OVER AND OVER AGAIN… Republican Lawmakers Refuse to Support Trump or His Voters — Is It Time for a New Party? Is It Time to Brexit the GOP?

CAP

When people show you who they are, believe them.

By Jim Hoft

The Republican Party never much liked Donald Trump or what he represented.

The GOP and establishment conservative groups never much liked Trump’s supporters.

Republicans were fine at cowering behind their desks at the first sign of adversity.  They were used to making promises and not following through.  They were happy to cede power to a radical fascist left that continues to tear away at the fabric of this great nation.

When Trump won Paul Ryan said he would build a wall.
Paul Ryan lied… repeatedly. He never had any intention of building a wall.

Either did Mitch McConnell.

When Trump declared a national emergency at the border 12 Senate Republicans voted against him.  TWELVE!

In May GOP senators killed off Trump supporter Steve Moore’s nomination to the Federal Reserve Board.

They did the same thing to Herman Cain.

Earlier this week GOP Senators undermined President Trump in his efforts to pressure Mexico to prevent the hundreds of thousands of illegals who are traveling through their country to the US.

They said they would not support tariffs on our southern enemy.  They won’t support this president.

When Paul Manafort was moved to Rikers Island this week to continue his torture — REPUBLICANS SAID NOTHING!
Do you think they will defend the next Trump supporter when his or her number comes up?

But the worst abuses are on the US Constitution.

Since 2016 the far left tech giants and radical liberal groups have been eliminating conservative voices online. They are harassing companies to remove advertising from conservative platforms and FOX News shows.  Hundreds of conservatives have been affected.

The left is using fascist tactics to rid the internet of conservative voices.
And NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING TO STOP THEM!

No one.

When conservatives were kicked off YouTube or Twitter or Facebook the GOP said nothing and did nothing.

When Trump supporters get their ass kicked by an Antifa mob, Republicans do nothing.

It is clear the Republican Party is AWOL. They are like a shell company. Just a name and nothing else.

Maybe it’s time to think about a new movement?  Maybe it’s time to Brexit the GOP?

When people continue to show you who they are, believe them.

Kenyan Illegal Alien Was Serial Killer Who Allegedly Murdered 12

Another preventable crime.

By

According to reports from Thursday evening, an illegal alien from Kenya living in Texas has been charged with 11 killings, after previously being charged with the murder of an 81-year-old woman.

“Kim Leach, a spokeswoman for the Dallas County district attorney’s office, said 46-year-old Billy Chemirmir was indicted Tuesday on six more counts of capital murder in the deaths of women ranging in age from 76 to 94,” according to Associated Press.

Chemirmir is accused of killing the elderly women and stealing their jewelry and other valuables.

A Collin County grand jury brought five more capital murder charges against Chemirmir, as well as two counts of attempted capital murder for similar attacks which the victims survived.

“Chemirmir has been in custody since March 2018 in the death of the 81-year-old Dallas woman, Lu Thi Harris,” the report said. “Police in Plano were investigating Chemirmir in connection with suspicious death and suspicious person calls at a senior apartment complex in that Dallas suburb and found evidence linking him to Harris’ death in Dallas, authorities said. Plano is in Collin County.”

He was caught after attempting to smother a 91-year-old woman in March. While unconscious, her robbed her. But paramedics revived her, and she described him to police. They began to recognize the pattern, identified Chemirmir as the suspect, and eventually took him into custody.

News of the brutal killing spree comes as leaders in Washington, D.C. remain gridlocked over border security.

Richard Burr Walks it Back on Trump, Jr. Subpoena Agrees to Strict Limits on Scope, Length of Interview

CAP

By Matthew Boyle

Senate Intelligence Committee chairman Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC) has relented regarding the subpoena he issued of Donald Trump, Jr., which was originally open-ended in terms of scope and topics, as well as without limits on the length of time for the interview.

Now, after a sustained pressure campaign from allies of the president and the first family, Burr has agreed to limit the scope and topics of the interview, as well as the length of time the president’s eldest son will be expected to appear.

Trump, Jr., will now, sources familiar with the deal that Burr and Trump, Jr.,cut early this week appear in early June sometime before the committee for between two and four hours–but no longer, terms that Burr originally opposed limiting. The scope of topics is also going to be limited. The deal that Burr has agreed to comes after last week the matter blew up in serious public fashion in Burr’s face–where an embarrassing amount of Republicans undercut Burr, including several members of his own Senate Intelligence Committee, several other committee chairs, and his own home state colleague.

