France: 'Yellow Vests' Set For 5th Weekend of Demonstrations

But some members call for truce after Strasbourg terror attack

Members of the ‘gilets jaunes’ – the anti-globalist yellow vest movement sweeping France – have announced that they will partake in a 5th round of demonstrations this weekend, although others have called for a truce after Tuesday night’s terror attack in Strasbourg.

Despite President Macron bowing to some of their demands during a live televised speech on Monday, the revolt is far from over, with more protests planned for Saturday.

8,000 police officers will be deployed in Paris, while 89,000 police and gendarmes will be deployed throughout the country.

The government has called on the yellow vests to pause their activities so police can concentrate on criminals and terrorists, with Minister of the Interior, Christophe Castaner commenting, “Frankly, I can tell you that I would rather see the police doing their real job, that is to say, prosecute criminals, reduce the risk of terrorism, rather than having to secure roundabouts where a few thousand people are mobilizing.”

However, Pierre-Gaël Laveder, spokesman of the yellow vests in Montceau-les-Mines (Saone-et-Loire), dismissed such talk as “government propaganda,” insisting, “act 5 will take place Saturday” and that “We know that several unions are starting to wake up, dockworkers, railway workers, tax agents, local industry … Saturday could be a great day.”

Chantal Perrotin, a yellow vests leader in the Rhônes-Alpes region, said the gilets jaunes were not indifferent to what happened in Strasbourg, but that more rallies should take place because Macron has yet to address demands for direct democracy and wage increases.

Another member, Benjamin Francois Cauchy, said a halt in the protests was necessary to maintain the support of the public, commenting, “The truce is indispensable to prevent the movement from losing the sympathy of public opinion.”

Another spokesperson, Jacline Mouraud, called for a truce, arguing, “There is progress, an open door.”

While it’s certain that there will be protests this weekend, their numbers look set to be a lot smaller than previous weekends.

While 81% don’t want more migration, European leaders shamefully ignored the will of the people by signing the UN Pact

New research indicates people want less migration, not more – 81% want the opposite of the UN Pact signed Monday

At about the same time that Merkel and other globalist leaders were celebrating the controversial UN Migration Compact in Marrakesh, Morocco, on Monday, Pew Research Center published its new findings on how citizens feel about the impact of immigration in 27 different countries around the world.

The results confirm what true democratic leaders did by rejecting the Marrakesh deal: countries like America, Hungary, Italy, and almost a dozen others chose to listen to its people’s desire for LESS migration instead of more.

Pew Research states in its paper that “as the number of international migrants reaches new highs, people around the world show little appetite for more migration.”

In fact the median of 27 such disparate countries as Argentina, Indonesia, India and Israel that want less immigration was 45%. A further 36% of interviewees said that current immigration rates are enough whilst only 14% wanted more immigration.

So while the UN is pushing hard for millions more to immigrate globally, a full 81% of citizens interviewed in these countries say they do not want more, and most of them want fewer immigrants.

A recent Gallup poll indicated that up to 750 million people – one tenth of the planet’s population – want to migrate permanently to another country, which would cause untold havoc on Western countries’ welfare systems and societies.

So whilst unelected bureaucrats keep driving the narrative that Western countries need more immigrants to “survive”, it is becoming clear that people everywhere are diametrically opposed to this view.

What is also clear is that there is a growing populist movement, mostly right wing, which has finally started listening to its citizens – thus Democracy, one where votes actually matter, may be seeing a comeback.

Strasbourg gunman cried 'Allahu Akbar' during attack, has 27 convictions – prosecutor

Strasbourg gunman, identified as a 29-year-old who has a criminal history, shouted “Allahu Akbar,” according to public prosecutor. Four people have been detained on suspicion of having links to the suspect, who is on the run.

Witnesses said that the suspect, previously identified as Cherif Chekat, was yelling “Allahu Akbar” (God is great) during the shooting rampage, Remy Heitz, the Paris prosecutor, told a press conference on Wednesday.

“Considering the target, his way of operating, his profile and the testimonies of those who heard him yell ‘Allahu Akbar’, the anti-terrorist police have been called into action,” Heitz explained.

Chekatt was wounded in the arm during a subsequent shootout with police but managed to flee the scene hijacking a taxi, the prosecutor said, confirming earlier media reports. He said that four of his relatives were put under arrest overnight.

