US President Donald Trump has demanded that House Dems hand over impeachment to the Senate “immediately” so he can have a proper trial, while accusing them of stalling the proceedings.
Trump launched a fresh broadside at Democrats after House Speaker Nancy Pelosi refused to say when she would turn over the articles of impeachment to the Senate, implying it might take a while.
Explaining her decision, Pelosi said that the documents would remain in the House until Democrats are satisfied with how the Republican-majority Senate will handle the trial. Trump argued that Democrats who have been rallying behind the impeachment cause since the beginning of his presidency should have no say in how the trial is managed by the GOP, since they themselves failed to ensure a fair process in the House.
“So after the Democrats gave me no Due Process in the House, no lawyers, no witnesses, no nothing, they now want to tell the Senate how to run their trial,” Trump tweeted, adding that he wants the trial to kick off as soon as possible.
Actually, they have zero proof of anything, they will never even show up. They want out. I want an immediate trial!
The House voted largely along party lines to pass two articles of impeachment on Wednesday evening, but while zero Republicans voted in favor of either article – “abuse of power” and “obstruction of Congress”– two Democrats voted against the first article and three against the second.
Trump argued that the lack of defectors among the GOP shows that “the Republicans have never been so united” while the lack of consensus among Democrats is yet another indicator that their case “is so bad that they don’t even want to go to trial!”
While Pelosi insists that her foot-dragging is all about ensuring the Republicans do not hijack the proceedings, speculation is rife that Democrats are hesitant to move forward with impeachment because its popularity sank among key groups of independent swing voters who can sway the outcome of the presidential election next year.

Within hours of President Trump being impeached by the House, the mainstream media was reporting that Adam Schiff “has declared war” on Mike Pence.
At this time of the year, most Americans are celebrating holidays and spending time with their families, but Adam Schiff continues to be deeply focused on his twisted obsession to take down the Trump administration.
When Rachel Maddow asked him if he was “actively looking at Vice President Mike Pence and his role in this scandal”, Schiff made it quite clear that he has targeted Pence.
Is Schiff doing this because he wants “justice”, or is there some deeper plot afoot?
Before we get into the specifics, let’s talk about a hypothetical scenario in which Nancy Pelosi could actually become the President.
If President Trump is removed from office by the Senate, Vice-President Mike Pence would move into the Oval Office and a replacement for Pence would be nominated.
Alex Jones breaks down the plot to overthrow President Trump during the Senate Trial bypassing the will of the people.
But if Trump and Pence were both impeached and removed from office before a new Vice-President could be nominated and confirmed, then the next in line for the presidency would be Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.
In other words, if Trump and Pence were both suddenly out of the picture, Nancy Pelosi would become the President of the United States.
We have never actually seen the speaker of the House become the president in such a manner, and such a scenario would appear to be exceedingly unlikely, but it could hypothetically happen.
Up to now, the efforts by the Democrats to get rid of Trump have not gone well. According to a brand new survey that was just released, only 42 percent of all Americans support removing Trump from office at this point. And it is likely that support for removing Vice-President Pence from office would be even lower.
So why would the Democrats even bother trying?
I certainly can’t explain why Schiff suddenly has such a desire to go after Pence, because it doesn’t seem to be rational. According to the Daily Mail, Schiff has made the decision to declare “war” on Pence…
House Intelligence Committee chairman Adam Schiff has declared war on Vice President Mike Pence, barely a week after his panel finished its hearings on the impeachment of President Donald Trump.
As an impeachment vote loomed Wednesday, Schiff demanded Pence’s office declassify documents that he claims could show the vice president knee-deep in the Ukraine scandal that has brought Trump to the brink.
What Schiff is particularly obsessed about is a phone call between Vice-President Pence and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on September 18th.
Pence’s adviser Jennifer Williams listened in on that call, and she testified about it behind closed doors to Schiff’s committee. Her testimony was later classified, and Schiff has been badgering Pence to have it declassified. The following comes from the National Review…
Pence’s Russia adviser Jennifer Williams testified last month about the vice president’s September 18 phone call with Ukranian President Volodymyr Zelensky. Schiff requested ten days later that Pence declassify her testimony, contained in a November 26 letter from her lawyer, but Pence last week declined to do so in a letter to Schiff.
