning about periods, particularly in science and PSHE but also in media studies, PE, maths, graphics, and textiles.”

“Girls going through puberty are already having a difficult time. What they should be given is clear language to be able to talk about their bodies and their female biological functions without couching it in politically correct terms,” Stephanie Davies-Arai, founder of the campaign group Transgender Trend told The Mail on Sunday.

Others pointed to the fact that, even at this young age and with the best of intentions, such measures might actually exacerbate the stigma around menstruation for young girls.

“To tell impressionable children that boys can also menstruate sidelines girls who should be getting support when they start their periods,” writer and feminist campaigner Julie Bindel said.

Ignored by Media: Families of Citizens Murdered By Illegal Aliens Hold Demonstration at US Southern Border

Families of American citizens who were murdered by illegal aliens held a demonstration at the border of US and Mexico on Friday.

The Angel Families rally was in support of a border wall took place at the San Ysidro Port of Entry.

The Angel Families are an organization aimed at bringing “illegal alien crimes to the forefront of politicians and American citizens by bringing victims and their families into the light with their stories and to enlighten them of the fight we have in front of us.”

The organization claimed that Democratic politicians have refused to ever meet with any of them, “because they can’t face us.”

One of the speakers at the border event was Mary Anne Mendoza, whose son Sgt Brandon Mendoza was killed by an illegal alien on the day after Mother’s Day in 2014.

“We are fighting so that no other American family has to feel the pain and the grief that we do,” Mendoza told the Epoch Times.

Another speaker at the rally was Agnes Gibboney, a legal immigrant from Brazil whose son was shot and killed in 2012 by an illegal alien gang member who had previously been deported.

“We’re calling on all Americans to support President Trump who’s fighting hard to keep his campaign promise to build the wall,” Gibboney said. “We need to build the wall so we can prevent the needless loss of life at the hands of illegal aliens.”
