Gay & trans sex education to be taught to 5 year-olds in UK (and opting out is illegal)

By

The UK Conservative government is set to announce plans for the introduction of lessons on homosexuality and transgenderism for primary school students, despite an official petition against the move, signed by over 100,000, RT.com writes.

The Sunday Times reports that the new curriculum has been finalized after a six-month consultation with the Department of Education, and will be rolled out across UK schools starting from the 2020-21 educational year.

It will be taught to pupils from the age of five, and it will be illegal for parents to take their children out of the classroom for the lessons in secondary school, meaning that at least a term’s worth of sex education classes – and likely far more – will be attended by each student.

A popular petition to parliament demanding that the opt-out be retained for the length of the child’s school education will be debated in the House of Commons on Monday, though it is not expected to affect the schedule for the implementation of the legislation.

The proposal has encountered resistance from conservative communities, including some Muslims and Jews. In a letter expressing opposition, prominent rabbis expressed fears that some parents would rather take their children out of the education system altogether – which they are allowed to do – rather than subject them to the new curriculum.

Questions discussed during the non-assessed lessons, as listed in the current proposals for the curriculum, will include: “When is it OK to let someone touch me?” for 3-year-olds, and “Why are we all different? Is it OK to be different?” at age seven. At 11, children will discuss “What is the difference between transvestite and trans-sexual?” and by 16, they will be told “how to disclose positive HIV status to a sexual partner, family and friends.”

Among the teaching materials for primary school children who are currently being trialed at a predominantly-Muslim school in Birmingham are ‘Tango Makes Three’, a book about two gay penguins who nurture an egg taken from another family, and ‘My Princess Boy,’ which celebrates a dark-skinned child who loves to cross-dress.

The other aims of the curriculum include educating students on issues that have become more prevalent in Britain over last two decades, such as female genital mutilation, sexting, revenge porn, and potential imbalance of power between the sexes in relationships.

Transgender Activist Accused Of Burning Down Own Home In ‘Hate Crime’ That Killed Five Pets

Transgender activist Nikki Joly of Jackson, IL, whose five pets were killed in a 2017 house fire, has been accused of intentionally setting the blaze, according to The Detroit News.

Two German Shepherds and three cats died in the two-story blaze that was initially investigated as a hate crime by the FBI and local law enforcement.

Investigators found traces of gasoline in five rooms on the first floor of the wooden-frame house, according to the police report, while Joly was found to have bought $10 of gas at a local gas station the morning of the fire “so he could cut his grass,” according to the report. Joly stopped halfway through because it was too hot out, while police say the sequence of events “would have made it difficult for anyone but Joly to set the fire.”

He went to work at the church and got a call from Moore at 1:02 p.m., said the report. Moore had forgotten to pack her lunch so asked Joly to bring it to her at work. The couple share one car.

Joly returned home, which was two miles away, went inside for a minute or two, and left, he told police.

The fire was reported by neighbors at 1:16 p.m.

“The timeline shows a window of less than five minutes for another person to enter the residence, splash gasoline around, ignite the fire and then leave without being scene,” wrote police detective Aaron Grove.

Two weeks after the fire, Joly was questioned by two FBI agents and a city police detective.

During the interview, he drooped his head, staring at the floor, not looking at his interlocutors, according to the report. He didn’t admit setting the fire and didn’t deny it, either. –The Detroit News

The arrest of Joly, a biological woman who identifies as a man, came as a surprise to the gay community in Jackson, as Joly helped open the city’s first gay community center and was a co-organizer of the city’s first gay festival – earning the Citizen of the Year award by a local paper.

Authorities later determined the fire was intentionally set, but the person they arrested came as a shock to both supporters and opponents of the gay rights movement. It was the citizen of the year — Nikki Joly.

“It’s embarrassing,” said Travis Trombley, a gay resident who fought for the ordinance. “How do you do it to the community you have put so much effort into helping?”

Why Joly, 54, would allegedly burn down his home remains a mystery. He didn’t own the house, which was insured by its owner, police said.

His attorney said the lack of a motive cast doubt on the case. –The Detroit News

The police report suggests a motive, however; two people who worked with Joly at St. Johns United Church of Christ, where the Jackson Price Center is located, said the trans activist was “frustrated the controversy over gay rights had died down,” and that the Jackson Pride Parade and Festival – held five days before the fire, “hadn’t received more attention or protests.”

Barbara Shelton questioned the police’s version of her statement, telling the Detroit News “Not sure I said that,” in an email, adding “I have no idea about anything, never heard Nikki comment in any fashion about anything like that.”

According to Joly’s attorney, Daniel Barnett, “It doesn’t make sense,” adding “He was citizen of the year. There was plenty of media coverage already before the fire.”

