Past Presidents were allowed to call witnesses and cross examine and investigate allegations in impeachment hearings.  Not with Pelosi and Schiff in the House.  Rights of the President and Americans be damned.  We don’t even get to know who is accusing the President of wrongdoing!  OUTRAGEOUS!!!

Mark Levin was eloquent and on fire last night on his show on FOX News ‘Life, Liberty, Levin”.

Past Presidents were given rights in past impeachment processes as Levin points out.  Democrats have nothing so they have to have a kangaroo court where the President is not allowed to defend himself against false allegations.

WE DON’T EVEN KNOW WHO THE PRESIDENT’S ACCUSER IS NOR ARE WE GOING TO BE INFORMED WHO IT IS!!!

Americans demand justice no matter who a person is or what he has done. Serial murderers get more rights than the Democrats are giving Republicans, the President and Americans in another of their sham investigations.

House Intelligence Committee chairman Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) said that there doesn’t need to be a “quid pro quo” for President Trump to be impeached.

During an appearance on CBS’ “Face The Nation” on Sunday, Schiff appeared to move the goal posts once again, asserting that Trump committed an impeachable offense despite lack of evidence of a quid pro quo in Trump’s phone call with Ukraine’s president.

“Well, we’re keeping our focus right now on the president’s coercion of an ally, that is Ukraine, to create this sham investigations into his political opponent,” Shiff said.

“We have discovered in very short order not only the contents of that call but also the preparatory work that went into that call. The effort to condition something the Ukrainian president deeply sought, that is, a meeting with the president, to establish this new president to the Ukraine had a powerful patron in the United States that was vital importance to Ukraine, that was being conditioned as digging up dirt on the Bidens.”

“There doesn’t need to be a quid pro quo,” Schiff continued. “But it is clear already from the text messaged that this meeting that the Ukraine president sought was being conditioned on their willingness to interfere in the U.S. to help the president. That is a terrible abuse of the president’s power.”

“Whether that abuse goes further, that is the withholding of military aid as leverage. There is certainly strong indication that’s is true as well. We will get to the bottom of it. Here you have a president of the United States abusing his power to the detriment of our national security. And doing so yet to get another foreign country to intervene in our election. It’s hard to imagine more of a corruption of the office than that.”

The reason for Schiff’s sudden dismissal of a “quid pro quo” is obvious: the transcript of the Ukraine phone call released by Trump directly contradicts Democrats’ assertion that he somehow pressured Ukraine President Zelensky to investigate Joe Biden.

Pelosi Faces Tough Decision On Formal Impeachment Vote As Case Against Trump Comes Under Pressure

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is in a tough spot. After caving in to pressure from her party to launch an impeachment inquiry based on a CIA ‘whistleblower’ report that Trump abused his office to pressure Ukraine into investigating 2020 rival Joe Biden, Pelosi must now decide on whether to proceed with a formal vote amid mounting evidence that Trump did nothing wrong. 

Trump has pushed for a vote – which would allow Republicans to issue subpoenas, as well as grant the White House the ability to cross-examine witnesses. To that end, the White House outlined in a Tuesday letter that they will refuse to cooperate with an inquiry that is “invalid” due to Pelosi’s refusal to make it official.

“Never before in our history has the House of Representatives — under the control of either political party — taken the American people down the dangerous path you seem determined to pursue,” wrote White House counsel Pat Cipollone.

When asked on Wednesday if he would cooperate with Pelosi’s impeachment inquiry, Trump told reporters “we would if they give us our rights, it depends.” 

Pelosi, meanwhile, says the effort to force a vote is nothing more than a “Republican talking point.” 

“If we want to do it, we’ll do it. If we don’t, we don’t. But we’re certainly not going to do it because of the president,” said Pelosi in an interview last week with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

A decision whether to call the president’s bluff is likely to be a main topic when Pelosi convenes a conference call with House Democrats at the end of the week. Representative Dan Kildee of Michigan, one of the leadership’s vote counters, said Democrats could easily pass a resolution authorizing the impeachment inquiry with as many as 230 votes.

With the White House vowing to block any cooperation, Pelosi is scheduled to hold the conference call on Friday to chart the next steps. The committees conducting the investigation have already issued a salvo of subpoenas for testimony or records directed at administration officials such as Secretary of State Michael Pompeo as well as Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani. –Bloomberg

“We continue investigating and digging to uncover more of the truth. Nothing has changed,” said Pelosi spokeswoman Ashley Etienne on Wednesday, adding that Democrats have yet to settle on legal or tactical responses to the White House letter.

Pushback

House Republicans led by Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy of California have been “using ads, press releases and other efforts to hammer Democratic House members from GOP-leaning districts over impeachment,” according to Bloomberg.

Trump and Republicans also have complained about the fairness of the process, citing closed-door hearings, and what they say are limitations by committee Republicans to subpoena their own rebuttal witnesses, or for the White House to have legal counsel in the room during depositions. –Bloomberg

According to Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH): “If Democrats were interested in fairness, they would follow the same process as previous impeachment proceedings. Instead, they just make up the rules as they go along.” 

