COLLUSION: Facebook Bans Top Independent Journalist From Exposing YouTube Censorship on Platform
The tech corporations are colluding to destroy freedom of speech.

Independent journalist Ford Fischer has been temporarily banned from posting links on Facebook after he tried to post an article on the platform exposing censorship on YouTube.
Fischer explained in a Facebook post that this is the first time the platform has censored him in such a manner.
“I just tried to post a news story about YouTube censorship to Facebook. Facebook banned me from sharing links for 2.5 days without explanation. This is the first time FB has ever suspended any feature for me,” he wrote.
The ReclaimTheNet.org article that Facebook does not want to be shared on its platform explains that 2019 represented a low point for YouTube due to its intensifying crackdown on content creators:
2019 started with YouTube and other social media continuing their account banning and suspending spree, often baselessly – a trend started the previous year. These kinds of blunders were likely caused by overreliance on algorithms and overzealous attempts to keep content under control.
Comedian Steven Crowder’s troubles on YouTube began in February when his annual Anti-Oscars Party live stream was suspended on the grounds of four copyright claims from Disney and Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS) Oscars.
These bogus claims were filed under DMCA rules that are supposed to allow fair use, and Crowder argued that his content as a transformative work fell under the fair use principle. He also said the real reason the entertainment giants came after him by abusing YouTube’s broken copyright system was anti-competitive – simply to keep him off the platform.
Even when the issues were later rectified, it was days after the livestream and the damage was already done.
This system was further exploited later in the year to block President Trump’s “Nickelback Joe Biden meme” video, exploring a corruption scandal involving the former US Vice President in a humorous way. Those who disliked the meme decided to take it down using a questionable copyright claim, ignoring that parody is another example of fair use.
While it would be expected that Facebook would want to proliferate an article bashing their competitor, that is not the case. The Big Tech entities – including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Amazon, Twitter and Pinterest – are actively colluding to destroy digital free speech.
The tech industry even held a conference earlier this year where the private sector came together to network and devise new ways to choke the freedom of expression of dissidents:
The Koch Brothers and George Soros sponsored the “Private Sector Leadership Summit” last week in San Francisco, CA where the billionaire globalist oligarchs urged tech corporations to increase their Big Brother censorship practices.
The event took place on July 17 at the Airbnb headquarters. The summit is an offshoot of the “Communities Overcoming Extremism: The After-Charlottesville Project.” Top sponsors included the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), the Soros Fund Charitable Foundation, the Charles Koch Institute (CKI), Comcast NBC Universal, the National Immigration Forum, and neocon Bill Kristol’s organization, Defending Democracy Together.
Speakers at the event included CKI Director of Free Expression Sarah Ruger, Cato Institute Vice President John Samples, ADL Extremism Center Director Oren Segal, ADL Senior Vice President of Programs George Selim, and Americans for Prosperity Vice President for Legal and Judicial Strategy Casey Mattox. The event made official the peculiar union of the Koch foundation with the political Left, as they scramble to protect the globalist status quo…
The event made it clear that there will be many opportunities for funding from the corporate elite to facilitate the Orwellian nightmare in the digital age. If the plotting of the Koch network is ultimately successful, it won’t even require government intervention for Big Brother to become reality.
“The work of combating extremism will require alliances, partnerships, and funding decisions, in many cases between surprising bedfellows. Join a diverse range of leaders for a conversation about how and why they have sought to involve their organizations in the work of overcoming extremism, including through policy alliances and philanthropic investments,” the program reads.
Heading into the next year’s presidential election, the censorship is only going to ramp up, and Big Tech will be working in unison to crush independent voices.