While Joly was stoic in public, he could be abrupt, even combative in private, said acquaintances. He was headstrong, unwilling to have his views challenged by others.

He also could be deceptive, Shelton and James said in the police investigative report.

One year after the pride center opened, Joly broke it away from the church. Unknown to church officials, Joly had secured nonprofit status for the center, Shelton told police.

Shelton said she felt betrayed because she was the one who secured the original funding for the center by applying for several grants.

“Shelton and James both described Nikki as very deceptive and stated that when it comes to Nikki there are ‘layers of manipulation,’” police detective Aaron Grove wrote in the report. –The Detroit News

Local drag queen Jeff Graves said that he was alarmed by the details of the investigation, and said that if Joly is found guilty, he will try to claw back donations raised for the transgender activist’s legal defense.

“I feel as though I was used for a money scam,” said Graves. “It hurt and it still does.”

GAY MUSLIM MIGRANT WHO TRIVIALIZED TERROR ATTACKS TO REPRESENT FRANCE AT EUROVISION

Gay Muslim Migrant Who Trivialized Terror Attacks to Represent France at Eurovision

Another stunning victory for “diversity”

 | Infowars.com – FEBRUARY 25, 2019

A gender-bending gay Muslim migrant who trivialized terror attacks that killed 300 people over the last few years is to represent France at this year’s Eurovision song contest.

The choice of 19-year-old Bilal Hassani to perform his song “Roi” at the annual music competition is being hailed as a victory for “diversity” because Hassani wears feminine wigs, is homosexual, a Muslim and has Moroccan migrant parents.

However, he has come under scrutiny due to previous tweets and videos in which he supported anti-Semitism and joked about jihadist terror attacks on France.

In a 2014 tweet Hassani defended comedian Dieudonne M’bala M’bal, a convicted anti-Semite. He has also repeatedly accused Israel of war crimes, a factor that might not help him as Eurovision is being held in Tel Aviv this year.

According to the Times of Israel, a video also “surfaced in which Hassani and two friends declare “France suffered a lot, attacks here, attacks there. Oooh!” to hoots of laughter.”

130 people were killed during the Paris massacre in November 2015, while a further 86 were killed in Nice the following July when a 19-tonne cargo truck was deliberately driven into crowds of people by an Islamic terrorist.

A Republican senator wrote a letter to Eurovision organizers demanding they withdraw Hassani’s nomination for “trivializing” the jihadist attacks.

However, Hassani claims that the criticism all stems from his sexuality and his migrant background.

“It bothers some people a lot that my parents were born in Morocco and that I’m gay. There’s no denying that,” he told Le Parisien, adding that the insults made him “even more determined to respond to the haters.”

What Hassani thinks about the fact that gay people are still routinely incarcerated, tortured and in some cases executed in some Muslim countries and how this is compatible with his faith is not known.

Kaitlin Bennett went undercover at UCLA as Jenna Talia to ask students to sign a petition to throw conservatives into involuntary re-education camps.

Not only were the students she approached ecstatic to sign it, but one member of UCLA’s student government encouraged her to change the language to “diversity” and “sensitivity training” to hide their real intentions so the administration would approve it.

MALE RUNNERS CONTINUE DOMINATING GIRLS’ HIGH SCHOOL TRACK IN CONNECTICUT

Two male runners are continuing to dominate high school girls’ track in Connecticut.

High school juniors Terry Miller and Andraya Yearwood took first and second place in the state open indoor track championships Feb. 16, The Associated Press noted in a report Sunday. Both Miller and Yearwood are biological males who identify as transgender girls.

One of their competitors, high school junior Selina Soule, told the AP it was unfair to force female runners to compete against male runners.

“We all know the outcome of the race before it even starts; it’s demoralizing,” said Soule. “I fully support and am happy for these athletes for being true to themselves. They should have the right to express themselves in school, but athletics have always had extra rules to keep the competition fair.”

Miller is the third-fastest runner in the country in the girls’ 55-meter dash. Yearwood is close behind, tied for seventh nationally.

Miller and Yearwood easily outpaced female runners in the state in 2018 as well, when both were sophomores.

A sympathetic segment on ABC’s “Good Morning America” in June 2018 described the two runners as “dominating the competition” at the outdoor state championships earlier that month.

In that interview, Miller argued that female runners should work harder, rather than complaining about unfairness, when forced to compete against male athletes who identify as transgender.

WATCH:

Yearwood acknowledged being stronger than female runners to the AP, but compared it to advantages other athletes might have from perfecting their form or doing extra training sessions.

