Ukrainian Officials Release Records of 46 Payments to Hunter Biden from Burisma Holdings, 38 Payments were for $83,333 Totaling Over $3.1 Million

New memos released last week reveal Burisma Holdings, Hunter Biden’s Ukrainian natural gas company, pressured the Obama State Department to help end the corruption investigation during the 2016 election cycle just one month before then-Vice President Joe Biden forced Ukraine to fire Viktor Shokin, the prosecutor probing his son Hunter.
Joe Biden bragged about getting Viktor Shokin fired during a 2018 speech to the Council on Foreign Relations.
The media immediately covered for Biden and said his targeting of Mr. Shokin was totally unrelated to the prosecutor’s corruption investigation into Hunter and Burisma Holdings.
New memos released because of a FOIA lawsuit filed by award-winning investigative reporter John Solomon show Burisma Holdings contacted the Obama State Department several times during the 2016 election to discuss ending the probe.
In fact, Burisma Holdings actually name-dropped Hunter Biden when requesting help from the State Department.
According to CD Media last week former Ukrainian official Oleksandr Onyshchenko said Hunter Biden was receiving “off the books” payments from Burisma in the millions.
On Tuesday CD Media posted leaked records of payments to Hunter Biden from Burisma Holdings totaling millions.

The documents show 46 payments to Hunter Biden’s company from Novembe 2014 to November 2015.
There were 38 payments for $83,333 totaling more than $3.1 million.

So The New York Times reported that Joe Biden’s own staff thought the Ukrainian gas company Burisma paying Hunter Biden $83,333/month while his father was Vice President was “unseemly” or “worse” — and they made State Department officials help them do damage control.

John Solomon at The Hill also reported on the January 19, 2016 meeting between Ukrainian officials and Obama officials at the White House.
The other case raised at the January 2016 meeting, Telizhenko said, involved Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian energy company under investigation in Ukraine for improper foreign transfers of money. At the time, Burisma allegedly was paying then-Vice President Joe Biden’s son Hunter as both a board member and a consultant. More than $3 million flowed from Ukraine to an American firm tied to Hunter Biden in 2014-15, bank records show.
According to Telizhenko, U.S. officials told the Ukrainians they would prefer that Kiev drop the Burisma probe and allow the FBI to take it over. The Ukrainians did not agree. But then Joe Biden pressured Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to fire Ukraine’s chief prosecutor in March 2016, as I previously reported. The Burisma case was transferred to NABU, then shut down.
According to Stephen McIntyre the demand that Ukrainian top prosecutor Viktor Shokin be fired as a condition for IMF loan almost certainly originated with Biden staff. The demand was first announced to Ukrainian prosecutors at a January 19, 2016 meeting with US officials hosted by Eric Ciaramella.
Obviously, this is a very bold and shocking statement.
Sure enough — If you run a search on the White House visitor logs during the final year (2016) of the Obama administration you find that Eric Ciaramella is listed over 200 times.
Ciaramella hosted a meeting with Ukrainian diplomat Andrii Telizhenko on January 19, 2016 in the Obama White House.
And we also discovered that Artem Sytnyk, the director of Ukraine’s National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU), a Soros group, who leaked documents on kickbacks to Manafort during the 2016 election was also at the meeting.
Fool Nelson first reported this on October 12 before the Ciaramella was alleged publicly to be the whistleblower.
There may have been a series of meetings held that day with Ukrainian officials in the Obama White House.
It is clear that Eric Ciaramella hosted one large meeting with several Ukrainian officials.
It is also clear that this is the day the US told Ukrainian officials in the White House to fire Viktor Shokin.
This is why Eric Ciaramella MUST TESTIFY.
He may have filed his phony second-hand “whistleblower” report because he was definitely in on the plot fire the Ukrainian prosecutor investigating Hunter Biden.
Nikki Haley: John Kelly And Rex Tillerson Tried To Recruit Me To “Undermine” President Trump

