Rashida Tlaib: ‘I’m Not Going Nowhere’ Until I Impeach Trump

DETROIT, MI - JULY 22: U.S. Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) speaks at the opening plenary session of the NAACP 110th National Convention at the COBO Center on July 22, 2019 in Detroit, Michigan. The convention is from July 20 to July 24 with the theme of, "When We Fight, We …

By Joshua Caplan

Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) declared Monday that she is “not going nowhere, not until I impeach this president,” in a speech before the NAACP national convention in Detroit.

Tlaib’s pledge comes after the president has repeatedly challenged the Michigan lawmaker and fellow “Squad” members — Reps. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), and Ayanna Pressley (D-MA) — to leave the United States over their frequent attacks on the country.

“We need bold action, folks. I know what’s happening out there… it’s beyond just the four of us,” Tlaib told the crowd. “The squad is all of you. I can tell you, you are all the squad, trust me. If you support equity, you support justice, you are one of us.”

Tlaib, the first Palestinian-American woman in Congress, infamously called for President Trump to be removed just hours after being sworn as a House member earlier this year, pledging to progressive activists, “we’re gonna go in there and we’re going to impeach the motherfucker.”

President Trump on Monday re-upped his criticism of Tlaib and the “Squad,” tweeting that the far-left clique is a “very Racist group of troublemakers who are young, inexperienced, and not very smart.”

“They are pulling the once great Democrat Party far left, and were against humanitarian aid at the Border…And are now against ICE and Homeland Security. So bad for our Country!” he added.

Tlaib, of course, is no stranger to controversy.

The Michigan Democrat has repeatedly come under fire for uttering antisemitic statements since arriving in Washington last year, including falsely claiming Palestinians offered a “safe haven” for Jews fleeing the Holocaust, whitewashing Palestinian opposition to Jewish immigration and its leadership’s collaboration with Adolf Hitler.

Despite Tlaib and Omar both denying they are antisemitic, the pair of Muslim lawmakers co-introduced a measure last week that supports the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement against the Jewish state.

‘This Is War’: ‘Borat’ Director Encourages Left to Arm Selves Against ‘Maga People’

Borat director Larry Charles took to Twitter Monday and compared Trump supporters — or as he described them, “Maga people” — to the violent, pro-China “triad” mob who attackedpeaceful pro-democracy protesters Sunday night and essentially encouraged far-left agitators to arm themselves for “war.”

“After reading about armed #Triad thugs attacking pro-democracy protestors In #HongKong and the white supremacists/Proud Boys/Maga people embracing violence here I’m glad to see the left arming itself. This is war,” the longtime Curb Your Enthusiasm producer declared.

Charles, a prolific producer, writer, and director, linked to a Guardian article that detailed the desires of left-wing groups, like Antifa, to take up arms in order to protect events from “other malicious and potentially armed groups.”

The far-left has largely refused to condemn the violent actions of its extremist groups like Antifa. “Squad” member Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) failed to condemn the self-described Antifa member who attempted to firebomb a federal detention facility in Tacoma, Washington, earlier this month.

Fellow member, Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) also refused.

The Seattle Antifascist Action took it a step further and actively praised the attacker, calling him a “martyr” in a Facebook post last week.

It read:

When our good friend and comrade Willem Van Spronsen took a stand against the fascist detention center in Tacoma, he became a martyr who gave his life to the struggle against fascism. He was kind and deeply loved by many communities; we cannot let his death go unanswered. Throughout history we idolize figures like John Brown for their courage to take the ultimate stand against oppression, and today we stand strong in our support for yet another martyr in the struggle against fascism. May his death serve as a call to protest and direct action.

Last month, violent leftist protesters in Portland, Oregon, viciously attacked journalist and editor of Quilette, Andy Ngo. Ngo was hospitalized with a brain bleed. Pictures showed cuts and bruises to his face, as well as a torn earlobe.

Two Underground Entrances Located on Epstein’s ‘Orgy Island’ – What the Hell Was Going On There?

