Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) reiterated his “assault weapons” buyback push on Sunday following the attack on the Congregation Chabad in Poway.
The synagogue was attacked Saturday morning. Breitbart News reported that the attacker arrived at approximately 11:20 am, opening fire shortly thereafter. Three persons were wounded and one was killed.
he attacker then fled the scene while a good guy with a gun ran behind him, shooting at, but missing, the suspect.
CNN reports that the Chabad in Poway attacker used an “AR-type assault weapon.”
Swalwell responded by tweeting:
Here is another way to look at this:
Aurora — Gun-Free Zone
Orlando — Gun-Free Zone
Parkland — Gun-Free Zone
Sandy Hook — Gun-Free Zone
Umpqua CC — Gun-Free Zone
Waffle House — Gun-Free Zone
San Bernadino — Gun-Free Zone
Tree of Life Synagogue — Gun-Free on the day the attack occurred.
And in a gun-free zone, it does not matter what type of weapon the attacker uses because he is the only one with a gun. Therefore, he has time on his side. The Parkland attacker had time to pause and reload five times while the Sandy Hook attacker had over nine minutes without armed resistance.
Also missing from Swalwell’s list of shootings and types of weapons used is any acknowledgement that California already has an “assault weapons” ban.
Regardless of these things, Swalwell is full steam ahead on his push to do a mandated buyback of “assault weapons,” with jail-time as a consequence for those who do not comply.
Fox News. My, how they’ve lost their way. Their focus and goal and Murdoch-Ailes direction and vector. Now that the Brothers Murdoch et uxores took over with a venom and vengeance that few have ever seen or heard. That magnificent has been the fall. That immane the redirection. Cue TAPS, Sparky. It’s over.
Because of strict Cuban immigration policies, the island nation refused to take back one of its citizens due to his extensive criminal record.
By Peter D’Abrosca
An illegal alien living in Florida stands accused of murdering a man after he was ordered deported, but dumped back on the streets of Miami after his native country refused to take him back.
David Paneque, nicknamed “Psycho,” can allegedly be seen on video in a parking garage brutally murdering his friend. According to The Miami Herald, he’s a former member of a Latino street gang. Due to his long history of crime, even after he was detained by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) he was not able to be deported.
Cuba, his native country, refused to take him in because of his extensive criminal record.
Paneque was 17 when he was first arrested for a violent crime.
According to police, he robbed a man at knifepoint outside a West Kendall restaurant in November 2007. During the “violent struggle,” the man was stabbed multiple times and airlifted to a hospital trauma center, according to an arrest report. Paneque, whose listed street name at the time was “Psycho,” was later caught trying to cash the man’s checks. At the time, he was also on probation on a conviction for carrying a concealed weapon.
The teen, charged as an adult, was sentenced in April 2008 to 10 years in prison for attempted murder and armed robbery. Soon after, ICE issued a press release announcing that Paneque was one of more than 300 violent street gang members who had been arrested as part of a national crackdown on gangs.
ICE described him as a “Cuban national and leader of a Sur-13 Clicque” who was “amenable for removal based on a criminal convictions.”
President Donald J. Trump has declared a national state of emergency, for which several heavily-blue states immediately sued his administration. Democrats refuse to budge on the issue, unwilling to secure America’s borders. As illegal border crossings surge, they blocked a meaningful amount of wall funding in the 2019 federal budget.
Even Republicans on Capitol Hill have faltered.
In what many conservatives see as a colossal failure, the Republican Congress, led by former Speaker Paul Ryan, current Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, failed to deliver wall funding to the president’s desk during all of 2017 and 2018, when Republicans held the House, the Senate, and the White House.
Russiagate guru Rachel Maddow has caught wind of the latest Kremlin-linked outrage: YouTube recommended an RT video about the Mueller report! And now social media users have lined up to laugh at her.
The MSNBC host ascended her Twitter pulpit to share a shocking Washington Post article detailing how YouTube allegedly recommended an RT video “hundreds of thousands of times” to users seeking information about the recently released report by special counsel Robert Mueller.
“Death by algorithm,” a despondent Maddow commented.
The video in question – an episode of On Contact, which is hosted by Pulitzer prize-winning American journalist Chris Hedges – features an interview with Canadian journalist Aaron Mate. A fierce critic of the Trump-Russia collusion theory promoted by mainstream media, Mate recently received an Izzy Award for his contrarian reporting on Russiagate.