Quid Pro Nope

The House impeachment inquiry was launched after a CIA officer reported that President Trump pressured Ukrainian President Volodomyr Zelensky to investigate Joe Biden and his son Hunter for alleged corruption.

After Democrats uncritically launched their impeachment inquiry based on the initial whistleblower report, the White House upset their strategy – releasing a transcript of the call between Zelensky and Trump and the whistleblower complaint itself – plain readings of which reveal that Trump did not threaten, pressure or suggest a quid pro quo in exchange for a Biden investigation. Furthermore, Zelensky himself has said as much.

So as the case against Trump continues to unravel, Pelosi and the Democrats have some tough decisions to make as we head into the 2020 election.

Impeachment saga: Trump won’t send EU envoy to stand before ‘totally compromised KANGAROO COURT’

The Donald Trump administration wouldn’t allow Gordon Sondland, a key figure in the Democrats’ impeachment effort, testify in the House because it would be “a kangaroo court,” the president said.

Democrat-led committees in the US House, which are in the process of collecting evidence to argue the impeachment case against President Donald Trump, wanted to hear the testimony of Gordon Sondland, Washington’s ambassador to the EU. His scheduled appearance, however, was blocked by the White House.

Trump “would love” to send Ambassador Sondland, who he has called a really nice guy, to testify, but it would hardly yield any results.

He [Sondland] would be testifying before a totally compromised kangaroo court, where Republican’s rights have been taken away, and true facts are not allowed out for the public to see.

Sondland was one of several US officials whose messages were released by the House Foreign Affairs, Intelligence and Oversight Committees in an attempt to prove that President Trump pressured Ukraine in order to gain an advantage in the 2020 presidential election.

Trump cited one message in which the diplomat tells William Taylor Jr, the US ambassador in Ukraine, that Trump was “crystal clear: no quid pro quo’s of any kind.”

Julián Castro Calls For ‘Not Only Impeachment, but Removal’ of Trump

Democrat presidential hopeful and former Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julián Castro called for “not only impeachment, but removal” of President Donald Trump in a recent interview.

Castro’s remarks came during NPR’s “Off Script” series with host Lulu Garcia-Navarro, where he was questioned on an array of subjects including his campaign and impeachment.

“I believe that Trump is trying to do to Joe Biden what he did to Hillary Clinton, that he’s trying to take a public servant that has served honorably over the years and muddy their reputation with false accusations that, in this case, have been investigated,” Castro told Garcia-Navarro.

“I disagree with Vice President Biden on immigration, on health care, as people saw at the last debate, and a number of other issues,” Castro added. “But I believe that he’s fundamentally an honest and honorable man.”

The interview then shifted towards impeachment, and Castro was asked whether he believed “it’s the best thing for the country.”

“Well, I believe the best thing for the country would be not only impeachment, but removal,” Castro replied. “This president has violated his oath of office. He has abused his power. People can read that in that transcript.”

Castro then claimed Trump had used his position as president to “boost himself” and his own interests.

“In unprecedented ways, he has used the office of the presidency to boost himself and put his own self-interest above the national interest,” Castro asserted. “How much more evidence do people need that this man should not be anywhere near the Oval Office?”

Later in the interview, Castro was pressed on poor polling numbers for his campaign out of Nevada.

“The most recent poll in Nevada showed not good news for you,” Garcia-Navarro told Castro. “You did not have great numbers – in fact, close to 0%. It’s a state with a lot of Latinos. That’s got to have hurt to see that you didn’t do as well as you may have hoped.”

Castro responded and claimed, “Nevada has gotten very little attention.”

“But is it sending a signal to you that perhaps it might be time to move on to something else?” Garcia-Navarro asked Castro.

“Not at all. Not at all,” Castro responded. “We have four months until Iowa votes and 4 1/2 months until Nevada caucuses. And so we’re going to keep working hard in this campaign.”

*More job openings that employees
*Massive wage increases, especially in the lowest income workers
*Medium level income at highest levels ever recorded
*Over 6 million new jobs since 2017 (good paying jobs too)
*American energy independence for first time in decades
*American energy exporter first time in decades
*Out of Obamacare mandate which forced Americans to pay tax penalty for not affording insurance
*Millions of Americans off of food stamps
*Strongest military ever
*Started Space Force – preparing America for space age defense
*Destroyed evil ISIS in Syria/Iraq after Obama said they would be there for a generation
*Got US out of horrible Obama trade deal with China and Asian countries giving away US jobs
*Drafted new trade deal with Canada and Mexico (USMCA) which will save US jobs
*Drafted new trade deal with Japan
*Drafted new trade deal with Korea
*Standing up to China in trade and intellectual property theft
*Signed lowest corporate tax rates in decades helping US companies and workers
*First President to step inside North Korea
*First President to meet with North Korea leader in effort to achieve peace
*Standing up for America in NATO requesting EU countries to pay fair share
*Record number of regulations eliminated
*Two new Supreme Court judges
*More than 100 new District judges
*Withdrew from horrible Paris accords
*Withdrew from horrible Iran deal

In addition to all of this, the President was forced to follow the most corrupt administration in US history. 