Virginia Democrats Threaten to Put Boots on the Ground if Police don’t Enforce Gun Grabs

Democrat politicians in D.C. say that local police who refuse to enforce gun control bills likely to pass in Virginia should be subject to prosecution and even intimidation from the National Guard.
Following Democrats’ success at the polls in Virginia’s November elections, gun control legislation such as universal background checks, “assault weapons” bans, and red flag laws are back on the menu.
Grassroots gun organizations have teamed up with sheriffs across the state to form Second Amendment sanctuary counties, which have the explicit purpose of empowering law enforcement to protect the Second Amendment against any of the gun control bills passed in the Virginia state legislature.
So far, over 75 counties in Virginia have passed Second Amendment sanctuary resolutions in the state, with the latest being Spotsylvania County. The board of supervisors unanimously voted to approve a resolution stating that county police will not enforce state-level gun laws that infringe upon the Second Amendment.
Virginia Democrat officials, however, have another view about these law enforcement agents’ actions. They believe they will face consequences if they don’t carry out any law the legislature passes.
“I would hope they either resign in good conscience, because they cannot uphold the law which they are sworn to uphold, or they’re prosecuted for failure to fulfill their oath,” Democratic Virginia Congressman Gerry Connolly told the Washington Examiner of local county police who may not enforce laws that infringe upon on gun rights. “The law is the law. If that becomes the law, you don’t have a choice, not if you’re a sworn officer of the law.”
Democratic Congressman. Donald McEachin even suggested slashing state funds to counties that do not comply with any gun control laws passed by the Virginia legislature.
“They certainly risk funding, because if the sheriff’s department is not going to enforce the law, they’re going to lose money. The counties’ attorneys offices are not going to have the money to prosecute because their prosecutions are going to go down,” he stated.
McEachin also highlighted that Democrat Virginia Governor Ralph Northam could summon the National Guard, if things get really out of hand.
“And ultimately, I’m not the governor, but the governor may have to nationalize the National Guard to enforce the law,” he added. “That’s his call, because I don’t know how serious these counties are and how severe the violations of law will be. But that’s obviously an option he has.”
Virginia Attorney General Mark Herring pinned the blame on the “gun lobby” for moving numerous Second Amendment resolutions as a tactic to supposedly” scare” state residents.
“The resolutions that are being passed are being ginned up by the gun lobby to try to scare people. What we’re talking about here are laws that will make our communities and our streets safer,” Herring told CBS 6.
“So, when Virginia passes these gun safety laws that they will be followed, they will be enforced,” he continued.
Despite what the Virginia political class says, Virginia gun owners are taking cues from other grassroots activists across the nation who are using their counties and municipalities to revolt against federal and state level gun grabs.
The current two-party system has no reliable bloc that will automatically defend gun owners’ interests, so gun owners will have to get creative in trying to preserve their Second Amendment freedoms.

Massive droves of illegal aliens are lining up at DMVs across New York to obtain newly-minted driver’s licenses after the state passed a law allowing illegals to obtain them.
Photos across social media show long lines of illegals streaming to various Department of Motor Vehicle buildings across New York trying to acquire driver’s licenses.
The so-called Green Light Law, signed by Democrat Gov. Andrew Cuomo earlier this year, allows anyone to apply for a driver’s license regardless of immigration status and does not require a Social Security number.
The law also prohibits employees at auto bureaus from reporting illegal aliens attempting to obtain driver licenses to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
Erie County Clerk Michael Kearns argued that the new law allowing illegals to obtain driver’s licenses was an unconstitutional “power grab” that Democrats will leverage to commit voter fraud.
“This is all a power grab for the ballot box in New York, trying to give illegals the right to vote,” Kearns told Fox News on Saturday.
“So we are going to have voter fraud in New York state, and now New York state has given the clerks an edict to stands down. I’m not standing down. I will do whatever I can to stop voter fraud.”
Kearns also added that the new law is unconstitutional and will only make New Yorkers less safe.
“My concern is that, after 9/11, New York state put a prohibition on illegals having driving licenses and now with REAL ID in 2005 after we were attacked there will be a gap from today to Oct. 1 that anyone who is here illegally can get into a federal building and can fly on our airplanes and cross our border.”
“I am now going to have to accept a report card from a foreign country and…a foreign passport as authenticated documents. I myself as the clerk am going to have to do that,” he continued.
“We used to have to rely on a third party, the fed government, to do that so they have diminished a New York driver’s license, and we are very concerned for our safety and security because western New York is a border to Canada.”
As we’ve reported, Democrats have been exploiting illegal immigrants for political gain at least since 2016, which is why the left is so hell-bent on granting amnesty to all illegal aliens in the U.S., including the ones still illegally entering the country.

