Democratic Party Complicit in Anti-Semitism From Freshman CongresswomenJanuary

Nancy Pelosi and Democratic leadership announced today that anti-Semitic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar would be appointed to the Foreign Affairs Committee. Earlier this week, Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib met with a Hezbollah supporter known for espousing hatred of the Jewish people. The two freshman representatives are America’s first Muslim congresswomen, but their historic elections have been greatly overshadowed by their views of the Jewish people.

The Democratic Party has been ignoring anti-Semitic views on the left, and with Omar’s appointment to the Foreign Affairs Committee, they now appear to be rewarding it. Anti-Semitism has been creeping into Democratic politics for quite some time now. Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz has been extremely critical of the Democratic Party for their embrace of anti-Semitic candidates, and has repeatedly referred to comparisons of Donald Trump and Hitler by Democrats as a form of Holocaust denial.

Congresswoman Omar has repeatedly refused to apologize for a 2016 tweet in which she called Israel evil, and accused the nation of “hypnotizing” the planet. When asked about the comments yesterday during an interview with CNN, Omar bizarrely said it was regrettable she was being criticized. Omar also feigned surprise at the question, pretending she had never heard it before, even though she has been asked about the tweet countless times in the past.

During Representative Rashida Tlaib’s first day in congress, Buzzfeed reported that a map in her congressional office was altered to replace Israel with a Post-It Note reading “Palestine.” Earlier this month, Tlaib raised more eyebrows when she was photographed meeting with a man known for his anti-Semitic views. The man is a Hezbollah supporter, and has advocated removing all Jewish people from Israel. Tlaib has accused members of congress of being more faithful to Israel than the United States, promoting the anti-Semitic view that the US is somehow obedient to Israel.

Both Congresswomen Tlaib and Omar support a boycott of Israeli goods and services, commonly referred to as BDS. Both congresswomen have also accused Israel of discrimination. Neither woman has advocated boycotting any country except for Israel, and it’s blatantly obvious their promotion of the boycott is rooted in anti-Semitism. So far, Democratic leadership has shown no desire to defend the Jewish people against these vile anti-Semitic attacks.

(CNSNews.com) – Welcoming his two fellow Muslim newcomers to Congress, Rep. André Carson (D-Ind.) on Thursday evening envisioned a future with 30-35 Muslim members serving by 2030, and with Muslims holding posts ranging from committee chairs to the presidency of the United States.

Speaking at a Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) reception in honor of himself and Reps. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) and Ihlan Omar (D-Minn.), Carson also spoke in defense of his “sister Rashida,” who has been under fire for using a vulgar expletive to describe President Trump.

Asked by a reporter what he thought about Tlaib “and what she said,” Carson said he had replied, “I love her, I’ve known her for decades. She’s a fighter and I stand with her.”

“And we should stand with her,” he added, drawing applause from the CAIR gathering at a hotel in Arlington, Va.

Carson likened Tlaib and Omar to superheroes who arrived at a time when he was feeling “all alone” after his then sole Muslim colleague, Rep. Keith Ellison, had stepped down to run for attorney general of Minnesota. (Ellison took up the post on Monday; Omar won the election in November to succeed him as representative for Minnesota’s 5th District.)

“All of a sudden I looked in the sky and saw Wonderwoman come out of nowhere,” Carson said. “And then I looked on the other side and I saw Storm from the X-Men come out of nowhere.”

“We’ve got firepower in Congress. We’ve got sister Rashida [Tlaib] in the House, and she’s tough.”

“She’s the kind of sister you take to a debate with scholars with you, because she’ll rock the house,” Carson continued. “She’s also the kind of sister you take with you if you’re about to get jumped, because she’ll fight too. That sister’s tough.”

Carson said it was important to have three Muslims in Congress, but that he would not rest until there were five more Muslims in Congress in 2020, and ten more by 2022 or 2024.

“In 2030 we may have about 30, 35 Muslims in Congress,” he said.

“Then we’re talking about Madame Chair Rashida. We’re talking about Madame Chair Ilhan,” Carson continued.

“Hell, we could be saying Speaker of the House Ilhan, Speaker of the House Rashida, Senator Rashida, Governor Ilhan, President Fatima, Vice President Aziza.  Inshallah [Allah willing].”