“One high jumper could be taller and have longer legs than another, but the other could have perfect form, and then do better,” Yearwood told the AP. “One sprinter could have parents who spend so much money on personal training for their child, which in turn, would cause that child to run faster.”

High School Transgender Athlete Has Plans To Qualify For National Championships For Girls

Andraya Yearwood, a transgender high school competitor who just finished second in the girls’ 55-meter dash at Connecticut’s state open indoor track championships, has plans to attempt to qualify for this year’s National Scholastic Athletics Foundation national championships, which are being held March 8-10, according to The Washington Times. The Washington Times added, “The group recently adopted new rules allowing pre-pubescent girls to participate with their affirmed gender, though no ages are specified. Post-pubescent transgender girls must have completed sex-reassignment surgery and ‘a sufficient amount of time must have passed’ after the operation or hormone therapy ‘to minimize gender-related competitive advantages.’”

The NSAF website, in its instructions for the outdoor championships in June, has this kind of verbiage: “Freshman and Junior High School miles are limited to first 30 entries per gender that both meet the entry standard and pay for the entry … Junior High Mile is limited to the first 30 entries per gender that both meet the entry standard and pay for the entry.”

Yearwood is a 17-year-old junior at Cromwell High School; he recently placed second behind another transgender, Terry Miller of Bloomfield High, at the state indoor open championships. Miller ran the race in 6.95 seconds; Yearwood ran it 7.01 seconds. The biological girl who finished third ran the race in 7.23 seconds.

This season, Miller also won the 300-meter race.

As The Daily Wire reported, last June when Connecticut had its State Open track and field championships at Willow Brook Park, Miller broke the State Open records for girls in both the 100 and 200-meter dashes. Yearwood finished second in the 100-meter dash.

Hillhouse coach Gary Moore told Hearst Connecticut Media at the time that Miller should be able to compete, but the situation “wasn’t fair to the girls,” adding something should be done to “level the playing field.” He stated, “I’ve been stopped by at least five coaches, all of them saying they really liked what I said in the paper. How come other coaches aren’t talking? This is a big issue a lot of coaches have, that we’ve got to do something, but how come you’re not saying anything? I’ve said what I needed to say. I’m getting a little annoyed with the coaches that we haven’t been able to get together and do what’s best for everybody.”

Selina Soule of Glastonbury High, who finished sixth in the 100 last June and had studied the literature about Title IX and competitive sports, said of the rule allowing transgender athletes to compete against persons of the opposite biological sex, “Of course, it should be that way for math and science and chorus. Sports are set up for fairness. Biologically male and female are different. The great majority is being sacrificed for the minority.”

Connecticut permits transgender high school athletes to compete without restrictions; sixteen other stats have the same policy, according to Transathlete.com. Seven states have some restrictions.

Yearwood admitted he was stronger than some of the other competitors, but added there were other considerations: “One high jumper could be taller and have longer legs than another, but the other could have perfect form, and then do better. One sprinter could have parents who spend so much money on personal training for their child, which in turn, would cause that child to run faster.” The Washington Times reported that Miller said that if he felt another competitor had an unfair advantage, he would simply try harder.

Soule, who finished eighth in the 55-meter dash, thus missing out on qualifying for the New England regionals because Miller and Yearwood finished ahead of her, noted that now she wouldn’t have the opportunity to compete in front of additional college coaches. She added, “We all know the outcome of the race before it even starts; it’s demoralizing. I fully support and am happy for these athletes for being true to themselves. They should have the right to express themselves in school, but athletics have always had extra rules to keep the competition fair.”

Glenn Lungarini, executive director of the Connecticut Association of Schools-Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference, claimed, “This is about someone’s right to compete. I don’t think this is that different from other classes of people, who, in the not too distant past, were not allowed to compete. I think it’s going to take education and understanding to get to that point on this issue.”

Jon Forrest, whose daughter is on the same team as Soule, favors letting transgender competitors run with biological girls but putting their results in a separate category. He added, “The facts show Glastonbury would be the state champion based on cisgender girls competing against cisgender girls. You don’t realize it until you see it in person, the disparity in the ability to perform.”

UK woman says she was held by police for 7 hours after ‘misgendering’ trans activist on Twitter

Screen Shot 2019-02-11 at 11.22.44 AM

A landmark legal battle is set to unfold between a mother-of-two who says she was arrested for identifying a transgender woman as male, and the alleged victim who has repeatedly reported Twitter users to police for harassment.

38-year-old Kate Scottow from Hertfordshire says that her life has been turned upside down since police arrived at her house on December 1 last year to arrest her, bring her to a station, take her DNA and fingerprints, before opening an investigation that still hasn’t been resolved.

“I was arrested in my home by three officers, with my autistic ten-year-old daughter and breastfed 20-month-old son present,” Scottow wrote on popular online forum Mumsnet.

