BERNIE SANDERS CAMPAIGN: DON’T BLAME US FOR DAYTON; BLAME TRUMP FOR EL PASO

Bernie Sanders Campaign: Don’t Blame Us for Dayton; Blame Trump for El Paso

“Anyone who thinks that political change should come from the barrel of a gun is anathema to what Bernie has advocated for decades.”

By Joel B. Pollak

The presidential campaign of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) has responded to reports that the gunman who committed a mass shooting in Dayton, Ohio, supported Sanders by denying any responsibility — but suggesting that President Donald Trump bears responsibility for the mass shooting in El Paso, Texas, the day before.

Breitbart News reported Sunday evening that a Twitter account linked to the Dayton, Ohio, shooter had been taken down, and included support for socialism and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA). The Dayton Daily News reported Monday evening that the shooter had left-leaning political opinions and supported gun control. CNN reported Monday evening that the Twitter account had supported Sanders and it had expressed “extreme” left-wing views.

In a statement released Tuesday evening, veteran Sanders campaign aide Jeff Weaver said:

Anyone who thinks that political change should come from the barrel of a gun is anathema to what Bernie has advocated for decades — non-violent mass political action. Senator Sanders and our entire campaign are repulsed by the despicable massacres we have witnessed. We asked Donald Trump to condemn white nationalism and anti immigrant [sic] demonization. We are not holding our breath.

President Trump’s statement on Monday from the White House in fact included an explicit denunciation of white supremacy: ” In one voice, our nation must condemn racism, bigotry, and white supremacy.  These sinister ideologies must be defeated.  Hate has no place in America.”

In August 2017, after the Charlottesville riots, President Trump made a similar statement: “Racism is evil.  And those who cause violence in its name are criminals and thugs, including the KKK, neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and other hate groups that are repugnant to everything we hold dear as Americans.”

He has been critical of illegal aliens, but not immigrants in general.

There is no evidence to suggest that Trump inspired the El Paso shooter in any way. In a manifesto posted online that is widely attributed to the shooter, he stated: “My ideology has not changed for several years. My opinions … predate Trump and his campaign for president.”

Weaver nonetheless implies Trump is somehow responsible.

CNN RELABELS GUEST AS “CONTROVERSIAL PASTOR” AFTER HE REFUSED TO CRITICIZE TRUMP

Watch corporate media scramble to control narrative in real-time

By Ben Warren

CNN altered the description of a guest mid-interview to “controversial pastor” after the guest refused to criticize Trump; his bio had originally described him as one of the “faith leaders.”

After interviewer Don Lemon had pressed Reverend Bill Owens multiple times if he or other faith leaders had anything to say about Trump’s “attacks on leaders of color” during their Monday White House meeting, the interview – along with Owens’ descriptor chyron – shifted to a grilling of Owens’ past remarks, his Christian faith, and if he could even be taken seriously.

See the change for youself below:

CNN Twitter screenshot“So I know it’s hard for you, you think it’s hard to believe that Trump is racist,” said Lemon. “But he’s repeatedly used racially charged language. He consistently attacks black and brown elected leaders.”

“So, why is that hard to believe? Pastor?”

Owens responded by saying Trump is a leader of all colors who doesn’t racially discriminate who he attacks.

“I find President Trump a leader of all colors,” said Owens. “He attacks who he will. He’s his own man. I can’t dictate what he should or shouldn’t do.”

“But he does not just attack black people. He attacks anybody. And you know it.”

Lemon then used that response to attack Owens’ faith.

“So as a man of faith, as a Christian he attacks anyone,” said Lemon “It sounds like you’re condoning attacks? Is that Christianly or Godly?”

recent tweet from Owens explains his opinion on the encounter.

“When we heard from CNN, I weighed the costs and decided that I can’t carry out our ministry unless I’m willing to get out of my comfort zone and bring our message to Left-leaning media and the people who watch it.”

‘I Don’t Like White People In My Hood’: Alleged Racist Attack Captured On Video, Police Say

By Lexi Lonas – August 1, 2019

A black teenager in Kennedy Heights, Ohio, allegedly chased and fired a gun at four people while yelling “I don’t like white people in my hood,” court documents say.

Devonta Allen, 18 years old, was caught on video July 25 allegedly shootingthree times at four people. He hit two vehicles, but no one inside them was injured, according to the Cincinnati Police, the Independent reported.

Police say the incident began over a stolen car. The video is reportedly being used as evidence in court so it has not been released to the public.

