IAAF Finally Admits Women’s Champion Caster Semenya Is Biologically Male and Has to Lower Her Testosterone

By Jim Hoft

South Africa’s Caster Semenya competes in the women’s 800 and 1500 meter races and consistently defeats the women in the race by 3-4 seconds.

Caster is the Olympic champion.

The runner from Pretoria has raised eyebrows due to her stocky, muscular physique and apparently masculine characteristics, including facial hair and a deep voice.

Semenya, in black, is married to a woman. Caster admits his wife thought he was a man when they first met.

Caster Semenya was born intersex. She has both female and male organs and a very high testosterone level.

In May the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) ruled that Caster will need to lower her testosterone levels to compete with women in the future.

After a recent race in Doha, when asked if she would take testosterone-limiting medication, Semenya told Al Jazeera“Hell no.”

She is just fine with her high testosterone levels and thinks it’s fair for her to compete with women.

Now this…
The IAAF ruled in court that Caster Semenya is a biological male.

The Daily Caller reported:

Women’s Olympic champion Caster Semenya is a biological male, the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF), the world’s largest sports governing body, argued in court.

Semenya, the South African runner who dominated the female competition in the women’s 800M at the 2016 London Olympics, is fighting an IAAF requirement that biologically male runners suppress their testosterone below a certain level in order to compete in female events.

Media reporting on the subject has often left out the fact that the IAAF’s rule only applies to runners with male chromosomes rather than female runners with high testosterone levels.

The IAAF called the requirement “an extremely progressive compromise” between protecting the integrity of women’s sports and accommodating “certain biologically male athletes with female gender identities” like Semenya who want to compete in women’s sports, the court documents show…

…Semenya’s case, the IAAF reiterated, “is not about biological females and how their bodies respond to testosterone; it is about biological males with 5-ARD (and other [male sexual development disorders]), how their bodies respond to testosterone, and the performance advantages of that response when they compete against biological females.”

Athletes with 5-ARD are “biologically indistinguishable… in all relevant aspects” from typical male athletes, with the only major difference being the “size and shape of their external genitals,” the IAAF argued.

Michael Moore Asks the Left: ‘Are You Ready’ to Take On Trump’s ‘Insane Base’

Far-left documentary filmmaker Michael Moore informed his 6 million Twitter followers Wednesday that he watched President Trump’s reelection speech and asked fellow resisters if they are ready to take on Trump’s “fired-up insane base.”

The Fahrenheit 11/9 filmmaker told his followers that he watched Trump’s reelection speech in its entirety in order to get a good look at the “enormity of the fight ahead.” Michael Moore was seemingly incensed by President Trump’s massive crowd of supporters.

“He hasn’t lost one inch of his fired-up insane base,” Moore said.

Moore’s devotion to “plugging in” and paying attention seems to be a recent development. Contrast his newfound position with the warning he issued prior to President Trump’s State of the Union Address in January.

At the time, Moore urged networks to refrain from playing the president’s address.

“You MUST NOT give free air time 2 a known liar,” he warned in a January 8 tweet. “This is a man you have told us lies to us an average of 10 lies a day.”

“If you do go ahead and give Trump this free, prime time airtime tonight, then I implore you to run on the screen a real-time LIVE fact-check for every sentence he utters,” he continued. “You owe this to your viewers.”

The Oscar-winner also warned that Trump’s State of the Union address was “all part of the plan” to start a coup.

In February, Moore urged Democrats to refrain from taking moderate positions and declared “middle ground” as good as gone.

“If you’re being moderate, stop being moderate. Take a position,” Moore said during an appearance on MSNBC. “There’s no middle ground anymore. There’s no halfway point to should somebody be paid a living wage.”

“You know, on the issue of choice, there is no halfway there. You’re either for it or you’re against it,” he continued. “Do you believe in equal rights for women? Do you believe we should have an Equal Rights Amendment? There’s no middle ground. There’s no time for moderation.”

Moore and Avengers star Mark Ruffalo are reportedly planning strategies “for the 2020 blue deluge.”

DON LEMON INVOKES HITLER WHILE DISCUSSING MEDIA’S ROLE IN COVERING TRUMP

Don Lemon Invokes Hitler While Discussing Media's Role in Covering Trump

CNN hack’s comments too extreme for Chris Cuomo

JUNE 19, 2019

CNN anchor Don Lemon made what he himself described as a “extreme” comparison between President Trump and Adolf Hitler while arguing that such “bad people” shouldn’t be given a platform.