Hypocrite Canadian PM moves to end free speech in the Great White North

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is asking his ministers to create “significant penalties” for individuals engaging in “hate speech” on social media.
In a letter written to Minister of Canadian Heritage Steven Guilbeault, Trudeau asked that social media companies be required to “remove illegal content, including hate speech, within 24 hours or face significant penalties.”
“This should include other online harms such as radicalization, incitement to violence, exploitation of children, or creation or distribution of terrorist propaganda,” the Prime Minister continued.
Trudeau also wrote a letter to Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada David Lametti, instructing him to work with his colleagues “to combat online hate and harassment.”
Canada appears to be following the lead of European nations like Germany, France and England, who have “anti-hate speech” laws in the books.
In the UK, people can be fined or even imprisoned for “hate speech,” while in Germany, social media companies are fined millions of dollars for failing to combat content labeled “hate speech.”
In France, social media sites who don’t remove “hate speech” within 24 hours can be fined up to €1.25m (£1.12m).
Ironically, Justin Trudeau was recently caught in a major scandal after several photos of him wearing blackface were made public.

DEEP STATE – Deep State Attorney Threatens Auschwitz Museum on Social Media: ‘I Will Come After You’

An attorney from the Department of Justice (DOJ) issued threatening messages over social media last week to the Auschwitz Museum, claiming he would “come after” the museum’s press official.
“@AuschwitzMuseum if you ever intimidate my followers via DM again, or you try to intimidate strong Jewish women who lost family members at Auschwitz, I will confront you. Personally. That’s a promise,” DOJ attorney McKay Smith said in a tweet on Wednesday.
Smith was triggered after the museum blocked a feminist account that posted trolling messages toward them on Twitter. Smith direct messaged press official Pawel Sawicki with personal threats after warning him publicly never to “test me again… ever again.”
“He deleted one of his tweets where he accused me of siding with Holocaust deniers,” Sawicki said to the New York Post. “I have been working at the memorial for over 12 years and I think I was never disrespected with such a personal false accusation.”
Smith claimed that the museum was harassing accounts on Twitter after the museum sent direct messages explaining their position to certain followers who were concerned about the feminist account getting blocked.
“I have followers writing me that are so terrified from your DM that they can’t even write. … You scared them to death. Can’t even speak. [the] ‘Auschwitz museum’ came after them. After it came for their family,” Smith tweeted.
Jewish leaders expressed no concern with how the museum handled the situation.
“I think the Museum acted responsibly by taking the conversation from the open space, which usually only invites trolls to pile on, and pushing it into DMs to address people who have tweeted at the museum,” said Yossi Gestetner, co-founder of the Orthodox Jewish Public Affairs Council.
In addition to his threats to the Jewish community, Smith has also claimed that allowing free speech on the internet is equivalent to being an accomplice in terrorism.
He has also hint that the 1st Amendment of the Constitution should be eradicated to prevent so-called hate speech:
In addition to being a DOJ lawyer, Smith is regularly given access to young minds through academia. The deranged bureaucrat works as a lecturer for the George Washington University School of Law, the William & Mary School of Law, and the Scalia Law School. He is a tenured operative with the Intelligence Community.
His GWU law school bio says that his duties include providing “guidance to members of the Intelligence Community regarding interpretation and application of governing authorities.” He is also tasked with identifying “individual and systemic incidents of noncompliance and works with responsible agencies to correct existing problems, as well as to limit the occurrence of future incidents,” meaning that he is a deep state tattle-tale.
Before he obtained his position with the DOJ, Smith worked as Senior Inspector with the Department of Homeland Security, Office of Inspector General and as a staffer in the office of deceased former Sen. John McCain. With clowns like Smith working in the federal bureaucracy, it’s no wonder why the Intelligence Community is the laughingstock of the world.
SEX CRIME – BUSTED: Another Drag Queen Sexual Predator Found Grooming Children in Texas Elementary School
This is a common thread of “Drag Queen Story Hour” events.
Another sexual predator has been found grooming children at a “Drag Queen Story Hour” events in Texas, this time at an elementary school in Austin.
David Robinson, whose drag queen name is Miss Kitty Litter ATX, read stories to children at the Blackshear Fine Arts Academy on Oct. 7. The school district apparently knew about Robinson’s record as a sex offender before allowing him to speak to the children while cross-dressing as well.
Robinson told school librarian Roger Grape that he feared he would not pass a background check because “the guidelines for submission automatically disqualify me if the deferred adjudication for prostitution is considered a conviction… so I don’t know if [it’s] ethical to submit,” according to internal documents within the school.
Oddly enough, he was allowed to speak to the children. The Austin Intermediate School District (AISD) assured parents that Robinson was properly screened despite his history as a sex offender.
“According to emails sent to parents,” Texas Values points out, “the reading event was scheduled to take place at 11 a.m. and all readers had been screened by Austin ISD.”
Previously, an Austin school on the other side of the district featured a drag queen who put make-up on children all day despite not being licensed to do so. The most liberal city in Texas seems to be emerging as a vanguard for the pedo-acceptance movement.
In October, the AISD approved new sexual education standards called a “dream scenario for pedophiles” that give children pointers on how to perform anal sex and encouraging them to get abortions without their parental consent.

