Seven Illegal Aliens Charged with Rape in Maryland Sanctuary County in Little Over a Month

This is what a national emergency looks like.

By Shane Trejo

Illegal aliens have apparently gotten the message that Montgomery County, MD is open for business, as a grand total of seven illegal aliens have been charged with rape or sex crimes in the sanctuary jurisdiction since July 25.

Emilio Carrasco-Hernandez, 37, is being charged with raping a 15-year-old girl in a home they shared in Silver Spring, MD. The alleged victim reportedly had a “stinging” pain that lasted for a long while after the vicious attack.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has confirmed that Carrasco-Hernandez is an illegal immigrant from Honduras. This Honduran national was previously detained and deported in April 2017 but made his way back into the country presumably across the porous border.

ABC 7 WJLA reported that the victim’s mother, who is married to Carrasco-Hernandez, heard strange noises coming from her a room one night. After she investigated, that is when she discovered the gruesome scene and called the police.

She said: “I shouted, ‘What’s going on here!? Tell me the truth!’”

She even shamed the victim, claiming her daughter consented to the alleged rape, and placed blame on alcohol for Carrasco-Hernandez’s behavior.

“Everything is coming down for me,” she stated, breaking down in tears. “It’s hard for me because that’s my daughter and that’s my husband… I’m mad with them both.”

She added: “My husband, he has trouble with his drinking. He told me he was very drunk and told me he now knows it wasn’t right. But he told me that in the moment, he wasn’t thinking what he was doing. You, know how it is when someone’s drunk…”

But according to authorities, there was nothing consensual about what took place. Carrasco-Hernandez allegedly victimized the underage girl several times over the course of August 16 and August 25.

“Victim A stated that she could not move and Emilio Carrasco-Hernandez was squishing her with his body,” detectives wrote in court documents.

The alleged assault was so brutal that the 15-year-old girl had trouble using the bathroom afterwards due to the extreme pain caused by her stepfather.

Carrasco-Hernandez has been denied bond by Montgomery County District Court Judge Amy Bills, and he is behind bars facing 56 years in state prison if he is found guilty of second-degree rape, sex abuse of a minor, a third-degree sex offense, and a fourth-degree sex offense.

“Depending on an alien’s criminality, an alien who re-enters the United States after having been previously deported commits a felony punishable by up to 20 years in federal prison, if convicted,” an ICE official said to reporters in an e-mail on Friday.

According to court documents, Carrasco-Hernandez has three children, including an 11-month-old daughter.

This marks the seventh instance of an illegal immigrant charged with sex crimes in Montgomery County in a little over a month, as the sanctuary jurisdiction has quickly become a hot spot for savagery.

An executive order was issued in July to officially grant sanctuary status to the county. County Executive Mark Elrich signed the executive order that banned all county support toward enforcing federal immigration law.

“We don’t interact with ICE. We don’t contact ICE nor do we ask any of our residents in Montgomery county about their immigration status in the United States,” Acting Montgomery County Police Chief Marcus Jones said.

“I feel pretty sure that most Montgomery county residents don’t agree with the president’s immigration policy such as it is,” Elrich said.

It remains to be seen if the county will reverse course due to the recent spree of rapes allegedly committed by illegal aliens.

Cops Push Back In BIG Way After Left Wing AG Threatens Them If They Cooperate With ICE

New Jersey Cops Push Back BIG Time Against Left-Wing AG Who Threatened Them If They Assist ICE Agents

By Jon Dougherty

Police officers and sheriffs are pushing back hard against the attorney general of New Jersey after the threatened to take legal action against anyone found to be assisting federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in apprehending illegal aliens in the state.

As reported by Law Enforcement Today, AG Gurbir Grewal singled out two sheriff’s offices this week for “failing to inform the state’s attorney general that they are helping federal immigration authorities capture and deport undocumented migrants.”

The site noted:

In the aggressive letters that Grewal’s office sent to the elected sheriffs in Monmouth and Cape May this week, officials claim the county sheriffs went directly against a directive that Grewal had issued which would aim to limit cooperation between New Jersey cops and Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

It’s called Law Enforcement Directive 2018-6, more often referred to as the “Immigrant Trust Directive”, and it bars local law enforcement agencies from voluntarily working with federal immigration officials.

Grewal’s office now says that working with federal officials in this capacity would “essentially deputize our state’s police officers to act like ICE agents.” Grewal says that the measure was supposed to build trust between the immigrant communities and law enforcement for reporting and helping with criminal investigations. He says cooperation with ICE can only continue if he decides it serves “a valid law enforcement purpose.”

Greater Lakewood news added that the AG accused the sheriff’s departments of working too closely with ICE. Last year, Sussex Sheriff Mike Strada “accused the AG of making New Jersey a sanctuary state,” the paper reported.

The local news site also published images of the letters Grewel’s office sent to the departments.

Law Enforcement Today noted further that police agencies have sent letters to U.S. Attorney General William Barr protesting Grewel’s policy. Also, New Jersey citizens have petitioned to have the policy put to a statewide vote, but so far to no avail.

For his part, Grewel claims to have absolute authority over the actions of local police jurisdictions in the state by issuing his directive.

“Officials and residents may not instruct their law enforcement officers to ignore a law enforcement directive,” Grewal said following complaints about the measure.

More:

Grewal’s directive went into effect in March of 2019. NJ.com reported that at the time, sheriff’s offices in three New Jersey counties — Cape May, Monmouth and Salem — still had existing agreements with ICE under a program dubbed “287g,” which allows state and local law enforcement to “act as a force multiplier” for ICE. Several counties had earlier done away with the agreements, which in New Jersey mainly applied to officers in county jails.

21 states take part in the 287g program. Officials say it “allows ICE to actively engage criminal alien offenders while incarcerated in a secure and controlled environment.”

Just last week, Grewel bragged on Twitter about New Jersey working with “federal” and other partners to curb criminal activity.

That sounds rather hypocritical.

Law Enforcement Today added:

Hold on.

Let’s get this straight. Law enforcement officers in New Jersey are doing their jobs by working with federal ICE agents to arrest and deport people who are actively breaking the law, and the attorney general, who is supposed to work alongside the criminal justice system to uphold the Constitution…is threatening them?

When did we decide which laws are important and which aren’t? How is living in the country illegally justified because a leader in your state suddenly decided to go against federal law enforcement agencies and declare the community one of sanctuary?

This is becoming far too popular of a trend.

Illegal Alien Arrested for BRUTAL MURDER of San Jose Woman Had Long History of Arrests

24-year-old illegal alien, Carlos Eduardo Arevalo from El Salvador, was arrested in San Jose, California for murdering a 59-year-old woman, Bambi Larson.

Arevalo has a long criminal record of arrests for violent crimes, but the State of California refused to turn him over to ICE because California is a far-left “Sanctuary State” for criminal illegal aliens.