While Maddow was apparently horrified by the thought of impressionable Americans watching a video of two acclaimed journalists discussing current events, others were more perturbed by the MSNBC host’s melodramatic tweeting.
“This YouTube is so much better than the war mongering conspiracy lunacy that comes from you. You should be ashamed to smear good people & good content in such a base & McCarthyite way,” replied one disappointed Twitter user.
Others took issue with Maddow’s bizarre suggestion that YouTube’s algorithm could somehow bring about “death.”
“’Death?’ No one’s lives were threatened by a conversation between two award winning journalists about the massive disinformation campaign you’re waged on the minds of suggestible Democrats. But they are endangered by the Cold War you’ve helped to stir up,” Max Blumenthal, editor of the Grayzone Project, noted.
Mate himself joined the chorus of criticism directed at Maddow.
“I was interviewed on RT by the Pulitzer-winning journalist Chris Hedges about Russiagate. YouTube recommended it. How fitting then that the leading Russiagate conspiracy theorist calls this ‘death by algorithm’ – to a propagandist, dissent from orthodoxy is ‘death’ indeed,” he wrote.
Actually, the entire premise of Maddow’s outrage is highly suspect. The Washington Post report quietly notes that the RT video in question has accumulated “only about 55,000 views,” and that the interview was by far from the most recommended Mueller-related video. “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert” was recommended more than five million times, WaPo reported, while other channels, such as Fox and PBS NewsHour, received hundreds of thousands of recommendations for their Russiagate videos.
To make matters even less scary, YouTube disputed the article’s core claims, which were originally made by media watchdog group AlgoTransparency. YouTube said it could not reproduce the group’s data allegedly showing that the RT video had been recommended hundreds of thousands of times by the site’s algorithm.
In fact, the Washington Post story was so shaky that it had to issue a clickbait-deflating correction: An earlier version of their report had erroneously claimed that YouTube had recommended RT’s take on the Mueller report more often than other networks’ programming.
As Blumenthal observed, the WaPo story appears to be yet another tired attempt to shame anyone who doesn’t regurgitate narratives promoted by US corporate media.
Theenemy of the peoplewas back at it Saturday, suggesting that President Donald J. Trump was racist for congratulating one of his supporters for being drafted to the NFL.
“Kyler Murray, a Black Man, Was the Number One NFL Draft Pick. Trump Congratulated the Number Two Pick Instead,” a Yahoo! headline said.
The obvious implication is that Trump avoided congratulating the number one overall pick because of his race, instead choosing the number two overall pick, who is white. In reality, Nick Bosa, the number two pick, was forced to hide his support for Trump before the draft, and said he “had to” delete some his Tweets supporting Trump. Trump’s congratulatory Tweet had nothing to do with race. Rather, Trump was supporting one of his own supporters.
Instead, Yahoo!wanted its readers to think that Trump was snubbing a black athlete because of his race.
“Congratulations to Nick Bosa on being picked number two in the NFL Draft. You will be a great player for years to come, maybe one of the best. Big Talent! San Francisco will embrace you but most importantly, always stay true to yourself. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!” Trump Tweeted.
“Always stay true to yourself” was an obvious nod to Bosa’s politics.
Further, he was drafted to play in San Francisco, a town infamous for both its Trump hatred, and for its former quarterback, Colin Kaepernick, who started the controversial trend of kneeling for the National Anthem.
Big League Politics reported on Bosa’s harassment at the hands of liberal lunatics:
The Ohio State defensive end, who is looking forward to becoming a possible NFL draft pick, admits to self censoring on Twitter in an effort to increase his chances of becoming a professional athlete.
Nick Bosa, an ardent supporter of President Donald J. Trump who previously called failed athlete Colin Kaepernick a “clown,” now says he “had to” censor himself on Twitter before the NFL draft.
In addition to denouncing Kaepernick, Sports Illustrated reports that Bosa had posted a photo of Presidents Donald J. Trump and Ronald Reagan with the caption “Goats,” short for Greatest Of All Time.
According to ESPN, he curtailed his political posting and deleted multiple posts when it became apparent he could be chosen to join the San Francisco 49ers.
MSNBC continued to fan the flames of racial hatred in the United States Sunday, hosting a commentator whose only contribution to political discourse was to call President Donald J. Trump names.
Danielle Moodie-Mills managed to advocate for the censorship of the Trump administration and disparage the president with clear falsehoods, all in a five minute segment.
