Facebook Removes Any News Reporting On – or Even Mention of – Who the ‘Whistleblower’ Is Alleged to Be

Facebook is removing any mention of the potential whistleblower’s name and is cracking down against Facebook publishers that mention any allegation of the potential whistleblower’s name, claiming they are violating Facebook’s Community Standards and Policies.
For example, on Wednesday evening, Facebook removed Breitbart posts reporting on the fact other respected news outlets have reported the identity of the alleged whistleblower is Eric Ciaramella. Any Facebook user who attempts to click on that article on Facebook is now given a message that says, “this content isn’t available at the moment.”
To be clear, Breitbart did not “out” the alleged whistleblower but did provide additional relevant reporting about him; he is, after all, a public figure, having served on the National Security Council. Moreover, his name has been used in the Mueller report (p283) and Ambassador Bill Taylor’s testimony.
Administrators of Breitbart News’ Facebook page began receiving notifications on Wednesday evening stating that Breitbart’s page is “at risk of being unpublished” but were not given any details as to why, or even which posts were allegedly at issue.
Yesterday afternoon, however, in response to questions from Breitbart, a Facebook spokesman issued the following statement:
Any mention of the potential whistleblower’s name violates our coordinating harm policy, which prohibits content “outing of witness, informant, or activist.” We are removing any and all mentions of the potential whistleblower’s name and will revisit this decision should their name be widely published in the media or used by public figures in debate.
Breitbart News is currently the 68th-most visited site in the United States according to Alexa, and the 13th most-engaged Facebook publisher in the world according to NewsWhip.
Multiple other publishers have named the alleged whistleblower or reported on outlets naming him, including Heavy.com, the Washington Examiner, The Federalist, and the Western Journal. Saagar Enjeti, Chief Washington Correspondent for The Hill, also tweeted the alleged whistleblower’s name.
Radio hosts Mark Levin and Glenn Beck, Students for Trump co-chair Ryan Fournier, former Deputy Assistant to the President Sebastian Gorka, bestselling author Dinesh D’Souza, One America News host Jack Posobiec, and TownHall.com senior columnist Kurt Schlichter are among the other public figures and major media personalities who have also named the alleged whistleblower.
It isn’t only conservatives reporting on Ciaramella. New York Magazine and HuffPost contributor Yashar Ali identified Ciaramella as the alleged whistleblower in a since-deleted tweet. Ali claimed to have confirmed the identity with three sources. Facebook’s requirement to revise its policy on Ciaramella appears to already have been met.
Other publishers that have named the alleged whistleblower on Facebook have reported that their posts have been taken down as well.

In an interview on Thursday night on MSNBC, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) told host Chris Hayes there is a “possibility” that the Senate will remove President Trump from office given the results of the off-year elections earlier this week.
CHRIS HAYES, MSNBC HOST: Do you see the process as possibly ending in the removal of the president of the United States? Is that a live possibility in your mind?
REP. JERRY NADLER (D-NY): I think it is a possibility. I don’t know how to estimate the possibility, but I would certainly say it’s not a zero possibility. … I think it’s possible, depending how strong the evidence is, and depending on other political considerations, that maybe the Senate will act to remove the president. But I’m not going to give an estimate, and I can’t estimate that, but I will say I don’t think it’s a zero possibility. That’s a very cynical view that it’s a zero possibility. I also, to be political about it, I think some Republican senators may take a look at the election results the other day and start thinking, maybe I should be a little more fair and not dismissive.