While Trump, Jr. had been signaling that he might blow off the subpoena entirely, his intent sources close to him say has always been to be helpful. He had offered to answer more questions in writing, and even to testify in person again with a time and scope limitation–something Burr and Senate Intelligence Committee officials previously opposed. Now, after allies of Trump, Jr., and Republicans party-wide rejected Burr’s original subpoena, with a fierce public backlash, Burr has cut a deal to limit the time and scope of the subpoena–which allies of Trump, Jr., say was always his intention.

“This Don Jr. ‘compromise’ is classic Art of the Deal,” Cliff Sims, a former White House official who is close with Trump, Jr., told Breitbart News. “Take a hardline position, mount a PR campaign, throw out a ‘compromise’ you know the other side won’t accept, end up getting what you actually wanted all along while the other side thinks they’re getting a win.”

The New York Times summarized it similarly, laying out how what Trump, Jr., and his team did was very similar to his father’s political playbook.

“The move by the younger Mr. Trump’s associates was straight out of his father’s playbook — set the terms of the debate at the most extreme end of the discussion by saying he would not appear, then cut a deal and look gracious,” the Times wrote in its report on the matter.

Trump, Jr., is also, sources familiar with his thinking say, very pleased with the many Republicans party-wide who stood up for him during this process, and intends to help them in future political battles to come.

So, for now, the temperature on this fight comes down–but simmering tensions between Burr and the Trump universe are unlikely to fade forever, and this may foreshadow a bigger fight to come in the future sometime between the Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Trump-world.

What’s more, it further clears Trump, Jr.–who did nothing wrong with regard to Russia, despite countless media and Democrat attacks on his character. “This compromise further proves that Don Jr. continues to be open and honest throughout this process,” another former White House official told Breitbart News. “He has nothing to hide and has graciously permitted the previous agreement to be reneged on in order to reiterate there was no collusion at all, just like the Mueller report found.”

Illegal Alien Siblings Plead Guilty in Murder of Coworker

CAP

By

Two illegal alien siblings entered guilty pleas this week in the midst of their trial for murdering their dairy farm co-worker.

“Francisca Vargas-Castillo and Leobardo Torres-Castillo pleaded guilty last week in Sanilac County Circuit Court,” said ABC12. “Vargas-Castillo pleaded to charges including second-degree murder, while Torres-Castillo pleaded to charges including assault.”

Both are Mexican nationals.

A witness testified that Vargas-Castillo beat and stabbed 42-year-old Brica Flores-Rivera to death in late August. Flores-Rivera’s body was found on Sept. 1. Vargas-Castillo evidently believed that Flores-Rivera was attempting to poison her children and seduce her husband.

According to the Port Huron Times-Herald:

Vargas-Castillo pleaded guilty to the following charges:

  • Second-degree murder, which carries a sentence of life or any number of years.
  • Tampering with evidence in a criminal manner, a 10-year felony.
  • Concealing the death of an individual, a 5-year felony.

Her brother, Torres-Castillo, plead guilty to the following charges:

  • Assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, a 10-year felony.
  • Tampering with evidence in a criminal manner, a 10-year felony.
  • Concealing the death of an individual, a 5-year felony.

Sentencing is scheduled for June 26.

The brutal murder highlights once again the lack of action in Washington, D.C. on the issue of illegal immigration.

Russia Hoax 4Eva: No Senate Intel Republicans Publicly Stand Up for Burr’s Don Jr. Subpoena

CAP

By Matthew Boyle

Not one GOP senator on the Senate Intelligence Committee was willing to publicly align himself or herself on Wednesday evening with the panel’s chairman, Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC), after Burr made the determination, against indications from Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, to issue a subpoena to Donald Trump Jr. to testify again on the Russia probe.

News broke late Wednesday afternoon that Burr had issued Trump, Jr. a subpoena to try to compel the president’s eldest son to testify again. The subpoena is in contravention of a previous promise Burr made to Trump, Jr. that he would only need to testify once and would not be subpoenaed, and it contradicts McConnell’s edict on Tuesday that the Russia hoax is “case closed” after two years of investigating with no evidence of collusion or obstruction.

Condemnation rained down upon Burr quickly and swiftly from across the Republican Party, as Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy both ripped him for the subpoena, as did Reps. Lee Zeldin (R-NY) and Devin Nunes (R-CA), the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, who served as chair for the first two years of Trump’s presidency, as well as many others in the Trump universe.