As a result of the Obama Administration:

*The FBI is no longer trusted let alone respected due to its leaders actions related to Comey, Strzok, Page, McCabe, and others in passing on Hillary crimes while attacking candidate and President Trump
*Corrupt Obama judges like Amy Berman Jackson who put 70 year old Paul Manafort in solitary are still in place
*The DOJ is full of corrupt lawyers who were involved in Obama Administration coverups and illegal and sinister Deep State actions to spy on candidate and President Trump in efforts to prevent him from winning the election and then attempting to remove him from his Presidency
*The media is corrupt. Mainstream outlets like the New York Times, WaPo, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, etc, etc… are all in the tank with Obama Democrats. They praised him like a god during his realm and now follow his lead in slandering President Trump and ignoring his many accomplishments
*NeverTrumpers and other elites on the right side of the isle (e.g. Mitt Romney, etc..) have shown their real colors and lack of integrity due to their hate for President Trump. They would have preferred Hillary.
*Numerous acts of bribery and extortion were present in Obama’s world and this bled down to into the government as a whole. It appeared that all of DC was corrupt.

Ultimately, President Trump’s greatest accomplishment is that he beat Corrupt Hillary in the 2016 election.  He arguably is the only one who could have beaten her.  The Clinton’s had a machine and no one dared stand up to her but candidate Trump.  Trump pointed out her many corrupt acts and won the greatest election of our lifetime.

The corrupt actors from the DNC, Deep State and media are not happy with President Trump.  They have done all they can to remove him.  Candidate Trump overcame their illegal acts during the election and then the corrupt Mueller investigation, where the President was investigated for no crime for more than three years when you include time before the election.

The Mueller investigation was not an investigation but an obstruction trap.  They did everything they could to get the President to do something they could claim was obstruction but he did not fold.  They brought his son in for hours of testimony, his daughter and her husband, they set up his son in Trump Tower, they invaded his personal attorney’s office, storage locker and home.  They stole documents from his transition team.  They set up and arrested his NSA General Mike Flynn who still is involved in the courts today.  Everyone he knew or touched was investigated, against the law using the Special Counsel Act, but President Trump stood firm.

The President was berated by the far left media every day.  They called him a traitor and fraudulent President.  They claimed he worked with Russians to win the election which never made sense because he was later attacked with dirt supposedly coming from Russia.

President Trump thrived in all of this like no US President since Abraham Lincoln during the Civil War.  Lincoln survived the war started by Democrats who wanted to keep their slaves only to be assassinated a couple weeks after the Civil War’s end.  The Democrats still want Americans to be their slaves!  They seek ultimate power.  This is why America voted for Trump!

Now the Deep State wants to remove President Trump from office in another bogus attempt to manipulate the law to their liking.  This is not how the law is supposed to be used in this country.  Obama destroyed the proper use of the law.

Democrats, their media and their Deep State want to rake the President through more shame and lies and then impeach him based on lies and no crimes.  They do this to prevent their crimes during the Obama years from being outed and them held accountable.  They have to make something up to take down Trump.  Their lies rank them with former totalitarian regimes and banana republics. 

Impeachments are to be only used in rare circumstances.  Again, there is no crime.  The Democrats won’t vote on an impeachment exercise so the President can fight back against them in the courts.  They don’t want Americans to see that this is a one-sided exercise.  A vote would show this.  They want to act quickly and vote on impeachment so they can use this against President Trump and punish him and those who voted for him!

There was a full on Trump-Ukraine blow-up on Sunday’s Meet the Press, with Chuck Todd quick to slam what he called “Fox News Conspiracy Propaganda Stuff!”

How could anyone not trust the CIA after the “Iraq has WMDs” hoax and the FBI after the Russiagate hoax?!

The questionable actions of former FBI Director James Comey, former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe and former CIA director John Brennan have made it impossible for Americans to trust the country’s intelligence apparatuses and created a sense of extreme skepticism, Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., said during an interview that aired Sunday.

Johnson appeared on NBC News’ “Meet the Press” and got into a heated debate with host Chuck Todd over House Democrats’ impeachment efforts and various intelligence community abuses. The GOP senator said there still were unanswered questions when asked if he thought Russia interfered in the 2016 election.

“They absolutely did,” Johnson replied. “I don’t know to what extent the Ukrainians did. I don’t know to what extent the DNC [Democratic National Committee] and the Hillary Clinton campaign were involved in… juicing up the Ukrainian involvement, as well. There are a lot of unanswered questions… Chuck, I just want the truth. The American people want the truth.”

“Do you not trust the FBI — you don’t trust the CIA?” Todd shot back.

“No, no, I don’t,” Johnson stated. “Absolutely not. After [former FBI Agent] Peter Strzok and [attorney] Lisa Page? After James Comey, John Brennan, no, I don’t trust any of these guys in the Obama administration.”

That’s being reported as a “gotcha.”

Mr. News Man got Johnson to admit he doesn’t trust the CIA and FBI, so now the CIA and FBI can take revenge on him the same as they took revenge on Trump for slighting them.
