It’s hardly a secret that leftists love the idea of open borders and letting illegal immigration run amok.
It’s also a well-established fact that Democrats typically harbor a seething hatred of all things related to President Donald Trump and will stoop to any depth to needle the president.
But it takes a certain level of brazenness, even for a leftist Democrat, to boast about personally helping and bringing members of the migrant caravan across the border just to stick it to Trump.
U.S. Rep. Pramila Jayapal, a Washington Democrat, apparently has that kind of brazenness.
The 53-year-old Jayapal bragged on her Twitter account about helping migrants get into the United States after they had previously been denied entry.
“I was able to successfully assist 5 asylum seekers – 2 unaccompanied minors, a mother and her 9 year old child, and a young man with a serious medical condition – into the United States,” Jayapal wrote on Twitter.
So, to recap: A United States congresswoman is bragging to the public about bringing in two minors who will inevitably end up in the foster care system, as well as someone who will immediately put a squeeze on taxpayer-funded health care programs with a “serious medical condition.” Wow.
Jayapal didn’t stop there. In a subsequent Twitter post, she also took it upon herself to accuse Trump’s border patrol agents of “illegal” acts.
“Initially they were denied, in violation of U.S. and international law, but I was able to intervene and ensure that they could simply present themselves for asylum in the United States,” Jayapal said.
It’s not abundantly clear what violations Jayapal is speaking of, though presumably she’s referring to United States asylum laws. In that sense, it’s beyond depressing that a United States congresswoman can be so obtuse as to what exactly qualifies a migrant for asylum.
To qualify for asylum, migrants must be fleeing because they have a well-established fearing of persecution for any number of reasons, including political or religious affiliation. Seeking employment or better health care, as many of these migrants admit to be looking for, unequivocally do not qualify for asylum.
U.S. Rep. Matt Gaetz, a conservative Florida Republican, took to Twitter to call out Jayapal’s efforts.
“Nuts” is one word for it, anyway.
But even if we were to give the fact that Jayapal did some incredibly humane act of goodness, how pathetic is it that her good deed was done just to attack Trump?
And make no mistake, Jayapal is a huge Trump critic.
According to Roll Call, she has just been elected co-chairwoman of the House Progressive Caucus. She also said in an interview with Politico on Friday that she decided to take her most recent trip to the border because she was horrified by reports last week about the Border Patrol using tear gas on migrants from the caravan who tried to storm the border.
“When I read the report about a week ago that kids and moms were being tear gassed, I just couldn’t sleep,” she told Politico. “I want to go see for myself what is happening, what happens to asylum seekers as they get to the border, how are they turned back, what’s happening to them in between, where the conditions in which they’re living.”
She clearly had no concern about the Border Patrol agents who were involved. They’re just regular American citizens doing their jobs — the kind of people Democrats increasingly have little use for, apparently.
And naturally, she blamed Trump for all of it.
“The president is lying about this caravan, he’s fear mongering,” she told Politico. “He’s trying to use people who are seeking asylum and literally running from death just for his own political benefit and that’s a disgrace.”
To paraphrase Jayapal, she is lying about this caravan. She’s trying to use people who are seeking asylum and literally running to better jobs for her own political benefit.
And that, my friends, truly is a disgrace.

