This was after another day of Never-Trumper hacks and hosts attacked President Trump and refused to defend the US president from the flimsy accusations of Adam Schiff, Nancy Pelosi and a partisan CIA âwhisleblower.â
Rush must be tired with the BS on FOX News â so much so that he told the channel to change its name to âFOX Never Trumper Network.â
Since that time FOX News has loaded its impeachment panel with Never-Trumpers who hardly defend this president from the scurrilous accusations by Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff.
On Tuesday Rush Limbaugh went off on FOX News once again.
RUSH LIMBAUGH:Â I canât tell you the number of people who are complaining to me about Fox and their analysis here. And, folks, all I can tell you is thereâs nothing new about that. Iâd lower my expectations if I were you. If youâre expecting what Fox used to be, you need to shift your perspective.
Agreed.

CBS News first broke the story Tuesday. Later Tuesday night the Navy Times reported Gallagher, through his attorney, had filed an complaint with the Inspector General for the Department of Defense about the handling of his case that, among other charges, accuses the head of the Navy SEALs, Rear Admiral Collin Green, of using contemptuous words against President Trump. The complaint however, does not specify the words used by Green.
In what will undoubtedly be interpreted by many as an act of defiance against President Trump, the top Navy SEAL, Rear Admiral Collin Green, will notify Navy SEAL Edward Gallagher and three officers that their case is being sent to a review board which could end in their expulsion from the SEALs.
âThis is a review of their suitability to be a SEAL,â a Navy officer said. The action would come less than a week after Mr. Trump intervened in the military justice case against Gallagher by ordering him to be restored to the rank of chief petty officer, despite his conviction for posing for a photograph with a dead ISIS prisoner.
âŚAlthough the action is being taken by Green, who is the head of the Navy Special Warfare Command, it has the backing of both the secretary of the Navy and the chief of Naval Operations, this officer said. The officer explained that this is an administrative action which was not affected by the presidentâs legal action last week.
The other officers are Lieutenant Commander Robert Breisch, who was the troop commander; Lieutenant Jacob Portier, who was the platoon officer in charge and reported to Breisch; and Lieutenant Thomas MacNeil, who was the platoon assistant officer in charge.
ABC News detailed the process:
Green has the ability to pull Gallagherâs Trident without a review board because he is an enlisted SEAL. However, the SEAL commander chose to provide Gallagher with the board process, which is typically reserved for officers. Under the review board, three of Gallagherâs SEAL peers will review a packet of information about his case, as well as Gallagherâs rebuttal statement.
The board will then make a recommendation to Green, who can choose to endorse it before sending it to the Navyâs Personnel Command for action. The process could likely take one month, one official said.
âŚSince 2011, 154 SEAL Tridents or Special Warfare Combatant-Craft Crewman (SWCC) pins have been revoked for various reasons.
His pay grade restored by President Donald J. Trump on Friday, Special Warfare Operator Chief Edward âEddieâ Gallagher has filed an inspector generalâs complaint against the Navyâs top SEAL, accusing him of uttering contemptuous statements about the commander in chief.
In the works for four months, the move came hours before a Wednesday morning meeting with Naval Special Warfare superiors in California, who are expected to inform Gallagher that Naval Special Warfare commander Rear Adm. Collin Green has convened a Trident Review Board to take the coveted SEAL qualification pin away from the special operator.
Green seems to have mustered the support of his uniformed chain of command to administratively punish Gallagher, 40, even if itâs perceived as defiant to the White House.
âChief of Naval Operations, Adm. Mike Gilday, supports his commanders in executing their roles, to include Rear Adm. Green,â said Gildayâs spokesman, Cmdr. Nate Christensen, in an email to Navy Times.
Cmdr. Sarah Higgins, spokesperson for Navy Secretary Richard V. Spencer, echoed that he also âsupports his commanders in executing their roles, to include Rear Adm. Green.â
Declining to comment on the IG complaint filed against her command, Naval Special Warfare spokesperson Capt. Tamara Lawrence called allegations that Green uttered contemptuous words about the president âpatently false.â
Lawyers for Gallagher and fellow SEAL Lt. Jacob X. âJakeâ Portier told the Navy Times that Green and the Navy brass supporting this should resign or be fired.
âThe president has spoken on the punishment of Eddie Gallagher,â said the SEALâs civilian attorney, Timothy Parlatore, a former surface warfare officer. âA two-star admiral should not be stepping in to substitute the judgment of his commander in chief. âThis is a terrible precedent to send and the commander in chief should take swift and decisive action against Rear Adm. Green.
âAs for those in his chain of command who appear to be supporting Green, there needs to be a wholesale change in leadership. If Navy leadership canât accept the commander in chiefâs guidance, then they all should leave.
âThereâs a long tradition in the military. You donât rebel. You resign.â
âŚâRear Adm. Green is undermining the office of the president of the United States,â Portierâs defense attorney, Jeremiah J. Sullivan III, told Navy Times. âRear Adm. Green should be the first one to place his trident on the table and resign before he is fired.
âFlag officers cannot challenge the president. It is an act of insubordination and a violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.â
End excerpts. Please read the entire Navy Times article at this link.
Gallgherâs IG complaint does not specify the contemptuous words Green is accused of uttering against President Trump. However it also notes a tweet by Rear Admiral Charlie Brown, the Navyâs Chief of Information, acknowledging Trumpâs orders regarding Gallagher that was perceived as insulting to Trump and Gallagher, âAs the Commander in Chief, the President has the authority to restore Special Warfare Operator First Class Gallagher to the pay grade of E-7. We acknowledge his order and are implementing it.â