“CBS Evening News” anchor Norah O’Donnell interviews Nikki Haley, the former South Carolina governor and Trump administration Ambassador to the United Nations, who talks about the president’s rhetoric and tweets and being asked by fellow Cabinet members to take sides against the president.
Haley condemned [former WH chief of staff] John Kelly and [former Secretary of State] Rex Tillerson for having a “sidebar plan” against the president, saying their behavior went “beyond the Constitution” and was “offensive.”
“Instead of saying that to me, they should have been saying that to the president, not asking me to join them on their sidebar plan. It should have been, go tell the president what your differences are and quit if you don’t like what he’s doing,” Haley said. “But to undermine the president is really a very dangerous thing.”
“Kelly and Tillerson confided in me that when they resisted the president, they weren’t being insubordinate, they were trying to save the country,” Haley writes in a new book. “Tillerson went on to tell me the reason he resisted the president’s decisions was because, if he didn’t, people would die.”
O’Donnell asked Haley: “You memorialized that conversation? It definitely happened?”
“It absolutely happened,” said Haley. “And instead of saying that to me, they should’ve been saying that to the president, not asking me to join them on their sidebar plan. It should’ve been, ‘Go tell the president what your differences are, and quit if you don’t like what he’s doing.’ But to undermine a president is really a very dangerous thing. And it goes against the Constitution, and it goes against what the American people want. And it was offensive.”
John Kelly responded, telling “CBS Sunday Morning”: “If by resistance and stalling she means putting a staff process in place … to ensure the (president) knew all the pros and cons of what policy decision he might be contemplating so he could make an informed decision, then guilty as charged.”
O’Donnell asked: “Do you think ultimately the president will be impeached and removed from office?”
Haley replied: “No. On what? You’re gonna impeach a president for asking for a favor that didn’t happen and giving money and it wasn’t withheld? I don’t know what you would impeach him on. And look, Norah, impeachment is, like, the death penalty for a public official. When you look at the transcript, there’s nothing in that transcript that warrants the death penalty for the president.”
“To be clear, it was not a complete transcript. There are still things that are missing from it. And in it, he does say, ‘I would like you to do us a favor, though.'”
“The Ukrainians never did the investigation. And the president released the funds. I mean, when you look at those, there’s just nothing impeachable there. And more than that, I think the biggest thing that bothers me is the American people should decide this. Why do we have a bunch of people in Congress making that decision?”

Whistleblower’s Lawyer Reverses Course – Refuses to Let Client Eric Ciaramella Speak to Senate Intel Committee

Senate Intel Chairman Richard Burr (R-NC) told reporters on Thursday that attorneys for the anti-Trump CIA leaker Eric Ciaramella have suddenly done a “reversal” after their initial contact with the committee.
Ciaramella’s lawyers sent the Senate Intel Committee a letter stating they were anxious and eager to come in and speak to congressional investigators — and now they are backing out.
Burr insisted he would protect the identity of the ‘whistleblower’ even though investigative reporter Paul Sperry published the snitch’s name — Eric Ciaramella.
Perhaps this is why the pajama boy is backing out — he can’t take the heat after the conservative media outed him, his liberal bias and orchestrated coup with Schiff and other Trump haters.
The fake news liberal media however continues to protect the CIA leaker by refusing to say his name.
“We protect whistleblowers. We protect witnesses in our committee,” Burr told reporters.
The Senate Intel Committee chaired by the worthless RINO Richard Burr and his Vice Chair Mark Warner are currently reviewing the process behind the handling of the whistleblower complaint that was filed in August.
As part of his committee’s investigation, Burr wants to talk to the ‘whistleblower’ but Eric Ciaramella’s lawyers have clammed up.
“I think they were disingenuous when they sent us a letter that they were willing to come before the committee,” Burr said.
Ciaramella’s lawyers offered congressional investigators written answers to questions under oath, however Burr said this is “not acceptable.”
Ciaramella and his fellow coup plotters can only thrive in the shadows. Sunlight is the best disinfectant which is why he is now hiding from congressional investigators.

The alleged deep state “whistleblower” who filed a complaint against President Donald Trump over his correspondence with Ukraine – now widely believed to be 33-year-old CIA officer Eric Ciaramella – is being protected by a political establishment desperate to keep the impeachment circus going.
Social media is taking cues from the fake news, which steadfastly refuses to disclose Ciaramella’s name. Twitter is even restricting and temporarily banning accounts that mention Ciaramella as the Big Tech giant grows desperate to prevent the truth from going viral.
Unfortunately for Twitter, the name is already widely circulating despite their best efforts. The fake news freaked out after Donald Trump Jr. posted Ciaramella’s name on his Twitter account earlier today.
Stunning incompetence at the hands of the Democrats has also put the reported name of the whistleblower out there for the public to see. House Intelligence Committee staffers, led by Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), apparently forgot to redact Ciaramella’s name when they publicly released a transcript of acting U.S. Ambassador for Ukraine Bill Taylor’s testimony on Wednesday.
The story started to gain traction last week after Ciaramella was named as the likely whistleblower in a report published by journalist Paul Sperry at Real Clear Investigations (RCI). This has been largely ignored by the fake news and is now being censored by social media platforms, as the coordinated suppression effort rears its ugly head yet again.
Tom Kuntz, who works as editor of RCI, compares what he is seeing from the establishment to a mafia code of silence.
“The silence has been deafening,” he told The Week. “It’s almost like there’s a code of omerta [the Mafia vow of silence] about what media organizations can report. . . . There’s a herd mentality and a reluctance to cut against the grain.”
The fake news defends their right to stifle the truth from being known to the public.
“I’m not convinced his identity is important at this point, or at least important enough to put him at any risk, or to unmask someone who doesn’t want to be identified,” said Dean Baquet, executive editor of the New York Times. “Pretty much everything has now been discussed or confirmed on the record, multiple times, by others in the administration. So I’m not sure I see the point of unmasking someone who wants to remain anonymous.”
Of course, the whistleblower’s identity is newsworthy because of Ciaramella’s extensive ties to the Democratic Party, which reveals that he is a partisan operative rather than a legitimate whistleblower acting in the public interest. It was reported on Wednesday that Ciaramella worked intimately with individuals who were influential in circulating the infamous and debunked Steele dossier to kick off the Russian collusion investigation that ultimately yielded nothing on the President.
Ciaramella also worked closely with former Vice President Joe Biden and former CIA director John Brennan. He also took orders from Obama’s national security adviser Susan Rice. He is a deep state operative with an ax to grind, and biased fake news reporters and social media providers will not be able to obfuscate the truth from the public for very much longer.
Nadler: “Possibility” Senate Will Vote To Remove Trump From Office

