Customs and Border Patrol Set to Deploy Elite Units to Sanctuary Cities to Assist ICE

CBP is serious about enforcing immigration law, even in cities that intend to flout it.

Customs and Border Patrol is preparing to redeploy some of the agency’s highly trained tactical personnel throughout the nation’s “sanctuary cities” in order to support Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The New York Times reported on the development Friday, that signals the Department of Homeland Security(which presides over both entities) is dead serious about national immigration enforcement, even in scofflaw municipalities that have sought to neuter it.

According to the report, more than 100 of CBP’s agents are being deployed throughout the nation to assist in ICE operations. It’s possible the agents could be tasked with apprehending illegal alien fugitives who are released onto the streets from local jail custody. They’ve been described as members of a unit known as BORTAC, an unit of personnel analogous to CBP’s SWAT team.

It’s common for sanctuary city jurisdictions to release individuals who are often violent criminals from custody, ignoring ICE detainer requests that the fugitives be instead handed over to face federal charges for immigration violations.

Sanctuary cities often create unnecessary risks to public safety by forcing ICE to arrest dangerous criminals off of the streets, when they could’ve been simply handed over from municipal jail systems to the federal agency. Eric Garcetti, the mayor of one of America’s biggest cities, openly admits that Los Angeles simply does not participate in immigration enforcement.

If scofflaw cities such as Philadelphia and Los Angeles are truly determined to undermine immigration law enforcement, then so be it. Attorney General Bill Barr has followed the lead of his predecessor, Jeff Sessions, in instituting new measures to punish the open borders cities, restricting them from federal law enforcement programs.

Conservatives shouldn’t be afraid of advocating for a strong federal government that will step in to perform the law enforcement duties sanctuary cities are cowering away from.

UVA Says 'Multicultural Student Center' is Open to All Races After "Too Many White People" Rant Goes Viral

Some still think racial segregation is progressive.

The University of Virginia has released a statement clarifying that its ‘Multicultural Student Center’ is open to students of all ethnicities after a video rant by a black student claiming there were “too many white people” went viral.

As we reported yesterday, a video released by Young America’s Foundation shows a black woman telling other students, “Public service announcement, excuse me, if y’all didn’t know this is the MMC and frankly there are just too many white people in here, and this is a space for people of color.”

This contradicted the UVA’s own website, which stated that the facilities at the ‘Multicultural Student Center’ “are open to everyone, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, ability, ethnic or national origin, sexual orientation or gender identity.”

Following the controversy, the University released another statement re-affirming this position.

“In order to foster the diversity of experience and ideas that make UVA a great and good place to study and work, these centers are open to all members of the University community,” the University wrote.

So although some of its students may support racial segregation in the name of progressivism, thankfully the UVA doesn’t.

However, according to a report in the Cavalier Daily, “Several other students tweeted in solidarity with the student in the video, saying that white people did not frequently visit the MSC when it was located in the basement of Newcomb Hall.”

This begs the question; If white people rarely even visit the center, how many white people is “too many white people”?

Attorney General Bill Barr Announces Big Plan to Crack Down on Sanctuary Cities

U.S. Attorney General William Barr recently announced that the Department of Justice would be ramping up efforts to combat “sanctuary cities” and their activities promoting lawlessness.

The Blaze reported that Barr announced this plan at the National Sheriff’s Association 2020 Winter Legislative and Technology Conference on Monday, February 10, 2020.

“The department is filing a complaint against the State of New Jersey seeking declaratory and injunctive relief against its laws that forbid state and local law enforcement from sharing vital information about criminal aliens with DHS,” Barr declared, according to a Fox News report.

Barr said that legal action against New Jersey is in the works and represents one of numerous lawsuits against municipalities that use “sanctuary city” policies to subvert federal immigration law.

“We are filing a complaint seeking declaratory and injunctive relief against King County, Washington, for the policy,” Barr explained, “that forbids DHS from deporting aliens from the United States using King County International Airport.”

