The three-minute-long video shows the teacher at the Aberdeenshire secondary school explaining that he was asked to leave the class because his opinion on genders is “not very inclusive” and out of line with “national school authority policy.”
The student then turns that argument on the 56-year-old teacher, telling him it’s also “not very inclusive” to prevent him from airing his own personal views on the subject. When the teen says that claims of more than two genders are “not scientific whatsoever,” the teacher tells him “not every policy is scientific.”
Life lesson: Teacher calls student an ‘a**hole’ for wearing a MAGA hat, classroom evacuated (VIDEO)

As the debate heats up, the teacher tells the boy he was “clearly given an opportunity not to pursue” his point, but did so anyway. “Could you please keep that opinion to your own house? Not in this school,” the teacher asks.
The verbal spat continues, with the student accusing the staff member of wasting 30 minutes of his time. The teacher then advises him to “make an official complaint.”
“I was simply saying there are two genders – male and female. Anything else is a personal identification,” the boy continues.
Media reports said the teen had been disciplined for sharing the video online without consent, but not for its content.
In a statement, a spokesperson for the Aberdeenshire Council told the Scottish Daily Mail that the video didn’t give the full context of the discussion. The council’s aim, he said, is to “foster good relations between those who have protected characteristics and those who don’t” and to support an “inclusive environment for all.”
The general secretary of the Scottish Secondary Teachers’ Association, Seamus Searson, also supported the teacher, saying he didn’t know the full details of the case, but that it sounded like “a youngster looking for trouble.”

Ruptly, an “international video news agency,” posted the video early Wednesday.
“Guards deployed at southern border after #Trump migrant deal,” the message read.
The footage shows several dozen African men, many of them shirtless, as they shouted, snapped their fingers, and waived at the camera as they sat and mulled about near a border gate, as about the same number of National Guard and Federal Police stood decked out in riot gear, including helmets and bullet-proof vests.
At least one man in the video appears to be a translator, working to relay messages from the shouting mob.
The video seemingly confirms a deal with Mexico negotiated by President Trump is working to halt the flood of illegal immigrants through Mexico into the United States, a crisis that escalated over the last year, initially with migrants from Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador.
More recently, a wave of thousands of African migrants have traveled to Central America to exploit the situation and America’s asylum laws.
President Trump threatened to impose a 5 percent tariff on all goods imported by Mexico if the country’s leaders didn’t do more to help curb the flow of illegal immigrants heading north, which prompted Mexican officials to send thousands of National Guard members to the country’s southern border, crack down on financial networks supporting the migrant caravans, and agree to allow migrants to wait in Mexico while seeking asylum in the U.S.
“Sad when you think about it, but Mexico right now is doing more for the United States at the Border than the Democrats in Congress!” Trump tweeted last week.
The Associated Press reported on the drastic increase in illegal immigrants crossing the U.S. border from the Republic of the Congo, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Angola, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Sudan, and other African countries in recent weeks.
“Officials in Texas and even Maine are scrambling to absorb the sharp increase in African migrants. They are coming to America after flying across the Atlantic Ocean to South America and then embarking on an often harrowing overland journey,” according to the news service.
“In one week, agents at the Border Patrol’s Del Rio sector stopped more than 500 African migrants found walking in separate groups along the arid land after splashing across the Rio Grande, children in tow.
“That’s more than double the total of 211 African migrants who were detained by the Border Patrol along the entire 2,000-mile U.S.-Mexico border in the 2018 fiscal year.”
Thousands of African migrants are already in the U.S. and many are on their way to Portland, Maine, where the city offers financial assistance and other support catered to Africans. Many are first bused to San Antonio, Texas, where a Swiss reporter recently confronted several to learn more about their journey. But the migrants didn’t want to discuss how they arrived at the U.S. border or who funded their trip, though the Swiss reporters said several were witnessed by aid workers counting rolls of $100 bills, The American Mirror reports.
The AP reports many fly from Africa to Ecuador or other countries that don’t require a visa, then walk for four months through South American mountains and jungles to dangerous drug trafficking routes through Central America and Mexico.
Many are now sitting at the border separating Mexico and Guatemala, where a migrant from Cameroon named Mbi Deric Ambi told the AP he and others have been waiting for weeks to get through.
Ambi said the men at the border are waiting for officials to call their name to collect a travel document, and he’s been waiting for six weeks.
“We just have to be patient,” he said, “because there is nothing we can do.”

