President Trump signed his executive order on Thursday regarding social media and big technology companies.

The order comes on the heels of a illicit fact-check on the president from Twitter, related to President Trump’s sentiment regarding voting by mail.
Twitter’s fact-check was later revealed to be fake news.

President Trump directed the Attorney General to work with states to enforce their laws against deceptive business practices.

President Trump made his announcement today from the Oval Office.

President Trump told reporters what the social media giants are doing is tantamount to a monopoly.
Via KVIA:

“A small handful of social media monopolies controls a vast portion of all public and private communications in the United States,” he alleged.

“They’ve had unchecked power to censor, restrict, edit, shape, hide, alter, virtually any form of communication between private citizens and large public audiences. ”

TWITTER CEO JACK DORSEY STANDS BY DECISION TO ‘FACT-CHECK’ TRUMP

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey Stands by Decision to 'Fact-Check' Trump

President expected to issue executive order on social media imminently

May 28, 2020

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey has defended his platform’s decision to fact-check US President Donald Trump for the first time ever over his comments on the upcoming election.

A spat erupted between Twitter and Donald Trump, one of the platform’s most prolific users, after Twitter said that two of his posts could be misleading.

The President accused the social media giant of harbouring an anti-conservative bias, a sentiment that was fuelled by unearthed anti-Trump tweets from Twitter’s head of site integrity.

Dorsey, who co-founded Twitter in 2006, wrote that the site chose to put a fact-check warning on two of Trump’s tweets because they may “mislead people into thinking they don’t need to register to get a ballot.”

What happened to Trump’s tweets?

Trump in the tweets accused the Democrat governor of California, without evidence, of sending vote-by-mail ballots to “anyone living on the state, no matter who they are or how they got there” and warned of rampant voter fraud in the November election.

The tweets were tagged with a fact-check label that redirects to reporting by media and journalists debunking Trump’s claim. The President in response accused Twitter of suppressing free speech and interfering in the election. He also threatened to “strongly regulate” or shut down social media platforms outright.

The controversy is likely to raise further questions as to whether Twitter is willing to continue to append the label to other presidential tweets that have been considered false by third parties.

Donald Trump has recently doubled down on unsupported claims that former Rep. Joe Scarborough was involved in the 2001 death of his staffer, which was ruled accidental by authorities. Twitter said it would not fact-check these tweets, because they did not violate its policies, and would not remove them despite a request from the staffer’s widower.

A rebuke from Facebook

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg, whose platform refuses to fact-check political speech and leaves it up to the media, challenged Twitter’s misinformation policy.

“We have a different policy than, I think, Twitter on this,” he said in a Fox News interview on Wednesday. “I just believe strongly that Facebook shouldn’t be the arbiter of truth of everything that people say online.”

Referencing Zuckerberg’s remark, Dorsey tweeted that fact-checking politicians “does not make us an ‘arbiter of truth’.”

He added: “Our intention is to connect the dots of conflicting statements and show the information in dispute so people can judge for themselves. More transparency from us is critical so folks can clearly see the why behind our actions.”

Lacking integrity?

Twitter has come under fire among conservatives over its perceived bias against Donald Trump. One argument that fuelled that sentiment was a series of derogatory tweets about Republicans which Twitter’s head of site integrity, Yoel Roth, posted in 2016 and 2017.

The tweets referred to Trump as a “racist tangerine” and to his administration as “Nazis in the White House.”

Twitter, however, stood by Roth and explained that he was not the person who decided to fact-check Trump. “No one person at Twitter is responsible for our policies,” the company said in a statement to several news outlets. “It’s unfortunate to see individual employees targeted for company decisions.”

Dorsey tweeted: “Fact check: there is someone ultimately accountable for our actions as a company, and that’s me. Please leave our employees out of this. We’ll continue to point out incorrect or disputed information about elections globally. And we will admit to and own any mistakes we make.”

GOOGLE DRIVE TAKES DOWN USER’S PERSONAL COPY OF JUDY MIKOVITS’ PLANDEMIC AFTER IT WAS FLAGGED BY THE WASHINGTON POST

Google Drive takes down user’s personal copy of Judy Mikovits’ Plandemic after it was flagged by The Washington Post

Google is now applying its controversial coronavirus misinformation policies to users’ personal files

Reclaim The Net – MAY 23, 2020

Ever since Big Tech platforms started cracking down on what they deem to be coronavirus misinformation, the media has been willfully flagging alleged violations to social media companies and getting content taken down.