Barr stated that the Justice Department would also be reviewing the actions of “certain district attorneys” who levy lighter charges against foreign nationals in order to pre-empt possibly tougher charges coming from the federal level.

“The express purpose of these policies is to shelter aliens whom local law enforcement has already arrested for crimes,” Barr commented. “This is neither lawful nor sensible.”

LGBT TERROR: Feminist Professor Gets Security Protection After Threats From Transgender Activists

The LGBT movement is getting more aggressive and totalitarian.

Selina Todd, a feminist history professor at Oxford College in Britain, is learning the hard way that it isn’t just so-called Nazis who get threatened and harassed by the violent extremist Left.

Todd has been given security protection by her university because she does not want to “wait and see if I’d get hit in the face” after frequent LGBT hectoring from triggered transgenders and their advocates. Academics and students have bullied her for making a stance on behalf of traditional feminism against the ongoing assault from transgender “women.”

Todd has gone on the record about keeping spaces for women, like single-sex refuges for example, free of mentally ill people who say they are women despite being born with male genitalia. The trans movement wants mentally ill men who claim they are women to invade all female-only areas, even public bathrooms and showers.

She has reported experiencing protests outside of her speeches that have been “quite antagonistic” and “quite confrontational.” Todd believes that silencing her would mean silencing a much-needed discussion about women’s rights.

“It’s always the case that groups’ needs and interests can conflict with those of other equally legitimate groups,” she said.

“In the world today democracy is under threat and therefore we all have to defend the right of people to have freedom of speech and freedom of debate,” she added.

Todd is growing worried about the hostile atmosphere that has developed toward freedom of speech on college campuses. She fears what will happen when these individuals leave the campus and move into positions of power throughout society.

“This might sound like a storm in a teacup and something that’s just about student activists but students become graduates and Oxford students tend to become graduates who go into things like politics, the media or the civil service,” she said.

“So if they are learning that no debate is the way to run a society we should all be worried,” Todd added.

The LGBT movement is on the record condemning Todd, urging for her to be disciplined for offering her empowered opinion as a feminist academic.

“The University of Oxford and affiliate institutions have repeatedly failed to protect trans students, and in particular trans women and transfeminine people, from violence, intimidation and derision,” said Aaron Hughes, Co-Chair of Oxford SU LGBTQ+ Campaign has condemned the professor.

“This is yet another example of their disregard for the well-being of trans students and staff, and we call on St Hilda’s and the University more widely to take action and condemn so-called “gender critical” academics for their transphobia,” he added.

As the LGBT movement gains more traction in society, activists become more emboldened to show their true predatory colors. It is not just moral Christians they are coming after, but anyone – including a left-wing feminist like Todd – who steps out of line with their satanic dogma.

SEX CRIME – West Virginia Stages Revolt Against Drag Queen Story Hour, Forces Cancellation in Public Library

The pro-drag queen organizers allege violent threats.

A West Virginia public library has cancelled their showing of drag queen story hour following a massive grassroots push back against the perverse engagement.

The Morgantown Public Library System issued a Facebook post announcing that the event would be cancelled, alleging that violent threats were the reasoning behind the decision.

“The Morgantown Public Library System (MPLS) regrets to announce that, due to multiple threats of violence against the volunteer readers, Drag Queen Story Time scheduled for November 16 is cancelled,” they wrote.

“MPLS remains committed to fostering a love of reading for all ages and interests and to serving a diverse community. The Library will replace the cancelled event with a story time conducted by Library Staff. Families who planned to attend the 10 AM, November 16th story time will still be able to enjoy a family-friendly event that celebrates our love of books,” they added.

The LGBT community of West Virginia is not taking this news lying down. They staged a protest in favor of the drag queen event outside of the library on Saturday, showing that they will continue to push their agenda no matter how angry it makes the community at large.

