Illegal Arrested for Raping, Impregnating Child in California

By Peter D’Abrosca

He’s been arrested twice for entering the United States illegally.

Today in 100 percent preventable crime, an illegal alien living in California is in police custody after allegedly raping and impregnating a 15-year-old girl.

“Police said 31-year-old Hector Montez is being held at the Kings County Jail on a $6 million bond,” according to KOLD. “Montez is from Honduras and is in the United States illegally, according to officials.”

According to the Kings County Sheriff’s Office, they were contacted by the hospital where the young girl was about to give birth due to the girl’s age.

Montez allegedly raped and impregnated her last March, when she was 14. Though Montez denied that he knew the girl, they were connected via social media. According to the sheriff’s office, he allegedly picked her up from school at least once. The report was unclear about whether this event led to the rape, but said that the girl hid her pregnancy for months.

“Montez has been arrested twice for illegally entering the U.S., according to local media reports,” the report said. “U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has sent a request to detain Montez, officials said.”

He is currently being held on $6 million bond.

Finnish police ordered not to speak of asylum seeker crime

COMING TO AMERICA!

Häme Police Department personnel received internal communications instructions on police information related to the current situation of asylum seekers.

The six-page guidance signed by the Police Chief and the Communications Officer of the Department has raised a lively discussion among staff in the facility. Many experienced police consider it exceptional.
Discussion has been raised by a daily police newsletter that “not mention the status of the suspect as an asylum seeker when reporting offenses”.
New regulations are also justified in the Communication Guidelines. Communication aims to promote security and social peace. Communication also aims to strengthen trust in police activities and to prevent radicalisation and racist phenomena.
The instruction reminds the police not to take sides. Asylum seekers should be treated neutrally, impartially and objectively.
The guidelines have also been extended to private, free-time discussions: “Police officers must, in accordance with their role, duties and behavioral responsibilities, treat asylum seekers in a neutral manner also in their personal leisure activities.”
The guidelines also cover the risks associated with the current situation: radicalisation of the population or asylum seekers, the spread of racism and the erosion of public order and security.
One of the risks is also the attitude of the police department’s own staff towards increasing workload and possible negative opinions on asylum seekers.
The memorandum estimates that “the registration of asylum seekers, asylum investigation and, subsequently, possible reversals, will involve the police more than usual for at least the next two years”.

Grooming Gang Gets Taxpayer Money to Fight Deportation

By RONOC R. 23 January 2019

A grooming gang in Britain has received over 1 million pounds in taxpayer funds to fight their deportation.

The Rochdale grooming gang, so loving referred to as “Asian” by the British government, has been charged with grooming and raping girls as young as 13 years old. All four men come from Pakistan.

Since Britain is still a part of the EU, the “Asian” gang gets to use Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights. Article 8 is used to protect families against traumatic experiences such as separation.

David Spencer of the Crime Prevention Think Tank weighed in on the matter: “These men have been convicted of some truly shocking offenses, and it beggars belief that they are now able to run up even bigger taxpayer-funded bills making spurious appeals to extend their stay in the UK.”

The four men have run up a bill on the taxpayer dime, estimated to be 1,009,645 pounds.

Their taxpayer funded lawyers are working very hard to stop their eminent deportations and most of them are already out of prison for these heinous crimes.

This event outlines the extreme detriment of the EU laws that Britain has to live under because Prime Minister May can’t seem to get her act together and deliver on the referendum vote.

New caravan enters Mexico — legally or not…

Ciudad Hidalgo (Mexico) (AFP)

Hundreds of Central Americans entered Mexico illegally as the latest migrant caravan to set its sights on the United States began crossing the Mexican-Guatemalan border en masse Friday.

Not content to wait five days for the humanitarian visas Mexico is offering them, several hundred migrants took to make-shift rafts to cross the Suchiate River, which forms the frontier, or snuck across the loosely guarded border bridge overnight, AFP correspondents said.