The brutal condemnations from Trump-world aside, the stunning intra-GOP rebukes of Burr have caught Senate Republicans completely off guard. In fact, on Wednesday evening after the news broke that Burr had issued the Trump, Jr., subpoena, not one Senate Republican member of the Senate Intelligence Committee would publicly defend Burr from calls for his resignation.

Breitbart News reached out to every single Republican member of the committee to ask them if they think Burr should chairman the panel or be removed by McConnell for his rogue subpoena of Trump, Jr., as many in the Trump universe are pushing for now, and not one would publicly side with Burr.

Staff in many of these Senate GOP offices asked to speak anonymously about their bosses’ displeasure with Burr’s actions. But not a single one would go on the record to defend Burr. Several also said their bosses had sought out McConnell to intervene and stop Burr immediately.

These Senate offices include Sens. John Cornyn (R-TX), who is up for re-election in Texas in 2020; Tom Cotton (R-AR), Susan Collins (R-ME), Ben Sasse (R-NE), Roy Blunt (R-MO), Marco Rubio (R-FL), and Jim Risch (R-ID).

Not one of those senators would publicly stand by Burr on Wednesday evening, when asked where they stand both on the subpoena and on whether Burr should remain chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee. Not only has the entire Senate Intelligence Committee GOP membership basically abandoned defending Burr publicly, it appears no Republicans anywhere have his back on this.

What’s more, while Burr himself and his committee have not replied to requests for comment from Breitbart News about his decision to go rogue on McConnell’s claim the investigation is “case closed” by issuing the subpoena to the president’s son, sources familiar with the matter tell Breitbart News that the senator and his staff have been completely shell-shocked by the reaction to the news of their move to issue the subpoena. They had been expecting friendly press coverage, and few Trump flunkies to criticize them, but not the fierce opposition of the Trump universe swiftly raining down upon them like what’s happened on Wednesday evening.

In fact, one Burr staffer has taken to calling people, asking if they know a certain Trump White House ally who is particularly vocal on Twitter, perturbed at the level of backlash against Burr–and the complete lack of any defense for the now quickly embattled GOP chairman.

But Burr’s office has not replied to requests for comment. What’s more, McConnell’s office has also not replied to requests for comment. And while these other senators have not weighed in publicly, Trump and his allies clearly expect swift action from each of them against Burr–in public, with public statements condemning the North Carolina senator–or there will be swift consequences against each of them as well.

“It’s outrageous that Senator Burr appears to be taking his marching orders from liberal Democrats intent on trying to take down the President and his family to harass a private citizen who has already spent nine hours testifying in front of the Senate Intel Committee,” a source close to Trump, Jr., told Breitbart News for the first story on this matter. “When Don agreed to testify to the Senate Intel Committee in 2017, there was an agreement between Don and the Committee that it would be a ‘one and done testimony’ and in return Don agreed to answer any questions for as long a time as they’d like. Don fulfilled his end of the agreement; clearly Senator Burr is not fulfilling his side of it. It’s bad enough that he has to deal with constant harassment from Democrats in the House, but it’s shocking to see Senate Republicans join them in this harassment campaign. Unfortunately for them, Don Jr. has a long memory and come the 2020 campaign season, when Senate Republicans are begging him to raise money and campaign for them, he will remember where every Senate Republican stood on this.”

Trump, Jr., and presumably his father, are already taking notice of the silence from certain Senate Republicans, as some have been calling out specific GOP senators already:

This could be the beginning of a much bigger battle inside the GOP, one former Trump White House adviser told Breitbart News.

“By doing this, Senator Burr just started a civil war in the Republican Party with someone who has undoubtedly become one of the biggest superstars in the eyes of the base,” a former high-ranking Trump White House official told Breitbart News. “If I were a Republican Senator up for reelection 2020, I would be furious with Senator Burr because he assuredly just made their reelection campaigns that much more difficult.”

Senate Intel Committee Subpoenas Trump Jr… …Don Rebuffs Republicans Take on First Family

By Matt Boyle

Donald Trump, Jr., President Donald Trump’s eldest son, is rebuffing a subpoena from the Senate Intelligence Committee attempting to compel him to testify again before Congress on the Russia hoax scandal, setting off a major internal battle inside the Republican Party.

The news was broken on Wednesday afternoon by Axios.

“The Republican-led Senate Intelligence Committee has subpoenaed Donald Trump Jr. to answer questions about his previous testimony before Senate investigators in relation to the Russia investigation, sources with direct knowledge told Axios,” Axios reported on Wednesday afternoon.