On Tuesday, Schiff sent a letter to Pence alleging that the testimony given by Williams “raises profound questions about your knowledge of the President’s scheme to solicit Ukraine’s interference in the 2020 U.S. presidential election”.
In other words, Schiff is inferring that Vice-President Pence “abused his power” just like Trump supposedly did.
During a subsequent appearance on the Rachel Maddow Show, Schiff was specifically asked if he was “actively looking” at Vice-President Pence…
Are you actively looking at Vice President Mike Pence and his role in this scandal? And should we expect further revelations either related to the vice president or related to the other core parts of these allegations that have resulted in this impeachment tonight?
Well, we have acquired a piece of evidence, classified submission by Jennifer Williams, something that she alluded to in her open testimony that in going back and looking through her records, she found other information that was pertinent to that phone call that we asked her about and made that submission. There is nothing that should be classified in that submission but yet, the vice president’s office has said they’re going to assert classification, or it’s classified.
It is not proper to classify something because it would be embarrassing or incriminating, and that summation does shed light on the vice president’s knowledge, and we think the American people should see it. Certainly, any senators in the trial should have access to it.
Schiff has got to realize that his actions are deeply dividing America, and the drama currently unfolding in Washington could set in motion a series of events that could tear this nation apart.
So why is he doing it?
Well, there is always the possibility that he could be so deluded that he actually believes that he is doing the right thing. And if he truly believes that he is seeking to have justice done, then that would help to explain why he just won’t let this thing go.
But the truth is that Schiff’s sick obsession with taking down the Trump administration goes back long before this Ukraine scandal first broke wide open.
Like so many other Democrats, he just can’t stand to see Donald Trump in the White House, and he won’t rest until he is gone for good.
If the Democrats could find a way to get Trump removed from office early next year, that would throw the Republican Party into a state of utter chaos and would give Democrats a massive edge heading into November 2020. And if they could get Mike Pence removed from office early next year as well, that would make it even tougher for the Republican Party.
In the end, maybe that is what all of this is primarily about. Yes, getting Nancy Pelosi into the White House would be a nice side benefit, but maybe what the Democrats really want to do is to keep Trump from winning again in 2020 by any means necessary.
Unfortunately for the Democrats, nothing they are doing is working.
It looks like Trump is going to be acquitted by the Senate, public approval for impeachment has been falling, and Trump now has a lead against all potential Democratic contenders.
If the Democrats had never attempted to remove Trump, they would have had a great chance of winning the White House next November.
But they just couldn’t resist, and so they have set the stage for a major political disaster for the Democratic Party less than a year from now.
This week’s interview with the DOJ IG Michael Horowitz ended in the IG continuing a coverup of Joseph Mifsud and the the FBI Director Wray being caught in a lie. Americans want the truth and transparency and they get this!
When asked about who the infamous Maltese Professor Joseph Mifsud was working for this week, the DOJ IG deferred answering in public:
But Horowitz’s testimony did shed some light on prior reports released by Republican and Democrat leaders in the House and Christopher Wray’s FBI. It turns out that the Republican report from Devin Nunez was totally substantiated while the Democrat report from Adam Schiff was totally destroyed as a total lie:
This also indicates that Christopher Wray’s FBI totally lied along with Schiff and Rep. Nader from New York in claiming that Nunez’s report was a sham when indeed it was the truth.
— — Only hours after President Donald Trump was caught on a live mic saying a controversial, Republican-drafted memo about government surveillance would be released to the public, the FBI says it has “grave concerns” about the memo’s accuracy.
Two weeks ago, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Rep. Devin Nunes, R-California, disclosed that his staff had drafted a memo, which many Republicans say accuses the FBI and Justice Department of abusing surveillance capabilities authorized by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act – or FISA. For days, Nunes refused to share the documents with House colleagues.
On Monday, over the objections of Democrats and Trump’s own Justice Department, Republicans on the House panel voted release the memo. And after Tuesday night’s “State of the Union” address, Trump was overheard telling Rep. Jeff Duncan, R-S.C., that he’s “100 percent” behind the release of the memo.
In an unexpected statement Wednesday, the FBI said that before the House vote, the FBI was “provided a limited opportunity to review this memo.”
“As expressed during our initial review, we have grave concerns about material omissions of fact that fundamentally impact the memo’s accuracy,” the FBI statement said.