That could trigger a new Twitter firestorm from US President Donald Trump, who has urged Mexico to halt such caravans, and who tweeted early Friday: “Another big Caravan heading our way. Very hard to stop without a Wall!”

Caravans of migrants hoping to find safety in numbers have taken center stage in the raging US debate over Trump’s proposed border wall, which has led to a government shutdown that is now the longest in history.

Around 2,000 migrants are traveling in the latest caravan — smaller than the one that swelled to 7,000 migrants late last year, leading Trump to warn of an “invasion” by “criminals” and “thugs” and send thousands of troops to the US-Mexican border.

Mexican authorities are urging the migrants to cross the border legally and offering expedited “visitor cards” that let them work and access basic health care in Mexico.

So far, 969 migrants from Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala and Nicaragua have been registered under the program and given bracelets that they can exchange for visitor cards in five days.

But hundreds more migrants ignored the offer and crossed illegally, not content to wait in the park where the caravan has camped out in the border city of Tecun Uman, Guatemala.

“A lot of us aren’t interested in waiting five days. Our goal is to reach the United States,” said Alma Mendoza, a nurse and single mother making the trip with her three children.

“We don’t have food, much less money. We want to reach our destination,” she told AFP.

Other migrants said they would consider staying in Mexico.

“My goal is to reach the United States, but if I can’t I’ll stay in Mexico and work. They’re giving us an opportunity,” said Christian Medrano, 33, an industrial technician.

‘AMLO’ walking fine line –

The caravan set out Tuesday from San Pedro Sula, in northwestern Honduras, and has grown along the way.

The migrants are mostly fleeing poverty and crime in Central America’s “Northern Triangle” of El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras. Brutal street gangs have made the three countries among the most violent in the world.

Another caravan of about 200 migrants set out Wednesday from El Salvador and is now in southern Mexico, possibly poised to join up with the first.

Many of the migrants are traveling in families, often with small children.

Those who reached Mexico’s southern border have covered about 700 kilometers (435 miles) so far. They have roughly 4,000 kilometers to go if they take the same route as the last caravan, to Tijuana, across from San Diego, California.

When that caravan reached Mexico in October, the authorities tried to stop it with riot police. But the migrants stormed in anyway, tearing down border fences then crossing the river illegally when police refused to let them through.

Since then, Mexico has got a new government, led by President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, an anti-establishment leftist.

“AMLO,” as the new president is widely known, has promised to treat migrants more humanely than previous governments. But he has also sought to stay on Trump’s good side with talk of reducing migrant flows.

The October caravan largely dispersed after reaching Tijuana.

US Border Patrol agents fought back two attempts by the migrants to rush the border, firing tear gas to disperse them.

Some have since found work in Mexico, some crossed the border and filed asylum claims, and many returned home. About 400 remain in a shelter set up for them in Tijuana that is slated to be closed on Wednesday.

Migrants stole Swedish woman’s puppies, beat her unconscious and tried to break her neck

By

A dog breeder in southern Sweden was brutally beaten in connection with a robbery last week. Three masked men stole her six puppies.

Now, several puppy ads written in poor Swedish and at low prices have appeared on various websites.
51-year-old Eivor Nilsson was on her way to let her Golden Retriever puppies out when three masked men attacked her, Samhällsnytt reports. The men sprayed red colour in Eivor’s face and hit her on the head with a hard object.
“I’m going to die. Will my life end at 50 like this, I thought before I fainted”, Eivor explains.
When she regained consciousness, one of the men tried to break her neck. The attempt was interrupted and instead they duct taped her mouth, eyes, hands and feet while communicating in broken Swedish. “They spoke in a foreign language. There is no doubt about it.”
She managed to contact her mother, who called the police and an ambulance. The assault resulted in swelling of the head, a damaged cornea, bruising over the body and a bone fracture.
She says that there is no doubt that the attack was planned. The reason is that she advertised her puppies recently.
And quite rightly – the last few days, several ads with Golden retriever puppies for sale have appeared on the Internet. Common to the ads is a low price and that they are written in poor Swedish.

