Hate Crime Hoax: Black Man Responsible For 'Racist' Graffiti at University

A black man has pleaded guilty to charges related to recently discovered racist graffiti at Salisbury University in Maryland.

According to county officials, Jerome Jackson of Maryland was charged following an investigation conducted by the Salisbury University Police Department and the Office of the State’s Attorney. The charges allege that he “maliciously defaced the property of Salisbury University while exhibiting racial animosity” and that his actions warrant classification as a hate crime.

A letter from university president Charles A. Wight states that Jackson, a black man in his 50s, “has no known connections to campus.”

Jackson must pay restitution to the university for property damages, which amounts to $494 according to WMDT-TV. Jackson was sentenced to 18 months of incarceration. Wicomico County prosecutors stated that, as part of his plea deal, Jackson must take responsibility for the graffiti, which Wright described as “racist, misogynistic and threatening.”

In February, the university president canceled classes at Salisbury for one day following the discovery of racist graffiti on a wall and a door in two buildings on the campus.

“Not one but multiple racist threats are being directed at Black and Brown members of OUR community,” Wight wrote at the time, stating that he chose to cancel classes in order to “give us all the opportunity to come together to process what we are experiencing, support each other and figure out how we can move forward together as a community.”

Jackson pleaded guilty to five acts of vandalism.

Salisbury student Abiodun Adeoye told WMDT-TV, “I don’t want people to get this idea that since that man wrote that and he was a black person, well anything that happens now you African American people can’t criticize white people about race.”

‘Leave hospital beds for coronavirus patients!’ Baltimore mayor kindly asks residents to stop shooting each other

Baltimore’s mayor has called on the city’s inhabitants to refrain from killing one another for the time being, asking them not to “clog up” hospital beds as the coronavirus pandemic spreads far and wide across the country.

“I want to reiterate how completely unacceptable the level of violence is that we have seen recently,” Mayor Jack Young said at a press conference on Wednesday, adding, “For those of you who want to continue to shoot and kill people of this city, we’re not going to tolerate it. We’re going to come after you and we’re going to get you.”

We cannot clog up our hospitals, or their beds, with people who are being shot senselessly, because we’re going to need those beds for people who might be infected with the coronavirus.

The call to action – or inaction, rather – came after a police-involved shooting in Baltimore’s Madison Park neighborhood on Tuesday night that put at least seven people in the hospital, all believed to be in stable condition. Police say it’s not clear if the officer shot any of the wounded individuals himself, but did confirm that he discharged his weapon after encountering a man firing what they called a “semi-automatic long gun” into a crowd.

Baltimore – Maryland’s most dangerous city by far in terms of violent crime – isn’t the only locality struggling to deal with criminals amid the virus panic. Hoping to limit officers’ exposure to the deadly pathogen, Philadelphia’s police commissioner on Wednesday ordered departments to adopt a catch-and-release policy for non-violent offenders, temporarily letting carjackers, drug dealers and looters off the hook for the duration of the crisis. While the city plans on pursuing the suspects with arrest warrants after things return to normal, for now they will be left to walk free.

Late last week, Portland police similarly declared that officers would no longer respond to calls that don’t involve a “life-threatening” situation, in an effort to conserve police resources and insulate personnel from Covid-19. Police spokesman Kevin Allen later clarified that officers would only stop responding to “lower level stuff.”

“The bigger stuff, of course we’re going to respond,” he said. “We’re just going to be looking for any opportunity we can to use the phone to do our job.”

Police from the Logan County Sheriff’s Office in Colorado took a slightly different approach, taking to Facebook to ask “all criminal activities/nefarious conduct to cease until further notice,” adding they would “update you when you can return to your normal criminal behavior.”

Los Angeles and New York City, meanwhile, have begun freeing non-violent inmates to make room in already-crowded prisons, another attempt to stem the spread of the outbreak.