“It’s the first congressional subpoena — that we know about — of one of President Trump’s children,” Axios added. “The subpoena sets up a fight that’s unprecedented in the Trump era: A Republican committee chair pit against the Republican president’s eldest son.”

Screen Shot 2019-05-08 at 6.04.37 PM

This development is particularly significant because the Senate Intelligence Committee–chaired by Republican Sen. Richard Burr (R-NC) and run by the GOP-controlled Senate Majority–pushing to subpoena Trump, Jr., comes in the wake of Special Counsel Robert Mueller concluding his investigation. Mueller found no evidence of collusion, or conspiracy, between President Trump’s campaign and the Russian efforts to influence the 2016 election–or between the Russians and any American for that matter–and did not find evidence of obstruction of justice, effectively clearing the president on all counts.

It also comes after Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, who ultimately controls the Senate Intelligence Committee because he is the Majority Leader in the Senate, declared earlier this week regarding the Russia hoax that it was “case closed.” This effort by Burr flies in the face of what McConnell said, and threatens to seriously escalate differences between Republicans in Congress and the Trump administration at a time when the left seeks to create dissent among Republicans ahead of the critical 2020 presidential election.

“We do not discuss the details of witness engagements with the Committee,” the Senate Intelligence Committee spokesperson said in a statement to Axios. “Throughout the investigation, the Committee has reserved the right to recall witnesses for additional testimony as needed, as every witness and witness counsel has been made aware.”

Despite the Senate Committee’s claim that it does not discuss witness engagements with the media, Breitbart News is aware of several reporters who were told of this by the committee in an effort to push this into the news in the wake of McConnell’s claim that the case is closed on Russia. These reporters are aware of who they are, and more investigation into the Senate Intelligence Committee leaks on this front is likely.

Attorney General Bill Barr, who testified last week before a different Senate panel, has come under serious criticism by Democrats in Congress for the way he has characterized the report. Nonetheless, most of the report is public despite some redactions and Barr’s characterizations of it are essentially immaterial at this stage. Indeed, Mueller himself apparently was not happy with the initial media coverage of Barr’s first letter on the top-line conclusions of the Mueller report–he made that clear to Barr in a letter and phone call–but did not find Barr’s four-page letter to be inaccurate in any way. Mueller’s full report, with redactions for different reasons including protecting ongoing case matters and grand jury proceedings, has since been released publicly, so Mueller’s objections to the original coverage are essentially a moot point now, the Department of Justice contends.

The move on Trump, Jr., by Senate Republicans also comes as House Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday moved to hold Barr in contempt of Congress over his refusal to appear last week before the committee and his refusal to provide the full un-redacted Mueller report to Congress despite the need to protect sources and methods and classified information. Barr did testify, however, before the Senate Judiciary Committee last week.

While expectedly Democrats on Capitol Hill are continuing their fervor over Trump and Russia despite the complete collapse of the narrative, with even some pushing for impeachment of President Trump or worse, the fact that the GOP-led Senate would push to keep the hoax alive is particularly significant. Trump, a Republican, has gotten near-unanimous support from Republican lawmakers as the Russia collusion narrative died, but notably some more establishment-minded Republicans are holding out.

Chief among them is Burr, who is chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, and has been in the wake of the Mueller report attempting to bring Trump, Jr., before his committee for more questioning. Trump, Jr., previously testified for more than 9 hours before the Senate Intelligence Committee, staying there until senators had no more questions to ask him and answering every single question senators had for him, while also producing hundreds of thousands of documents to Congress including more than 30,000 to this committee alone. Trump, Jr., also testified before two other congressional committees–totaling more than 22 hours of congressional testimony adding up to more than 1,000 pages of transcript. When it came to the Senate Intelligence Committee, too, Burr had previously agreed that Trump, Jr., would testify once–stay as long as senators needed answering all their questions until they had no more–and then that would be it and it would be over.

When Trump, Jr., and his attorneys–in light of all that substantial cooperation with Congress that found no wrongdoing by Trump, Jr., and the Special Counsel report clearing him of any allegations of wrongdoing–refused Burr’s requests for Trump, Jr., to appear again in contravention of Burr’s original promises that he would only have Trump, Jr., testify once, Burr moved to subpoena Trump, Jr. Burr’s behavior, a source close to Trump, Jr., told Breitbart News, will not be forgotten and will have deep wide-ranging consequences for all Senate Republicans.