They’re not sending their best.

Utah County police arrested 44-year-old Jose Olegario Lopez over the weekend and found 19 pounds of illegal drugs in his car.

Police officers tried to pull over Lopez on January 12th over a traffic violation but when Lopez refused to pull over, a team of officers pursued him and eventually stopped him.

Officers and a K9 searched Lopez’s car and discovered bags of cocaine and meth, valued at approximately $856,000.

According to police, Jose Olegario Lopez is from Sinaloa, Mexico, and has been deported from the United States eight different times.

Lopez also has ties to large drug trafficking operations outside of Utah, reported KUTV.

Drug trafficking is one of the many reasons President Trump is working to secure the southern border.

For the first time ever opioids killed more than car crashes in the United States last year and the Democrats still don’t support border security.

New cases of child rape revealed in Finland – President says asylum seekers brought evil with them

By Emma R. – 16 January 2019

A number of cases of rape and abuse of children, with foreign perpetrators, have been revealed in Oulu in the northern parts of Finland since last autumn, Fria Tider reports.

*
The police are investigating another four cases with girls under the age of 15, where three perpetrators of foreign background have been arrested suspected of rape and serious sexual abuse of children.
*
In all cases, the suspects have background as refugees or asylum seekers.
And now the police in Helsinki have arrested several migrants suspected of serious rape and serious sexual abuse of children. The crimes have been committed in the last two months.
*
No direct link with the cases in Oulu is currently known.
Finland’s Prime Minister Juha Sipilä wrote on Twitter: “As a result of the inhuman and reprehensible events in Oulu and Helsinki, the Government will meet next week in negotiations both on Tuesday and Friday.”
Helsinki police point out the importance of parents informing their children to be cautious on social media, where the foreign rapists find their victims.

2020 Dem candidate Julian Castro proposes releasing illegals into America with ankle monitors

By Victor Skinner

Obama’s former Housing and Urban Development secretary Julian Castro wants to be America’s next president, and he has some bold new ideas on how to fix the problems plaguing the country.

Castro, a former mayor of San Antonio and youngest member of Obama’s cabinet from 2014 to 2017, announced his intent to run for POTUS in 2020 on Saturday.

The grandson of a Mexican immigrant, Castro told CBS News’ “Face the Nation” he would take a different approach than the Trump administration to folks crossing the southern border illegally, though he’s apparently unaware that his bright idea is already in use.

“What I believe we could do and what the Obama administration did do, I believe, toward the end of its tenure, was to look at things like ankle monitors so that you’re able to monitor where people are in the country,” he told the news station, according to the Washington Examiner.

Rather than detain those who break the law, Castro would treat them as probationers and reward those who cooperate with citizenship.

“We also need to be serious about recognizing the right of people to seek asylum, and the president is playing games with this, blocking people’s right to seek asylum. I would change that,” he said. “I would make sure that we push as hard as possible for comprehensive immigration reform, so that for people who are already here, if they’ve been law abiding, if they pay a fine, that they can get an earned path to citizenship.”

The problem is, ankle monitors aren’t a bold or new idea, and apparently they don’t work.

The Associated Press reported in August that the federal government is issuing thousands of ankle monitors to illegal immigrants and the devices work great to get people to show up to court, until deportation proceedings begin.

After that, many illegal immigrants ditch the devices and run.

According to the AP:

As of early July, there were nearly 84,500 active participants in ICE’s Intensive Supervision Appearance Program, or alternatives to detention — more than triple the number in November 2014. Around 45 percent of those were issued GPS monitors.

ICE spokesman Matthew Bourke said immigration court attendance is strong for immigrants in intensive supervision, but that ankle monitors and other measures are “not an effective tool” after deportation orders are issued. There isn’t reliable information on the number of ankle monitor recipients who remove them and flee, but many say it’s high.

“People can just cut those things off if they want to,” said Sara Ramey, a San Antonio immigration attorney whose asylum-seeking clients are routinely assigned ankle monitors.