Baltimore Police FOP Posts Shock Video of Gang of Thugs Wielding Guns on Neighborhood Street

The Baltimore City Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 3 posted a video it says was recently taken from social media showing a gang of teenagers and young men wielding handguns as they rapped and danced for a video recording in the street of a crime-ridden Baltimore neighborhood. One rapper is seen flashing a spread of money including hundred dollar bills. The FOP complained that this is what they have to deal with in a city so poorly run it can’t even control “squeegee kids” harassing motorists.

 

“This was posted to social media just days before a recent murder in the same O’Donnell Heights neighborhood. This is what our Cops are facing under the current administration. They can’t even find a way to resolve the squeegee issue let alone this! #CityinCrisis”

The people in the video appear to be all black with the exception of a lone young white male seen on the far edge of the gang toward the end of the video clip.

A 32-year-old man was shot to death Sunday afternoon in O’Donnell Heights in Southeast Baltimore, Baltimore Police wrote on Facebook on Sunday night.

Southeast District officers responded to a report of a shooting at the 6100 block of Boston St. at approximately 4:15 p.m. They located a man who was suffering from gunshot wounds to the body. The victim was transported to Johns Hopkins Hospital at Bayview where, police wrote, he was pronounced dead a short time later…

O’Donnell Heights is a neighborhood named for a public housing development in the far southeastern part of the city of Baltimore, Maryland, United States. It is located south and east of Interstate 95, just west of the border with Baltimore County, and north of the St. Helena neighborhood.

Two teenage brothers allegedly fatally attacked 59-year-old John Marvin Weed at a fair in Frederick, Maryland and spit on him while he was on the ground because “he declined to give them $1.”

Two teenage brothers fatally attacked a man at an agricultural fair in Maryland after he refused to give them money, authorities said.

John Weed, 59, of Mount Airy was at the Great Frederick Fair Friday evening when the 15-year-old and 16-year-old approached him, authorities said. Several minutes after he declined to give them $1, the 15-year-old knocked him unconscious, prosecutors said.

“I think it’s despicable, and it tells me a lot about how these young people view this person by the very fact after they had him on the ground they taunted and they spit on him,” Frederick County Sheriff Chuck Jenkins said. “That to me shows hatred and disgust and despise.”

Medics flew him to the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore. He died there Saturday, the sheriff’s office said.

The 15-year-old boy was charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault and reckless endangerment, the sheriff’s office said. His 16-year-old brother was charged with second-degree assault. They are charged as juveniles but the prosecutor may ask that they be tried as adults.

Frederick is a city in western Maryland where Marylanders fled to to escape the “cultural enrichment” in and around Washington, DC and Baltimore.

Like most of Maryland, it used to be a very nice place to live but just so happens to be going downhill in accordance with a massive population shift.

UPDATE: John Weed’s niece Jessica set up a GoFundMe to help defer “legal cost, medical bills, and funeral costs.”

On Friday September 20th, Jay (John Weed) went to the Great Frederick County Fair to spend an evening of fun and laughter with his sister, his nieces, their loves ones and his great niece and nephew. At 5:30pm he fell victim to an unprovoked, physical assault. He was air lifted to Shock Trauma in Baltimore, where they did everything they could to save his life. The damage to his brain was too severe. He was not coming back. Late Saturday afternoon with his Mother, Father and sister by his side he passed away. Please help my family during this extremely difficult time. We never imagined such a great man would have to die like this. We are seeking justice for him but will have to fight. Anything you can do is appreciated and will be used towards legal cost, medical bills, and funeral costs.

Seven Illegal Aliens Charged with Rape in Maryland Sanctuary County in Little Over a Month

This is what a national emergency looks like.

Illegal aliens have apparently gotten the message that Montgomery County, MD is open for business, as a grand total of seven illegal aliens have been charged with rape or sex crimes in the sanctuary jurisdiction since July 25.

Emilio Carrasco-Hernandez, 37, is being charged with raping a 15-year-old girl in a home they shared in Silver Spring, MD. The alleged victim reportedly had a “stinging” pain that lasted for a long while after the vicious attack.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has confirmed that Carrasco-Hernandez is an illegal immigrant from Honduras. This Honduran national was previously detained and deported in April 2017 but made his way back into the country presumably across the porous border.

