FBI TO ASSIST IN PORTLAND AS CITY BRACES FOR ANTIFA ATTACKS ON PATRIOT RALLY

FBI to Assist in Portland as City Braces for Antifa Attacks on Patriot Rally

Far-left calling for violence this weekend

AUGUST 14, 2019

Portland, Ore., is gearing up for a set of dueling rallies this weekend that is expected to bring an informal coalition of right-wing groups — some of which have been decried as white nationalists and white supremacists — and so-called anti-fascists, who have violently opposed these right-wing demonstrators.

Portland’s so-called “Antifa” members have issued an online call to followers to turn out to “defend Portland from a far-Right attack.”

Portland’s Rose City Antifa, the nation’s oldest active anti-fascist group, said violence against right-wing demonstrators is “exactly what should happen when the far-right attempts to invade our town.”

Portland leaders are planning a major law enforcement presence on the heels of similar rallies in June and last summer that turned violent, and the recent hate-driven shooting in El Paso, Texas. None of the city’s nearly 1,000 police officers will have the day off, and Portland will get help from the Oregon State Police and the FBI. Mayor Ted Wheeler has said he may ask Gov. Kate Brown, a Democrat, to call up the Oregon National Guard.

Experts who track right-wing militias and hate groups warn that the mix of people heading to Portland also came together for a Unite the Right rally in 2017 in Charlottesville, Virginia, which ended when a participant rammed his car into a crowd of counterprotesters, killing one and injuring 19.

A 5K race scheduled for Saturday was moved to avoid any violence, and an Irish bar that’s a city institution canceled an amateur boxing event that expected 500 spectators. Other businesses plan to close on one of the last weekends of the city’s peak tourist season.

One rally is being organized by a member of the controversial Proud Boys. Others are expected to include members of the American Guard, the Three Percenters, the Oathkeepers and the Daily Stormers.

Video of the 30-second attack grabbed national attention and further turned the focus on Portland as a new battleground in a divisive America.

Joe Biggs, an organizer of Saturday’s rally, said the attack on Ngo made him decide to hold the event with the goal of getting Antifa declared a domestic terrorist organization. Biggs said those coming to Portland have been told not to bring weapons or start fights, but they will defend themselves if attacked.

Biggs toned down his online rhetoric after the El Paso shootings and urged followers coming to Portland to keep a cool head. He said he is not racist — he has a toddler daughter with his Guyanese wife — but wants to show the world the violent tactics of Antifa.

“That group of Antifa there in Portland needs to be exposed for who they are,” Biggs said in a phone interview with The Associated Press. “And guess what? They should be scared.”

Last month, President Trump said he was considering declaring Antifa a terrorist organization, equating it with the MS-13 street gang. Trump’s tweet came days after Sens. Bill Cassidy, R-La., and Ted Cruz, R-Texas, introduced non-binding legislation that would designate the group as a domestic terrorist organization.

Portland’s City Hall has been evacuated twice because of bomb threats after the June 29 skirmishes, and Wheeler, the mayor, has been pilloried by critics who incorrectly said he told police to stand down while anti-fascists went after right-wing demonstrators.

Police have noted the violence in June was limited to a small area of downtown Portland despite three different demonstrations that lasted more than five hours, with hundreds of people constantly on the move. They also made two arrests last week in a May Day assault on an Antifa member that became a rallying cry for the city’s far-left.

VIDEO: Robert Francis ‘Beto’ O’Rourke Calls Trump Racist, Supporters Nazis, Rally ‘Nuremberg Rally’

Beto Trump Racist Nuremberg Rally

Robert Francis is not a fan of President Trump or his supporters.

In an appearance on ABC’s “The Briefing Room”, Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke called President Donald Trump racist, alluded that his supporters are closeted Nazis, and compared his recent North Carolina rally to the Nuremberg Rallies of Nazi Germany.

While appearing on “The Briefing Room”, O’Rourke condemned President Trump as a racist for the comments the president made about Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), who has repeatedly made anti-American and anti-Semitic comments during her brief time in Congress.

“Yes, President Trump is a racist. What we saw in North Carolina last week was almost an impromptu Nuremberg rally,” said O’Rourke. “Inciting hatred, and untimely I think, implicit in that, is violence against people based on the color of their skin, based on their religion, based on their difference from the majority of Americans.”

O’Rourke also doubled down on some of the left’s favorite lies about President Trump, namely, that the president referred to all Mexican immigrants as “rapists and criminals”, when he was referring to a subset of illegal immigrants, that President Trump claims all asylum seekers are lying to gain asylum status, and that President Trump defended the Ku Klux Klan after the 2017 events in Charlottesville, Virginia.