“We need to be extra clear about how welcoming this community is to offset the national press on how we’re not. We are welcoming. Together, we will continue to make a difference for the better,” the West Virginia LGBTQ Center wrote about their protest that they claim drew 60 people.

“This rally was also a wonderful statement of just how many organizations and even elected officials thought this was an important issue,” they added.

Considering the history of drag queen story hour events, West Virginia residents may be correct to be concerned about it coming to their communities. Two sexual predators have already been found administrating drag queen story hour events to children in just one city:

After revealing that Houston public libraries allowed a sex offender to groom children at controversial ‘Drag Queen Story Hour’ programs, the Houston MassResistance whistle-blower group has found that another pedophile has been given intimate access to young children at these perverted events.

Houston MassResistance uncovered that William Travis Dees, who is a member of a draq queen group called the “Space City Sisters,” has been participating in Drag Queen Story Hour events in the town. Dees is a child sex offender who brags about his time as a transgender prostitute.

“He was photographed at a Drag Queen Story Hour (DQSH) event carrying a rubber chicken – a symbol used by homosexuals to indicate a sexual preference for young boys,” the Houston MassResistance wrote in a post.

Dees’ stage name is Liza Lott, and he has served as a “greeter” during story hour to give himself special access to the children as their parents usher them in to have their souls warped. Houston MassResistance activists uncovered records showing Dees once victimized children as young as four years old with his vicious assaults.

“Dees was convicted in 2004 of sex crimes against four young children (ages 4, 5, 6, and 8), was jailed, and is listed as a ‘high risk sex offender.’ MassResistance activists have also identified numerous aliases which Dees uses for his various characters and personas,” the whistle-blowers wrote.

“Since Dees was 16 years old at the time of his conviction, his record is “sealed” and not posted on government sites. However, it is available from other sex-offender record sources,” they added.

Making matters even worse, the “Space City Sisters”drag group also engages in open blasphemy, mocking the Catholic Church publicly while celebrating degeneracy and gender bending. They are apart of a national network of heretics called the “Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence,” which also targets kids at Drag Queen Story Hour events.

Perhaps the people of West Virginia have the right idea about this program, and more vigilant push-back will spread to other states against this glorified grooming operation.

Acting DHS Secretary Mobbed by Angry Leftist Protesters, Forced Off Stage at Migration Event

“Cancel culture” is out of control.

Acting Secretary of Homeland Security Kevin McAleenan was forced to cancel his speech at an immigration conference in Washington D.C. on Monday after being shouted down by a mob of angry left-wing protesters.

“When immigrants are under attack, what do we do? Stand up, fight back!” the mob yelled before McAleenan left the stage, unable to deliver his keynote address at the Georgetown University Law Center.

The event was hosted by the Migration Policy Institute (MPI) and Catholic Legal Immigration Network. The organizers were troubled that leftists disrupted the event and prevented McAleenan’s speech from being heard.

“We very much regret that the keynote address Homeland Security Acting Secretary Kevin McAleenan was to deliver today at the 16th annual Immigration Law and Policy Conference was disrupted by protestors and could not occur,” MPI president Andrew Seele said, adding that “we very much regret” what took place.

“In a democracy, it is important to hear from all sides on public policy issues, including from those who are instrumental in developing and implementing policy, whether or not we agree with them, and MPI remains committed to that belief,” Seele added.

“By drowning out the secretary’s remarks, the protestors deprived immigration attorneys, service providers, journalists, advocates, business leaders, law students, and many others in the public who were in the audience from hearing his point of view and engaging in a meaningful dialogue,” he continued.

Georgetown University offered lip service after being unwilling or unable to properly provide security to the event hosted on their campus.

“We share our partners’ regret that the audience did not get to hear from the Secretary and engage in a dialogue through the Q&A session that was scheduled to occur following his remarks. Georgetown Law is committed to free speech and expression and the ability of speakers to be heard and engage in dialogue,” the notoriously liberal university wrote in a statement.