In an interview on Thursday night on MSNBC, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) told host Chris Hayes there is a “possibility” that the Senate will remove President Trump from office given the results of the off-year elections earlier this week.
CHRIS HAYES, MSNBC HOST: Do you see the process as possibly ending in the removal of the president of the United States? Is that a live possibility in your mind?
REP. JERRY NADLER (D-NY): I think it is a possibility. I don’t know how to estimate the possibility, but I would certainly say it’s not a zero possibility. … I think it’s possible, depending how strong the evidence is, and depending on other political considerations, that maybe the Senate will act to remove the president. But I’m not going to give an estimate, and I can’t estimate that, but I will say I don’t think it’s a zero possibility. That’s a very cynical view that it’s a zero possibility. I also, to be political about it, I think some Republican senators may take a look at the election results the other day and start thinking, maybe I should be a little more fair and not dismissive.
FAKE NEWS MEDIA – Rand Paul DEMANDS for the Fake News Media to Publish Identity of Deep State ‘Whistleblower’

President Donald Trump appeared in Kentucky on Monday night to promote the re-election campaign of Gov. Matt Bevin, the staunchly conservative Republican who faces tough Democratic opposition in Tuesday’s off-year election.
During the rally, President Trump briefly handed the podium to Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), who has emerged as Trump’s top ally on foreign affairs in Washington D.C. Paul talked about the latest witch hunt against the President and the new drive toward impeachment based upon his phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
Paul made adamant his belief that the whistleblower’s identity must be known, and challenged the fake news to actually do their jobs and expose his identity as well as his extensive ties to Democratic Party officials to the public.
“We also now know the name of the whistleblower. The whistleblower needs to come forward as a material witness because he worked for Joe Biden at the same time Hunter Biden was getting money from corrupt oligarchs,” Paul said at the Kentucky rally on Monday night.
“I say tonight to the media, do your job and print his name,” Paul said to the crowd as they erupted with cheers.
An attorney for the whistleblower claims that Paul is “betray[ing] the interests of the Constitution and the American people” for demanding accountability.
“A member of Congress who calls for the identity of any lawful whistleblower to be publicly revealed against their wishes disgraces the office they hold and betrays the interests of the Constitution and the American people,” attorney Mark Zaid told The Hill.
However, it has been revealed that the whistleblower is being given legal representation by lawyers with deep connections to Democratic Party leaders.
Zaid’s partner, Andrew Bakaj, worked for Sens. Chuck Schumer and Hillary Clinton before he began representing the whistleblower:
Former CIA official Andrew Bakaj, who once worked at Hillary Clinton’s office while she was a Senator, is representing the whistle-blower who filed a complaint against President Donald Trump’s dealings with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky…
Bakaj was influential in crafting regulations regarding whistle-blowers while serving in the administration of former President Barack Obama…
He started his career working under influential former Democratic lawmakers. Bakaj served as an intern for the late former Sen. Daniel Moynihan (D-NY), then as an intern under Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY), and then he worked under Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY).
Curiously, Bakaj also interned at the US Embassy in the Ukraine, showing that he has ties to the country that is under the microscope right now for President Trump’s reported communication with their leader about Joe Biden’s dealings.
Considering the whistleblower had prior contact with the office of Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) before filing his complaint and reportedly worked to dig up dirt on President Trump while working for the Obama administration, Paul’s calls for transparency are more than justified. The whistleblower’s name must be revealed, and he must testify under oath, or the rule of law is dead.
Speier Says Democrats Plan To Release Transcripts Of Impeachment Testimony This Week

California Democrat Rep. Jackie Speier told CBS’s “Face The Nation” that the transcripts from the House impeachment inquiry are going to be released in the coming week, calling them “very telling.”
A member of the House Intelligence Committee, Speier says that the public will see “all of the transcripts that are going to be released, probably within the next five days.”
“I think the transcripts are going to start to be released next week, and that’s going to give the American people an eye on exactly what we have heard, and what we have heard is growing evidence of grounds for impeachment,” she said.
“I don’t know if they’re all going to be released on the same day, but they’re going to be very telling to the American people. There’s no question now whether there’s a quid pro quo,” she said.

“I think they’re going to begin very soon,” Speier said. “We have one more week of interviews that will take place and then I’m pretty confident we’re going the move into a public hearing setting in which the House Intelligence Committee, along with the Foreign Affairs Committee and the Oversight Committees, will start to place in the public’s hands the information.”