A criminal complaint says that three of the alleged victims are white and one of them is African-American. Neighbors did not recognize the teenager, “I’d never seen him before and I don’t know who he was friends with,” one neighbor told Fox 19.

Allen tried to claim, after he turned himself in, that the alleged victims started the incident and fired at him first. However, the police say Allen’s story does not line up with the evidence they have.

“This and other statements made by Allen are inconsistent with the videotape evidence and statements from the victims and witnesses,” Cincinnati police said. Allen is being tried on four accounts of felony assault.

Allen is being held in Hamilton County jail on a $480,000 bond. Allen has no adult record and knows how serious the charges against him are, his attorney reportedly said in court.

RACIST? ELIJAH CUMMINGS ONCE CALLED BALTIMORE “INFESTED” JUST LIKE TRUMP

Racist? Elijah Cummings Once Called Baltimore "Infested" Just Like Trump

But only Trump was called a bigot

By Paul Joseph Watson – JULY 31, 2019

President Trump has been labeled a racist for using the word “infested” to describe Baltimore’s rat problem, but Elijah Cummings used the exact same word to describe the city back in 1999.

As the video below highlights, CNN slammed Trump for using the word “infested” to describe Baltimore, suggesting that the president was dehumanizing black people.

However, during 1999 testimony, Elijah Cummings referred to his own district as a “drug infested area.

I guess Elijah Cummings is racist too.

As we previously highlighted, Bernie Sanders also claimed Trump was “attacking” an American city by calling Baltimore rat infested yet Sanders himself repeatedly said the place resembled a “third world country” back in 2015.

Meanwhile, Benny Johnson visited residents in Rep. Cummings district to find out what life is really like there.

Common themes; Rats, trash, crime, corrupt politicians.

Are they all racist too?

Outrage Olympics! Another Democrat Freakout After Trump Calls Out Cummings ’Disgusting and Racist’ But! Don’t Dispute Baltimore’s Spiraling Crime, Poverty

Democrats flicked the switch to hyperbolic outrage Sunday as they struggled to outdo each other in condemning President Trump for calling Rep. Elijah Cummings a “brutal bully” to border patrol officials and suggesting he should help fix the city of Baltimore.

Trump added the congressman’s district should be investigated for all of the federal money invested there despite its being a “corrupt mess.”

First off was Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT on CNN’s “State of the Union” who said:

It’s unbelievable that we have a President of the United States who attacks American cities, who attacks Americans, who attacks somebody who is a friend of mine, Elijah Cummings is one of the most decent and outstanding members of the House of Representatives. He fights every day to improve life in his community.

Then came Judiciary Committee chairman Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY). He called President Donald Trump’s attacks on both Cummings and Baltimore “disgusting” and “racist.” Nadler told ABC’s “This Week,”:

Well, the president is as he usually is often is disgusting and racist. They’re designed to distract attention from the very serious allegations about his conduct that came from the committee hearings this week. The fact is, the president accepted help from the Russians to attack our election. His campaign worked with the Russians, that’s undisputed, and he works hard to cover up to cover those crimes and committed more crimes. He’s trying to change the subject.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) also went to bat for Cummings, decrying the president as “racist.”

“@RepCummings is a champion in the Congress and the country for civil rights and economic justice, a beloved leader in Baltimore, and deeply valued colleague,” she tweeted. “We all reject racist attacks against him and support his steadfast leadership.”

NEW VIDEO SHOWS COPS BEING ‘WATER BOMBED’ IN ATLANTA

New Video Shows Cops Being 'Water Bombed' in Atlanta

Trend appears to be spreading

JULY 26, 2019

The disturbing lawless trend of police officers being ‘water bombed’ by large gangs of young people appears to be continuing with a video out of Atlanta showing a cop getting completely doused.

The video shows dozens of people with water guns aimed at a police officer who tries to retreat to his squad car for safety.

The officer is massively outnumbered and visibly agitated as the mob surrounds him.

Earlier this week, we highlighted other examples of the same trend in Harlem and Brooklyn, where cops were doused with water and one had a bucket thrown at his head.

The fad serves to illustrate how there is a growing sense of lawlessness and a total lack of respect for police officers in major cities.

Following the incidents in New York, NYPD sources blamed Mayor Bill de Blasio for creating a climate that is soft on crime.

President Trump then waded into the debate, calling the incidents a “total disgrace” on calling on de Blasio to take action.

The Mayor responded by tweeting, “Crime’s gone down year after year in New York City and it’s not just because you finally left town.”

How long it will be before those figures start to rise given the seemingly rampant disrespect for police in New York remains to be seen.
