Sweden invests big in sentencing people who criticise migration: Convictions increase tenfold

Head of online hate speech monitoring group “Näthatsgranskaren” Tomas Åberg receives tax funds for mass reporting pensioners and others who write critically about migration on Facebook.

And now he claims that his reports to the police have resulted in almost 150 hate speech convictions.

“1,218 police reports 2017-2018. 144 hate speech sentences, from 214 notifications. Many are waiting for prosecution!”, writes “Näthatsgranskaren” (The Online Hate Speech Monitor) on Twitter.

The group also states that its state-financed operations have led to a tenfold increase in the number of hate speech convictions in Sweden, reports Fria Tider.

Over the year, they further “researched, collaborated, and lectured on, among others, the Council of Europe’s conference on criminal online hate speech”, they claim.

The authority MUCF, which finances left-wing extremist organisations such as Expo, has so far granted just over €150.000 in contributions to the Online Hate Speech Monitor.

The group is run by Tomas Åberg, who a few years ago was investigated for extensive animal cruelty but escaped charges by avoiding being served the lawsuit.

Most of the contribution from MUCF goes to paying his salary.

Last spring, Åberg was nominated for the “Swedish Hero” award by one of Sweden’s major newspapers Aftonbladet.

However, the nomination was withdrawn when it was discovered that he had tortured his own animals to death.

The fact that the “Swedish Hero” event was sponsored by the pet insurance company Agria, probably had something to do with the decision to disqualify him.

Islamic State Flag Found Near Suspected Sabotage on Railway – German Police

An Islamic State (IS) flag was discovered near a damaged overhead power cable on a Berlin railway track, according to German police.

Leaflets in Arabic were also found and authorities are investigating if the propaganda is related to the apparent sabotage.

“Since the beginning of the investigation, several pieces of evidence have been secured,” said police.

Additionally, a torn steel cable was found at the scene of Sunday’s suspected attack on the tracks.

Given the possibility of this being a terrorist attack, federal police have taken over the investigation to officially deduce any “political motivations” linked to the findings.

Correspondingly, in October, German authorities discovered a threatening letter written in Arabic alongside mangled steel cables that were stretched across the tracks of a high-speed railway line between Nuremberg and Munich.

As of this writing, it is unclear if the two incidents are connected.

Mother of Migrant Child Who Died After Illegally Crossing Border Says She Sent Him on Treacherous Trip to Make it Easier for Her Husband to Cross

The mother of the eight-year-old Guatemalan boy who died after crossing the border this week says that she sent her young son on the treacherous voyage to help her husband’s chances of being able to stay in the US illegally.

The boy’s mother Catarina Alonzo told Reuters that bringing children is the easiest way for migrants to be accepted into the US.  According to the Washington Post, the smugglers also charge less than half the price if a child is accompanying the adult “knowing that migrants can turn themselves in to border agents and will soon be released.”

“Lots of them have gone with children and managed to cross, even if they’re held for a month or two. But they always manage to get across easily,” Alonzo told Reuters.

Guatemala’s foreign ministry is warning that coyotes and human traffickers are using President Trump’s plan to build a wall along the border to urge migrants to take their chances now.

“According to interviews (with migrants), the coyotes are saying ‘it’s now or never’ because the wall is going to be built, and it won’t be possible to cross,” the spokeswoman told Reuters.

The boy is the second child to die this month after being dragged along on the dangerous trip. An official cause of death has not yet been made public.

Now, the family is asking that they let the boy’s father stay and work in the US so that his “death won’t be in vain.”

Cars Torched Across Sweden

Swedish police are investigating a slew of arson attacks over the last two nights as cars and taxis were torched across Malmö.

“A total of eleven cars were damaged in a fire on Solröksgatan during the night,” police say in a report. “Five of the cars are expected to be completely destroyed. Initially there was a risk of spreading to a nearby garage, but the rescue service was able to prevent spreading.”

“There is currently no natural cause for car fires. The place is locked down pending a technical examination. A preliminary investigation has begun on gross fire damage. There is currently no arrest or detention in the case.”

The latest fires come after five vehicles associated with taxi companies were set ablaze the night before, according to Intelligence Fusion.

Swedish media outlet Fria Tider confirms that there have been consecutive nights of arson attacks in Malmö.

Intelligence Fusion has composed an accompanying report mapping shooting and detonation incidents in Malmö during the first two weeks of December.

Malmö was the scene of multiple detonations and a shooting at a medical facility in the span of just 12 hours last week, as Infowars Europe reported.

Infowars Europe has reported often on the epidemic of car burnings in Sweden, including a firebombing blitz that saw approximately 100 vehicles torched in a single night in August, which authorities initially blamed on ‘back to school unrest.’

Council to look at making decorations more “diversity” friendly

A councillor in Victoria, Canada has succeeded in securing a review of the city’s Christmas decorations after he expressed concerns that things like Christmas trees were not secular enough and needed to be more ‘diverse’ because they may offend Muslims.

Coun. Ben Isitt has won support for the inquiry, which will look at “further secularizing or increasing the diversity of cultural elements in seasonal decorations,” reports the Vancouver Sun.

Isitt’s demands were triggered after a poinsettia, a red floral display typically seen at Christmas, recently appeared on his desk at Victoria City Hall.

“I don’t want a poinsettia. It is a symbol of the Christian faith,” he complained, adding that the city’s main sequoia tree should not be lit up and turned into a Christmas tree because that is not “inclusive” enough and may offend Muslims.

“Muslims, unless they are mixed families, they don’t have Christmas trees in their homes,” said Isitt.

However, Coun. Sharmarke Dubow, who is Muslim, said he didn’t have a problem with the Christmas tree, commenting, “I was born on Christmas Day. This is symbolic and I like them (the lights), on a personal note.”

Despite Christmas decorations being dialed back by the city in recent years, Isitt thinks “there are still many elements of Christian symbolism” which need to be removed, adding, “For me it’s the Christmas trees, it’s the poinsettias, it’s the hollies that sort of ruffle my sensibilities in terms of the expenditure of tax dollars.”

Coun. Marianne Alto responded by noting that although she didn’t celebrate Christmas, lights were a way of brightening up the dark winter season.

“I do think we need to be cognizant of the fact that while we’re seeking diversity, part of diversity is also about tolerance,” she said.

A review, most likely headed up by representatives of different faiths, will now take place in order to assure that “publicly funded decorations are as inclusive as possible.”

Interestingly, this weekend’s rallies coincide with the United Nations Intergovernmental Conference to adopt the Global Compact on Migration taking place in Marrakesh, Morocco, indicating Brussels could see amplified activity as Europeans descend on the globalist stronghold to voice their opposition to the devastating deal, as well.

“This Saturday a new protest from the yellow vests will take place in Brussels,” Belgian journalist Tom Lallemand told Infowars Europe. “I believe the authorities and police are really afraid it will escalate again, just like last week when two police cars were set on fire.”

“The police are reportedly deploying more than 1,000 security officers and they ask everyone to avoid Brussels as much as possible – a little difficult because there will be a political event Saturday to protest against the Marrakesh UN Migration Pact. France is anticipating the largest demonstrations yet, and is reportedly deploying 89,000 security personnel nationwide in preparation.