By Joe Hoft

Two underground entrances have been located on Jeffrey Epstein’s ‘Orgy Island. What they lead to or what they were used for is still a mystery!

A new video from a drone has uncovered not just one, but two underground entrances built on Jeffrey Epstein’s Orgy Island.  One entrance is below Epstein’s bizarre temple –

Previously we reported that Epstein’s island had a bizarre temple constructed on it.

Earlier this week video was posted by Rusty Shackleford of Jeffrey Epstein’s Orgy Island in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein was arrested last week when he entered the United States after returning from his vacation in France.

Epstein is famous for his excursions with the rich and famous to his island paradise. Author Conchita Sarnoff told Shannon Bream earlier this week that former President Bill Clinton joined Epstein 27 times on his plane and a majority of those times the flight log included several underage girls.

Hell freezes over? New York Times wants closer relationship with Russia, congratulates Trump

Screen Shot 2019-07-22 at 11.14.18 AM

The New York Times’ editorial board, fresh from peddling anti-Russia conspiracies for two years, has made a remarkable about-turn. Now the paper wants closer relations with the Kremlin, all to thwart China’s ambitions.

‘Russiagate’ has maintained an iron grip on American political discourse for two years now, even after Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report cleared President Donald Trump of conspiring with the Kremlin to steal the 2016 US election. In the media, the public has been treated to nightly conspiracy theories and bizarre connect-the-dots articles claiming to prove collusion; and lawmakers have crafted ever more draconian sanctions bills against Russia and have slotted opposition to Russia into their campaign messages.

Meanwhile, Moscow and Beijing have looked to each other, holding joint military exercises and upping their trade volume to more than $100 billion in 2018. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev recently announced plans to build a new, 2,000km-long highway linking Europe and China, while President Vladimir Putin has been mulling connecting Russia’s Northern Sea Route with China’s Maritime Silk Road, an ambitious global trade route linking China with ports in Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.

The idea of closer Moscow/Beijing cooperation clearly worries the New York Times’ editorial board. In an op-edpublished on Sunday, the board wrote that “President Trump is correct to try to establish a sounder relationship with Russia and peel it away from China” – itself a remarkable compliment from a paper that ran op-eds titled “Donald Trump Hates America,” and “Trump is Racist to the Bone” in the last five days.

The board then suggested that the US could strengthen its cooperation with Russia in space exploration and Arctic cleanup – areas untainted by ‘Russiagate’. In addition, new arms control treaties could be a step towards geopolitical cooperation between the two rival superpowers.

All valid and worthy points, but from the New York Times? Yes, we’re talking about the same newspaper that last year called Trump a “treasonous traitor” ahead of his meeting with Putin in Helsinki. Instead of seeking rapprochement then, the paper argued that Trump should “be directing all resources at his disposal to punish Russia.”

We’re talking about the same New York Times that dubbed Trump “Putin’s Lackey” and released a mocking videodetailing a ‘love story’ between Trump and Putin, laden with homoerotic overtones and culminating in a tongue-locking kiss between the two leaders. It’s funny because they’re gay, see?

The piece surprised many, like pundit George Szamuely, who wrote that Washington has demonized Russia and blamed it for every problem besetting [the] US,” while the Times “has for years berated Trump for advocating this perfectly sensible policy, at times suggesting that he was doing so only because he was Putin’s agent and a traitor to the United States.”

Screen Shot 2019-07-22 at 11.19.16 AM

Bear in mind that the Times’ editorial board does not hold the same opinions as its revolving cast of op-ed writers. Still, for a newspaper whose writers almost unanimously despise the US president, Sunday’s op-ed represents a shocking repudiation of two years of anti-Russia, anti-Trump static.

Perhaps the outlet that often voiced the ideas of the American establishment has finally realized that the ‘Russiagate’ horse is too long dead for another flogging? Or maybe the Times saw it’s time for a new kind of politics: the politics of Detente. Either way, the change is a surprising one.