During their nightly hand-off, his primetime colleague Chris Cuomo began by describing 2020 as the most “definitional” election in his lifetime. Lemon appeared to attempt to shame Trump supporters, and asked them if they will “continue to fall for the o-ke-doke.” But then he questioned the media’s responsibilities in covering Trump’s candidacy.

The “CNN Tonight” anchor urged Cuomo to “think about the most despicable people in history” and warned him that he was going to use an “extreme example.”

Watch Live: House Holds Slavery Reparations Hearing

By Penny Starr

The House Judiciary Subcommittee on Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties is holding a hearing on Wednesday to discuss H.R. 40, Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee’s bill entitled “Commission to Study and Develop Reparation Proposals for African-Americans Act.”

The text of the bill states:

To address the fundamental injustice, cruelty, brutality, and inhumanity of slavery in the United States and the 13 American colonies between 1619 and 1865 and to establish a commission to study and consider a national apology and proposal for reparations for the institution of slavery, its subsequent de jure and de facto racial and economic discrimination against African-Americans, and the impact of these forces on living African-Americans, to make recommendations to the Congress on appropriate remedies, and for other purposes.

The bill includes findings the commission would study:

(1) Approximately 4,000,000 Africans and their descendants were enslaved in the United States and colonies that became the United States from 1619 to 1865;

(2) The institution of slavery was constitutionally and statutorily sanctioned by the Government of the United States from 1789 through 1865;

(3) The slavery that flourished in the United States constituted an immoral and inhumane deprivation of Africans’ life, liberty, African citizenship rights, and cultural heritage, and denied them the fruits of their own labor;

(4) A preponderance of scholarly, legal, community evidentiary documentation and popular culture markers constitute the basis for inquiry into the on-going effects of the institution of slavery and its legacy of persistent systemic structures of discrimination on living African-Americans and society in the United States; and

(5) Following the abolition of slavery the United States Government, at the Federal, State, and local level, continued to perpetuate, condone and often profit from practices that continued to brutalize and disadvantage African-Americans, including sharecropping, convict leasing, Jim Crow, redlining, unequal education, and disproportionate treatment at the hands of the criminal justice system; and

(6) As a result of the historic and continued discrimination, African-Americans continue to suffer debilitating economic, educational, and health hardships including but not limited to having nearly 1,000,000 black people incarcerated; an unemployment rate more than twice the current white unemployment rate; and an average of less than 1⁄16 of the wealth of white families, a disparity which has worsened, not improved over time.

The list of witnesses includes presidential hopeful Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) and actor Danny Glover.

Other witnesses set to testify at the hearing at 10 a.m. EST are: Ta-Nehisi Coates, Distinguished Writer in Residence, Arthur J. Carter Journalism Institute of New York University; Katrina Browne, documentarian, Traces of the Trade; Coleman Hughes Writer, Quilette;v Burgess Owens, speaker and writer; Rev. Eugene Taylor Sutton, Episcopal Bishop of Maryland, Dr. Julianne Malveaux, economist and political commentator; and Eric Miller, professor of law, Loyola Law School, Loyola Marymount University.

Harvard pulls pro-gun Parkland survivor’s acceptance over years-old racial slurs

CAP

Conservative pundit Kyle Kashuv will not join fellow Parkland shooting survivor and gun control advocate David Hogg at Harvard, saying that school pulled his acceptance over racial slurs he made in private messages when he was 16.

Having been set to attend Harvard in 2020 after taking a year off school, Kashuv announced in a series of tweets on Monday that the Ivy League institute had decided to rescind his acceptance “over texts and comments made nearly two years ago, months prior to the shooting.”

Kashuv was one of the students at Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High in Parkland, Florida, during the February 2018 attack that left 17 students and staff killed and another 17 injured. While Hogg and several other seniors became celebrity gun control activists, Kashuv made public his pro-gun views, including the right to arm school staff.

CAP

He worked for the high-school outreach wing of the pro-Trump organization Turning Point USA, and even met with the president himself. In May, however, someone dug up a private chat from 2016 in which Kashuv repeatedly used a racial slur referring to African-American.