And now the file storage and sharing service Google Drive has started to take down users’ files in response to media complaints about them containing coronavirus misinformation.

The original Plandemic video posted to YouTube had over 1 million views before it was deleted for contradicting the World Health Organization and the NIH.

In an article reporting on the takedown, The Washington Post’s Silicon Valley Correspondent Elizabeth Dwoskin complains that after the coronavirus documentary Plandemic was censored on social media, some YouTube clips were telling users how to access “banned footage” from the documentary via Google Drive.

In a clip from CNN The Washington Post’s Sally Quinn talks about basing a character she’s writing on Dr Fauci, so of course we here on the War Room have to rip her a new one.

She then notes that after The Washington Post contacted Google, Google Drive took down a file featuring the trailer for the Plandemic documentary.

Dwoskin frames users sharing files containing the Plandemic trailer with each other as:

“A wave of seemingly countless workarounds employed by people motivated to spread misinformation about the virus — efforts that continue to thwart social media companies’ attempts at preventing hoaxes and conspiracy theories from spreading amid the greatest public health crisis in
decades.”

Dwoskin also writes that The Washington Post reported 12 videos to YouTube, 61 Facebook posts and Instagram links to Facebook, and 24 videos to TikTok for featuring the Plandemic trailer.

In response, YouTube removed five of the videos, Facebook removed nine of the posts, and TikTok said it removed most of the videos.

Nursing Home Abuser Made Video Asserting “Black People are Supposed to Rule the Earth”

Don’t expect too much media coverage of this.

By Paul Joseph Watson – May 23, 2020

The culprit behind the horrific beating of an elderly man at a nursing home in Detroit made a YouTube video in which he asserted that “black people are supposed to rule the earth.”

Footage emerged yesterday of a man later identified as 20-year-old Jadon Hayden beating up a defenseless elderly white man by repeatedly punching him in the face.

Another clip shows him beating an elderly white woman.

Hayden uploaded the videos to his social media accounts but after the clips started to go viral on Twitter he was quickly arrested by police.

Content Hayden had previously uploaded to his YouTube channel suggested he holds black supremacist beliefs.

“The black race is the chosen race, the black race was supposed to rule the earth, but now…they have to go to the white man for everything and that’s not good,” Hayden says in one video.

“Black people are supposed to rule the earth,” he emphasizes.

Hayden also posted a video called “drugging ppl prank” that shows a white man convulsing in what appears to be the same nursing home, suggesting that he may have been responsible for the drugging.

Journalists Attacked by Violent Bernie Bros in Austin, Texas

One security guard sent to hospital after having his head gashed.

Journalists and security guards were attacked by violent Bernie Bros in Austin, Texas yesterday, with one having to visit hospital to receive stitches after having his head gashed.

One of the security guards revealed what happened to him and his colleagues when Owen Shroyer began bullhorning during the event.

“As soon as Bernie went on stage and Owen tried to give some counter-points with the bullhorn, we were immediately rushed by a number of very aggressive individuals,” said the security guard.

Shroyer and his security were situated well outside the perimeter and where police officers had said they were allowed to be. They did not attempt to insert themselves into where the Bernie supporters were located.

“There were people on the perimeter that were Bernie supporters and as soon as Owen started with his counter-message they rushed us,” the security guard added, noting that a man wearing a black bandana used a large steel flashlight as a threatening weapon while another tried to physically grab Shroyer’s bullhorn.

During this confrontation, a security guard was left bloodied and had to be taken to the hospital to receive stitches. Police were nowhere to be seen during the scuffle.

“I promise you, these people were not peaceful, they were literally preparing themselves, masking up, getting metal objects into their hands, into their pockets, they were looking for a confrontation,” said the security guard.

Other clips from the confrontation showed Bernie supporters acting out in bizarre ways, including one older man who pulled strange faces into the camera while Shroyer was bullhorning.

ANTI-WHITE TERROR: Black Woman Allegedly Punches Stranger at Bus Stop Because She Hates ‘White People’

These types of attacks are fomented by the fake news media.