ABC 7 WJLA reported that the victim’s mother, who is married to Carrasco-Hernandez, heard strange noises coming from her a room one night. After she investigated, that is when she discovered the gruesome scene and called the police.

She said: “I shouted, ‘What’s going on here!? Tell me the truth!’”

She even shamed the victim, claiming her daughter consented to the alleged rape, and placed blame on alcohol for Carrasco-Hernandez’s behavior.

“Everything is coming down for me,” she stated, breaking down in tears. “It’s hard for me because that’s my daughter and that’s my husband… I’m mad with them both.”

She added: “My husband, he has trouble with his drinking. He told me he was very drunk and told me he now knows it wasn’t right. But he told me that in the moment, he wasn’t thinking what he was doing. You, know how it is when someone’s drunk…”

But according to authorities, there was nothing consensual about what took place. Carrasco-Hernandez allegedly victimized the underage girl several times over the course of August 16 and August 25.

“Victim A stated that she could not move and Emilio Carrasco-Hernandez was squishing her with his body,” detectives wrote in court documents.

The alleged assault was so brutal that the 15-year-old girl had trouble using the bathroom afterwards due to the extreme pain caused by her stepfather.

Carrasco-Hernandez has been denied bond by Montgomery County District Court Judge Amy Bills, and he is behind bars facing 56 years in state prison if he is found guilty of second-degree rape, sex abuse of a minor, a third-degree sex offense, and a fourth-degree sex offense.

“Depending on an alien’s criminality, an alien who re-enters the United States after having been previously deported commits a felony punishable by up to 20 years in federal prison, if convicted,” an ICE official said to reporters in an e-mail on Friday.

According to court documents, Carrasco-Hernandez has three children, including an 11-month-old daughter.

This marks the seventh instance of an illegal immigrant charged with sex crimes in Montgomery County in a little over a month, as the sanctuary jurisdiction has quickly become a hot spot for savagery.

An executive order was issued in July to officially grant sanctuary status to the county. County Executive Mark Elrich signed the executive order that banned all county support toward enforcing federal immigration law.

“We don’t interact with ICE. We don’t contact ICE nor do we ask any of our residents in Montgomery county about their immigration status in the United States,” Acting Montgomery County Police Chief Marcus Jones said.

“I feel pretty sure that most Montgomery county residents don’t agree with the president’s immigration policy such as it is,” Elrich said.

It remains to be seen if the county will reverse course due to the recent spree of rapes allegedly committed by illegal aliens.

EPIDEMIC: Fifth Illegal Alien Alleged Rapist Charged This Month in Maryland Sanctuary County

This is what happens when liberal-dominated jurisdictions refuse to enforce the law.

Montgomery County, MD is dealing with its fifth alleged rape case from an illegal alien this month, as a 46-year-old man is accused of raping a 16-year-old girl at knife point.

This is apart of an epidemic within Montgomery County, which flaunts its status as a sanctuary county where law enforcement is banned from working with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to help keep illegal immigrants at bay.

Illegals have apparently gotten the message that police will refuse to enforce federal law, if recent news reports are any indicator.

Rodrigo Castro-Montejo, 25, was charged with raping an intoxicated woman and then allowed to walk from jail shortly after posting a $1,000 bond. The Salvadorean national is now back on the streets awaiting his Sept. 6 court appearance.

In addition to the case of Castro-Montejo, two other Salvadorean nationals – 29-year-old Mauricio Barrera-Navidad and 28-year-old Carlos Palacios-Amaya – are behind bars after being being charged with raping an 11-year-old girl over the course of several months.

“County officials will intentionally impede attempts by ICE to deport these men, and once they are released, they will be free to again threaten the safety of the most vulnerable Montgomery County residents,” the Montgomery County Republican Party wrote in a statement.

If Democratic leaders and their Republican enablers such as the Koch network are successful in granting blanket amnesty for illegals across the country, nobody will be safe from these third-world criminals.