Schiff reportedly said at the time:
The lead Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, Rep. Adam Schiff, recently called the memo a “profoundly misleading set of talking points drafted by Republican staff attacking the FBI and its handling of the investigation.”
It “may help carry White House water, but it is a deep disservice to our law enforcement professionals,” Schiff said.
Also, Rep. Nader reportedly said:
The top Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee, Rep. Jerry Nadler, D-New York, said he has reviewed the classified source material Nunes’ staff used to craft the memorandum, and “those materials tell a very different story than the conspiracy theory concocted by Chairman Nunes and being repeated in the press.”
Schiff and Nadler are the two characters responsible for the sham impeachment of the President that just took place these past few weeks. This is not the first time they all lied. Probably not the last either.

On Wednesday Democrats FINALLY launched impeachment proceedings against President Donald Trump. They dreamed of this day since January 2017 when he was sworn into office.
Nancy Pelosi took the House floor today and delivered a speech on articles of impeachment.
Democrats on Wednesday are voting to impeach President Donald Trump on two charges.
1.) Abuse of power — not a crime, a broad term to smear the president
2.) Obstruction of Congress — not a crime, a made-up term that has never been used ever
They have found no crimes.
Pelosi has no shame.
She only has a lust for power.
For over THREE YEARS Democrats and their mainstream media have harassed, abused, spied on, threatened and attacked this American president.
Democrats used the full power of the US government to spy on Trump and imprison his supporters. They abused his supporters and beat them down in the streets.
Democrats screamed profanities at Trump and ostracized his supporters.
Democrats hate Donald Trump and his supporters more than they love their country.
Democrats detest Trump more than they love truth.
Their impeachment hearings today are a sham and they know it.
But that didn’t stop them from proceeding with their sham impeachment.
Their lust for power stands before all else.
They would gladly ruin any Trump supporter with the same zeal.
Never forget their hatred. Never forget their lust for power.
This is the same hatred they have for this country and for you.
They would gladly destroy anyone who stands in their path.
The Democrats cheered Nancy Pelosi today.
So did Satan.
The US is more divided today than at any time since the historic war between North and South, and whether or not the Democrats vote to impeach Trump, Americans won’t be spared a political storm looming on the horizon.
Today, millions of Washington watchers around the world are asking the same question: What happens if the Democrats go ahead and bring articles of impeachment against President Donald J. Trump? The answer is twofold, and just might be the shortest story ever told: At first nothing, and then, everything. The end.
The reason nothing will happen immediately requires no degree in political science to appreciate. Should the Democrats commit the mother of all political screw-ups by voting to impeach Trump, all on the basis of hearsay, gossip and maybe reading tea leaves, the circus moves next door to the Senate, where Republicans hold a majority. This is where House efforts to impeach Trump will inevitably smack into a brick wall and disintegrate.
That much was made clear earlier this week when Minority Leader Chuck Schumer demanded to call current and former White House officials to appear on the witness stand for stage two of the Democratic show trials. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell was having none of it.
“I’m not an impartial juror,” McConnell retorted to applause from Senators, many of whom were thwarted in their own efforts to call witnesses and ask questions when the Democrats controlled the hearings. “This is a political process,” he added.
So, if the inevitable prospect of certain defeat in the Senate won’t stop the Democratic impeachment train, then maybe the knowledge that the majority of Americans oppose their plans will make them reconsider, right? Think again. Not even a USA Today/Suffolk University poll, which shows that Americans oppose by 51-45% any effort by the Senate to remove Trump, up from October when the margin was 47-46%, has deterred the Democrats from their witch hunt.
Trump practically thanked the Democrats for the early Christmas gift when he said impeachment is “a very sad thing for our country, but it seems to be very good for me politically.” Indeed it has been. If elections were held today, Trump would likely emerge victorious against any of his Democratic rivals.
With regards to the economy, Wall Street appears to be on steroids, smashing records almost weekly. All of this points to smooth sailing for Trump up to the 2020 presidential elections.
Despite things looking favorably, Trump is not out of the woods just yet. The reason is because the Democrats, due to their chummy relationship with the media, are still able to control the narrative. That much is clear considering how House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff has been dominating the impeachment proceedings without much criticism from the press. The initial impeachment inquiry was held without transparency in the dank basement of Congress, far away from public scrutiny. He also staunchly refused to release the identity of the so-called whistleblower, who is alleged to have heard secondhand information about the now-famous call between Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
However, since any impeachment trial promises to be a major televised event, the Democrats will not be able to leak to the media their handpicked breadcrumbs of information. Everything will be out in the open and discussed 24/7.