Here We Go… Kook Democrat Al Green Now Wants to Impeach Trump for “Racism, Anti-Semitism, Homophobia, Transphobia…” And Whatever Else

By Jim Hoft

For months and months liberal Democratic Rep. Al Green has called for President Trump’s impeachment.

To this day Green still wants President Trump impeached, he will find the crime later.

In May President Trump blasted liberal hack Rep. Al Green (D-TX) over his continued threats of impeachment.

Trump tweeted, “You can’t impeach a president for creating the best economy ever.”

But kook Al Green still wants President Trump impeached.

On Wednesday Al Green tweeted that it is time to remove President Trump due to “racism, anti-Semitism, homophobia, transphobia…”

Green is a dummy.

So now Democrats are going to waste time on this latest impeachment nonsense instead of helping the people of the US.

Dunce’s cap for Russiagate coverage should go to CNN (by George Galloway)

Screen Shot 2019-07-17 at 10.54.21 AM

If there was a dunce’s cap awarded to the most gullible – or worse, complicit – news outfit in the whole ‘Russiagate’ affair, it would surely go to CNN.

The small consolation is that its ratings have plummeted in direct proportion to its fake news agenda. Unless trapped in a hotel room in Ulan Bator and having already read the Gideon’s Bible, nobody in their right mind goes looking for CNN.

However, other media do, of course, amplify their prevailing narrative. This is that the Democratic Party didn’t lose because they chose the only person in America who could possibly lose to Donald Trump, but because a bearded man with snow on his boots smelling of vodka and speaking with a thick Russian accent fooled everyone into voting for the GOP. And where no such man can be identified, then a Western cipher can be demonized as his proxy.

Screen Shot 2019-07-17 at 10.56.43 AM

So unhinged has CNN – the last hold-out of the Russiagaters – become that they have now piled new levels of ordure on the political prisoner Julian Assange in a much touted “Special,” heaping speculation upon speculation on what they hope is the coffin of a man they once lionized.

Because, dear readers, in a now-forgotten coincidence, it was CNN that in a way brought Julian Assange into the public limelight. They interviewed him a number of times, including once in 2010, when they sent their team to showcase the then-pale-blonde ascetic wonderkid of the whistleblowing business. That was way before RT had aired Assange’s show ‘The World Tomorrow’ – because that suited CNN’s agenda then, in the way that burying him does now.

Full disclosure: Julian Assange is a friend of mine and so opportunists seeking his crucifixion to serve an anti-Trump agenda cut no ice with me. Furthermore, I work for RT, and know personally the fine broadcasting professionals traduced in a disgraceful way by the CNN “Special.”

Julian Assange was hiding in plain sight by having his own show on RT. That’s how espionage works nowadays in the fevered minds of CNN. And he appeared on news shows throughout the world – any one of which could have “passed him a USB drive” when they went into the Ecuador Embassy to film him. He even appeared on my show on TalkRadio, whose proprietor could of course be a (deep) undercover Russian agent.

The fatal flaw in all of this, of course, is that the DNC computers were never hacked in the first place, not by a “master-hacker” or even a schoolboy in his bedroom. That’s why their servers were never examined by the FBI, Mueller or anybody else wearing any kind of official badge.

Screen Shot 2019-07-17 at 11.00.44 AM

The scandalous behavior – including CNN’s own (now Fox) contributor Donna Brazile – through which the Democratic Party rigged their own Primary process to defeat Bernie Sanders and procure the coronation of the aforementioned Mrs Clinton was not hacked but leaked. Not by Russians but by Americans. Not by RT but by Democratic Party insiders, disgusted as they should have been at the shameless Tammany Hall shenanigans going on in their party.

The real target of fading, failing, flailing CNN was not Julian Assange but Donald Trump. His administration is currently trying to incarcerate Assange in the gulags of the US injustice system for the crime of publishing the truth. That’s the real scandal.

Six ‘Separated’ Migrant (Illegal Alien) Families Sue US Government – Demand $3 Million Each to Pay For Counseling to Heal From “Torture”

CAP

Six migrant (illegal alien) families filed a lawsuit against the Trump Administration on Monday seeking $3 million each saying they need money to pay for medical care and counseling to pay for the “torture” they endured over last year’s so-called ‘family separations.’

