Finland college attack that killed 1 and injured 10: What we know so far

The Finnish city of Kuopio was gripped by violence on Tuesday after an attacker went on a stabbing spree targeting students temporarily based at a local shopping mall. Here is what is known about the incident so far.
Location: temporary college premises
The violence erupted in the Herman shopping mall in the southern part of the city. Some of its space was temporary rented by the Savo Vocational College while its campus is under renovation. The mall gave rooms to around 600 students and 50 employees of the college.
1 killed, 10 injured
Kuopio police found one dead body when searching the mall after responding to the emergency. Eight apparent victims of the attacker were also found and sent to local hospitals.
The suspected perpetrator was injured after police used firearms to apprehend the assailant. An officer recieved a minor injury as well. Two people were reported to be in critical condition.

Suspect was student, Finnish national with no criminal record
The police identified the suspect as a student of the college, born in 1994, with no criminal record. He is a Finnish citizen. The police are yet to determine what motivated him to attack fellow students.
Sword attack and fire
The man used a long-bladed weapon to cut his victims, police said, confirming accounts of witnesses, who said a sword was involved. He also had a firearm on him, the police said, but itâs not clear whether he used it or not. He may also be responsible for a small fire at the second floor of the mall, which was quickly extinguished.

Hungary Offers to Patrol Italian Border

By Dan Lyman
Hungary is prepared to assist Italy in controlling its borders and deporting illegal migrants, Prime Minister Viktor OrbĂĄn has announced.
The Hungarian leader extended an open hand of partnership to Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte in the interest of defending Europe’s frontiers from mass migration.
“Dear Prime Minister Conte, if itâs needed, we are willing to take over the protection of certain sections of the Italian border,” PM OrbĂĄn said during an address to the annual congress of his ruling Fidesz party. “We will undertake the repatriation of a significant number of migrants in Italy to wherever they came from.”
“We are and we will remain a member of the European Union, but we donât want a Brussels empire, but a union of European nations⌠We want to remain who we are, a proud European nation that has sprouted from Christian culture.”
PM OrbĂĄn’s offer comes on the heels of a similar proposal he put forward during a recent event in Rome organized by the nationalist-conservative party Fratelli d’Italia (Brothers of Italy).
“Hungary is ready to help Italy in whatever way we can, but there are areas where we cannot help,” OrbĂĄn said. “We cannot help with the transport and settlement of any migrants in Hungary. That is impossible.”
“But once you decide it, we can help you defend your borders, and if you are determined to send home the migrants who are already here, we can help you with that, too.”
“Mandatory settlement quotas, we cannot accept, but deportation quotas with pleasure,” OrbĂĄn declared. “So if PM Conte were to ask the Hungarians to send home a couple of thousand migrants from Italy back to where they came from, then Hungary will be ready and help fulfill such obligations.”
The Italian Interior Ministry reports that migrant arrivals by sea have begun to increase again for the first time in 2019, a trend which coincides with the ousting of former Interior Minister Matteo Salvini, who had managed to slash migration by a stunning 94 percent after mere months in office.
RUSH LIMBAUGH: AMERICA IS IN A âCOLD CIVIL WARâ

Trump on the cusp of destroying the deep state.
SEPTEMBER 30, 2019
Rush Limbaugh says that America is in a âcold civil warâ because President Trump is on the verge of fully exposing the deep state.
The radio host told his vast listening audience that latest impeachment efforts against Trump were just another attempt to overturn the 2016 election results and ânothing more than the Steele dossier 2.0.â
Limbaugh said that the Washington establishment was getting increasingly edgy because Trump threatens to destroy their power base for good.
âTheir careers, their fortunes, their corruption. There are terribly big stakes involved here for these people. And Trump is on the cusp of overturning it and exposing it,â Limbaugh said.
He also noted that the basis for the impeachment inquiry against Trump is just more manufactured opposition research.
âThe media is not media. Itâs just Democrats who work in the media, and the whole group of âem is aligned. And what we are in the middle of now, folks, is a Cold Civil War,â he said.
Last night, President Trump quote tweeted Pastor Robert Jeffress, who told Fox News, âIf the Democrats are successful in removing the President from office (which they will never be), it will cause a Civil War like fracture in this Nation from which our Country will never heal.â
House Democrats Vote to Give Illegal Immigrants Healthcare, Leave Veterans Hanging