In what was supposedly a “comedy” act to close out the latest episode of NBC’s Saturday Night Live, the female cast members got together to sing their rendition of Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas Is You”.
But the person they had their eye on was Special Counsel Robert Mueller, or, at least a report that would put Trump in jail. Because, according to the SNL cast, “the only other option is a coup. Straight Africa.”
Aside from comedian Leslie Jones saying she was going to bake “rophies into cookies because this year, I’m going to get [Santa]” (What happened to #MeToo?), the song was comprised of the deranged ramblings of loony liberals.
“This needs to be done by Christmas. I need a fricking ounce of cheer. I just really want my life back. Oh my god, it’s been two years,” the group sang, switching back and forth between them.
Getting more vindictive, they continued, saying: “I don’t need a full impeachment. But we just need a little fun. Please tell us we aren’t crazy. At least indict his oldest son.” “Please tell us we aren’t crazy” … Um, you’re singing a song to a special counsel to indict and lock up a sitting U.S. president. Sorry to break it to you, but you’re already there.
As they went, the group sang about how they were tired of getting “tiny nibbles” and wanted a “true entrée”, possibly talking about the many indictments not connected directly to Trump or collusion. “You better prove that Trump colluded. Or that he kidnapped JonBenet.” And they want to be told they’re not crazy.
Despite the recent cases of politically motivated violence, including last year’s mass assassination attempt of GOP lawmakers at a Congressional baseball practice, the SNL cast seemed to “joke” about overthrowing Trump in a bloody African-style coup: “We don’t need a long-ass doc, just a single page that stocks. Mueller, please come through because the only other option is a coup. Straight Africa.”
“Oh, I got the whole case laid out on my kitchen floor. And if you can’t lock Trump up, at least prove he’s super poor,” they huffed.
As they were nearing the end of the song (and the show), the women made their final plea to Mueller to finish the investigation soon:

Then Kate McKinnon admitted that “unless the report has like zero new information, because then we would rather it never come out.” “Yeah, yeah, because it is our last shred of hope and I’ve already drunk all the wine,” Cecily Strong exclaimed.
This song was from the same show that wept and sang “Hallelujah” when Hillary Clinton lost to Trump. The argument can be made that this Christmas song was funny, but probably not in the way the cast and the writers anticipated. Their attempt to attack Trump wasn’t funny, but it was pathetic. Them showing off their Trump Derangement Syndrome was hysterical.

Just like a real riot: US border cops stage massive readiness drills (VIDEO)
Dozens of US Customs and Border Protection officers in full riot gear have been marching, running and tossing fake tear gas amid loud bangs, as they trained to repel illegal immigrants trying to enter the country.
The drills, conducted on Saturday, created a truly apocalyptic sight, complete with white smoke and loud bangs.
Traffic at the Otay Mesa Port of Entry was halted for around ten minutes and led to increased waits for travelers planning to cross border.
CBP officials said that the massive readiness exercise was “necessary.” A similar exercise, held at the San Ysidro Port of Entry on Thanksgiving Day, also saw a temporary closure of the border.

Italy’s Interior Minister Matteo Salvini, the most popular politician in the country, is one step closer to making good on his campaign promise to deport 500,000 illegal migrants.

The Italian government passed a law that clamps down on asylum rights and boosts funds for police, handing Interior Minister and right-wing League party leader Matteo Salvini his first major legislative win.
The lower house of parliament voted 396 to 99 late on Wednesday to pass the law championed by Salvini, who took office in June in a coalition with the anti-establishment 5-Star Movement.
The new law eliminates humanitarian grounds for granting protection to refugees — asylum that is not tied to political persecution or war. It also funnels millions of euros to law enforcement and anti-mafia administrators.

Italy will still award asylum to war refugees or victims of political persecution. But it will no longer hand out “humanitarian” asylum, which was given to those who had “serious reasons” to flee their home country – a category that has often included homosexuals fleeing harsh anti-gay laws in Africa.
More than 20,000 people, or 25 percent of those who sought asylum, got “humanitarian” protection last year, and the tens of thousands of others received it in previous years will now likely lose their legal status when their documents expire.
The League’s lawmakers celebrated the passage of the law on Thursday by unfurling a banner outside the lower house of parliament that read: “The Salvini decree is law; the good times (for migrants) are over.”
The law also allows for migrants to be stripped of their citizenship if they’re convicted of terrorism.

Spain: Pakistani migrant punches female doctor as being treated by her is ‘against his religion’

