U.S. Border Patrol officials are now using air transportation to move migrants from overcrowded processing centers to lesser-impacted facilities, particularly from the Rio Grande Valley Sector.

On Friday, officials in the Rio Grande Valley Border Patrol Sector began flying migrants from McAllen, Texas, to Del Rio, Texas, the Washington Post reported. The flights are operated by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) but the migrants remain in the custody of Border Patrol.

The Post reported that the flights are aimed at moving single adults and family units from South Texas detention facilities as authorities prepare for even-larger numbers of family units and unaccompanied minors. These types of flights are highly unusual for Border Patrol, the newspaper reported. The agency resorted to utilizing flights which carry up to 135 souls because all buses are being utilized to transport migrants from the border to the initial processing centers. The flights are said to cost taxpayers about $16,000 each or about $120 per migrant.

San Angelo Live reported that migrants are being flown to Laughlin Air Force Base near Del Rio. Border Patrol officials then utilize buses to move the migrants to the Border Patrol station. Border Patrol officials stress these are “non-criminal alien family units.”

After processing, the Del Rio Sector will likely release family units with no criminal history or illnesses into local communities.

ICE officials are also screening family units in the Del Rio Sector for false or fraudulent family claims, Acting ICE Director Matthew T. Albence told Breitbart News in an interviewlast week.

“We have been working these cases from an investigative standpoint for quite a while,” Director Albence told Breitbart News. “What we’re doing now that is a little different is surging the additional resources to the ports of entry and Border Patrol stations where these individuals are being arrested and being processed. We’ve got teams in seven different locations who are conducting interviews of people who appear to be fraudulent families or where we have concerns that they are not who they say they are.”

“The results have been staggering thus far,” the director stated. “In just a couple of weeks, we’ve interviewed 256 family units and identified 65 fraudulent families. Almost three out of every ten families we’ve interviewed have become fraudulent.”

In an effort to more quickly determine the instances of false familial claims, federal officials are about to deploy a “rapid DNA” testing program in two locations. He said this specific type of DNA testing will return a result in 90 minutes that can identify a parent-child relationship.

Albence said the Rapid DNA testing will being this week. “We hope to have some results next week.”

Nadler opposed contempt charges against AG Eric Holder in 2012

Published on May 13, 2019

While House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler spearheads the campaign against Attorney General William Barr, he opposed the same charges against former Attorney General Eric Holder back in 2012. One America’s Pearson Sharp explains how Nadler’s long-standing feud with President Trump could be playing a part in his agenda against the attorney general.

Illegal Alien Siblings Plead Guilty in Murder of Coworker

Two illegal alien siblings entered guilty pleas this week in the midst of their trial for murdering their dairy farm co-worker.

“Francisca Vargas-Castillo and Leobardo Torres-Castillo pleaded guilty last week in Sanilac County Circuit Court,” said ABC12. “Vargas-Castillo pleaded to charges including second-degree murder, while Torres-Castillo pleaded to charges including assault.”

Both are Mexican nationals.

A witness testified that Vargas-Castillo beat and stabbed 42-year-old Brica Flores-Rivera to death in late August. Flores-Rivera’s body was found on Sept. 1. Vargas-Castillo evidently believed that Flores-Rivera was attempting to poison her children and seduce her husband.

According to the Port Huron Times-Herald:

Vargas-Castillo pleaded guilty to the following charges:

  • Second-degree murder, which carries a sentence of life or any number of years.
  • Tampering with evidence in a criminal manner, a 10-year felony.
  • Concealing the death of an individual, a 5-year felony.

Her brother, Torres-Castillo, plead guilty to the following charges:

  • Assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, a 10-year felony.
  • Tampering with evidence in a criminal manner, a 10-year felony.
  • Concealing the death of an individual, a 5-year felony.

Sentencing is scheduled for June 26.

The brutal murder highlights once again the lack of action in Washington, D.C. on the issue of illegal immigration.

Big League Politics reported:

President Donald J. Trump has declared a national state of emergency, for which several heavily-blue states immediately sued his administration. Democrats refuse to budge on the issue, unwilling to secure America’s borders. As illegal border crossings surge, they blocked a meaningful amount of wall funding in the 2019 federal budget.