Five out of the six families illegally crossed the border and were arrested and the sixth family showed up to a port of entry without permission.

The Justice Department’s “zero tolerance” policy is aimed at saving lives and to deter illegal aliens from flooding across the border using children as their golden ticket.

DNA tests prove that over 30% of the children accompanying adults seeking asylum have no relation whatsoever — in other words, the children are being trafficked.

The US government separates the families just like they would if they were to arrest an American citizen. Children do not accompany their parents in jail.

Left-wing anti-American ‘advocacy groups’ however are suing over this “zero tolerance” policy claiming it is intended to inflict “emotional distress” on the migrant adults and the children.

One Guatemalan woman identified as “Leticia” says she was left traumatized and her daughter is still having nightmares.

In her complaint, Leticia says her daughter has nightmares and night sweats, and sometimes blurts out, “Don’t let them take me away again,” reported the Washington Times.

So these illegal aliens claim they are fleeing threats of gang violence from their home countries, but the migrant detention centers is what traumatized them — makes sense.

The Washington Times reported:

A federal judge in June ordered an end to the separations and ordered the families reunited. That sent the government scrambling to reconnect more than 2,000 children who had been separated from parents who, in some cases, had already been deported.

A legal battle over the pace of reunifications is still being fought in a federal court in California, but Monday’s action is a separate step, seeking to make those snared in the separations whole.

The claims were filed under the Federal Tort Claims Act. Monday’s action was a notification of claims, and the government now has six months to evaluate the claims and decide what to do.

If the migrants don’t find the government’s response satisfactory, they can file a lawsuit to try to enforce their demand.

Each claimant seeks $3 million.

Of the six migrant families, five appear to have sneaked across the border and been arrested as illegal immigrants. Based on the filings, the sixth appears to have shown up at a port of entry without permission.

Each of the families then made a claim for asylum, and those claims are pending, giving them a tentative status.

Kamala Harris on Reparations: ‘Writing a Check’ Not ‘Gonna Be Enough’

The Associated Press

By Tony Lee

Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) believes that “writing a check” to the descendants of slaves is not “going to be enough” when it comes to reparations.

In an interview with Jemele Hill’s podcast that was released on Monday evening, Hill, playing a game of “for or against,” asked Harris if she was “for or against” reparations. Harris answered: “complicated.” Hill, who interviewed Harris during Essence Fest in New Orleans, told her “that wasn’t one of the choices.”

Screen Shot 2019-07-16 at 10.57.28 AM

The presidential candidate then elaborated, saying she supports Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee’s (D-TX) commission to study reparations.

“We need to address how we’re going to do it… because back to the point I was making about home ownership…back to the point I was making about disparities around education… you can look at health outcomes when you know that black women are three to four times more likely to die in connection with child birth,” Harris said. “So there’s a lot that has to be about looking at this in a way that is about structural and systemic investment in communities.”

Harris said she was “reluctant” to give a simple answer on the issue because she fears Americans will not want to talk about structural and systemic inequalities that reparations advocates have argued have been compounding if the government just writes checks to the descendants of slaves.

“So that’s why I’m reluctant to have a simple answer to it because frankly I don’t believe that writing a check is gonna be enough,” Harris told Hill. “I really don’t… And the worst thing that I think could happen is that checks get written and then everybody says ‘ok, stop talking about this now’ without addressing the systemic inequities that are deep and require investment.”

Harris previously told The Root that “there has to be some form of reparations”—even for “undiagnosed and untreated trauma”—because “we’re looking at more than 200 years of slavery” and “almost a hundred years of Jim Crow.”

“We’re looking at legalized segregation and, in fact, segregation on so many levels that exists today, based on race,” she told The Root earlier this year. “And there has not been any kind of intervention done understanding the harm and the damage that occurred to correct course, and so we are seeing the effects of all of those years play out still today.”
