BIASED: EX-FBI AGENT ANDREW MCCABE TO HEADLINE DEMOCRAT FUNDRAISER

Former Deputy Director of FBI who led phony Russia probe into Trump also joined CNN as contributor
SEPTEMBER 4, 2019
In a move further showcasing his political bias against President Trump, disgraced former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe is set to headline a Democrat fundraiser in Pennsylvania later this month.
According to the Pennsylvania Democratic Party’s website, McCabe is scheduled to be the keynote speaker at a fundraising banquet for the Lancaster County Democratic Committee, whose ticket cost ranges from $80 to $160.
The event says McCabe will discuss:
– The Firing of FBI Director James Comey and the fallout and aftermath
– Russian meddling in the 2016 election
– Mr. McCabe’s one-on-one interactions with Donald Trump during his tenure
– The Mueller investigations and report
“Lest anyone thinks this will be a gloomy take on things, Mr. McCabe says he is sure there are brighter days ahead and will talk about why he feels this way,” the local party writes. “Please join us for what is sure to be one of the most interesting evenings we have ever had!”
McCabe was fired from the FBI in 2018 after its own Office of Professional Responsibility concluded he lied to investigators about leaking to the press.
McCabe insisted he was unbiased in his investigation of Trump, but after his firing he abandoned all pretense of impartiality, writing a book called, The Threat: How the FBI Protects America in the Age of Terror and Trump, which NPR called the “darkest vision of [the] Trump presidency yet.”
And last month he joined CNN, the notoriously anti-Trump fake news network, as a regular political contributor.
At this point, he’s taunting investigators and the American people that the FBI counterintelligence investigation into Trump was designed to remove him from office.
The Department of Justice is reportedly close to determining whether to indict McCabe, as Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s FISA report is set to be released in weeks.

YouTube to cough up $170mn in fines over charge of grabbing kids’ data

Google’s video platform YouTube has been fined $170 million, settling allegations that it gathered children’s data online without the consent of their parents, in violation of federal law.
The fines include $136 million for the most recent charges, while the company will pay another $34 million to settle similar claims brought previously by New York state’s attorney general, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) announced on Wednesday. The settlement is the largest since a law prohibiting the collection of information on children under 13 years came into effect in 1998, known by its acronym, COPPA.
The company is accused of collecting web data on children’s YouTube channels in order to deliver millions of dollars in targeted advertisements to viewers.
“YouTube touted its popularity with children to prospective corporate clients,” said FTC Chairman Joe Simons. “Yet when it came to complying with COPPA, the company refused to acknowledge that portions of its platform were clearly directed to kids. There’s no excuse for YouTube’s violations of the law.”
Though YouTube says its platform is intended for people aged 13 and older, the FTC found that “some of YouTube’s individual channels – such as those operated by toy companies – are child-directed and therefore must comply with COPPA.”
Outcry after study shows Google’s Android collects ten times more data than Apple’s iOS

FTC commissioners Rebecca Slaughter and Rohit Chopa also issued dissenting statements insisting the penalties did “not go far enough” for YouTube’s “extremely serious” privacy violations.
In addition to the historic fines – which now have to be approved in the courts – going forward YouTube will also be required to notify channel owners about their obligation under federal law to obtain parental consent before grabbing any data on children’s browsing habits.
Google has not yet addressed the FTC’s findings.
The Silicon Valley titan has previously come under fire for aggressive data-collection and poor privacy protections for customers across a number of its devices and applications, while YouTube has been criticized in recent years for arbitrary and draconian enforcement of “community standards,” which has resulted in perma-bans and demonetized videos for thousands of creators.

FIRST THEY WILL TAKE OUR GUNS, AFTER PUT US ALL IN CONCENTRATION CAMPS – AUSTRALIA SEIZING HUNDREDS OF FIREARMS FROM CITIZENS

