The University of Sheffield Student’s Union in the UK has banned white people from attending a meeting about anti-racism.
Yes, really.
The SU announced that it would hold focus groups on “how we can create an anti-racist Students’ Union” as part of an effort to shift from a “non-racist to an actively anti-racist” stance.
However, no white people are allowed to take part.
“Please note that these sessions are only open to black and minority ethnic (BME) students,” states the announcement.
Banning people from a meeting about racism because of their skin color is…what’s the word? Oh yeah, racist.
The controversy follows a similar farce at the University of Edinburgh where white people were banned from asking questions at an event called Resisting Whiteness.
“We will not be giving the microphone to white people during the Q&As, not because we don’t think white people have anything to offer to the discussion but because we want to amplify the voices of people of colour,” stated promotional material for the event.
During an interview with CNN on Tuesday, Representative Ro Khanna (D-CA) predicted that the House Judiciary Committee “will act on articles of impeachment” and the House will vote on impeachment before the end of the year.

Fox News host Tucker Carlson devoted a Tuesday night “Tucker Carlson Tonight”segment to describe what America will look like if Democrats regain control in 2020.
The segment featured clips of various Democratic 2020 presidential candidates and other prominent Democrats explaining their views on key issues from marijuana legalization to gun control to even the abolishment of prisons.
WATCH:
After a segment featuring Democratic views on drug legalization, Carlson set his sights on New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who this week tweeted her belief that prisons should eventually be abolished.
“Of course, there were no prisons before racists in America thought them up,” Carlson quipped. “So with no more prisons, presumably that will mean no more prisoners, right? So with all of those felons back on the street and in your neighborhood – hey, felons – you may suddenly be a little bit concerned about protecting yourself and your family, but tough. In Democratic America, self-defense will be banned because they are taking your guns.”
The Fox News host then played a clip of Democrats talking about taking so-called assault weapons.
“By the way, that’ll make home invasions a little tougher to deal with,” said Carlson. “Lots of luck with that. Let’s hope you don’t get assaulted and need to go to a hospital, because in Democratic America you might find the hospitals a bit overcrowded. Why? Well, the left is giving free health care to the rest of the planet.”
Cue clips of Democrats supporting universal health care, even for illegal aliens.
“Raise your hand if you don’t want a single normal person to even consider voting for you ever,” said the Fox News host. “Free health care for illegal aliens. That’s quite an idea. How’s our already broke country going into pay for that? Here’s a calculator. You figure it out. But don’t even think about heading to a bar to drown your sorrows with a cocktail, and a steak. In the America of tomorrow, that will be banned too.”

NBC’s “Meet the Press” host Chuck Todd says “a national nightmare is upon us” after President Trump openly solicited foreign interference in an American election.
The Democrats’ impeachment charade came just in time to distract America from the upcoming release of several damning reports, including the Inspector General’s report into the illicit origins of the Russia-collusion hoax dossier.
However, the impeachment rollout didn’t go as planned and now the Democrats are caught in a stalemate.
If they move forward with impeachment, the Republicans will take advantage by issuing their own subpoenas, eventually killing the whole thing in the Senate.
But, if they don’t move forward with impeachment, it will demoralize the Democrat base.
So what can they do?
Sources have alerted that DHS, law enforcement and even the reserves have been prepared for possible civil unrest in cities like New York and Los Angeles on or around October 19th, conveniently right before the Inspector General’s report is released.
Groups organizing for these upcoming national protests have routinely come to the rescue whenever the Democrats need a big distraction, but this time they look like they are gearing up for major civil unrest.
The Donald Trump administration wouldn’t allow Gordon Sondland, a key figure in the Democrats’ impeachment effort, testify in the House because it would be “a kangaroo court,” the president said.
Democrat-led committees in the US House, which are in the process of collecting evidence to argue the impeachment case against President Donald Trump, wanted to hear the testimony of Gordon Sondland, Washington’s ambassador to the EU. His scheduled appearance, however, was blocked by the White House.
Trump“would love” to send Ambassador Sondland, who he has called a really nice guy, to testify, but it would hardly yield any results.
He [Sondland] would be testifying before a totally compromised kangaroo court, where Republican’s rights have been taken away, and true facts are not allowed out for the public to see.
Sondland was one of several US officials whose messages were released by the House Foreign Affairs, Intelligence and Oversight Committees in an attempt to prove that President Trump pressured Ukraine in order to gain an advantage in the 2020 presidential election.
Trump cited one message in which the diplomat tells William Taylor Jr, the US ambassador in Ukraine, that Trump was “crystal clear: no quid pro quo’s of any kind.”
Democrat presidential hopeful and former Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julián Castro called for “not only impeachment, but removal” of President Donald Trump in a recent interview.
Castro’s remarks came during NPR’s “Off Script” series with host Lulu Garcia-Navarro, where he was questioned on an array of subjects including his campaign and impeachment.
“I believe that Trump is trying to do to Joe Biden what he did to Hillary Clinton, that he’s trying to take a public servant that has served honorably over the years and muddy their reputation with false accusations that, in this case, have been investigated,” Castro told Garcia-Navarro.
“I disagree with Vice President Biden on immigration, on health care, as people saw at the last debate, and a number of other issues,” Castro added. “But I believe that he’s fundamentally an honest and honorable man.”
The interview then shifted towards impeachment, and Castro was asked whether he believed “it’s the best thing for the country.”
“Well, I believe the best thing for the country would be not only impeachment, but removal,” Castro replied. “This president has violated his oath of office. He has abused his power. People can read that in that transcript.”
Castro then claimed Trump had used his position as president to “boost himself” and his own interests.
“In unprecedented ways, he has used the office of the presidency to boost himself and put his own self-interest above the national interest,” Castro asserted. “How much more evidence do people need that this man should not be anywhere near the Oval Office?”
Later in the interview, Castro was pressed on poor polling numbers for his campaign out of Nevada.
“The most recent poll in Nevada showed not good news for you,” Garcia-Navarro told Castro. “You did not have great numbers – in fact, close to 0%. It’s a state with a lot of Latinos. That’s got to have hurt to see that you didn’t do as well as you may have hoped.”
Castro responded and claimed, “Nevada has gotten very little attention.”
“But is it sending a signal to you that perhaps it might be time to move on to something else?” Garcia-Navarro asked Castro.
“Not at all. Not at all,” Castro responded. “We have four months until Iowa votes and 4 1/2 months until Nevada caucuses. And so we’re going to keep working hard in this campaign.”