The Austin Independent School District (AISD) approved the standards unanimously last month. At the meeting where it was approved, over 100 people made their voices heard about the standards. Pro-child advocates faced off with depraved LGBT activists, who are delighted about the success of their efforts to corrupt the souls of the youth.
One page from the new sex ed standards will give children tips about the best way to have anal sex. It tells children to eschew myths about anal sex, and that “if you get ready the right way, it doesn’t need to hurt and won’t cause health issues,” adding that “many people enjoy it!”
Another page from the new sex ed standards encourages children to receive birth control and abortions without their parents’ consent.
“After you turn 14, you can get medical care like birth control, STI tests, and abortions without your parents finding out. It’s confidential and you don’t need their permission!” the curriculum explains.
The AISD had to scrap its previous sex ed plan because it had been formed in conjunction with abortion providers, which was made illegal by the state legislature in 2018. They decided to instead consult with LGBT-rights groups to evade the ban. Planned Parenthood is very pleased at the results.
“On behalf of Planned Parenthood and our review of these lessons, they are LGBTQ inclusive and comprehensive and we support all your efforts in leadership tonight,” said Sarah Wheat, chief external affairs officer for Planned Parenthood in Texas.
Two other sexual predators were found to be administering “Drag Queen Story Hour” events in Houston earlier this year.

A disturbing video shows a Florida teenager being attacked by a group of students, purportedly because he had been seen wearing a ‘Make America Great Again’ hat. The parents of the victim said that their son was hospitalized.
In the short clip, a young man is approached by a girl who suddenly strikes out at him. The teen tries to get up from his seat on the school bus, but is quickly pushed down, where he is punched and hit repeatedly. The girl then appears to thrust his head against the side of the bus several times. Two other students are also seen landing blows. High-pitched screaming is heard throughout the video.

The incident, which occurred in Hamilton County, Florida, dates from late November. The teen’s mother released the video of the attack on Thursday after consulting with the family’s attorney, who said in a follow-up tweet that the assault was still under investigation.
The video shows at least two girls and three boys participating in the attack. According to the boy’s mother, he was bullied for having worn a Trump 2020 hat, and the harassment didn’t end even after he stopped wearing it.
This is far from the first time that individuals have been targeted for showing their support for the president. In August, a New Jersey art gallery owner said that he was beaten up by a gang of teenagers for the ‘crime’ of wearing the pro-Trump memorabilia.

A mob of Antifa thugs wearing black masks have descended on London to protest against the result of a democratic election.
Britain soundly rejected Labour and their hard left policies in yesterday’s national election, with the party suffering its worse result since 1935.
Video footage shows the group of radicals clashing with police while waving a huge Antifa flag near Downing Street.
Rejecting the result of a democratic election is a quintessentially fascist trait. Antifa have proven once again that it isn’t a cliche to say they are the real fascists.
“You either accept democracy, or you don’t,” commented Old Holborn. “Those who don’t tend to be Fascists. Even if they label themselves “anti Fascists.”
The mob also carried a banner which read ‘Power Beyond Parliament’ – illustrating how they have zero respect for democracy.
Antifa’s hateful and divisive message is being rejected across the west.