In what many conservatives see as a colossal failure, the Republican Congress, led by former Speaker Paul Ryan, current Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, failed to deliver wall funding to the president’s desk during all of 2017 and 2018, when Republicans held the House, the Senate, and the White House.

BORDER PATROL REP: RECORD NUMBER OF AGENTS CONTRACTING ILLNESS FROM ILLEGALS

Border Patrol Rep: Record Number of Agents Contracting Illness from Illegals

‘I believe this is probably the record, you know, Border Patrol-wide, since ever, of agents calling in sick’

By Adan Zalazar

More agents than ever before are calling in sick to work or showing up sick, says a Border Patrol union representative who worries too many agents are succumbing to illnesses brought by illegal aliens.

Carlos Favela, president of the National Border Patrol Council Local 1929, says the number of agents affected by illnesses has reached alarming levels in recent years, with an estimated 20 to 25 agents from the El Paso sector calling in sick each day, while others come in to work sick because they’ve used up their sick days.

“I believe this is probably the record, you know, Border Patrol-wide, since ever, of agents calling in sick,” Favela told ABC-7.

According to Favela, numerous agents are filing union reports claiming they’ve contracted everything from the H1N1 virus to chicken pox to Legionnaires’ disease after coming in contact with sick illegals encountered at the border.

Favela says agents are concerned they could infect their family members with infectious diseases such as tuberculosis.

“The nightmare for the agent out in the field,” said Favela, “is that they contract tuberculosis or some kind of bacterial disease and they unknowingly take that home to their families and then their whole family is sick.”

To the border union president, the increase in sick agents coincides with the number of illegals arriving at the border.

KVIA reports, “Newly-released figures from the Department of Homeland Security reveal Border Patrol agents encountered 109,144 migrants in April 2019, the highest since 2007.”

Favela argues it’s hard to get the evidence needed to quantify the issue and prove a correlation, but he pushes back against Border Patrol officials who say they haven’t noticed the trend.

“That’s false,” he said. “Ever since the big surge of the immigrants started coming in, even as far back as September, we started seeing those numbers slightly increase – of agents calling in sick.”

The border rep is urging the CDC to implement changes to better protect agents’ health, including providing more screenings from doctors instead of nurses and new quarantine facilities for sick illegals.

FLASHBACK: Nadler Was Outraged When Dem AG Holder Was Held In Contempt Of Congress

By Joseph Curl

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler has been leading the effort to hold Attorney General Bill Barr in contempt of Congress, claiming the move is needed to stem a “constitutional crisis.”

But he felt completely differently back when Republicans held then-Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress for rejecting demands to turn over documents about the Fast and Furious gun-running scandal.

“Just joined the #walkout of the House chamber to protest the shameful, politically-motivated GOP vote holding AG [Eric] Holder in contempt,” Nadler wrote on Twitter in 2012.

The Judiciary Committee voted 24-16 on Wednesday to recommend Barr in contempt of Congress, saying he has not handed over the full, unredacted report from special counsel Robert Mueller. President Trump has asserted executive privilege to keep some sensitive parts of the report secret. Said Nadler: “We are now in a constitutional crisis.”

After the vote, Donald Trump Jr. wrote on Twitter: “Ahhh the irony. Political hacks gonna hack.”

Others quickly piled on. “Nadler now says the White House ‘stonewalling’ Congress represents an attack on ‘the essence of our democracy’ – as though stonewalling were some new phenomena,” former Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, said in an op-ed for Fox News. “Where was Nadler’s righteous indignation when the stonewalling came from a Democratic White House?”

“America should not mistake this charade by the Democrats for a principled stand,” he wrote. “Not when the principles shift with the political fortunes of the Democratic Party.”

Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida also weighed in.

“The fight with Barr is a political stunt. Real oversight was when House sought documents about #FastandFuriousan Eric Holder program that allowed guns to reach drug cartels in Mexico. Holder & Obama refused to give Congress information about it,” Rubio wrote.

CAP

“Nadler was also accused of hypocrisy last month by GOP critics for his subpoena of the unredacted Mueller report, with critics pointing to video from the Clinton days showing him urging caution regarding the release of details from then-Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr’s report,” Fox News reported.