A doctor from Linares (Jaén) has received a brutal punch from a young illegal Pakistani because he resisted being treated by a woman. According to what he said on Wednesday before the judge, the reason is because “his religion forbids him.”
According to Carlos Garrido, the victim’s lawyer, the events occurred at two o’ clock in the morning of Monday at the Virgen de Linarejos health center.
The assailant was in the waiting room waiting to be seen when suddenly, “he threw himself to the ground and started screaming”.
A watchman witnessed the scene and helped him up and seated him in a chair. “Nobody understood what was happening to him, the young man indicated that he could communicate in Arabic or Italian,” adds the lawyer.
It was at that moment that the attacker hit a female doctor in the face with a punch that caused her to fall backwards to the ground. Several of the doctor’s colleagues then immobilized the Pakistani man, so as to avoid further violence.
The National Police immediately detained the aggressor. On his appearance before the Court this Wednesday, the defendant has acknowledged the facts, but added that “he does not remember anything”. In relation to the cause that pushed him to hit the victim, he added that “my religion does not allow women to invade my space.”
The victim is currently on leave due not only to her physical injuries, but also the psychological consequences that persist after this type of attack.
The defendant was in Spain illegally and had come from Italy. The coroner does not rule out that he was under the influence of a drug.
The Prosecutor’s Office is asking for five months in prison, a restraining order and compensation of some 600 euros.
The attacker walked free without charges and the police have opened a file to him as well as removed his passport for security reasons.
Vox, a right wing Political Party that is rising in popularity in Spain, has demanded the illegal immigrant be deported.
Vox has also demanded, during its campaign for local elections in Andalucia, that the nationality of every person guilty of sexual abuse or rape be published, as the Socialist Party currently in charge of the province has a policy to hide that information, for obvious reasons.
Foreboding – FBI Raids Home of Clinton Foundation Whistleblower…

According to the Daily Caller: FBI agents raided the home of a recognized Department of Justice whistleblower who privately delivered documents pertaining to the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One to a government watchdog, according to the whistleblower’s attorney.
The Justice Department’s inspector general was informed that the documents show that federal officials failed to investigate potential criminal activity regarding former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and Rosatom, the Russian company that purchased Uranium One, a document reviewed by The Daily Caller News Foundation alleges.
The delivered documents also show that then-FBI Director Robert Mueller failed to investigate allegations of criminal misconduct pertaining to Rosatom and to other Russian government entities attached to Uranium One, the document reviewed by TheDCNF alleges. Mueller is now the special counsel investigating whether the Trump campaign colluded with Russia during the 2016 election.
“The bureau raided my client to seize what he legally gave Congress about the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One,” the whistleblower’s lawyer, Michael Socarras, told TheDCNF, noting that he considered the FBI’s raid to be an “outrageous disregard” of whistleblower protections. (continue reading)
Make sure you read the entire article because if the DOJ was intending to throw a bag over the entire Clinton Foundation investigation and cover-it-up, that raid is exactly what they would do. This is presumably the investigation that John Huber was/is controlling.
When congressman Mark Meadows reported that U.S. Attorney John Huber was scheduled to testify on December 5th, 2018, CTH warned:
This could be a troubling indication because: (a) Huber wouldn’t be able to testify about an ongoing criminal investigation; and (b) this framework would infer DOJ officials (above Huber) have made a determination -or agreed with his determination- that no legal liability is possible within the matters Huber reviewed. If the reporting of the raid by the Daily Caller is accurate; and given the nature of the timing for that raid; and accepting the at risk elements within the whistleblower case extended beyond Hillary Clinton to Robert Mueller; and noting how the SSCI was the recipient of the information/evidence as transmitted by Michael Horowitz; there is a solid appearance of the DOJ maneuvering to cover-up the underlying DOJ/FBI corruption by seizing -and controlling- all of the evidence.
[Additionally, in the background are the fingerprints of the self-serving quid-pro-quo between DOJ and SSCI] Just sayin’…
If that apparent cover-up perspective is accurate, then so too is THIS.
A cover-up just seems so implausible, because the activity is just so brutally obvious.
How is this level of blatant disregard possible? Seriously, I really don’t know. Perhaps these DOJ and FBI officials are genuinely inside a bubble and don’t know the level of information that exists outside DC…. or, maybe they just feel so above the law they simply don’t care. I don’t understand it either; but it’s happening – regardless.

It would appear there is no limit to what the corrupt Deep State officials will do to hide their unlawful activity; and apparently there’s not an honest person amid the organizations who can stop them. FUBAR. Very disturbing.
I hope I’m wrong.
Maybe there’s a valid reason for this FBI raid; if so, I can’t think of one.