The 29-year-old has been convicted 27 times for several offenses committed in France, Germany, and Switzerland. That aside, he was shadowed by DGSI, France’s homeland security agency, for harboring extremist views.

Chekatt’s neighbors say he was “destabilized” in prison, according to AP. “You can just tell,” one neighbor said of the man, touching the side of his head. Another unnamed neighbor said the shooting suspect was rarely home. Police are now guarding the building where Chekatt is believed to have lived, which is in an outer neighborhood of Strasbourg.

The shooting at Strasbourg’s busy Christmas market left two people dead, one brain dead and 12 injured in what French authorities called an act of terrorism. Police have said Chekatt was a native of Strasbourg who comes from an immigrant family.

He was due to be arrested and searched prior to the attack in connection with a homicide-robbery case, but again managed to evade detention. Responding to the shooting, the authorities deployed multiple armed officers and a counter-terrorism team to deal with the situation.

In the aftermath of the attack, the government has put a ban on all public events in Strasbourg. However, no restrictions were placed on public events in other parts of France.

At least four people have been killed and 11 others injured in a shooting incident in the northeastern French city of Strasbourg, close to one of the oldest and biggest Christmas markets in Europe.

The suspect had engaged police in a shootout before fleeing the scene and is still on the run. According to some reports the assailant was allegedly wounded by Sentinel soldiers, while others suggested he might have injured a police officer.

The gunshots were fired close to one of Strasbourg’s Christmas markets at the Kleber Square located right in Strasbourg’s old city, which is a UNESCO world heritage site.

The entire Great Island (Grande Ile), where the historic center of the city is located, has been cordoned off by the police. All bars and restaurants located in the area have been closed with visitors and tourists asked to stay inside.

The French Interior Ministry has called on public to remain indoors amid what it called a ‘serious security event’ in the city. A video posted on social media allegedly shows people injured in the shooting lying on the street.

Following the incident, the city was put on lockdown. As a precaution, the European Parliament building was also closed. The local media reported also that public transport was not working.

The shooter, who is still on the run, has been identified, the French media said, without revealing any details about the suspect.

UN countries adopt the Migration Pact and applaud themselves for several minutes

UN Member States have now approved the globalist migration pact, which is said to make all migration a human right.

The agreement was passed to a several minutes long applause, when world leaders and the UN’s upper management met at the Marrakesh conference in Morocco, which began Monday.

Strong criticism has been directed at the agreement over the last few weeks, and several countries have withdrawn.

But the criticism came too late, because now the agreement has been approved.

“I do not hear any objections. The text is adopted”, said meeting chairman Nasser Bourita at the UN conference on Monday. After that applause followed for several minutes.

The countries that withdrew from the meeting claim, among other things, that the agreement will promote more migration and restrict the national sovereignty of states.

According to them, the agreement makes no distinction between refugees and illegal migrants, and migration is made a human right. The pact’s defenders have claimed that the agreement is not legally binding.

But even politically binding agreements can ultimately have legal consequences. Hungary’s Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has said that future legal cases will use the document as a reference point.

Canadian Councillor Wants to Make Christmas Less Christian to Avoid Offending Muslims

Council to look at making decorations more “diversity” friendly

A councillor in Victoria, Canada has succeeded in securing a review of the city’s Christmas decorations after he expressed concerns that things like Christmas trees were not secular enough and needed to be more ‘diverse’ because they may offend Muslims.

Coun. Ben Isitt has won support for the inquiry, which will look at “further secularizing or increasing the diversity of cultural elements in seasonal decorations,” reports the Vancouver Sun.

Isitt’s demands were triggered after a poinsettia, a red floral display typically seen at Christmas, recently appeared on his desk at Victoria City Hall.

“I don’t want a poinsettia. It is a symbol of the Christian faith,” he complained, adding that the city’s main sequoia tree should not be lit up and turned into a Christmas tree because that is not “inclusive” enough and may offend Muslims.

“Muslims, unless they are mixed families, they don’t have Christmas trees in their homes,” said Isitt.

However, Coun. Sharmarke Dubow, who is Muslim, said he didn’t have a problem with the Christmas tree, commenting, “I was born on Christmas Day. This is symbolic and I like them (the lights), on a personal note.”