President Donald Trump appeared in Kentucky on Monday night to promote the re-election campaign of Gov. Matt Bevin, the staunchly conservative Republican who faces tough Democratic opposition in Tuesday’s off-year election.
During the rally, President Trump briefly handed the podium to Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), who has emerged as Trump’s top ally on foreign affairs in Washington D.C. Paul talked about the latest witch hunt against the President and the new drive toward impeachment based upon his phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
Paul made adamant his belief that the whistleblower’s identity must be known, and challenged the fake news to actually do their jobs and expose his identity as well as his extensive ties to Democratic Party officials to the public.
“We also now know the name of the whistleblower. The whistleblower needs to come forward as a material witness because he worked for Joe Biden at the same time Hunter Biden was getting money from corrupt oligarchs,” Paul said at the Kentucky rally on Monday night.
“I say tonight to the media, do your job and print his name,” Paul said to the crowd as they erupted with cheers.
An attorney for the whistleblower claims that Paul is “betray[ing] the interests of the Constitution and the American people” for demanding accountability.
“A member of Congress who calls for the identity of any lawful whistleblower to be publicly revealed against their wishes disgraces the office they hold and betrays the interests of the Constitution and the American people,” attorney Mark Zaid told The Hill.
However, it has been revealed that the whistleblower is being given legal representation by lawyers with deep connections to Democratic Party leaders.
Zaid’s partner, Andrew Bakaj, worked for Sens. Chuck Schumer and Hillary Clinton before he began representing the whistleblower:
Former CIA official Andrew Bakaj, who once worked at Hillary Clinton’s office while she was a Senator, is representing the whistle-blower who filed a complaint against President Donald Trump’s dealings with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky…
Bakaj was influential in crafting regulations regarding whistle-blowers while serving in the administration of former President Barack Obama…
He started his career working under influential former Democratic lawmakers. Bakaj served as an intern for the late former Sen. Daniel Moynihan (D-NY), then as an intern under Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), and then he worked under Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY).
Curiously, Bakaj also interned at the US Embassy in the Ukraine, showing that he has ties to the country that is under the microscope right now for President Trump’s reported communication with their leader about Joe Biden’s dealings.
Considering the whistleblower had prior contact with the office of Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) before filing his complaint and reportedly worked to dig up dirt on President Trump while working for the Obama administration, Paul’s calls for transparency are more than justified. The whistleblower’s name must be revealed, and he must testify under oath, or the rule of law is dead.

Amy Robach, ‘Good Morning America’ Co-Host and Breaking News Anchor at ABC, explains how a witness came forward years ago with information pertaining to Epstein, but Disney-owned ABC News refused to air the material for years. Robach vents her anger in a “hot mic” moment with an off-camera producer, explaining that ABC quashed the story in it’s early stages. “I’ve had this interview with Virginia Roberts (Now Virginia Guiffre) [alleged Epstein victim]. We would not put it on the air. Um, first of all, I was told “Who’s Jeffrey Epstein. No one knows who that is. This is a stupid story.”
She continues, “The Palace found out that we had her whole allegations about Prince Andrew and threatened us a million different ways.”
Robach goes on to express she believes that Epstein was killed in prison saying, “So do I think he was killed? 100% Yes, I do…He made his whole living blackmailing people… Yup, there were a lot of men in those planes. A lot of men who visited that Island, a lot of powerful men who came into that apartment.”
Robach repeats a prophetic statement purportedly made by Attorney Brad Edwards “…[T]here will come a day when we will realize Jeffrey Epstein was the most prolific pedophile this country has ever known,” and Disgustedly Robach states “I had it all three years ago.”

Ilhan Omar at Bernie Sanders Rally: “I Am Beyond Honored and Excited for a President Who Will Fight Against Western Imperialism”

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) decried U.S. “genocide” and “western imperialism” in a speech at a Bernie Sanders rally in Minneapolis Sunday night at the University of Minnesota’s Williams Arena. In her speech, Omar, who endorsed Sanders two weeks ago, accused the United States of “genocide” against Native Americans and said of Sanders, “I am beyond honored and excited for a President who will fight against western imperialism and fight for a just world. I am excited, I am excited for President Bernie Sanders!”
Sanders and Omar embraced on stage and then held hands aloft in solidarity before the cheering crowd.

The Sanders-Omar rally was moved to UM’s larger (14,625 seats) Williams Arena from the 2,700 seat Northrop Auditorium to meet demand. Sanders does not appear to have come any where close to a capacity crowd as the photo below shows the upper bowl completely empty.