Excerpts from Gallagherâs IG complaint:
IIX. MISCONDUCT AFTER POTUS INTERVENTION
On Friday, November 14, 2019, the Commander in Chief announced that he was restoring SOC Gallagherâs rank. While this was a controversial decision, certain elements become quite open in their contempt for the Presidentâs exercise of his lawful authority.
First, CHINFO sent out an undeniably contemptuous and snarky tweet, âAs the Commander in Chief, the President has the authority to restore Special Warfare Operator First Class Gallagher to the pay grade of E-7. We acknowledge his order and are implementing it.â This tweet was universally received as being a passive aggressive statement of disagreement, but grudging acceptance. If any subordinate officer passed on orders from their superior in this fashion, he would be immediately fired â âAs the commander of this ship, the CO has the authority to order us to do maintenance on our equipment. We acknowledge his order and are implementing itâ
Second, and more sinister, is that we have learned that on Monday morning, November 18, 2019, RADM Green assembled a staff meeting and made clear his contempt of the President and disagreement with the Presidentâs decision, before declaring that he intended to remove SOC Gallagherâs trident anyway.
The White House could not have been clearer in its statement:
âBefore the prosecution of Special Warfare Operator First Class Edward Gallagher, he had been selected for promotion to Senior Chief, awarded a Bronze Star with a âVâ for valor, and assigned to an important position in the Navy as an instructor. Though ultimately acquitted on all of the most serious charges, he was stripped of these honors as he awaited his trial and its outcome. Given his service to our Nation, a promotion back to the rank and pay grade of Chief Petty Officer is justified.â
It is incomprehensible to understand how, given the Commander in Chiefâs clear guidance that he felt the punishment was too severe for such a minor offense, how RAMD Green thinks it is appropriate to countermand this and increase the punishment. Moreover, no flag officer should ever be speaking contemptuously of the Commander in Chief in front of his subordinates.

Prior to the call, Vindman included a discussion about corruption in the talking points provided to the president but Trump did not use them in the call.
The summary Vindman wrote after the call read:
President Trump underscored the unwavering support of the United States for Ukraineâs sovereignty and territorial integrity â within its internationally recognized borders â and expressed his commitment to work together with President-elect Zelenskyy and the Ukrainian people to implement reforms that strengthen democracy, increase prosperity, and root out corruption.

But Vindman clarified during his testimony that the president did not bring up the topic rooting out corruption during the phone call, but he included it in his summary of the call anyway.
When asked by the Democrat counsel about whether the summary he wrote was false, Vindman hesitated.
âThatâs not entirely accurate, but Iâm not sure I would describe it as false, it was consistent with U.S. policy,â Vindman said.
Vindman said he included the rhetoric about corruption as a âmessaging platformâ to describe U.S. policy toward Ukraine, even though it was not discussed on the call.

A total of 39 migrants, all identifying themselves as Iranian nationals, were apprehended by authorities with U.K. Border Force and Kent Police.
“The first boat, which was stopped by the Border Force at 4.40am, contained nine people with the second incident happening at 6am – with five more people being detained in a rigid hulled inflatable boat (Rhib),â the Evening Standard reports.
Another two vessels carrying 11 and 14 migrants, respectively, were located and stopped at 7 am and 7:30 am.