By Jose Nino
On September 26, 2019, House Democrats voted to pass  H.R. 3525, the controversial U.S. Border Patrol Medical Screening Standards Act.Â

âHouse Democrats just voted to prioritize health care for illegal immigrants over health care for our veterans. What a disgrace!,â he said in a tweet.
U.S. Congressman Mark Walker also condemned this vote on his website.
He stated, âEarlier this week, I said impeachment was the House Democrats only agenda. I was mistaken. They just passed legislation that will give illegal immigrants better health care records than our veterans and servicemembers. More and more they are making their priorities clear and itâs absolutely shameful.â
However, there is a major problem with this bill, which Walker notes:
The problem? The Veterans Administration (VA) will not have similar electronic health records systems in place for nine years and the Department of Defense (DOD) will not have those systems for another five years.
Additionally, the new requirements are not funded, so DHS would be forced to take funds from other agency efforts including border security, combatting terrorism, stopping drug and human trafficking, and natural disaster response.
As the days go by, the present-day Democratic Party continues to show its contempt towards everyday Americans by favoring destabilizing policies like mass migration.

US STRIKES DEAL WITH HONDURAS ON âASYLUM SEEKERSâ

Honduras to accept Central American migrants to resettle closer to home
SEPTEMBER 26, 2019
The US and Honduras have signed a deal which would allowing Washington to send more asylum-seekers there.
But critics say itâs not safe to seek asylum in Honduras, as itâs is among the worldâs most violent countries.
Honduras will be required to accept more asylum-seekers after representatives of the Central American country and the US signed a new bilateral agreement on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly on Wednesday.
The deal âwill allow migrants to seek protection as close to home as possible,â a senior US official told reporters. Both sides remained notably tight-lipped on the details of the agreement, including the date of its going into effect.
Washington recently signed a similar deal with Hondurasâ neighbors El Salvador and Guatemala. The three nations make up the so-called âNorthern Triangleâ of Central America, known as one of the most violent areas in the world. Drug-smuggling routes lead through the region, prompting extremely high gang activity and murder rates.
However, the US accords declare them to be safe enough for asylum-seekers to seek protection there. Earlier this year, the US cut aid to three nations over border security, before restoring some of its programs in June.
The bulk of migrant families arriving to the border between Mexico and the US are from Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala. Many of them surrender to US authorities and seek asylum.
While the new accords would not allow the US government to send them back, they would pave the way to send them to the countries they passed through on their way to the border.
In addition to South and Central American migrants, the deal would also affect Africans and Cuban nationals, many of whom take the plane to the Northern Triangle and travel north on buses.
Asylum advocates slammed the Honduras deal as a âgrotesque mockeryâ of the process.
âWe will say it again and again: people cannot be forced to seek safety in countries where they will not be safe,â said Charanya Krishnaswami from Amnesty International USA.
An influx of asylum-seekers would require the Northern Triangle nations to build up their capacities for the newcomersâ accommodation.

Earlier this week, the US announced $47 million (âŹ42.9 million) in aid for Guatemala to build up its asylum system. It was not immediately known if the other two countries would receive US funding.
Former Honduran Foreign Minister Guillermo Perez Cadalzo-Arias said his nation would need to depend on US funding.
âOur economies are unprepared for a situation like this, so you should expect that it be a shared responsibility,â he said.
On Wednesday, US President Donald Trump met his Honduran counterpart Juan Orlando Hernandez in New York. The meeting was not open to reporters.
Hernandez faces trial on drug-related charges in October. US prosecutors had pledged to provide evidence that the president had used his brotherâs drug trafficking connections for political gain. The Honduran leader has denied any wrongdoing.
âYour Policies are Cruel and Evilâ â President Trump Lashes Out at Open Borders Social Justice Activists During UN Speech (VIDEO)