“But now a different political landscape compels the chairman to adopt new standards of fairness, ignore existing law and demand the material he once considered ‘unfair to release,’” Committee Ranking Member Doug Collins, R-Ga., said.

Back when the House held Holder in contempt, then-House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said Republicans the move was purely political. “What is happening here is shameful,” she said then.

So what’s it this time, Nancy?

ICE Official Has to Explain to Democrat What “Illegal” Means

Premiered 20 minutes ago

Hawaii’s finest, Senator Mazie Hirono was confused on Tuesday about what the term “illegal” meant. Talking to ICE officials on Capitol Hill, Hirono repeatedly asked ICE officials what constitutes someone being here illegally. When a ICE official responded with a clear and simple answer, Hirono only got more confused. To be fair, Democrats have always had a hard time understanding crime.

Trump WINS Appeal Requiring Migrants To “Remain In Mexico”

Published on May 8, 2019

Trump WINS Appeal Requiring Migrants To “Remain In Mexico.” Once again there was a legal challenge to stop Donald Trump’s “remain in mexico” program but once again Trump has won. In an unusual victory for Trump ‘remain in mexico’ remains and asylum claimants will be required to wait in Mexico while asylum claims are being processed. Conservatives argue that most asylum seekers do not qualify and many don’t turn up for court “disappearing into the US.” The left argues that we should expand asylum to cover more issues instead of certain protected classes. As migrant caravans continue to move toward the US the issue of the migrant crisis is gaining more attention with even the New York Times editorial board siding with Trump and telling Congress to give him the money he is asking for. With Trump decrying illegal immigration as a key issue for his past and upcoming campaigns this will be a huge victory toward the Trump agenda.

According to Gallup five million third world migrants from Latin America to the United States in the next 12 months.

And according to Breitbart.com an estimated 42 million more say they want to enter the country.

One-fifth of El Salvador already resides in the US.

There currently are at least 1.1 million Salvadoran immigrants in the United States.

The number represents about one-fifth (19.1 percent) of the total population of El Salvador (5.7 million in 2007 according to the Salvadoran Department of Statistics and Censuses).

Remittances back home make up 20% of El Salvador’s economy.

Over 1% of Guatemala and Honduras entered the US since September.

This is an invasion.  And Democrats support this.

Teen Cartel Hitman Allegedly Shot Mexican Border State Cop for $150

Murdered Transit Cop

By Cartel Chronicles

MONTERREY, Nuevo Leon — A 16-year-old working as a cartel hitman allegedly murdered a local transit cop to earn $150. The Cartel Del Noreste (CDN) faction of Los Zetas murders law enforcement in Nuevo Leon to pressure authorities away from interfering with organized crime.

Last month, 16-year-old identified as Juan Manuel “El Meme” shot and killed Transit Police Officer Lorena Montiel Ramirez as she directed traffic in a busy intersection. Breitbart News obtained court documents stating that the motive was an attempt by the CDN to further pressure law enforcement. For the hit, El Meme received $150 USD or ($3,000 pesos) from Cristian Roberto “El Chato” Trevino Zapata, who supplied the gun and transportation to the scene of the crime, records show.

On the day of the murder, the teenager rode a city bus from his home in Monterrey to downtown Apodaca, where he met with El Chato for a 9mm pistol and received instructions to not drop the gun at the scene.

The pair rode on a scooter to Pesqueria, where they found an easy target. El Chato ordered the teenager to shoot Officer Montiel while she was standing in a sidewalk, records say. According to court documents, the teenager approached Montiel from behind and fired twice before running back to the scooter.

In the subsequent investigation, Nuevo Leon’s State Investigation’s Agency tracked El Meme to downtown Monterrey and soon after arrested El Chato. El Meme is being held at a juvenile detention center while El Chato is in the Cadereyta State Prison.

The CDN recently carried out several attacks on law enforcement in Nuevo Leon, killing two state police officers, two transit officers, and two state investigators in 2019. In the neighboring border state of Tamaulipas, the CDN also killed one of the top prosecutors who led the anti-kidnapping unit.