Carlson mentioned that the Koch Bros are “libertarian ideologues” whose policy platform has little in common with conservatives at all, noting that their advocacy of open borders even makes socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) look conservative by comparison.
The Koch Bros and their functionaries have been lobbying relentlessly to make sure that Trump’s ‘America First’ immigration policies are undermined for the benefit of their corporate profit margins. Carlson pointed out that their efforts have sadly been very effective as the borders are “more porous than ever.”
Carlson noted that the Kochs’ lobbying has also resulted in more criminals being let back onto the streets.
He also pointed out that the Kochs lobby to cut entitlements, keep prescription drug prices higher for consumers, slash taxes for the richest one percent, and protect usurious banking practices.
The Kochs recently announced that their network will not be giving a dime to President Trump’s re-election efforts in 2020, instead opting to support Democrats and issue-based groups opposing Trump’s core agenda.
“We expect policymakers to unite people and build coalitions. We’re committed to forging a new way forward with political discourse,” said Emily Seidel, CEO of the Koch-backed Americans for Prosperity. “We’re excited for how this new approach will help policymakers work together.”
Without having the courage to mention Trump by name, Seidel made it clear that her astroturfed grassroots organization is focusing on opposing the President and all that he stands for.
“If candidates engage in personal, ad hominem attacks and other divisive tactics during their election, it makes it difficult for them to work productively with others after the election,” Seidel wrote in a recent memo to AFP staff and activists.
“One of the biggest challenges to this approach is that those who work to lead nonpartisan coalitions are threatened by people in both parties who prize partisanship over policy outcomes. This makes it difficult for policymakers who want to do what’s best for the country to stick their necks out,” she added.
President Trump is onto the Koch Bros and their subversive agenda to prevent MAGA:

And thanks to Carlson’s blistering report, more people will be onto the sinister machinations of the Kochs than ever before.

As it states right now, Section 230 states that “no provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider.”
Howley’s bill, the Ending Support for Internet Censorship Act, would remove that exemption for Big Tech firms if they act like publishers instead of neutral platforms. Corporations would have to comply with external audits proving their algorithms and content moderation are not biased.
“With Section 230, tech companies get a sweetheart deal that no other industry enjoys: complete exemption from traditional publisher liability in exchange for providing a forum free of political censorship,” Hawley said in a statement. “Unfortunately, and unsurprisingly, big tech has failed to hold up its end of the bargain.”
“There’s a growing list of evidence that shows big tech companies making editorial decisions to censor viewpoints they disagree with,” Hawley added. “Even worse, the entire process is shrouded in secrecy because these companies refuse to make their protocols public. This legislation simply states that if the tech giants want to keep their government-granted immunity, they must bring transparency and accountability to their editorial processes and prove that they don’t discriminate.”
The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF), the left-leaning civil liberties organization, warns against changing the regulations.
“Though there are important exceptions for certain criminal and intellectual property-based claims, CDA 230 creates a broad protection that has allowed innovation and free speech online to flourish,” the EFF added on their website.
“This legal and policy framework has allowed for YouTube and Vimeo users to upload their own videos, Amazon and Yelp to offer countless user reviews, craigslist to host classified ads, and Facebook and Twitter to offer social networking to hundreds of millions of Internet users,” they added.
“Senator Hawley’s misguided legislation sets the table for stricter government control over free expression online,” Americans for Prosperity Policy Analyst Billy Easley said in a statement.
“Eroding the crucial protections that exist under Section 230 creates a scenario where government has the ability to police your speech and determine what you can or cannot say online,” Easley added.
ECommerce trade group NetChoice opposes the legislation because they admit that it would restrict the ability of tech giants to censor.
“This bill prevents social media websites from removing dangerous and hateful content, since that could make them liable for lawsuits over any user’s posting” said Carl Szabo, who works as General Counsel at NetChoice, in a statement. “Sen. Hawley’s bill creates an internet where content from the KKK would display alongside our family photos and cat videos.”
Hawley isn’t phased by the critics, and continues to put Big Tech in his crosshairs.

The Fahrenheit 11/9 filmmaker told his followers that he watched Trump’s reelection speech in its entirety in order to get a good look at the “enormity of the fight ahead.” Michael Moore was seemingly incensed by President Trump’s massive crowd of supporters.
“He hasn’t lost one inch of his fired-up insane base,” Moore said.
Moore’s devotion to “plugging in” and paying attention seems to be a recent development. Contrast his newfound position with the warning he issued prior to President Trump’s State of the Union Address in January.
At the time, Moore urged networks to refrain from playing the president’s address.
“You MUST NOT give free air time 2 a known liar,” he warned in a January 8 tweet. “This is a man you have told us lies to us an average of 10 lies a day.”
“If you do go ahead and give Trump this free, prime time airtime tonight, then I implore you to run on the screen a real-time LIVE fact-check for every sentence he utters,” he continued. “You owe this to your viewers.”

The Oscar-winner also warned that Trump’s State of the Union address was “all part of the plan” to start a coup.

In February, Moore urged Democrats to refrain from taking moderate positions and declared “middle ground” as good as gone.
“If you’re being moderate, stop being moderate. Take a position,” Moore said during an appearance on MSNBC. “There’s no middle ground anymore. There’s no halfway point to should somebody be paid a living wage.”
“You know, on the issue of choice, there is no halfway there. You’re either for it or you’re against it,” he continued. “Do you believe in equal rights for women? Do you believe we should have an Equal Rights Amendment? There’s no middle ground. There’s no time for moderation.”
Moore and Avengers star Mark Ruffalo are reportedly planning strategies “for the 2020 blue deluge.”