By Jim Hoft
President Trump spoke to the United Nations General Assembly in New York City.
It was another historic speech.
President Trump called out China, Iran, North Korea and the Taliban.
President then called out the open borders social justice activists.
President Trump: Illegal immigration is one of our most critical challenges which undermines prosperity, rips apart societies and empowers US criminal cartels. Mass illegal migration is unfair, unsafe and unsustainable for everyone involved⌠The receiving countries are overburdened with more migrants than they can responsibly accept. And the migrants themselves are exploited, assaulted and abused by vicious coyotes. early Nearly one-third of women who make their way to our border are sexually abused. Yet here in the United States and around the world there is a growing cottage industry of radical activists and non-governmental organizations that promote human smuggling. These groups encourage human smuggling. These groups encourage illegal migration and demand erasure of national borders. Today I have a message for those open borders activists who cloak themselves in the rhetoric of social justice. Your policies are not just. Your policies are cruel and evil. You are empowering criminal organizations that prey on innocent men, women and children.
He then thanked Mexican President Lopez Obrador for his assistance at the US southern border.
Watch Greta Thunberg Channel Hitler In Hate-Filled Rant
The new face of eco-fascism speaks!
9/24/2019
Eco-fascist Greta Thunberg released a hate-filled rant and looked at President Donald Trump with a gaze that would turn mortal men to stone.
In this video, Alex Jones explains how this young girl has been manipulated to become a pawn of the globalists, saying, âGreta Thunberg is a victim. Greta Thunberg is Autistic, she has Aspergerâs. And like so many other children in history who have been handicapped, she has been taken advantage of by her Antifa parents and by the left.â
500 Scientists Write U.N.: âThere Is No Climate Emergencyâ

More than 500 scientists and professionals in climate and related fields have sent a âEuropean Climate Declarationâ to the Secretary-General of the United Nations asking for a long-overdue, high-level, open debate on climate change.
Just as 16-year-old Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg addressed the U.N. Climate Action Summit in New York accusing world leaders of robbing her of her future, scientists were begging the United Nations to keep hysteria from obscuring facts.
âClimate science should be less political, while climate policies should be more scientific,â the declaration states. âScientists should openly address the uncertainties and exaggerations in their predictions of global warming, while politicians should dispassionately count the real benefits as well as the imagined costs of adaptation to global warming, and the real costs as well as the imagined benefits of mitigation.â
The scientists underscored the importance of not rushing into enormously expensive climate action before fully ascertaining the facts.
âThere is no statistical evidence that global warming is intensifying hurricanes, floods, droughts and suchlike natural disasters, or making them more frequent,â they declared. âHowever, CO2-mitigation measures are as damaging as they are costly. For instance, wind turbines kill birds and bats, and palm-oil plantations destroy the biodiversity of the rainforests.â
The signatories of the declaration also insist that public policy must respect scientific and economic realities and not just reflect the most fashionable frenzy of the day.
âThere is no climate emergency. Therefore, there is no cause for panic and alarm,â they note. âWe strongly oppose the harmful and unrealistic net-zero CO2 policy proposed for 2050.â
âIf better approaches emerge, and they certainly will, we have ample time to reflect and adapt. The aim of international policy should be to provide reliable and affordable energy at all times, and throughout the world,â they state.
In particular, the scientists criticize the general-circulation models of climate on which international policy is currently founded as âunfit for their purpose.â
âTherefore, it is cruel as well as imprudent to advocate the squandering of trillions on the basis of results from such immature models,â they propose. âCurrent climate policies pointlessly, grievously undermine the economic system, putting lives at risk in countries denied access to affordable, continuous electrical power.â
âWe urge you to follow a climate policy based on sound science, realistic economics and genuine concern for those harmed by costly but unnecessary attempts at mitigation,â they declare.