How to explain the Democrat obsession with removing Trump?
First, the Democrats’ chances of removing Trump from office are somewhere between zero and none, and they are certainly aware of that fact. Second, impeachment is proving unpopular with the majority of Americans, and that must be particularly worrisome in a major election season. Finally, the Democrats risk throwing their top presidential contender, Joe Biden, under the bus by their efforts.
Mitch McConnell and his fellow Republicans will certainly investigate how Joe Biden’s son, Hunter, for example, had come to serve on the board of the Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings, reportedly being paid up to $50,000 a month despite having no experience in the Ukrainian energy sector. No less interesting is the fact that Joe Biden essentially forced Ukraine to fire its prosecutor general as a precondition for releasing $1 billion dollars in US aid. In the event that Ukrainian officials are called to testify in the Senate during the impeachment trial, it could turn out to be very ugly for the Biden clan.
Considering that the Democrats have absolutely nothing to gain by trying to impeach Trump, another possible motive must be considered, which is that the Democrats are desperately trying to protect themselves. Unknown to many, high-level Democrats, intelligence officers, and former White House officials have been under investigation for many months by Attorney General Will Barr and federal prosecutor John Durham. The reason has little to do with Ukraine, and everything to do with Trump’s promise to “drain the swamp.”
In a nutshell, Barr and Dunham will soon be releasing their highly anticipated attorney general’s report, which will determine whether the FBI had submitted false documents for obtaining a FISA warrant to spy on the Trump administration in 2016. The word ‘treason’ is even being whispered on Capitol Hill. The investigation involves a mind boggling array of top characters who played a role in creating the Steele Dossier (home of the famous pee tape), a largely debunked ‘intelligence’ document that ultimately failed to prove a link between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin.
Last week, after Inspector General Michael Horowitz released a preliminary report that shows the FBI committed numerous mistakes in applying for the FISA warrant, including falsifying a document, former FBI Director James Comey back-pedaled on his earlier claims that the FBI had acted appropriately. “I was wrong. I was overconfident in our procedures. It’s important that a leader be accountable and transparent,” he told Chris Wallace of Fox News.
But that is not the end of the story. Not by a long shot.
Durham, who has had access to foreign governments and US intelligence agencies not available to Horowitz, played down the IG report, suggesting fireworks down the road when he commented “last month we advised the Inspector General that we do not agree with some of the report’s conclusions as to predication and how the FBI case was opened.”
Needless to say, Barr and Durham’s report has got a lot of people in high places very nervous. This could make the impeachment process a top priority in that it provides cover and would look as if Trump were attacking the Democrats simply out of rage if he acts. Clearly, the Democrats, with their groundless Russiagate theories and now an impeachment scandal, are desperately trying to buy time to avoid their own impending doom.
In other words, there is a real civil war taking place behind the scenes in Washington, and Trump’s impeachment is just one small part of the action. What is happening now in Washington DC between the Republicans and Democrats is just mere dress rehearsal for far more disasters down the road.
I just hope the costumes don’t end up being blue and gray, once again.
The FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance) Court is in the news this weekend after President Trump tweeted that former President Obama had petitioned a court twice in order to wire tap current President Trump when he was running for office. [At this time we were not aware of the multiple renewals of the Carter Page FISA warrant application used to validate spying on President Trump.]
In his first tweet President Trump tweeted:
Terrible! Just found out that Obama had my “wires tapped” in Trump Tower just before the victory. Nothing found. This is McCarthyism!
He next tweeted:
Is it legal for a sitting President to be “wire tapping” a race for president prior to an election? Turned down by court earlier. A NEW LOW!
The FISA Court was put in place in 1978 when Congress enacted the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA):
The Court sits in Washington D.C., and is composed of eleven federal district court judges who are designated by the Chief Justice of the United States. Each judge serves for a maximum of seven years and their terms are staggered to ensure continuity on the Court. By statute, the judges must be drawn from at least seven of the United States judicial circuits, and three of the judges must reside within 20 miles of the District of Columbia. Judges typically sit for one week at a time, on a rotating basis.