475 guns grabbed in a week
SEPTEMBER 4, 2019
Australian special police forces seized a total of 475 guns across the country in a week-long crackdown on illegal firearms, according to AAP.
Dubbed Operation Athena, the crackdown targeting firearms trafficking involved all police jurisdictions – including the Australian Federal Police, the Australian Border Force and the Department of Home Affairs.
According to Detective Superintendent Peter Brigham from the Victoria Police State Anti-Gangs Division, trafficking of illegal firearms remains a key law enforcement issue across the country.
“The community should be reassured we are getting results. We’re arresting people and charging them with serious offences, and we are continuing to seize illicit firearms from criminals every week,” he said.
In Victoria, 91 guns were seized and 12 people arrested – who face a total of 44 charges.
Australian Associated Press reports –
Police also served 10 new firearms prohibition orders and conducted a number of searches in relation to existing orders in the state.
“The results from the week of action not just in Victoria but right across the country are testament to the work that’s being done by a number of agencies to target those involved with the trafficking and use of illicit firearms, and try and prevent further harm to our communities,” Det. Sup Brigham said.
In New South Wales, 81 fire arms were confiscated, while in South Australia, the Northern Territory and Western Australia, 14 warrants were executed by the ABF, in relation to the recent detection of suppressors at the border.

Also confiscated were a number of suppressors and unsecured ammunition.
“Our clear message is do not attempt to import firearms, parts or accessories without a proper permit. If you do, we will seize these items and pursue appropriate criminal charges.
Under the Customs Act, possible charges include ten years imprisonment, a fine of up to $525,000, or both,” said ABF Commander Graeme Grosse.
Gun ownership is heavily regulated in Australia due to restrictions put in place following the April 1996 Port Arthur Massacre, in which 35 people were killed and 23 wounded when gunman Martin Bryant opened fire at the Port Arthur Bay’s Broad Arrow Café with an AR-15.
Surrender: Hong Kong Leader Caves to 1 of Protesters’ 5 Demands, Will Withdraw Bill Allowing China to Extradite Dissidents

By Frances Martel
Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam announced Wednesday that the government would fully withdraw the bill that launched the ongoing pro-democracy movement from the legislature, ceding to one of the five demands protesters have been posing to the government for the past three months.
The bill in question would have allowed the Communist Party of China to extradite anyone present in Hong Kong, not just Hong Kong residents or Chinese citizens, into the Chinese prison system if accused of violating communist “crimes.” China has notoriously “disappeared” thousands of political dissidents into its prison system and severely restricts free speech and religious activity. Multiple investigations have found that China uses its political prisoners as forced organ donors, cutting them open and taking their organs alive to fuel a million-dollar industry.
Hong Kong residents naturally feared that exercising their rights to speech, assembly, or religion in what is ostensibly a free territory would result in being the victims of gross human rights violations and took to the streets this June.
In a public address Wednesday, Lam said the Legislative Council would fully withdraw the bill “in order to fully allay public concerns” and lamented the mostly police-driven violence her government has plunged the city into, though she appeared to equally blamed the peaceful protest movement.
“Our citizens, police and reporters have been injured during violent incidents. There have been chaotic scenes at the airport and MTR stations; roads and tunnels have been suddenly blocked, causing delay and inconvenience to daily life,” Lam narrated. “For many people, Hong Kong has become an unfamiliar place.”
Lam also announced that she would modify the membership of the existing police oversight organization, the Independent Police Complaints Commission. This is a nod to one of the remaining four demands – an independent inquiry on police brutality against protesters – but does not address concerns that the police would exonerate itself of human rights crimes if it conducts the investigation.
“The government believes that matters relating to police enforcement actions are best handled by the existing and well-established [IPCC], which was set up for exactly this purpose,” Lam insisted.
The Global Times, a Chinese regime propaganda outlet, was quick to applaud Lam and threaten protesters out of celebrating her moves as a win.
“Though the move is meant to show the SAR [Hong Kong Special Administrative Region] government’s sincerity in addressing the political crisis, it should not be seen as a concession by Lam that could lead to a slippery slope,” the Global Times warned, “and radical forces should not have any illusion of winning ground on matters related to the ‘one country, two system’ [sic] principle that governs Hong Kong and China’s sovereignty.”
The Global Times reported that Beijing supported Lam’s decision.
The protesters have made five demands on Hong Kong’s government: a withdrawal of the extradition bill, the independent inquiry on police brutality, freedom for political prisoners, direct election of lawmakers, and an apology for calling the June 12 protest a “riot.” Currently, Hongkongers are allowed to election only half of lawmakers in the Legislative Council, while the others are appointed by a small group of special interests representatives controlled by China. Similarly, only 1,200 Hong Kong residents, part of a special committee, can vote for their chief executive, and even then only among a list of candidates handpicked by China.
Prior to Wednesday, Lam had adamantly refused to withdraw the extradition bill, noting that legislators had tabled it and declaring it “dead” in July. Tabling a bill keeps it alive and allows lawmakers to revive it at any time.
“I have almost immediately put a stop to the [bill] amendment exercise, but there are still lingering doubts about the government’s sincerity, or worries, whether the government will restart the process in the legislative council, so I reiterate here: There is no such plan, the bill is dead,” she said in July.
Protest movement leaders responded to this declaration by asserting that “dead” is not a legal term for a bill and that she gave no guarantees lawmakers would not bring it back to life.
Her statement followed the destruction of the Legislative Council floor and much of the building it uses as its headquarters. Protesters meticulously destroyed all the technology and every facility used to pass laws, but left historical documents, the building’s cafeteria, and other irrelevant areas untouched.
Lam’s concession follows the publication of a bombshell report this week by Reuters, revealing audio of the chief executive saying she would like to resign from the post, but she is not allowed.
Protest leaders have called Lam’s withdrawal of the bill “too little and too late,” insisting they will continue their struggle for freedom from China.
AFGHAN ‘WHO STABBED TWO AMERICAN TOURISTS’ AT AMSTERDAM TRAIN STATION SAYS HE TRAVELLED TO HOLLAND ‘TO PROTECT THE PROPHET MOHAMMED’ AND ‘KILL UNFAIR AND CRUEL PEOPLE’