“And it is in keeping with the president who describes Mexican immigrants as rapists and criminals, who describes asylum seekers as animals or an infestation, who says that Klansmen are very fine people,” said O’Rourke. “It’s very clear the path that he is taking us on, and we either willingly submit to that, we are complicit in our silence, or we stand up against it.”

O’Rourke also lambasted what he views as silence from members of Congress regarding President Trump’s speech, even though several prominent globalists including Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) publicly denounced President Trump for his speech.

“Silence, especially from members of Congress, who hold a position of public trust and power,” said O’Rourke.

After slamming congressional Republicans, O’Rourke promised retribution for President Trump’s mean words.

“Silence is complicity in what President Trump is doing,” O’Rourke went on. “And there will be accounting, there will be a reckoning, there will be justice for this sooner or later.”

O’Rourke is currently polling at 0.0 per cent in the battleground state of New Hampshire as his campaign fumbles in the darkness.

Big League Politics reported:

The poll of 351 registered New Hampshire voters places O’Rourke at 0 per cent, with precisely zero poll respondents listing his name. Above O’Rourke are Washington Gov. Jay Inslee with a poll frequency of one, sex cult-affiliated Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand with a frequency of four, Rep. Tulsi Gabbard with a frequency of four.

Sen. Cory Booker also has a frequency of four, and is beat by Black Magic Woman Marianne Williamson who has a frequency of five. Sen. Amy Klobuchar almost breaks into double digits, with a frequency of 9.

If you are noticing a pattern, it is that virtually nobody cares for the vast majority of Democrats within the state of New Hampshire.

Perhaps O’Rourke, who lost to Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) in the 2018 midterm elections despite nonstop favorable media coverage and support from virtually every Hollywood celebrity of note, believes calling President Trump “a racist” will reignite the embers of his failing campaign.

Cruz: DNA Testing Shows Kids Are Being Used As ‘Pawns’ By Traffickers

By Patrick Howley

Texas Republican senator Ted Cruz’s recent Senate floor speech addressed the success President Trump has had in catching human traffickers with his “Rapid DNA testing” program. Implemented by the Department of Homeland Security as a pilot program at select locations, the DNA testing — which involves a cheek swab and roughly 90 minutes of testing time — is already catching human traffickers and making some smugglers admit their wrongdoing before even taking the test.

“I also learned of a recent pilot program that used rapid DNA tests to discover whether these family units were real. Nearly 30 percent were found to be fraudulent in the Rio Grande Valley-in other words, the adults bringing kids into the United States illegally weren’t related to the children,” Cruz stated.

“This is one of the most tragic elements of the crisis: the number of children who are being trafficked, who are being physically abused, sexually abused, and neglected. Often, they are being used as pawns,” Cruz said.

Former Republican Arizona governor Jan Brewer also said that President Donald Trump’s program is catching human traffickers and “fraudsters.”

Opponents of the program include CNN and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).

If Trump was supposedly separating families as the Left claims, why fight a test to ensure parenthood so that these “families” can stay together?

Former Republican Arizona governor Jan Brewer said that President Donald Trump’s program — so far tested as a pilot — to test the DNA of adult migrants who bring children to the southern border is already catching human traffickers and “fraudsters.”

The Department of Homeland Security has rolled out a “pilot” program at a few select locations on the border that involves cheek-swabbing the migrants who come over the border and analyzing the results in the space of about an hour and a half.

Texas Senator Ted Cruz has called on both the FBI and the Department of Justice to investigate Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler.

“To law enforcement: find & prosecute these violent felons,” Cruz tweeted after the violent left-wing Antifa attacks on Saturday. “To federal law enforcement,” he wrote. “Investigate & bring legal action against a Mayor who has, for political reasons, ordered his police officers to let citizens be attacked by domestic terrorists.”

Wheeler is under fire for his response — or lack thereof — to the violent Antifa protesters in the city under his care. During the demonstrations, journalist Andy Ngo was beaten in the head and hit with a milkshake allegedly filled with quick-dry cement. Cruz also wentafter Vox writer Carlos Maza for encouraging the actions.

“Troubling, if true,” Cruz said of a screenshot of a Maza tweet posted on Sunday. “Should ‘journalists’ be inciting physical violence against those with whom they disagree?” Maza had encouraged his 132,000 folowers to “milkshake them all,” and “humiliate them at every turn” so they would “dread public organizing.”

Journalists and law enforcement were harassed and assaulted at the scene of the Antifa protests. The demonstrators threw furniture and trash cans, allegedly used pepper spray, and threw various items at officers.

Other have, like Cruz, called Wheeler to account for his non-intervention. UFC athlete Tim Kennedy went so far as to publicly call for Wheeler’s resignation.

“What happened to [Ngo] is horrible and inexcusable,” he said. “[Wheeler] should be resign for what he has done to #portland.” Kennedy also sympathized with the Portland police officers. “The socialists with #antifa are dangerous and un-American.”