By Shane Trejo – 2/26/2020

A black woman punched a stranger outside of an Oregon bus last month because she hates “white people,” according to court documents.

The court documents indicate Nimo Jire Kalinle, a black 42-year-old woman, started punching Janae Jordan in the face repeatedly after leaving a bus at a stop in North Portland. Jordan was reportedly waiting with her young daughter and husband when she was targeted with the vicious, racially-motivated attack.

“It’s because you’re white and I hate white people,” Kalinle allegedly said to Jordan when the victim asked why she was being attacked without provocation, according to a probable cause affidavit.

The victim’s husband was forced to intervene and protect his wife from being targeted with this vicious act of racial hate until law enforcement officials arrived. Jordan claims she had never met Kalinle before the alleged attack took place so there can be no motive other than anti-white hatred.

Although the attack allegedly took place on Jan. 19, Kalinle was not taken into custody until Sunday. She has been charged with felony assault, first-degree bias crime, and interfering with public transportation for her role in the alleged attack. KPTV has reported that Kalinle has pleaded not guilty to all of the charges.

Kalinle failed to show during her Feb. 5 arraignment, according to The Oregonian, resulting in authorities issuing a bench warrant for her arrest. She is facing additional charges of suspicion of criminal mischief as well as disorderly conduct for allegedly throwing rocks toward bus shelters and attacking other property owned by the Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation. Her next court date is scheduled for March 6.

This attack comes as anti-white sentiment is being normalized throughout the country, as the demographics rapidly change in the former land of the free.

The fake news media is now openly boasting about their anti-white agenda, something they used to deny existed and said was a fabricated conspiracy theory.

“Republicans believe that wrecking the fabric of the country is their only hope of staying in power, and they’re right. If working-class whites abandon them even a little bit, they’re toast,” far-left author Kevin Drum wrote in Mother Jones.

“So all we can do is try to crush them,” he added.

CAP

The steady stream of anti-white bigotry that has come from academia, the fake news media, and the Democrat Party is translating into real world violence. If President Trump loses office in November, this leftist agenda to rapidly dehumanize white people will go into overdrive.

BERKELEY WARNS STUDENTS HOW CORONAVIRUS MEMES SPREAD XENOPHOBIA

Berkeley Warns Students How Coronavirus Memes Spread Xenophobia

Leftists blaming pandemic fears on bigotry, racism

Kyle Hooten | Campus Reform – FEBRUARY 19, 2020

Fear of the coronavirus stems from “xenophobia and racism in America,” according to faculty at the University of California-Berkeley.

“Biased American public health and immigration policies” are to blame for Americans’ “anxiety over the potentially deadly disease,” says a recent Berkeley News article.

The piece, titled “Coronavirus: Fear of Asians rooted in long American history of prejudicial policies,” draws on the opinions of two UC Berkeley educators to make this claim.

Professor John A. Powell, director of Berkeley’s “Othering and Belonging Institute” is quoted saying that Coronavirus woes stem partly from “an assumption that the West, particularly Anglo-American Christians, should dominate the world,” and partly from a “heightened state of [anti-immigrant] bias.”

He adds that debates about Chinese expansionism, Chinese 5G networks, and Chinese espionage can also reveal racist American tendencies.

Powell concludes that a global society is the only path forward in a new world characterized by growing Chinese hegemony.

Berkeley research scientist and lecturer Winston Tseng agrees with Powell.

“There’s a part of that original history of xenophobia and racism in America from the 19th and 20th centuries that is coming back,” he told Berkeley News.

“[The Coronavirus] is a very serious issue, for sure, but from a public health standpoint it’s a relative issue compared to all the public health issues globally,” he said, after stating his belief that the virus will peak with only 200,000 cases.

The Berkeley News article also claims that “social media memes and GIFs” about the coronavirus are complicit in the spread of virus-related xenophobia.

Campus Reform previously reported on a similar statement about the virus made by Berkeley that was ultimately retracted by the school alongside a public apology. The statement came in the form of a now-deleted Instagram post from an official Berkeley account which claimed that “xenophobia” is among the “normal reactions” to the virus.

The school’s executive director of communications and media relations, Roqua Montez IV, acknowledged the social media retraction and apologized for its content.

Campus Reform reached out to Montez for further comment but did not hear back in time for publication.