Despite Christmas decorations being dialed back by the city in recent years, Isitt thinks “there are still many elements of Christian symbolism” which need to be removed, adding, “For me it’s the Christmas trees, it’s the poinsettias, it’s the hollies that sort of ruffle my sensibilities in terms of the expenditure of tax dollars.”

Coun. Marianne Alto responded by noting that although she didn’t celebrate Christmas, lights were a way of brightening up the dark winter season.

“I do think we need to be cognizant of the fact that while we’re seeking diversity, part of diversity is also about tolerance,” she said.

A review, most likely headed up by representatives of different faiths, will now take place in order to assure that “publicly funded decorations are as inclusive as possible.”

Another migrant murder? Afghan suspected of murdering 16-year-old Austrian girl

An Afghan migrant is the main suspect in the murder case of an Austrian teen. The girl was found murdered by her mother in her room yesterday evening.

The 16-year-old was in her mother’s apartment in the district of Münichholz. She had a visit from her boyfriend, a 17-year-old Afghan citizen.

When the mother went to look for her daughter at about 11 pm, the door to her room was barricaded with a box.

The girls mother did eventually get into the room where she made the horrific discovery of her murdered daughter.

According to the LPD Linz, the suspect is Saber Akhondzada. The Afghan killed the teenager in her own room with several stab wounds.

The migrant fled and a large manhunt has started. The search for the 17-year-old suspect has been unsuccessful so far. The Afghan is 174 centimeters tall, slender with black hair and brown eyes.

According to police, he has conspicuous epidermis on the left cheek, right neck and right upper lip.

Belgian government breaks as ‘treacherous’ Prime Minister announces to sign UN Migration Pact

After days of crisis over the UN Migration Pact, the Belgian government has broken up. Essence of the split is the Prime Minister’s trip to the UN Migration Conference in Morocco.

For several days, Belgium’s largest party, the New Flemish Alliance (N-VA) said it could not agree with Belgium signing the pact.

The N-VA opposes numerous proposals of the UN’s Migration Pact. Among other things, the pact does not make a distinction between legal and illegal migrant and sees migration purely as a positive phenomenon.

The party announced it would leave the coalition if the Prime Minister would go to Morocco to sign the pact.

Prime Minister Charles Michel did not change his plans and was forced to replace several N-VA minister in his government, which will now continue as a minority government.

On Facebook 1,200 people seem to agree with a comment that says the Prime Minister is a traitor [for signing the pact]. Other users are worried about the future of their children and say democracy is dead.

People also say they should start protesting and make the yellow vests movement in Belgium larger.

Chaotic Sweden: Multiple Explosions, Hospital Shooting in Just 12 Hours

In the span of 12 hours, police in Malmö, Sweden, investigated two explosions and a shooting in a hospital, according to incident reports and local media.

A “powerful” late-night blast destroyed parts of a shop near Rosengård, one of Malmö’s most infamous ‘no-go zones,’ according to police.

“Heavy detonation broke down a whole store Malmö,” Fria Tider reported. “The entire entrance to the shop has been lost and the damage is extensive.”

Hours earlier, law enforcement were called to an explosion at a multi-family home on the north side of the city.

The residence was temporarily cordoned off while forensics inspectors attempted to determine the cause of the detonation.Additionally, a hospital complex was placed on lock down after reports of a shooting on site.

“The caller said that shots were fired in connection to a riot on Ruth Lundskog’s street,” police say.

No suspects could be located on the scene, but police indicate they found evidence corroborating claims that shots had been fired.

Infowars Europe recently reported on Swedish officials calling for armed guards to be stationed in emergency rooms to tackle the “new reality” of increasing violence at hospitals.

A hot spot for migrants from the Middle East, Malmö is now considered one of the most dangerous cities in all of Scandinavia – a region where gang warfare, arson and grenade attacks, and ‘no-go zones’ are rapidly becoming more common.

“Malmo is infamous for explosions. Yet thankfully nobody has been killed by the explosions yet – some of them are just used to frighten people,” former Chief Superintendent Torsten Elofsson told Breitbart upon retiring after 42 years on the Malmö police force.

“We had one case in Rosengard where a group were given a court order to leave an apartment because they were a disturbance for the neighbors. And then suddenly hand grenades and explosions outside the office of the real estate company.”

Malmö was rocked by a series of explosions in early 2018, including a TNT attacktargeting a police station in Rosengård.