“It’s outrageous that Senator Burr appears to be taking his marching orders from liberal Democrats intent on trying to take down the President and his family to harass a private citizen who has already spent nine hours testifying in front of the Senate Intel Committee,” the source close to Trump, Jr., told Breitbart News.

McConnell, up for re-election in Kentucky next year, has framed himself as something of a warrior against the left’s forces in recent years. He did fight to get now Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh confirmed amid the allegations against him and has pushed through other Trump priorities–but, if McConnell allows Burr to continue promoting the Russia hoax, he could lose all that good will quickly.

McConnell, who empowers Burr by allowing him to be the chairman but is up for re-election in 2020, may also face serious consequences for allowing Burr to do this. A longtime major donor to McConnell and top ally of the White House told Breitbart News that it is imperative that McConnell immediately remove Burr as chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, full stop.

“What Burr’s doing isn’t just a slap in the face to the President and his family, its a slap in the face to Americans across the country,” the top McConnell donor said. “It’s incumbent that Leader McConnell steps up to the plate and strips Senator Burr’s Chairmanship of the Intel Committee. If he refuses to do that, then he shoulders just as much blame for this travesty of justice as the Senator from North Carolina.”

The Trump universe is furious with Senate Republicans over this, to the point where they blame every Senate Republican for Burr’s actions–and believe that Burr has now sparked a “civil war” inside the GOP, which was until now mostly unified after years of infighting.

It remains to be seen what happens next, but Senate Republicans under the guise of McConnell and Burr may have just reopened a Pandora’s Box of chaos inside the party moving into 2020.

Illegal Alien Accused of Murder Was Ordered Deported, But Released

Because of strict Cuban immigration policies, the island nation refused to take back one of its citizens due to his extensive criminal record.

An illegal alien living in Florida stands accused of murdering a man after he was ordered deported, but dumped back on the streets of Miami after his native country refused to take him back.

David Paneque, nicknamed “Psycho,” can allegedly be seen on video in a parking garage brutally murdering his friend. According to The Miami Herald, he’s a former member of a Latino street gang. Due to his long history of crime, even after he was detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) he was not able to be deported.

Cuba, his native country, refused to take him in because of his extensive criminal record.

From The Herald:

Paneque was 17 when he was first arrested for a violent crime.

According to police, he robbed a man at knifepoint outside a West Kendall restaurant in November 2007. During the “violent struggle,” the man was stabbed multiple times and airlifted to a hospital trauma center, according to an arrest report. Paneque, whose listed street name at the time was “Psycho,” was later caught trying to cash the man’s checks. At the time, he was also on probation on a conviction for carrying a concealed weapon.

The teen, charged as an adult, was sentenced in April 2008 to 10 years in prison for attempted murder and armed robbery. Soon after, ICE issued a press release announcing that Paneque was one of more than 300 violent street gang members who had been arrested as part of a national crackdown on gangs.

ICE described him as a “Cuban national and leader of a Sur-13 Clicque” who was “amenable for removal based on a criminal convictions.”

Really? Mitch McConnell Calls Raising National Tobacco Age A ‘Top Priority.’

By JOSH HAMMER

Amid an unprecedented crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border that Brandon Judd, president of the National Border Patrol Council, says amounts to “uncharted waters” for our border and homeland security apparatus, it seems like Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) has a slightly different idea of what constitutes a present top legislative priority.

Rather, make that a very different idea of what constitutes a present top legislative priority.

McConnell seems intent on firing up all the Republican Party’s legislative gears toward the pressing end of … wait for it … drumroll, please … raising the national tobacco age.

Yes, really. Politico reports:

Mitch McConnell will introduce legislation to raise the legal age to buy tobacco from 18 to 21, calling it a “top priority” when the Senate returns from recess in late April.

The Senate majority leader’s move comes one day after he announced his reelection campaign and shows the changing politics of tobacco. While tobacco has long been a key industry in his home state of Kentucky, McConnell said he wants to change the law to discourage vaping and teenage nicotine addiction and improve Kentucky’s public health.

“Their vaping products … these young people may not know what chemicals they are putting in their bodies,” McConnell said in Louisville, Ky. “Far too often, 18-year-olds in high school can legally buy vaping devices and share them with their classmates.”

“I hope and expect this legislation to get strong bipartisan support in the Senate. As you know, I’m in a particularly good position to enact legislation and this will be a top priority[.]”