“I was then detained for seven hours in a cell with no sanitary products (which I said I needed) before being interviewed then later released under investigation… I was arrested for harassment and malicious communications because I called someone out and misgendered them on Twitter.”

Scottow says that her laptop and mobile phone have been retained as evidence, preventing her from working on her Masters degree in forensic psychology.

Hertfordshire police told RT in a statement that an investigation is “ongoing” but insisted that Scottow’s electronic devices have now been returned to her, and denied not issuing her with sanitary products, noting the “request is recorded on our custody system and the products provided.”

‘Reasonable belief that it is impossible to change sex’

The entire investigation was started following a complaint by Stephanie Hayden. She first became widely known last year after comedy writer Graham Linehan was issued with a police caution for “deadnaming” her – referring to her as “Tony” after her birth name Anthony Halliday – though she has pursued a string of similar complaints, including one against a transsexual lawyer.

In this case, Scottow is being accused of using two separate Twitter accounts to “harass, defame, and publish derogatory and defamatory tweets” about Hayden, calling her a “racist, xenophobic and a crook” and a “fake lawyer.”

Her defense insists that Scottow was expressing a “genuine and reasonable belief” that it is impossible to “practically speaking change sex.” Nonetheless, thanks to an injunction the judge has banned her from posting about Hayden online, or making any references to her previous identity.

Hayden has promised to start further legal action against the Daily Mail, which turned the Mumsnet post into a news story.

Ironically for someone who has become the symbol of increased police attention on Twitter hate speech crimes (though she insists she is not an activist) Hayden reportedly has a criminal record herself.

Legal news site RollOnFriday reported last year that in 1999, while still Anthony Halliday, she was convicted of assaulting a man with a golf club, while abusing her victim as a big fat bastard.”  During the sentencing the judge noted Halliday’s previous convictions for disorderly behavior and dishonesty.

‘Are we getting to the PC tipping point?’

The case has attracted comment from several prominent conservative voices and free speech advocates.

“You can’t police properly if officers are endlessly filling custody suites with 38 year old mums whose crime is to have caused needless offense on Twitter,” wrote former foreign secretary Boris Johnson in his Telegraph column.

“Are we getting to the PC tipping point yet? This is insane and has to stop,” tweeted Donald Trump Jr.

Video: Transgender Goes Nuts in Store After Being "Misgendered"

Wild confrontation caught on camera

Paul Joseph Watson | Infowars.com – DECEMBER 28, 2018

A transgender went nuts in a store because an employee “misgendered” him by calling the biological man “sir” in a confrontation that was caught on video.

The clip shows the transgender demanding his “fucking money back” before a woman off camera refers to the individual as a “young man”.

“Excuse me, it’s ma’am, it is ma’am,” barks the transgender before the woman threatens to call the police.

The transgender then accuses the store clerk of calling him “sir,” despite this not being heard on the video until the clerk does subsequently refer to the biological male as “sir”.

He then becomes increasingly irate before yelling, “motherfucker – take it outside – you wanna call me sir again, I will show you a fucking sir!”

“Motherfucker!” shouts the transgender before kicking over a display stand and walking towards the exit.

However, despite the clerk repeatedly apologizing, the transgender returns to continue the argument, demanding the company’s corporate phone number to complain about how he’s been “misgendered several times in this store”.

“I’m gonna ask you for a fifth time to stop calling me a man, because quite literally I am not,” the transgender asserts.

The clerk then again refers to the individual as “sir,” probably on purpose, which causes him to become even more angry.

As the individual leaves, he accuses the clerk of “disrespecting trans people in this store….which I plan on telling the entire LGBTQ community.”

“You’re going to lose money over this,” the transgender states before leaving the store.

It is not known where the confrontation took place. It was posted to Twitter by political commentator Ryan Fournier. The possibility remains that the whole scene was a fake prank, although it looks pretty authentic.

SNAP: Watch as Grandfather Lets Loose on Teacher Who Made Grandson Wear Dress

By

Cell phone footage of a grandfather who confronted a preschool teacher about making his grandson wear a dress, bucking the public school transgender agenda, is going viral online

“First of all I came down here because we don’t do that – the transgender and all that – you know, we don’t do that,” the man said to the teacher. “And I don’t appreciate you encouraging him to put on no dress, for the second day, too. I don’t appreciate that. And don’t think this is going away. I’m going further with this.”

The teacher repeatedly told the man to speak with her superior, but he was not having any of that.

“I’m not done talking to you,” the man said when the teacher tried to blow him off. “I don’t think you know. The next time that you put any kid in a dress, we’re gonna make you go viral.”