âBorder Force dealt with four incidents on November 17 after being alerted to small boats travelling across the Channel towards the U.K.,â a government spokeswoman said in a statement.
âThe people from all boats were taken to Dover where they were medically assessed before being interviewed by immigration officials.â
The number of migrants crossing the English Channel has been steadily rising, with over 1,500 successfully completing the journey so far in 2019, a 500% increase from 2018.
In September, U.K. authorities intercepted 86 migrants illegally crossing the English Channel during a record-setting day.
British authorities revealed that migrants have become so emboldened by the lack of disciplinary action being taken against illegal crossers, some are simply calling police from their boats to arrange pick-up.
“Illegal migrants are ringing police to collect them from boats in the Channel because they are so sure of avoiding being returned to their countries, MPs have been told,” the London Times reported in February.

Ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee Devin Nunes (R-CA) straight up asked Vindman if he discussed the July 25 Trump-Zelensky phone call with anyone outside of the White House.
Vindman testified on Tuesday that he spoke two people about Trumpâs call to Zelensky â George Kent, a State Department employee and âsomeone in the intelligence communityâ about Trumpâs phone call â Vindman would not name the second person.
House Intel Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) quickly interjected when Nunes began to drill down to find out which agency this second anonymous person worked for.
Schiff said he wanted to âprotect the whistleblowerâ and wouldnât let Vindman answer.
Nunes then pointed out that Vindman previously testified in a closed-door deposition that he DID NOT know the identity of the whistleblower and if that were true then how would he know to keep the second personâs name private?
WATCH:
Vindman testified behind closed doors recently that he has no idea who the whistleblower is.
âI want the committee to know I am not the whistleblower who brought this issue to the CIA and the committeeâs attention. I do not know who the whistleblower is, and I would not feel comfortable to speculate as to the identity of the whistleblower,â Vindman previously said under oath.
Chairman of the Senate Committee on Homeland Secrity and Governmental Affairs Ron Johnson (R-WI) blasted Lt. Col Vindman in an 11-page letter written to ranking member of the House Intel Committee Devin Nunes and Rep. Jim Jordan and accused Vindman of illegally leaking contents of Trumpâs phone call with Zelensky.
Suspicions are growing on The Hill that Lt. Col Alexander Vindman was also the source of leak of the suspension of US aid story published by far-left Politico in August.

She appeared at the Beverly Hills event to once again present her sob story, as her failed attempt to impede Kavanaughâs SCOTUS confirmation has made her an icon in the minds of millions of leftists who do not believe in due process and the presumption of innocence.
âWhen I came forward last September, I did not feel courageous. I was simply doing my duty as a citizen. I understood that not everyone would welcome my information, and I was prepared for a variety of outcomes, including being dismissed,â she said.
Blasey Ford continued her mission as a Democratic political advocacy during the speech, where she also spoke in favor of the ongoing impeachment inquiry against President Donald Trump.
She has become a hero to the empowered women of the feminist Left, who are dedicated to creating anti-constitutional witch hunts in the age of #MeToo.
Activists played Blasey Fordâs testimony outside of an event hosted by the Federalist Society featuring a keynote speech from Kavanaugh just last week:
A vast hall filled with members of the conservative Federalist Society on Thursday night welcomed Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh as a conquering hero, while outside on a large screen protesters played video from Kavanaughâs confirmation hearing of testimony by Christine Blasey Ford, the woman who accused him of sexual misconduct.
His appearance marked the first time since joining the bench that Kavanaugh addressed the group that played a key role in his confirmation process. Grinning with pleasure, he delivered an address that was largely a laundry list of people to whom he offered âgratitudeâ for securing his ânew jobââ as a justice on the nationâs highest courtâŚ
His appearance Thursday did not go off without a hitch. Protesters twice interrupted Kavanaughâs speech, the shrill sounds of whistles cutting through his words. At one point, there appeared to be a fight for control of the roomâs sound between the protestersâ whistles and the crowdâs applause.
In day-to-day life here in the nationâs capital, where Kavanaugh was raised, people express both ardent approval and intense dislike for the justice. The Washington Post reported that Kavanaugh has been met with both insults and applause from other diners at a quiet French restaurant in his suburban Maryland neighborhood.
Even at invitation-only, conservative-friendly events, Kavanaugh meets critics. âYou should be ashamed,â yelled a young woman at Kavanaugh at The Ronald Reagan Instituteâs celebration of Justice Sandra Day OâConnor. Kavanaugh had come to the event to listen to his fellow justices, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor, speak about the legacy of OâConnorâs life as the first female Supreme Court justice.
The ACLU, an organization that claims to support the Bill of Rights, has chosen to honor a woman who made a mockery of the 5th Amendment with her unfounded, politically-motivated sexual assault accusations against Kavanaugh. The ACLU serves as a glaring example that no leftist group can be trusted.