The left-wing mob also brought up the names of migrants that died during or after they made the dangerous trek up to the United States, including 16-year-old Carlos Gregorio Hernandez Vasquez who lost his life in a south Texas detention center.

Strangely, the protesters did not mention the names of the illegal immigrants responsible for the ongoing rape spree occurring in Montgomery County, MD – a sanctuary jurisdiction:

In what has become a disturbingly familiar story over the past couple months, another illegal alien has been charged with rape in the sanctuary jurisdiction of Montgomery County, Md.

Wilder Hernandez-Nolasco, 21, of Silver Spring is accused of raping a six-year-old girl. He was apprehended and charged with the crime last week, and faces 155 years in prison if he is ultimately convicted of the heinous act.

Hernandez-Nolasco, an illegal immigrant who is a Honduran national, reportedly threatened his child victim that he would ground her for “100 days” if she told anyone about the vicious attack. Law enforcement claims he admitted to committing the rape, and he committed sexual assault against the child on more than one occasion.

This is at least the ninth time that there has been an illegal immigrant charged with a sex crime in the sanctuary jurisdiction of Montgomery County since July 25. The area has become a hot bed for illegal aliens to commit vicious sex crimes with law enforcement being ordered by county officials not to comply with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

The Department of Homeland Security expressed their dismay about McAleenan being forced off the stage.

“Unfortunately the Acting Secretary and the audience did not get the opportunity to engage in a robust dialogue this morning due to the disruptions of a few activists,” the DHS wrote in a statement about the display.

This is apart of the growing “cancel culture,” a Stalin-esque movement from the Left to shut down anything that they feel is contrary to their Marxist worldview. Michelle Malkin, the conservative founder of #StandWithICE, was also targeted by these repressive, anti-American forces recently.

Democrat stunt fails miserably

Democrat presidential hopeful and former Obama Cabinet member Julián Castro escorted a group of 12 illegal immigrants from Mexico into Texas on Monday, only for them to be instantly sent back to Mexico.

The botched publicity stunt took place near Brownsville, Texas where Castro walked across a bridge from Matamoros, Mexico with eight LGBT illegal immigrants and a deaf Salvadoran woman, accompanied by her three family members.

The presidential candidate was attempting to help the group claim asylum in the United States, but the Trump administration’s “Remain in Mexico” policy ensures border crossers aren’t released into America and instead are to remain in the country until their asylum pleas are adjudicated.

With nearly half of illegal immigrants failing to appear at their court hearings in 2017, this policy helps the U.S. sort out legitimate asylum claims from those who are taking advantage of our failed border policies.

However, Castro says “cruelty is the point” for Donald Trump.

The Democrat also claimed Trump’s “agenda is killing people – and it’s on purpose.”

Elizabeth Warren Endorses AOC’s Plan Allowing Illegal Immigrants to Collect Welfare

Elizabeth Warren is the first 2020 presidential candidate to endorse freshman Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s new “Just Society” plan. The controversial legislative package of six bills would allow illegal immigrants to collect welfare. Some political insiders has accused Warren of disingenuously supporting the plan in an attempt to gain an endorsement from Ocasio-Cortez.

Two of the six separate bills would prohibit the federal government from denying welfare benefits to illegal immigrants and convicted felons. The legislation would also control the rate of yearly rent increases for housing, restructure federal poverty guidelines, and introduce a variety of new factors to determine how federal contracts will be awarded.

Perhaps even more controversial than allowing illegal immigrants to collect welfare, the legislation would seemingly establish health care, housing, and access to healthy food as government-provided rights. Unsurprisingly, Republicans have condemned the legislation.

Warren, however, isn’t backing down from her support of the proposal. “It’s going to take big, structural change to tackle poverty and inequality in the U.S., and [AOC’s] “A Just Society” is just the type of bold, comprehensive thinking we’ll need to get it done,” Warren wrote on Twitter.