Carson described Tlaib and Omar as “powerful” and “smart.”

“They’re ready. They represent the next generation of Democratic leadership. They’re unapologetic about who they are, and they won’t bow down and they’ll never, never sell you out.”

Concluding his speech, Carson said every American Muslim has “a directive to represent Islam, in all of our imperfections, but to represent Islam and let the world know that Muslims are here to stay, and Muslims are a part of America. And we will have a Muslim caucus that is sizeable, that is formidable, and that is there for you.”

Rashida Tlaib Dodges Reporters, Won’t Answer Questions About Her “Impeach the Motherf*cker!” Comment (VIDEO)

Newly elected Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) ran from reporters on Friday when confronted about her vulgar impeachment tirade shortly after being sworn in Thursday night.

Democrat Rashida Tlaib was sworn in with Thomas Jefferson’s Quran Thursday to represent Michigan’s 13th district.

Shortly after Rashida Tlaib’s swearing-in ceremony, she went on a vulgar tirade and called for President Trump’s impeachment — “We’re going to go in and impeach the motherf*cker!“

Of course the left cheered with delight.

Tlaib didn’t seem so tough on Friday morning because she dodged reporters and looked down at the ground.

“If you’re unapologetic Congresswoman, why not talk to us?” a reporter asked as Tlaib briskly walked away.

“Congresswoman, do you stand by your comments?” another reporter asked.

Tlaib walked as quickly as she could to avoid the gaggle of reporters hounding her with questions about her grotesque outburst Thursday night.

The freshman Congresswoman need not worry because House Speaker Nancy Pelosi defended her and said, ‘it’s no worse than what the president has said.’

Progressive Parenting? Rashida Tlaib Called Trump ‘Motherf*****’ In Front of Young Son

Thursday, a video surfaced of Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Mich.) explaining how she found out that she had been elected to Congress.

Apparently, her young son alerted her to this fact though Tlaib ran essentially unopposed.

“Mama, look, you won. Bullies don’t win,” her woke child apparently said in reference to President Donald J. Trump.

According to Tlaib, her response was “Baby, they don’t. Because we’re gonna go in there, we’re gonna impeach the motherfucker.”

Tlaib has two boys with her ex-husband. The youngest, Yousif, is seven and was well-documented on Tlaib’s campaign trail, during which the media fawned over the single mother as Superwoman. Her oldest boy is only slightly older than Yousif. It is unclear which son Tlaib was talking to in her expletive-filled rant, but neither son has reached the age where a sane parent would consider cursing in front of him.

The “woke child” charade is getting old.

Tlaib is one of two Muslim women elected to Congress on Tuesday

Democrat Rashida Tlaib danced wearing the Palestinian flag at a victory party in Tuesday evening, after she won a largely uncontested race for the open seat in Michigan’s heavily Democratic 13th congressional district.

Tlaib is one of two Muslim women elected to Congress on Tuesday, along with Ilhan Omar, who replaced outgoing Rep. Keith Ellison in Minnesota’s 5th congressional district. Ellison was the first Muslim elected to Congress. Both Tlaib and Omar have extreme anti-Israelviews. Tlaib is the first Palestinian-American elected to Congress.

In the video, Tlaib delivered a victory speech in which she acknowledged her family watching from abroad in the Palestinian Authority-administered West Bank. She dedicated her victory, in part, to the Palestinian cause: “A lot of my strength comes from being Palestinian,” she said.

After Tlaib won her primary race in August, she published several anti-Israel tweets, and re-tweeted a fan who declared that Tlaib’s “first fight was for Palestine, always Palestine.”

Tlaib explicitly supports the destruction of the Jewish state of Israel and its replacement of a unitary Palestinian state. That position caused her to lose the endorsement of the far-left group J Street — which, while often adopting anti-Israel positions, nominally supports a two-state solution.

One other Palestinian-American was on the ballot on Tuesday: Ammar Campa-Najjar, the grandson of a Palestinian terrorist who was Yasser Arafat’s deputy and was involved in the murder of 11 Israeli athletes at the 1972 Olympics in Munich, Germany, lost in California’s 50th congressional district.