Although he was 16 at the time and the comments were made in private, Kashuv took responsibility in a public apology on Twitter, saying his remarks had been “idiotic,” “callous and inflammatory.”

CAP

Harvard seemingly agreed with his assessment, but didn’t feel like his apology was quite enough. After reviewing the apology letter, the school replied saying he would no longer be welcome to attend, citing concerns over his “maturity and moral character.”

Despite seeking guidance from the Office of Diversity and Inclusion, and requesting a face to face meeting regarding the incident, Harvard had already made its decision. In his tweets, Kashuv pointed out the irony of university’s apparent message that in contemporary society, certain “mistakes brand you as irredeemable,” especially considering the school’s own “checkered past.”

CAP

“If Harvard is suggesting that growth isn’t possible and that our past defines our future, then Harvard is an inherently racist institution. But I don’t believe that,” Kashuv added.

Harvard has yet to issue any public response to his comments.
Despite the blow, Kashuv has gotten some support from conservative media personality Ben Shapiro, who argued that uncovering things people said when they were teenagers and holding it against them creates an “insane and cruel”standard, and sets a dangerous precedent.

CAP

One has to wonder what implications the decision will have for future applicants– or even those already attending the prestigious institution. Around the same time Kashuv’s comments were unearthed in May, the Harvard Lampoon ran an image of Holocaust victim Anne Frank in a bikini which was widely panned as anti-Semitic and even condemned by the New England regional director of the Anti-Defamation League.

It seems that, at least for the time being, their apology was enough.

Memphis: Mobs Riot After Police Shoot ‘Wanted Violent Felon’ Who Said Cops ‘Gone Have to Kill Me’

By Chris Menahan

Mobs rioted in Memphis and attacked police on Wednesday night after 20-year-old Brandon Webber was shot and killed by police for allegedly ramming them with his vehicle and exiting his car with a weapon.

Webber, whom the media is highlighting was an “honors student,” said on Facebook Live in a reportedly now-deleted video that police “gone have to kill me” hours before he was shot.

Webber was wanted by police for allegedly “cold-bloodedly” shooting a man 5 times on June 3 and stealing his car.

Extended video of his Facebook Live stream shows it started with Webber lighting up a blunt and ended with him talking about how the police “gonna have to kill me homie.”

“I ain’t even gonna lie, Ima do they ass so bad,” Webber added before bursting into laughter.

From The Daily Mail, “Girlfriend of Memphis honors student, 20, ‘killed by cops in hail of bullets’ goes in to LABOR as riots break out overnight with furious protesters pelting cops with bricks and bottles”:

The pregnant girlfriend of a 20-year-old black man who was shot dead by U.S. Marshals during an attempted arrest outside his family’s home went into labor as riots broke out in the streets of the working-class Memphis neighborhood where he was killed.

Brandon Webber was shot and killed by officers on Wednesday night as they tried to arrest him for multiple warrants, including violent felony offenses, outside his home in Frayser in North Memphis.

Webber, who has a two-year-old son, was shot between 16 and 20 times, according to his father Sonny Webber. Authorities have not confirmed what his felony warrants were or how many gunshots were fired.
[…] Public records show that Webber was arrested five times, for driving violations and on charges that included possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Shortly before he was shot on Wednesday, Webber posted a live video on Facebook that showed him in a car, rapping and apparently smoking a marijuana cigarette. In the video, he looked out the window and said he saw police.

With a laugh, he looked directly into the camera and said the officers would ‘have to kill me.’ The video appeared to have been removed from his Facebook page late Thursday morning.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigations said officers went to his home at about 7pm to look for Webber who had outstanding warrants, including the violent felony offense that occurred on June 3.

Officers said they saw Webber get into a vehicle and that he then proceeded to ram task force vehicles several times before exiting with a weapon. Marshals then opened fire on Webber. He died at the scene, according to officers.

CNN reported Thursday that 36 officers were injured after what they referred to as “demonstrators” reportedly “threw bricks at police and vandalized squad cars.”

“All those hospitalized have been released,” CNN reported. “Three people have been charged with disorderly conduct and one of them also with inciting a riot.”

Video shared on social media showed rioters smashing up a cop car as police stood by and watched:
A local news reporter was allegedly violently attacked:
NewsNowMemphis captured footage of several rioters hurling objects at police:

According to the media, the real story here was an “honors student” with a “pregnant girlfriend” being shot by police just for being black.