“Why are you having [Kellyanne Conway] on, to his point, why are you doing that? The fact is that this administration blatantly lies all of the time. You are doing a disservice to the people of the United States by continuing to have them on, and then just not ask the right questions. We’re not asking like oh, is the president, maybe the president is a white nationalist, maybe he’s a racist. No. The president of the United States is a white nationalist. He is a racist. Everything that comes out of his mouth is either xenophobic, homophobic, transphobic, or racist. Right? There’s no mixing of that.”
Last week, former vice president and 2020 presidential candidate made a video accusing Trump of calling white supremacists at a Charlottesville rally more than two years ago “fine people.” That lie has been debunked several times over, but for a media that’s desperate to bash Trump after its Russian “collusion” conspiracy theory fell apart, falling back on baseless allegations of racism is the only thing they have left.
At the beginning of 2019, an MSNBC contributor publicly denounced the network and left his post over its anti-Trump bias.
A longtime NBC and MSNBC journalist and contributor is leaving the networks over their increasing loyalty to elite military industrial complex puppet-masters, according to a scathing letter he sent to multiple news outlets.
William Arkin, a 30-year veteran of the network, blasted its coverage and analysis of the disastrous foreign policy of the past two decades, accusing the cable giants of playing partisan politics and switching their positions on whether the United States should be involved in unending, un-winnable wars in the Middle East based on their loyalty Democratic Party elite.
This hackery has been painfully apparent over the past two weeks, when the same nets who were noticeably anti-war during the days of President George W. Bush, then noticeably silent when President Barack H. Obama escalated those wars, were outraged when President Donald J. Trump decided to pull troops from Syria and Afghanistan.
Controversial Trinity College Professor Johnny Eric Williams wrote that “whiteness is terrorism” in a recent social media post. Underscoring the extremism present on many college campuses, Williams claimed his comments are “not controversial in the academy.”
According to a report from Newsweek, Trinity College Professor Johnny Eric Williams is making waves again. Breitbart News reported in June 2017 that Williams had argued that first responders should have let Representative Steve Scalise die after he was shot during a practice for the congressional baseball game. Williams also shared a blog post by an anonymous author that asked black people to withhold life-saving help from white people in need.
“If you see them drowning. If you see them in a burning building. If they are bleeding out in an emergency room. If the ground is crumbling beneath them. If they are in a park and they turn their weapons on each other: do nothing,” the post read.
More recently, Williams tweeted that “whiteness is terrorism.” Now, he’s defending those comments. In a conversation with Newsweek, Williams said that his tweets are only controversial to white people.
“They’re not controversial in the academy. They’re not controversial within the black community. I don’t think they’re controversial at all,” Williams said, defending his tweet. “I think they’re controversial with people who see themselves as white, because it reveals in a telegraph that they’re immersed in that whiteness to a point where it’s hard for them to see anything else.”
“I’m referring to whiteness as an ideology, which everyone in the United States is immersed in because we live in a white supremacy society,” Williams added. “Because there are people walking around believing that they’re white and acting as if they’re white, when there’s just the human race.”
16 students from the class of 2021 withdrew their acceptance over the controversies surrounding Williams. In addition, alumni have withheld $200,000 in donations from the university over the administration’s refusal to sanction Williams for his comments about Representative Scalise.

Obama-era CIA head runs interference on Trump’s bombshell claims
Infowars.com – APRIL 27, 2019
Former CIA Director John Brennan says that President Trump’s accusations of a Deep State coup attempt against him are nothing more than “sociopathic ramblings.”
“I don’t think it’s surprising at all that we continue to hear the sociopathic ramblings of Mr. Trump claiming that there was this effort to try to prevent him from being elected or to unseat him,” Brennan said on MSNBC Friday.
“I welcome any type of, you know, continued investigation in terms of what we did during that period of time when we were in government.”
“And I’ve testified in front of Congress, and I’d be happy to do it again,” he added.
Trump went scorched-earth during his wide-ranging Thursday interview on Hannity, accusing former President Obama of knowingly facilitating illegal spying and the media for perpetuating the fake Russia collusion narrative.
“So, I really say, now we have to get down because this was a coup. This was an attempted overthrow of the United States government,” Trump said.
“This was a coup. This wasn’t stealing information from an office in the Watergate apartments. This was an attempted coup. Like a Third World country. Inconceivable.”