Two US tourists were injured in the attack inside the Dutch capital’s busy station
By Daily Mail – SEPTEMBER 3, 2019
An Afghan man suspected of stabbing two American tourists last year at Amsterdam’s Central Station has told judges he travelled to the Netherlands ‘to protect the Prophet Mohammed‘.
Jawed Santani, 20, appeared at a two-day hearing in a heavily fortified courtroom in Amsterdam, where he faces two attempted murder charges with the aim of committing an act of terror.
‘I came to the Netherlands to protect my prophet,’ he told the judges in reference to the August 31 incident last year that sent midday commuters into a panic and left two severely injured victims.

‘I was planning to kill unfair and cruel people, those who make it possible for the Prophet Mohammed to be insulted,’ national news agency ANP quoted him as saying.
Santani previously mentioned anti-Islam politician Geert Wilders, and his knife assault came a day after the far-right MP announced he was cancelling moves to stage a cartoon competition to caricature the Prophet Mohammed.
Wilders pulled the plug on the competition at the time saying he wanted to ‘avoid the risk of making people victims of Islamist violence’.

Asked what Santani planned to achieve with his action, he told judges ‘I wanted to defend my religion and make it clear that my religion should be left alone.
‘If you don’t do that, you should be prepared for these kind of actions,’ he said.
Two American tourists were seriously injured in the lunchtime attack inside the Dutch capital’s busy station next to its historic city centre.

Police reacted quickly, shooting Santani in the lower body before arresting him.
One victim remains in a wheelchair with a severe spinal cord injury, while a second man was stabbed in the right chest and arm, according to reports.
‘Due to nerve damage this man still has very little as well as and tingling feeling in his arm,’ the ANP said.
The hearing continues on Tuesday.

FIRST THEY WILL TAKE OUR GUNS AND AFTER THEY WILL PUT US IN CONCENTRATION CAMPS – WATCH: BETO O’ROURKE PLEDGES TO TAKE AWAY AR-15S AND AK-47S

“Americans who own AR-15s and AK-47s will have to sell their assault weapons. All of them.”
by BREITBART
Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke said on Labor Day that AR-15 and AK-47 owners will have to give up their firearms if he is elected president.
He posted a video on the topic, addressing “fears” that an O’Rourke administration would take away “assault rifles.”
He said, “I want to be clear: That’s exactly what we’re going to do. Americans who own AR-15s and AK-47s will have to sell their assault weapons. All of them.”
O’Rourke’s talk of AR and AK owners giving up or selling their guns is a continuation of his campaign pledges to do a forced buyback of certain categories of firearms. And it is only one aspect of his overarching gun control plan.
On August 31, 2019–the very day of the shootings in the Midland-Odessa region of Texas–O’Rourke admitted to not knowing the facts, then pushed gun control anyways. O’Rourke proclaimed, “This is f*cked up,” then went on to sell shirts emblazoned with the slogan for Moms Demand Action.