Pursuant to FISA, the Court entertains applications submitted by the United States Government for approval of electronic surveillance, physical search, and other investigative actions for foreign intelligence purposes. Most of the Court’s work is conducted ex parte as required by statute, and due to the need to protect classified national security information.
Only two in over 10,000 applications were turned down by the FISA Court.
More than a thousand applications for electronic surveillance, all signed by the attorney general, are submitted each year, and the vast majority are approved. From 2009 to 2015, for example, more than 10,700 applications for electronic surveillance were submitted, and only one was denied in its entirety, according to annual reports sent to Congress. Another one was denied in part, and 17 were withdrawn by the government.
A very disturbing fact about the wire tapping request of President Trump is that the FISA Court turned down President Obama’s Administration’s first request to wire tap President Trump that was evidently signed off on by Attorney General Lynch. With only two applications denied out of 10,700 from 2009 through 2015, the fact that the Obama Administration’s application was denied by the FISA Court is very disturbing. The odds of this happening were 0.02% .
The Obama Presidency is clearly the most corrupt in US history.
Horowitz remains silent on this in his 450 plus page report –>>
According to the FISA Report on page 412, Obama’s Deep State DOJ and FBI decided to move forward with obtaining a FISA Warrant to spy on Carter Page and therefore candidate Trump in mid-August of 2016:
We also now know that this is when Deep State lovers Peter Strzok and Lisa Page discussed the insurance policy via texts on August 15, 2016 –
The DOJ OIG FISA Report does not mention that the first FISA warrant for Carter Page was denied. It only states that the Deep Stateattempted to put together information to obtain a FISA warrant on Carter Page in August 2016 and by September, the Deep State believed they had enough information to obtain the warrant.
We know that the first FISA warrant to spy on Carter Page and Trump was obtained in October 2016 shortly before the 2016 Presidential election. This now confirmed garbage report was then renewed three times.
Omissions like this leave the reader to question the validity of the the entire FISA Report. Was more than this omitted from the massive report? If so, why?
“The British political system has become thoroughly compromised by Russian influence. It’s high time its institutions – including the media – woke up to that fact,” wrote Fusion GPS founders Glenn Simpson and Peter Fritsch.
Although they did not explicitly blame Russian interference on the Tories domination of Labour in Thursday’s elections, they were not shy about casting doubt on the nation’s entire electoral process. They called for Russian hysteria in Britain in order to cast a shadow over their political system as it has in America since Trump was elected President.
“In 2016, both the United Kingdom and the United States were the targets of Russian efforts to swing their votes,” they wrote.
“The efforts in both countries had much in common. They were aided by a transatlantic cast of characters loosely organised around the Trump and Brexit campaigns. Many of them worked in concert and interacted with Russians close to the Kremlin. The outcome in both countries was also eerily similar,” they added.
They even had the nerve to brag about their work with Christopher Steele, the British spy who once headed up MI6’s Russia desk. Steele produced the discredited dossier that was used as the basis for the Russian collusion investigation and has ultimately made a complete farce of the intelligence community.
“Our Washington-based research firm, Fusion GPS, conducted much of the early investigations into Russia’s support of the Trump campaign, aided by our colleague Christopher Steele, the former head of MI6’s Russia desk,” Simpson and Fritsch wrote.
“While our initial focus was on Russian meddling in US politics, it has since become increasingly clear that Britain’s political system has also been deeply affected by Russian influence operations,” they added.
Simpson and Fritsch urge bureaucrats in the British government to leak information similar to what has been done by the U.S. deep state in order to create another neo-McCarthyist panic.
“Many US institutions have shown more backbone and independence than their UK counterparts,” they wrote. “Some of those who served in the Trump administration, such as the British-born Fiona Hill and Lt Col Alexander Vindman, have been willing to stand up in public and tell the truth, despite intimidation from the president and his allies. In the UK, the courageous whistleblowers needed to expose Russian influence have yet to emerge.”
They concluded with a warning that the evil Russian President Vladimir Putin may come for the conservatives next, so everyone must come together for a new senseless witch hunt in Britain.
“This is the biggest danger we face: that we cannot escape our partisanship long enough to face down our common enemy. Putin is not a Conservative; nor is he a Republican. The next time he interferes it could easily be in favour of their political opponents. Britain’s institutions must wake up to the Russian threat before Putin seriously damages the country’s centuries-old democracy,” Simpson and Fritsch wrote.
