A 30-year-old Libyan migrant has been arrested following the rape of a 10-year-old girl in Malmö, Sweden, according to local media.

The attack reportedly took place last Thursday near a bicycle shop in Malmö, where the suspect, identified as “Mohammed,” allegedly subjected the young girl to a “serious violent crime,” Fria Tider reports.

Mohammed is a citizen of Libya, and has been arrested or charged in connection with multiple sexual assaults since arriving in Sweden in 2009, including one involving a 14-year-old girl and another in which he was armed with a knife, according to Kvälls Posten.

He also has prior convictions for robbery and assault.

Swedish outlet Sydsvenskan reports that the man has confessed to the crime and is now being psychologically evaluated.

As Fria Tider notes, multiple aforementioned Swedish outlets fail to cite the suspect’s nationality or name.

Malmö is Sweden’s third-largest city and generally considered its most “multicultural.”

“In 2017, approximately over half of Malmö’s population had at least one parent born abroad,” Sputnik reports. “The Danish diaspora has historically been the largest, but has in recent years been overtaken by Iraqis, people from the former Yugoslavia and the Horn of Africa.”

Malmö has also seen a surge in crime in recent years, ranging from grenade and firebombing attacks, to rape and gang violence — a reality even mainstream media has been forced to acknowledge.

As Paul Joseph Watson of Infowars reported last year, Malmö is statistically one of the most dangerous cities in Western Europe.

Caravan Packed With Hundreds Of Convicted Criminals, Gang Members, Feds Say

By Ryan Saavedra

A new report from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) says that there are hundreds of convicted criminals or known gang members traveling in the migrant caravan that is traveling through Mexico to the U.S. southern border.

DHS released the report on Thursday in response to questions the department has received about the caravan, stating, “We continue to be concerned about individuals along the caravan route.”

“In fact, over 270 individuals along the caravan route have criminal histories, including known gang membership,” DHS reported. “Those include a number of violent criminals – examples include aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, armed robbery, sexual assault on a child, and assault on a female.”

“Mexican officials have also publicly stated that criminal groups have infiltrated the caravan,” the statement continued. “We also continue to see individuals from over 20 countries in this flow from countries such as Somalia, India, Haiti, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh. There is a large segment of this population that we know nothing about and we must be prepared to defend our border and enforce our laws to protect the citizens of our country.”

DHS’s report also included an October 29 statement from the Mexican ambassador to the U.S., who described some of the caravan members as “very violent,” saying, “Unfortunately, some of the people in the caravan have been very violent against authority, even though they have offered the possibility of entering in compliance with immigration law and refugee status.”

The report says that the caravan “is employing tactics to push women and children to the front to act as human shields as the caravan pushes against its military forces.”

The report also contained a statement from Mexican Interior Minister Navarrete Prida, who confirmed that criminal organization are embedded in the caravan, saying, “I have videos from Guatemala that show men dressed in identical clothing, sporting the same haircuts, handing out money to women to persuade them to move to the front of the caravan. … We know, for a fact, that some members of the caravan threatened [Mexican] Migration Institute personnel and we have images showing many of them preparing Molotov cocktails.”

The US midterm elections are just days away, and the main question voters are still asking themselves as they head to the polling booths is – ‘just how much have I been interfered with by a Russian?’

MAXINE READY FOR GAVEL!

For months, bank stock watchers have warned Representative Maxine Waters might call for tougher regulations and hold harsh hearings, target penalty-box bank Wells Fargo & Co. and security-breaching Equifax Inc., and go after President Donald Trump’s lenders, if she were to take control of the House Financial Services Committee.

On Wednesday, signs began emerging that Wall Street might be warming up to Waters who, as the ranking member on the committee in the Republican-controlled House of Representatives, is the likely committee chair if the Democrats take over the House in next week’s midterm elections. Fox Business Network’s Charles Gasparino sent out a soothing tweet: “People close to Waters say she will have a constructive relationship w banks.” Raymond James analyst Ed Mills wrote that Waters’s potential chairmanship poses “more headline risk than actual negative impact,” even given Waters’s “national profile” and her reputation as a liberal Democrat.

And, for the first time in a decade, the securities and investment industries are spending more on Democrats than Republicans ahead of the Nov. 6 midterm elections.

Share of Wells Fargo, down 12 percent so far this year, show investors aren’t too worried at the moment. The stock gained 1 percent on Wednesday, while Equifax rallied 2.4 percent.