It is perhaps difficult to conjure up a less pressing issue for the Republican Party’s Senate leader to dub as a “top priority.” Bogus asylum-centric migrant influxes are presently wreaking havoc all across our beleaguered southern border, transnational gangs in many of the nation’s largest cities effectively complete the chemical warfare-inducing villainy of the Mexico-centric transnational drug cartels, the judicial branch’s institutional self-aggrandizement runs amok in increasingly brazen fashion, and entitlement program-driven spending brings us closer every single day to a tipping point in our reckless profligacy and ceaseless debt accumulation.

But apparently Mitch McConnell thinks that raising the tobacco age from 18 to 21 is more pressing. It is difficult to make this up.

McConnell’s highlighting such an unusual legislative “top priority” comes amid Senate Republicans’ increasing attention to raising money to try to keep their Senate majority after the 2020 election. Politico reported earlier this week:

Senate Republicans — faced with a much tougher map than two years ago and an unpredictable political environment in a presidential year with Donald Trump at the top of their ticket — are stockpiling cash early to guard against losing their majority next year.

While the GOP is mostly on defense, the playing field is significantly narrower than it has been in previous cycles. Republicans are defending 22 seats, compared to just 12 for Democrats. But only two GOP seats are in states Trump lost in the last presidential election, and only a half-dozen GOP senators appear vulnerable at the outset of the cycle. Democrats need to net at least three seats to retake the majority — four if they lose the presidency again — leaving them clear paths to retake the chamber but little margin for error.

Every Senate Republican incumbent in a battleground race raised more than $1 million in the first quarter of the year, a benchmark number puts them in strong position at the outset of the cycle. Five incumbents up for reelection — Sens. John Cornyn of Texas, Cory Gardner of Colorado, Martha McSally of Arizona, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina and Majority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky — topped $2 million in the first quarter.

Illegal Alien With Long Criminal History Wanted for Fatal Hit and Run

Another preventable crime.

An illegal alien living in Tennessee is wanted by local and federal authorities after he allegedly struck and killed a woman with his vehicle last week, killing her.

“The Knoxville Police Department is searching for a suspect in a fatal hit-and-run on April 8, 2019,” according to WVLT. “KPD said it is searching for Juan Francisco, who authorities said was driving a 1998 Dodge pickup truck in the vicinity of Custom Foods at 3600 Pleasant Ridge Road when he struck the victim, Debbie Burgess, with his vehicle.”

Burgess died at the hospital after the incident.

Francisco has a long history of arrests, and authorities have known that he was here illegally since 2002, when he was charged with theft. In 2004, he was charged with reckless driving, and in 2017, he was charged with DUI. It is unclear whether her was ever deported from the United States, despite his lengthy rap sheet.

The U.S. Marshals are also hunting for Francisco.

Burgess’ death represents another at the hands of a criminal illegal alien – who should not have been allowed in the United States in the first place – while lawmakers in Washington, D.C. fail to mitigate the illegal immigration crisis.

Illegal Alien Who Overstayed Visa Kills Girl While Driving Without License

A 13-year-old girl tragically died after an accident caused by an illegal alien.

By

A 13-year-old Florida girl is dead after an illegal alien from Argentina driving without a license struck the child with her car.

“Deputies said Mariana Perez Borroto, of Kissimmee, was bicycling to Lake Marion Creek Middle School shortly after 7:45 a.m. when she was hit by a minivan being driven by Micaela Coronel,” according to WFTV.

The local news site confirmed that Coronel was living in the United States on an expired visa.

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office released a statement regarding Coronel’s arrest, saying that they have “charged her with operating a motor vehicle without a valid DL causing death, which is a third degree felony.”

“Coronel told deputies she’s been in the country on a ‘visitor pass’ from Argentina since October 2018, and presented them with an Argentinian identification card,” according to the statement. “She does not have a Florida driver’s license, and deputies determined through their investigation that she does not have a valid driver’s license at all.”

The Sheriff’s Office is working with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to determine the next steps in the case.

Coronel reportedly told the police that she could not see out of her windshield, which was about 80 percent covered with condensation at the time of the crash.

Meanwhile, the battle over illegal immigration rages in Washington, D.C., as both parties have failed to secure the Southern border with Mexico. There have also been no reforms to the visa program, which could have prevented the latest tragedy which can be blamed on the America’s insane immigration policies.

As illegal border crossings surge, Democrats blocked a meaningful amount of wall funding in the 2019 federal budget. President Donald J. Trump declared a National Emergency to address the issue, with plans to diver Department of Defense funding for the project, for which several heavily-blue states immediately sued his administration.
